----------------------- ----------------------- Ellen needed to figure out why she was here. she was okay with being here now and didn’t really care about it, but she needed to know why, she needed ton understand what had happen. She didn’t believe she had been brought back because she had lived a good life. Now it was not to say that she had lived a terrible life and was a terrible person. No she had lived a good life but she was also pretty sure there were a lot more people who deserved to have a second chance at life more than she did. Which lead her to believe that she had been brought back for a reason and now she just needed to figure out why. Was there another apocalypse coming? And if so she needed to know so they could be ready. The last one ended up killing her and she knew it could happen again but she was not going to simply hide from it. If she needed to die a second time so be it.
The older woman had tried to figure out where it was coming from but nothing worked. Bobby didn’t have the information, no one had it, so she decided to turn to the arts. She didn’t want to call it the dark arts but she also knew that it was close to being that. The only thing she could think of right now was invoking someone, she had tried to get to her husband, asked him to show her the way but it had not worked. And right now she was lost o she was going to have to try something else. She had not told anyone about it because she knew they would have end up freaking out and really she could not blame them, had the roles been reversed she would have reacted the same way. There would have been no need to put themselves into danger but she needed to know.
It was the reason why she had found herself at pathway away. The same place where she had found Bobby when she had first came back and had tried to figure out what had happen to her. But the plan had changed that day and she had not gotten around to coming back until today. Ellen walked into the shop and a small smile appeared on her lips. She was not sure why but these places always made her smile as if they were familiar. She walked over to the book section and started to look for books that could help her invoke the spirit. She knew this was dangerous but she simply had to know. She could not keep going like this without being aware of the reason behind this whole thing. And she was willing to take her chances right now.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Willow woke up in the best mood that she could be in, excited to be starting her job at the magic shop. It was something that the witch really missed doing, just like in the old days when she worked at the magic box with Giles. It was something that she really loved and missed doing. So many memories and things happened there that Willow always will keep and cherish. But Willow hoped to find and make new memories in this new job that she had take. After she was all ready to go she took one more look in the mirror before heading out, down the stairs and in the car she raced there in excitement. She couldn’t wait to have her first day working, which she did need all she ever did it seemed was work on spells, when she wasn’t helping Buffy anyway. So this really will be a great opportunity for her in many ways then one, meeting new people, and learning new things. Just the thought of it made her excited, knowing that she could help with money around the house and getting to work with more magic. She finally was there parking her car and began to make her way inside, the place really was amazing she couldn’t wait to start working again. Willow made her way to the desk looking for the manger, but found someone else standing there instead. It seemed the girl that Giles knew must have been off that day. “Hello I’m here to start working.” She told them. The girl told Willow that they had been waiting for her. Getting Willow set up the told her what they wanted her to do, and that was to be checking on the customers in the store making sure they got what they wanted. Willow walked out behind from the counter ready to go, getting back into her magic box mode. She started be fixing books on the shlves making sure everything was in place. As well as dusting off everything that needed to be. Then has she was working she noticed someone that acted like they were in need of some help. So Willow did what she did best walking over to them to help. “Hi how are you?” She asked the woman. “Is there something I can help you find.” Honestly from what Willow could tell this woman seemed new to all this, like doing magic wasn’t much of her game. Which made all the more reason for Willow to want to help. After all she needed to know what she was getting into. ----------------------- ----------------------- Ellen knew that she should have asked Bobby for help. If there was someone who would have found a way to get what she needed it would be him but she was afraid he would tell her it was too dangerous. But she needed to know, she needed to understand why she was back, who had brought her back and she didn’t see any other way than this so she had to make it work. She had to find a way for this to work out. And this was the only option she could think of.
Magic had never been her thing so she didn’t really know where to start or what to do. She was a hunter yes so she knew the basic stuff, the exorcism and stuff like this but she didn’t really knew about the rest and it was how she had found herself at pathways once again. The first time she had been her she had meet with Bobby and she had been here for the same reason as she was now but then she had seen him and had left with him so her plan had been put on ice and she had not really thought about it until now.
Since she was now living with Bobby it meant that making her plan work would be easier, she would need to find a place to do the spell but before she could even start to think about that, she needed to figure out what that spell would be. So the first step was this. Ellen walked through the alleys of books and other stuff trying to find her way and she felt completely out of place. People were coming and going, taking what they needed.
The idea of asking for help did cross her mind but at the same time what was she supposed to say? I was dead and now I’m back and I need to figure out why. That sounded far too insane she didn’t think anyone would believe such a thing, well at least that was what she thought. The only person whom she didn’t know who had believed her was Satsu but then again the girl was a slayer so she had probably heard a lot more of crazy story from people.
When a redhead walked over to her, Ellen lifted her head up to look at her. “Hello I am well thank you and how are you?” she asked before the girl asked her if she needed help to which, Ellen licked her lips for a moment thinking of the best way to ask for help about this. “I’m trying to contact someone…” she started. “someone that you know can’t be contact by usual manners.”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Willow could tell that in away the woman seemed almost lost, but not just that she didn’t look like one that would really practice the arts of magic. But then again she guessed that she shouldn’t be judging a book by its cover. After all the woman did seem nice which was all the more reason hat Willow wanted to help her find what she was looking for. Plus this was Willow chance to show this place how good and experienced Willow really was at this. Willow still to this day remembers how well she helped run that magic box, helping Giles and Anya. Willow even remembers the reading table that Tara had there. It really was one of the witch favorite things to do with Tara when she was there too.. She then began to wonder if Lenore would maybe into this to with her, working with one another getting to learn, teach and help people with magic. She knew that for sure she would need to talk to Lenore about it and see how she felt about it. But Willow almost had a pretty good feeling she love the idea. Walking over to the woman Willow wore a big smile on her face, hoping she could help and please the first customer. “I’m good excited this is the first day of me working here, even though I have worked at a shop like this before. But still a bit nervous with it all you know” Said Willow. “So don’t be afraid to ask me for any help at all, I would be happy to help you the best I can.” The woman had told the witch what she had been in there for, it seemed that she was trying to make contact with someone which wasn’t all ways a good and safe thing. But seeing that it was her first day she had to try and make a sale. “Wow I see now I will tell you that is not always an easy thing to do.” She told her. “But I’m sorry I have to ask who you trying to make contact with? Sorry I’m just curious you don’t have to tell me if you don’t want to.” Said the witch hoping not to get to personal. She just wanted to help this woman the best she could. ----------------------- ----------------------- Asking for help in this place should not be as hard as Ellen was making it. They were probably use to people asking strange questions like the one she was about to ask and yet she could barely bring herself to do it, it was really strange but she didn’t really know how to bring this without telling the person about the fact that she had died and well really she was not sure if she really wanted to talk about that. Truth be told she did but she didn’t think she could trust a stranger with this, they would think she was completely insane.
Or maybe not so much. Chances were that the people here had heard their fair share of strange stuff over time. But still it didn’t meant that Ellen wanted to be yet another story they would tell each other after hours. No she would have to find a way to talk to someone without fully explaining the situation. There was already too many people who were aware of this. At least until she figured out what was going on, she wanted to keep this on a need to know basis.
The redhead girl, looked overly happy but Ellen didn’t think too much of it. She figured that she was just a happy person and actually returned her smile. There was even an explanation as to why the girl was all smile. It was her first day at this place which Ellen could not help but wonder if it meant that the girl would perhaps not be able to help her. of course being new didn’t really mean anything, she doubted that this place hired just anyone.
Help this was exactly what Ellen needed truthfully and she was glad the girl had proposed her help to Ellen because it was easier that way than have Ellen having to ask for it, it was kind of like an ice breaker which was good in her mind. “yeah I had figured that it was something hard to do, but in all honesty I really need to do it.” She said. Ellen took a deep sigh. “thing is I’m not really sure who I’m contacting, I have questions that needs to be answered I just don’t know who holds the answers to it, you know?” was she even making any sense right now?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Contacting someone is not easy it can take a lot of work and concentration, plus if not done right can be very dangerous. You can take the chance in contacting the wrong person, which can always be a bad thing depending on who you bring back, or what you bring into this world. Willow knows to watch messing with those dark forces like that, she only does it if absolutely needed to. But then again Willow had been doing this for a long long time, this woman looked like she had not been at this for a while. “Well you need to be careful it isn’t easy, plus you need to make sure you are safe with how you do it.” She told her in a serous like tone. “If one little thing is done wrong it could be bad and I just don’t want anything to happen to you. I mean you seem like a nice person. Which is why I will help you in any way that I can.” It was the only thing that she could do to make sure things went smoothly. Plus Willow was always one to help when it came to magic. Willow wondered why she didn’t know who she was contacting, she must be really lost for answers and need some help with something. But then again she didn’t seem to know what the questions fully were. She thinks its safe to say that she was lost on everything. “Well like I said maybe I can help you, so can I ask what are some of the question that you have? Maybe it will help me in knowing who we are looking.” She asked her. Willow then walked over to the shelf and begin to look for what books they would need on this, she knew that starting on what they needed would be the best thing. “Oh I’m Willow by the sorry I should have told you my name, you are?” Asked the witch. ----------------------- ----------------------- Ellen knew the danger of the situation. She knew what could happen if she was not careful. But she was willing to take the risk, she needed to know. There was no way she could just stand there and wait for the universe to finally tell her what they were expecting out of her. You could not just bring someone back and expect them to simply sit around and wait and as far as she was concern she had waited for a long enough time. Now she needed to have the answers. She deserved to have the answers. And beside she was not going to be of any help if she could not know why she was here.
“yeah I know the danger of it. I have never done it before but I’m fully aware of how dangerous this can get.” Ellen said making sure she didn’t sound to harsh. The last thing she wanted was to be mean to the person who was trying to help her. “thank you this is really nice.” Ellen said. she had assumed that the red head clerk would give her a few books and other things she needed before sending her on her way but it really seemed like she wanted to help her out.
Ellen chewed on her lip as the girl ask her what kind of questions she had. This was going to be hard but thankfully the girl presented herself giving Ellen just a little bit more time to figure out what she wanted to say next. “it’s a pleasure to meet you Willow I’m Ellen.” She said extending her hand for Willow to shake if so she would wish. “well let’s just say that things are rather complicated.” Ellen started before looking around before focusing her eyes on the girl in front of her again.
“what is the craziest thing you have ever heard?” she asked tilting her head to the side. “because really what I have here, is pretty nuts…” she started she knew that she was about to drop the whole I was dead and suddenly been brought back bomb and she didn’t know how the girl would react.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~It seemed that she was aware of what could happen if she didn’t this but it still wasn’t stopping her. Willow was the same way there were times she knew the consequences of what the spell could do and it didn’t stop her. She still did it no matter what, guess you could say Willow was a which that did what she wanted, not that was always a good thing but sometimes it could be depending what it was for or how it turned out. “Well as long as you know the danger in it.” She told her. “I cant stop you plus I would be a hypocrite if I did seeing that I do what I want when it comes to magic.” The group would never say it but in the beginning they never really loved the fact that Willow became a witch, it was mostly Giles that felt that way. He was juts worried and cared about Willow not wanting anything to happen to her, he has always treated them more like a dad then a teacher. Which is something Willow has always loved about him, sadly he was always there for her more then her own mom and dad ever was. They didn’t care much for Willow at all and even tired to burn her at the stake. She was happy that the woman was grateful for Willow help, and she was happy to be helping her. Willow put her hand out shaking it back, giving the woman a smile back. “things always are complicated and never easy, I wish things were easy but they never are.” Said the witch. When she asked what the craziest thing was she had ever heard she didn’t know where to start, the group have had so much happen to them it was nuts. “I don’t know I have seen some crazy things happen, a Mayor taking over my school becoming a snake, a hell god trying to take over the world but putting us in a hell demotion.” She told her. “I could go on, so yeah I have seen crazy.” She hoped that maybe telling her this a bit would make her want to open up more. ----------------------- ----------------------- Thankfully Ellen knew what she was getting herself into, it was not like she was trying something thinking that everything would end up going well because clearly this was not the case. No chances were that this would turn out for the worst and maybe it would have been better for her to have someone to help her do this but she didn’t know who to ask. “yeah fully aware of the danger, I want to make sure to take as many precausions as possible but I also know that I can’t be 100% sure. I’m just going to do my best to be on the safe side, or well as safe as I can be.” Ellen cracked a smile when the young girl said that she did the same thing when it came to magic. “well it’s good to know I’m not the only one and that you actually understand.”
Ellen could not help but wondered how the girl had gotten into the world of magic but also what kind of witch she was. She was fully aware that not all witches were good and she hoped that she had not just found herself around one of the bad ones. Willow was offering her help and Ellen did want some help but she also wanted to make sure she was not running into something she was not ready to take on. Who knew if the witch was not going to try and use this magic thing, Ellen was getting into against her. There was no way she would be able to see it coming.
Ellen smiled at Willow as she spoke. She did sound like she was part of the good ones and Ellen decided to take a leap of fate. She wanted to believe there was good in people and she wanted to be able to get help with this and make things work. Ellen’s eyebrow raised as the young witch told her about some of the crazy that had been around her. Yup it did seem like she had seen a lot beforehand. “okay well I’m not sure if my story is as insane as a snake person but let’s just say that I have died and well now I am not dead.” She said looking around to see if anyone was listening to them. She did sound like an insane person she knew that.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Sadly magic never really was safe it always had its dangers, but that has never stopped Willow from doing it. She still always did and worked on spells knowing the precautions, there was just something about magic that Willow loved so much. She has loved it ever since the very first time she ever did it with Ms. Calendar, she wanted to be just like her and more. Then when she did that Spell for Angel that was it, she knew who she was and what she wanted to be. Willow has always been and will be a witch as heart. She could tell the woman felt better and was happy to have one to help that understood, no one should have to do something on there own she loved getting to help. Plus now Willow would get to do more of what she loved to do so much Magic!! “Yeah it is I know there is a lot of times I hate doing things on my own, which sadly does happen sometimes.” Said the witch. “But my friends aren’t into magic as much as I am, so I cant blame them.” Willow wondered how Ellen was back it was crazy, she wondered if maybe someone had done a spell to bring her back? Or was this the work of the powers that be at hand? Ether way she knew it was something and Willow wanted to help her find those answers. “Wow that’s crazy and you have no idea how you are back. “Said the witch. “All though I will tell you it isn’t that crazy, my friend died and now she is back from the dead. Lets just say I may have had a hand in on it. So someone must have brought you back, or had reason to bring you here. No wonder you want to do this spell I don’t blame you I would want to know.” Word Count-322 Tagged- Ellen Outfit- Click for Willow's OutfitNote-sorry this is short ~~~~~~~~~~~
----------------------- ----------------------- Ellen had never really used magic, she had sometimes been around Bobby when he had used some but she had never been the one to take care of it. But this time, this was something she was ready to do. Something she needed to do. But all in due time of course. She knew she would be able to do it, if she played everything right. trouble was, she was not sure how patient she would be able to be about this whole thing. She wanted to get things done and over with.
Because she knew that even when she was to find out what had happen to her there would still be a lot of things that would need to be done and taken care of. This would just be the first step of a long line of future steps. But at least if she could get that one down it would mean that she was step closer to the truth. Even if she was not sure on how the truth would be able to help her. “yeah I have to admit I’m not really into magic either but this is one of those times where I simply have to do it you know?”
“no idea, how, no idea who and no idea why.” Ellen explained. “it is rather annoying and somewhat scary. I mean it means that someone far stronger than I am, has some power over me and I’m really not sure how I feel about that.” She told the girl. Ellen couldn’t help but have her eyes grow wider. “wait you brought one of your friends back?” why would she have done that? Well there had to be a reason behind it. Part of Ellen wished that no one had brought her back and had simply left her in heaven but she also had to admit she was actually quite happy to be back. It was a little bit of both. “why did you bring her back?”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Willow knew that sometimes there just was a time when magic was truly called for, even if that person didn’t want to do it. Sometimes they didn’t have the choice in the matter. This was one of those times, she needed answers and Willow was going to give them to her. Well try the best she could anyway, most the time when it came to magic she got all the answers she needed. She would hate for this to one of those times she didn’t. Plus she really wanted to help Ellen, it would be a good way to make impression on a new friend and customer. “I get what you mean, but lucky for you I love Magic so it works out for the both of us.” the witty witch said with a smile. She was getting all that she needed for the spell, books, candle, all the stuff she may need. Willow knew that her boss had stepped out for the day and she was alone, so she figured putting a be back in fifteen minutes sign on the door would buy them some time, or she hoped anyway. Willow still didn’t know how long this was going to take. “Well I’m sorry that you are lost on your answers for being here, but that’s what this spell is for right. Seeing how and why you are back here?” She asked the girl, making sure she understood what she was doing here. “because I have most of what we would need here.” Willow was laying it all out on the table getting ready as best she could, lighting the candles. She seemed shocked to hear about Willow brining Buffy back, and shocked to why she did. Willow knows it was wrong she shouldn’t have done it, but she couldn’t bare living with out her best friend. Even though she should have been thinking with a clearer head, she really could have came back bad. That was in the time that Willow really had let magic take over her head. “Well I missed my friend and wasn’t thinking about what could happen, let just say I was in a bad place with magic then.” She said in a sad tone. “I wish I wouldn’t have, I think at the time she was happier at peace.” Willow deep down will never forgive herself for doing that, especially with the fact she took Buffy chance at heaven away from her. Willow then got a call from Buffy as her cell went off. “it seemed that something was wrong and Buffy needed to talk to her right away. Willow knew that it must be something of importance. “Look we will have to do this at a later date, I’m sorry but it seems that something is wrong.” Willow gave Ellen her cell letting her know that they would keep in touch.
