I don't want to be, Anything other than what I've been trying to be lately
Today was the day, it was the day where Courtney would go out with a guy she liked...an amazing and decent guy. God, she was so nervous. She didn't even know where the man was going to take her. She liked surprises but she needed a few hints of the surprise. She had met Kyle just yesterday and now the two were going out on a date...ever since he had left she had been stressing about it. She wanted him to like her, and she didn't want to embarrass herself either. If she did then she may just blush the whole night or could keep her head down, it was safe to say that the woman was nervous and wasn't used to this kind of thing at all. She hoped that everything would go perfectly, that was all she wanted...and hopefully she'd get that wish, if she messed up then she would never forgive herself. The girl was freaking out right now, she had no idea what to wear! Should she wear a dress? Or should she go in jeans and a shirt? God, this dating thing was complicated, she wanted to look nice for him but had no idea what to wear. The girl went to her bedroom and looked through her closet, she could honestly not find anything to wear. Yes, it may still be early but she knew that she would take hours to get ready so she made sure to start right away. She threw her clothes on the floor shaking her head. Maybe she should have made a dress or shirt for this occasion, god what was there? She finally found something where she thought she would look decent in, it took her about a half an hour which wasn't bad but she still had so much to do just for this date. She then went to take a shower as she wanted to be fresh and clean for the date, she then put a towel around her body and hair, and walked around the house figuring out what she had to do next. She realized she needed makeup and went for that. It didn't take to long to pick out the shades since she knew what she looked best in, and soon after she put on the clothes she decided would look good on her and then did her hair, she made it a bit wavy wanting to impress the man. She then put on her heels. God, two hours later and she was finally done everything...wait, she needed her necklace to go along with her apparel, now she was done and could relax. The girl sat down on the couch in the living room and when she did she jumped right back up remembering what to do. She needed to bake cookies! Yes, weird to bake cookies before a date but she had to, she needed to bake them so she could air them around the house so it smelt like chocolate chip cookies. She wanted her apartment to have a good smell when he walked in. She went to work right away not wasting time and making sure not to make a mess as she didn't need anything to get on her outfit. She put the cookie dough in a pan and rolled little balls so they could form cookies when she put it in the oven. She waited the ten minutes and pulled them out. There, now everything was good. She heard the knock and went to the door and looked at the hot man. "Hey Kyle, she was really happy he showed up and she smiled at him. All I have to do,Is think of me and I have peace of mind. tag; Kyle words; 603 wearing; Here! credits; template by delilahh @ CAUTION! notes; Hehe<3 [/blockquote]

Kyle couldn't believe that it was time for the date already. He spent all day trying to come up with a good plan for the date, something that would knock Courtney's socks off, he wanted it to be romantic and perfect. For the longest time he couldn't come up with anything and Kyle felt like he was gonna let Courtney down, and he couldn't handle that, she thought he was sweet and romantic and if he couldn't even plan one date for them, then she would find out he is not romantic and she would be so upset over it and he didn't want that at all.
He was really starting to stress out over it. Finally, Kyle came up with an idea for their date that sounded perfect almost too perfect and he wanted to surprise her with it so he didn't inform her ahead of time. The drive to pick her up was uneventful and he walked up to her door and got ready to knock, remembering what he had planned for her. He had the stuff they were gonna need in the back seat of his car already. A red blanket to sit on and a basket of food and drinks. Kyle had planned a very special sunset dinner picnic for him and Courtney tonight.
It would be at the falls, so it would be extra romantic in Kyle's mind. Finally he knocked on the door and smiled at her when she answered it, revealing the flowers that he hid behind his back to her. "Hey Courtney." He told her holding the flowers out for her to take. If there was one thing he learned a long time ago was that you never show up at a girls house empty handed. That was just a fact that he learned, and today was gonna be no different, he made sure he bought something for her, and something nice to.
He took a sniff and smelled her place. "Wow, someone has been baking today. How did you know chocolate chip cookies were my favorite?" He asked her, the smell really was intoxicating and he loved chocolate cookies. To bad he had to watch his weight for his job, or otherwise he would ask her for a couple, maybe she can pack them up and they can eat them at the picnic? He smiled at her. He looked at her outfit and he literally thought his jaw dropped to the floor and he was drooling, but he wasn't, somehow he managed not to do such a thing.
"I... wow...you look... wow." Kyle said, not even having the words to express his feelings. Wow seemed like a pretty good word in this moment, so he hoped she accepted that word as a good answer. He was completely stunned by the beauty that stood before him and came to the realization at this moment that she was out of his league. She was far to beautiful and sexy to be with him, but that is what made her amazing, that she would even give him the time of day. Kyle was the happiest man in the world right now.
"So um, I think I have something special planned out for you." Kyle told her finally, able to talk once again. He hoped that Courtney liked what he had planned out for them, as he didn't want to blow it, right now was his only shot to impress her as she has impressed him a lot already. "Are you ready and wish to go now?" Kyle asked her, hoping that she would say yes. If he couldn't take his mind off her outfit soon he was liable to forget his own name, thats just how gorgeous she looked.

I don't want to be, Anything other than what I've been trying to be lately
Courtney just wanted to see him again, that was what she was excited about. She couldn't believe she was going out on a date, it had been so long since she had been on one. Well, she was on one a few months ago and it didn't go to great..the guy was a major asshole and just looked at his phone. She was praying that Kyle was different from other guys, so far he proved to be the good guy, the nice guy. Courtney remembered back in high school she would go after the bad boys, the jerks who seemed to not care for their girlfriends unless they were alone but the girl realized she deserved better than that, she deserved a guy like Kyle. He would do just fine, then again he was so perfect. God, she just wanted that door to ring even though she wasn't ready, but there was so much anticipation. Wait a minute...what if he didn't show up? What if he stood her up? Or totally forgot about it? She didn't even want to think about that or else that would be another thing to stress about. But then again she would be all dressed up and have nowhere to go. Honestly, if the guy stood her up she may just have a breakdown and would eat the cookies she made while laying in bed, yes she was a bit dramatic but she had the right to be considering her history with men. She was just paranoid and she really needed to start trusting, that was what she needed to do, and hopefully she could or at least try, was that so hard? "For me?" Stupid question, of course it was for her! She took the flowers from him, "They smell really nice, thank you," she said with a grin on her face. "You can come in," she told the man as she let him enter still sniffing the flowers she got. She put them on a table and took note to put them in some water once she got home from the date. Hopefully she would remember though, she was horrible at remembering things like that, she couldn't even take care of a goldfish to be honest. She couldn't stop staring at them, they were just so lovely and he was so sweet for thinking of her...he actually got her something. It was just cute and he was cute, she couldn't help her feelings and the way he made her feel. The girl definitely got some points just for baking his favourite cookies, she got lucky there which made her really happy. "Just a hunch," she said with a grin and one shrug. The girl couldn't help but blush at his astonishment with how she looked, she was happy he liked what she was wearing and how she put her hair. She was so afraid he wasn't going to like it. "You really like it," she said as she looked down and then up at the man. "You look pretty wow yourself," she told him with a slight giggle. The man always looked good though, well from what she had seen so far. Things were turning out well so far which made her extremely happy. "You do?" She said a bit surprised. She thought that it was going to be some normal date, going to some fancy restaurant or going to the movies, but then she would be way too overdressed for the movies. "Yeah, I'm ready," she told him with a smile. "Do you want me to bring my cookies or would you like to take some home when we come back?" She asked the man. She didn't mind storing them in a container for him, chocolate chip was his favourite so the least she could do was give him some. God, she was so excited for this date and it was already going perfectly. All I have to do,Is think of me and I have peace of mind. tag; Kyle words; 652 wearing; Here! credits; template by delilahh @ CAUTION! notes; UGH FREAKING AMAZING COUPLE<3 like can they be official already lol [/blockquote]

Kyle loved the fact that she seemed to be really into him. Kyle wouldn't be able to handle it if another girl, especially one as amazing and sweet and kind as Courtney, was to turn him down. Waiting for her to answer it felt like eternity before she answered, he just couldn't wait to see her again, as on top of being a great girl she was beautiful, and sexy and hot and so much more. Kyle felt like he hit the jackpot with Courtney and he felt like he could really see himself being with her forever, if she allowed him to that is.
"Your welcome. They don't smell as nice as you look." Kyle told Courtney as she took the flowers. She really did look amazing tonight, if not a little overdressed for a picnic, he didn't matter, on the picnic, he was the only one that was gonna see her and if he could look at her dressed in that all night then it was a positive. He nodded when she said he could come in and he followed her in and watched as he sat the flowers down. She really was a wonderful girl and he felt so lucky to have a chance with her, as he didn't have the best of luck.
Kyle was so sick of being alone. The others would tell him that it was wrong to bring someone new into his crazy life. That endangering her was wrong. But they didn't understand. They had each other. Max had Liz and Michael had Maria. Kyle had no one and he hasn't had anyone for a long time. Kyle felt confident enough that his life was back to normal, that he didn't have to worry about the FBI or whoever else as he felt they were no longer after him. So it was time for him to find someone that he could be with forever, if she wanted him.
"Careful or I would think that you are a mind reader or something." Kyle told her when she said she just guessed that he liked Chocolate Chip cookies. Stranger things have happened, and Kyle was well aware of that. "Thanks, I am glad you think so." Kyle told her when she told him that he looked wow as well. She always knew how to make him feel really good about himself, she was a great person and nice and sweet, and he really needed that in his life, he needed that more then anything else in his life, and she gave it to him.
"I hope so, I wouldn't want you to think I am bad at dating, though I sort of am." Kyle told her honestly. He was really nervous about the date and he hoped she would enjoy it, because he really didn't know rather or not she would. He didn't want a normal date, he wanted something special and unique, something she will remember forever and maybe a picnic wasn't that original, but it was way more original then a dinner and a movie date. "I hope you like it." He told her in reverence to the date.
"Yeah, you should bring the cookies." Kyle told her. "I never pass up the chance to try some cookies." He said with a grin. He waited for her to pack up the cookies before he continued. "So lets go, its a little bit of a drive, but we will be there soon." Kyle told her holding his hand out for her to take so he can lead her to his car. He was nervous and excited at the same time and he just hoped and prayed that the date when perfectly. He didn't know what he would do if he blew it with her tonight, probably crawl into a ball and cry.

I don't want to be, Anything other than what I've been trying to be lately
She couldn't believe this was happening to her, literally the most perfect guy asked her out on a date and didn't stand her up. He was actually going to go through with this, it made the girl really happy knowing she had a chance with him. And she could't wait to see what this date brought, she was excited but nervous at the same time. It didn't have to be romantic as long as she was with the man she would be fine to be honest. Even if she did get all fancy, but she didn't get all fancy for the date, she got all fancy for him, she wanted to impress him and considering the look on his face right now it seemed like she did which made the girl smile pretty wide. She had never smiled so much before. It was definitely a good look on her, and she felt like she could be herself around Kyle. They look down and smiled, god he was so sweet. She then looked back up still with that genuine smile on her face, "Thank you Kyle," she said to him with a bit of a blush. The girl knew she looked pretty tonight considering the amount of time it took for her to get ready but hearing it from him and knowing he likes what she did made her extremely happy. "You don't so bad yourself," she told him with a grin. He always looked good, and he wasn't all dressy but still he looked good. By looking at him she knew she was way overdressed and then thought to change quickly into something more casual but then decided not to or else it would seem weird. Besides, he did like the dress. The girl laughed, "Who knows maybe I am," she said with a wink. If she had the ability to do that then life would be so much more easier but boring as well. "Don't worry, I usually suck at guessing unless your favourite colour's yellow," she told the man. She didn't think she'd be right though, and wouldn't be right but if she was then that would be extremely funny. It was a fun way of what he was interested in though and a subtle way of asking what his favourite colour was. She was just glad she got to talk to him and she would find out more about his life and what he had been through. She just wanted to know him better, she knew a bit of his personality and a few stories of his life but she was ready for more and she couldn't find out more about the man. "Why do you think you're bad at dating? So far you're doing a pretty good job...even though we haven't gone on the official date...and I am talking way too much right now," she told the man with a bit of a blush which hopefully her makeup was hiding. She just didn't want to ramble on, it was probably annoying and hopefully she would stop it, or realize that she was doing. She realized it now but was kind of embarrassed. "I think I will," she told him with a smile. He could literally took her to some fast food joint and she'd be happy...well then she would be way too overdressed for it so maybe not that, but somewhere dull and she would be okay with it. She didn't want him to worry, she wasn't some superficial girl who needed a fancy outing and a fancy gift. "Okay, I will," she said with a smile and went to pack some cookies then came back to the man with a container. She looked at his hand which was waiting for her hand and she grabbed it looking at the man excited for this date. She was so happy right now it was unbelievable, and the man smelt really good as she walked beside him. "Can I have a hint to what this place could possibly be?" She asked the man with a grin on her face. All I have to do,Is think of me and I have peace of mind. tag; Kyle words; 681 wearing; Here! credits; template by delilahh @ CAUTION! notes; I am so sorry this took so long! "Your welcome Courtney." Kyle told her, though it wasn't hard to compliment her, she really did look amazing and he couldn't help but want to kiss her right now. It was to fast and to forward though, but she was just so amazing, he didn't want to waste any time. But Kyle didn't want to scare her away or make her feel uncomfortable, so he begrudgingly refrained himself. "Thanks, I try." Kyle told her when she said he didn't look so bad himself. Kyle felt a little under dressed and wished he were something fancier to match her, but he was vague on the details of their date.
He guessed it really didn't matter what they were wearing, what mattered was that they have a good time and got to know each other better. He grinned toothily at her when she told him that maybe she was a mind reader and then winked. The wink was so dang hot, everything she did was hot and beautiful and sweet and amazing, she drove him wild, but somehow he wasn't jumping her bones right then and there. He promised he would be a gentleman, and that's what he was gonna be, but he couldn't promise that if it kept up the way it was that he would be able to refrain himself later on.
"Nope, sorry, green." Kyle told her with a smile, he wished his favorite color in this moment was yellow so that she could be right and it would freak her out a little and make her think she really did read minds, but she was wrong. He shrugged. "I think red is your favorite color." Kyle told her, part of him was hoping he was right so that Courtney freaked out and wondered how he knew, but the other part of him knew he was probably wrong. He could tell though that she was subtly hinting at wanting to know more about him, so he played along and told her subtly that he wanted to know more about her.
"Well, 10 years or so of trying and failing to date tells me otherwise. But thanks for making me feel better." Kyle told her with a grin. Maybe he was just impatient, but he was tired of failing at the dating game, and it was time to get it right for once and now he was gonna do that with Courtney, hopefully anyways. He shook his head. "No, I love hearing you talk and hearing your voice." Kyle told her honestly, she didn't have to worry about talking to much with him, if anything he wanted her to talk way more. He liked listening and even Liz would admit he was extremely good at it.
He waited for her to return with the cookies and part of him, the part that was always on a strict diet for baseball season, was dying to have one now, but he could wait till they get the picnic going. He walked with her, glad that she was as close as she was to him, he liked her being close to him, it felt good, it felt right. She asked him for a hint as to where they were going. He smiled at her. "We are going for a picnic at the waterfall near here." Kyle told her, hoping that it pleased her, he spent all day planning it and he would be heartbroken if she thought it was stupid.
Leading her outside he opened the front door to his car for her to get in, that the baseball team gave him. He really couldn't wait to get to where the picnic was gonna take place. He felt like a schoolboy going on his first date again and felt like there were butterflies in his stomach, then again he could just be hungry and the smell of freshly baked cookies filling up the car didn't help him any. He got in the drivers seat and drove them to the waterfall. "I hope you like it. We are here." He told her, hoping she was excited as much as he was.

I don't want to be, Anything other than what I've been trying to be lately
The girl giggled a bit when he told her he tried. He was actually a really funny guy which was why she didn't get how he was still single. Her paranoid self would be thinking the good guy persona was all an act but she wasn't going to think that, she couldn't. Kyle was just so sweet, and it wasn't to the point where he seemed suspicious, she could just tell his feelings were genuine. If her intuition was wrong though, and he just wanted to sleep with her then the girl would be really upset and would have no hope for guys...well she already had no hope but Kyle had changed that when he started talking to her. He was a good guy and she would believe that and she knew he wouldn't prove otherwise. She was really excited for this date and just for them to have the chance to talk, not that they didn't talk before. It was just nice knowing that the knew each other a little bit and would be comfortable around each other. She remembered meeting him and she felt a bit awkward but still had that comfortable feeling since he was so easy to talk to, this time was different. She felt completely comfortable around him, she could be herself...well almost herself. It wasn't like she could talk about her witch powers now that would be an awkward conversation if the two ever did get serious, which she hoped for. She didn't want him freaking out or thinking she was crazy, so that would be interesting to see his reaction, but she wasn't going to think about it too much or else it would stress her out and that was never good. "Dammit!" She said with a laugh. "I guess I'm not a mind reader," she said with a fake frown. That would have been really weird if she actually did guess his favourite colour right. "Okay, you definitely only guessed that because I'm wearing a red dress," she told the man. "But, you're right it is my favourite colour," she told him with a smile. She was surprised he guessed it right and didn't think it was pink, usually people thought she liked that colour. It was an okay colour but red stuck out to her plus she looked good in it. "Wait a minute...maybe you're the mind reader Kyle," she said with a grin. "Accusing me of reading minds when clearly you're the culprit," she shook her head at him. They haven't even gone on their date and she was already having a blast, it was great how he could make her smile and laugh so easily. "You're welcome," she told him with a small smile. Both of them seemed to have a bad dating history, something they could relate in. It felt good knowing that she wasn't the only one struggling to find someone, she was still considered young but she just felt like she needed to find someone and be committed. "You do?" She said with a bit of excitement. Usually guys weren't big fans of talkative girls, or at least the guys she had dated. Maybe her problem wasn't the guys, it was her going to them she was glad this was different though. "Thanks Kyle, you really...are different from other guys," she told him. "Good different," then smiled at the man who kept making her heart skip a heartbeat. "How romantic of you," she said with a grin while teasing lightly. "Honestly, I can't wait, I heard the falls were really pretty," she said to him. She liked where they were going, it was something different plus the two would have a good time. "And I asked for a hint, so clearly if I ever need to convince you of something I'll win right?" She joked with him. She couldn't wait, she was even more excited finally knowing where they were going, she could just tell it was going to be a good time. God, she was nervous, her first date with a man who was just so perfect for her, she literally had butterflies right now. The two finally made it there which made her even more nervous. "I can't believe you brought me here," she told him with a smile as she got out of the car. "Thanks for all of this Kyle," she told him. "I mean just the whole date and being interested," she then blushed and looked away. "And now I'm being way too open and insecure," she said feeling embarrassed, she really needed to learn when to shut up, but she had always been a blunt girl. All I have to do,Is think of me and I have peace of mind. tag; Kyle words; 776 wearing; Here! credits; template by delilahh @ CAUTION! notes; LOL EXACTLY so then it can lead to their smexy times and I had to post today...I read your post and I was like yeah...screw everything I need to do this. Courtney had such a cute giggle, and Kyle loved the fact that he could make her giggle like that. She was really sweet and he could tell she didn't trust guys easily. Which kind of pissed him off if he was gonna be honest. Not at her, she was innocent, but at the guys who treated her badly. If Kyle ever ran into one of those guys, he would surely use his alien powers to make the guy a new butthole. Kyle almost laughed at the thought, but he held back, he wondered if it was sweet or creepy that he felt so protective of her already, but he guessed it didn't matter.
Kyle was nervous about everything. Especially their first kiss, if their relationship was gonna be like Max and Liz, then she will see everything and he will see everything about her, and she would know something was up. She will know that he was an alien, sort of. Well he was born on earth as a human, but he was half alien now. Even as he thought about it, he thought the whole thing sounded crazy and that she would want to throw him in the looney bin for being a freak and a creep and a weirdo if she ever found out the truth about who, or what he was.
But he wanted her to know. He never heard her use a bad word like that before. Not that they have been together long, but it was so cute the way she said it. A girl who can make curse words sound adorable was the kind of girl he wanted to be with. "True, but maybe it was more then just a lucky guess?" He said before laughing. If the date was gonna go as well as picking her up for the date was going, then things were gonna be good between them and maybe he could tell her his secret tonight? The thought made him nervous and it was easier to go back to joking with her.
"Maybe I can read minds, if I can I don't know I am doing it." Kyle told her with a smile. He didn't know what his alien power was. Liz had future seeing, Max can heal, Michael can blow shit up. Him, who knows, maybe it was mind reading? He nodded when she asked him if he really did like talkative girls. He did, Liz could talk his ear off if she wanted to. She was really shy when they were dating, but when they became just friends she opened up a lot more and it is why they were such good friends, as he liked talking to her and listening to her and all of that.
"Yeah... different." Kyle replied when she called him different, even though she meant in a good way. She would find out sooner or later just how different he was, and it kinda freaked him out. What if he was to different for her? He wished he could have a sign that she would accept the fact that he was an alien, but he wasn't that lucky. Sooner or later he would just have to bite the bullet and tell her, even if it costs him the relationship. He had to be honest and open with her. "Thanks, your a good kind of different too." Kyle told her, hoping she took it the right way.
"That's what I heard too, but I doubt they are as pretty as you." Kyle told her with a smile. The falls were suppose to be amazing, but right now, he only had eyes for her right now. "I'm not good at giving hints." He told her, he knew she was teasing, but it was the truth. She asked, so he decided to just tell her, hints and him were like always on the rocks. The drive felt like it took forever, the only reason he wanted it over with is because he couldn't look at her and drive at the same time. If he did, he probably would of hit a tree. So it wasl ike torture for him.
"Your'e welcome, I am glad you like it." Kyle replied, he could tell she was super nervous, which just made her more adorable. That was his favorite word to describe her, adorable. He didn't want her to think it didn't mean she was hot and sexy, she was both of those things, but she was just so adorable as well. "You don't have to be insecure, and I like you being open, I wish I could be as open with you right now." Kyle told her, looking away, he didn't want her to think he was hiding something, which he kinda was, but he was to scared to tell her.

I don't want to be, Anything other than what I've been trying to be lately
She never thought she could develop feelings for a guy this fast, and she had never thought she would be this nervous. For some reason Kyle was just special to her, the way he smiled at her made her heart melt and the way he looked at her as well sent chills all over her body. She knew it was their first date, but that didn't matter to her. Maybe she was just some crazy obsessive girl this year. She was never like this, she didn't trust so easily and she never fell for a guy so hard. Somehow, Kyle managed to change her into this other person. She knew she could trust him...he wasn't like the other guys, she knew he wouldn't hurt her or at least try not to, she had to believe that. And she knew his feelings for her were genuine, she could see herself being with him for a while, she actually wanted this to last. If he could make her feel like this right now who knew how much more she could take within a couple months. She really did want to experience life with Kyle, she wanted to do whatever he wanted to do, make him happy because honestly what he was doing now was making her happy. He was a goof, but a sweet and caring guy. The girl definitely got lucky and she was extremely happy about that. Maybe it was just karma finally telling her that she deserved a good guy, someone who would truly care about her and would do anything for her. She was obviously reading into it too much but she couldn't help it! She was going out on a date with a really hot guy who seemed to be just as nervous as her, and who planned the perfect outing just to impress her. He was just overall amazing and she couldn't get enough of him which was strange to say but the man was just so entertaining, funny, and she just couldn't get bored of him. "Kyle!" She gasped. "For the week we have known each other you never told me you could read minds?" She said with a frown. "I can't believe you, I thought I could trust you," she said while shaking her head. "I guess everything was a lie," she said looking at him but started laughing. She was of course joking with the man. The fact that she was so comfortable with him was crazy, she just felt like she could be herself and talk to him without feeling like a total moron. Yeah, she got embarrassed easily but that was because she was still getting to know him and she couldn't wait to unravel all of his stories and just who he was as a person. There was so much to know and they both had all the time in the world to find that out. "Well, let's test it," she faced the boy as he drove. "What am I thinking of right now?" She asked the man waiting for a response from him as she smiled at him. She appreciated him calling her different, she liked being different, it meant she wasn't some other girl. "Thanks Kyle," she said with a small smile as she looked out the window. This was nice, being able to talk to someone so easily and even though there were a few pauses it didn't mean it was awkward, it felt good knowing she could still feel comfortable. She basically talked to him the whole drive there though, hopefully he didn't think she was too talkative, the girl was just excited and the guy brought out her happiness which was extremely rare to do. The girl blushed as he called her prettier than the falls, "Very smooth Kyle," she told him as she turned her head to look at him. "Pretty slick actually," she said as her smile grew larger. "Clearly," she teased him as he said he wasn't good with hints. She was really happy to be here with him right now. "Thank you, honestly. And it's okay maybe in time you can be? I'm not going to force you to tell me every single detail of your life," she told the man. "But knowing something is always a good start," she said to him with a smile. "Where should we sit?" She asked the man as she held the container of cookies in her hand. She couldn't believe how amazing the falls were, the man definitely did a good job at picking a place that surprised, he got points for being unique. She wondered what else would be happening tonight, maybe another surprise since he seemed to be full of them. She still didn't get how any girl could let a guy like him go, he was perfect, and he was already so sweet when he didn't have to be. Courtney honestly didn't get why she was having so much strong feelings in such a short amount of time, it was kind of scaring her, maybe it was a witch thing. All I have to do,Is think of me and I have peace of mind. tag; Kyle words; 849 wearing; Here credits; template by delilahh @ CAUTION! notes; I'm baaaack!!!!!<3333 I will be posting like everyday so don't hold back! Kyle for a brief moment thought that Courtney was being serious, that she really didn't trust him right now and that it was all a lie, but then she started laughing and he got the joke. Kyle must of been a little bit slow on her teasing, but he did get afraid for a moment there. He didn't want her to think that way about him ever. Which was why he was super glad when she started laughing to show him that she wasn't serious about it at all. He smiled at her, showing her that he knew it was a joke. He didn't know what he would do to try and convince her he hadn't lied to her ever.
"Well, your thinking about how hot I probably look in my baseball uniform." Kyle said, teasing her playfully, remembering their previous conversation about the topic. The thing was he said it was a straight face, so she probably thought he was serious. Kyle then cracked a toothy grin and laughed a little. "I'm just teasing." He told her to hopefully calm her and stop her from getting upset. "Well, your thinking about how you can't wait to go on the date with me and how excited you are for it." Kyle told her, but you didn't have to be a mind reader to know that was true for Courtney.
Kyle was both glad that the car ride was over, glad because he can now finally woo her on a real date, but also sad that it was over. Sad because he liked talking with her and being completely alone with her. He smiled at her, well at one point he was really smooth with the girls, but that was in high school and that was when he was the athlete that really didn't care for any of the girls. So him being smooth with someone he actually cared about meant a lot to Kyle. He just shrugged in response and blushed a little. "I try to be." He told her honestly, hoping she appreciated it.
"I don't take just any girl to the falls." He told her honestly. He really had a hard time coming up with a date for them. He Didn't want to do the same old, boring, dinner and a movie date. He wanted it to be special, romantic, unique. He hoped he was doing a good job of it. He grabbed the basket out of the trunk of the car. Yes, he even had the cliche picnic basket, filled with goodies, from salad to fruit to pasta and sandwhiches, the typical picnic food. He nodded at her response. If they kept up the way they were going, he would have to be completely honest with her, he couldn't hold it back forever.
"I know there is probably some stuff you don't feel comfortable telling me right now too. Wel, its fine, really, I will wait forever for you to tell me if that is how long it will take." Kyle told her honestly in response. He really didn't mind secrets, and he respected the fact that she probably had some, and like him, she will come around and tell him everything when the time was right, and he trusted her as well. Trust was a big thing for him, if he couldn't trust her, then he could not be with her at all.
"How bout over hear?" Kyle asked her, there was a really grassy spot near the waterfall, that if you seat close to it you can see a rainbow. He laid the blanket on the ground so that they wouldn't be sititng directly on the ground and he opened the basket. "I hope you are hungry Courtney." Kyle told her, he really did just want to tell her everything and hope for the best. She seemed to be a really understanding girl, so hopefully that didn't change when she found out the truth about what Kyle was and who he was and where he was from.
"So, how am I doing?" Kyle asked her, he had been a nervous dater for the longest time, and he really dint want to blow it like that. Kyle wanted her to be completely romantizied, wooed, swept off her feet, entertained, the whole nine yards. Basically he wanted this to be the perfect date for her, but he knew that it was gonna be a little bit hard to do that, but he was determined to make it happen. And if you knew Kyle, you knew the one thing about him was that once he put his mind to something, it didn't matter what it was, he would see it through to the very end, rather the end turned out the way he wanted it to or not.
