Rupert Giles 59 Years Old Watcher
Rupert Giles is the longest watcher to ever grace the planet thanks to his charge being the oldest living slayer. He has taken over as head of the Watcher's Council and is residing in Rome...though big things are happening in Virginia and he is soon to be on a plane as he must be right in the middle of it.
