The complete ease of the couple before him as the nestled against one another unsettled him somewhat. He wasn't one to show public displays of affection, or show affection at all, so to have the two do so before him he felt.. well what did he feel? Jealous perhaps? Jealous over the fact that he could never be like that with Buffy for fear of his curse breaking? There were so many things he would of loved to do.. yet at the same time, he was too afraid and detached in truth. Still, tearing his eyes away from the couple whom sat across for him, he cast his gaze downwards and listened to the conversation as it progressed. Which wasn't that much, It was only when the topic of the originals came up, did he truly worm his way into the conversation. "yes.. I have heard of them.. we know of them, or a different type." he glanced to Buffy in that moment and shifted in his seat so that he faced her "Remember the Master? He was essentially seen as the original vampire or as he liked to pronounce it 'the first'" He added as a side note, before he returned his attention back to the pair before him.
Unfortunately the originals aren't the worst problem...it's more one of them whose taken his craziness to a whole other level. Oh did they have no idea.. Angel had seen what the 'originals' were capable of, or at least their version of originals, still it was hardly surprising to discover there were a fair few 'originals' "No, they are perhaps the most dangerous, they may not seem it, but the sooner they are gone the better. Yes.. I have heard rumors.. although I believed them to be nothing more." Angel admitted as Stefan in turn begun to speak and add his input of information. It was apparent In Angel's sudden change in demeanor that business was certainly his forte. He didn't do socializing, on any level no matter who they were. When Stefan mentioned that they knew of no way to kill them, Angel thought for a moment, obviously there were two types of vampires.. with the Master dead, it was of little use or knowledge to them, but the thought was still there surely there was some specific way.. perhaps something so very simple? Then again he knew of their strength and heightened abilities so that too would make things.. harder.
When the comment about regret emerged, Angel chose to ignore it. There wasn't a single moment that he did not regret so much so he had spend what seemed, and perhaps what was an entire life time trying to redeem himself, yet still to no avail. That and he didn't wish to discuss his past actions, they were not him after all. When Stefan questioned him about the original Angel shook his head. "I was referring to one of our kind. He went by the name 'The Master'.. although I could be mistaken, but he called himself 'the first' as I mentioned, but he would be of little use to us, and this was some time ago, as I said, perhaps I am mistaken." He commented, and neglected to mention Buffy's involvement, he knew that 'The Master' held as significant affect over her, perhaps deep down he still did. Perhaps Angel was foolish for even bringing it up, but it was at least something to ponder.
As the three spoke between them, Angel frowned deep in thought. It was time to call in a favor. "Excuse me a moment." He commented before rising swiftly from his seat and making his way a few yards or so away from the group so they could not hear him, and vice versa. Pulling out his phone from his jacket pocked he hoped the stupid thing worked, despite the fact he had gotten a new one he and technology were not a great combination.

- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -She found herself for one of the few times actually disagreeing with Stefan. "I don't agree that Rebekah and Elijah are not dangerous. Elijah may be a man of his word most of the time but let's remember he was supposed to destroy Klaus during the damn ritual and he saved him. We could have ended this and yet he chose his brother. I understand why he did it but you and Damon have told me time and time again not to trust him." She stated, not really liking disagreeing with her boyfriend in front of two people she didn't know very well but feeling the need to make her point.
“As for Rebekah, do I need to remind you that she wants me dead on a very personal level?” She asked, feeling a little bit of offense since she knew that Rebekah and Stefan had a relationship once upon a time and even though she knew it was irrational she felt as if he was choosing Rebekah over her. Maybe she just needed to get more sleep since clearly she was losing it. Either way she knew the damage that Rebekah could cause when she put her mind to it and she did not feel that Rebekah was NOT a danger. “Rebekah isn’t my number one fan and she’ll also side with Klaus when it boils down to it. She loves her brother and even though he was the reason that she was entombed for ninety years she’ll still side with him.” She stated, not looking at Stefan as she knew he wouldn’t be happy with her telling them the opposite of what he was saying.
Focusing back on the people in front of them instead of her boyfriend whom she doubted was very happy with her at the moment she listened what Angel was saying. “From the stories I’ve heard it sounds like there are a couple different types of vampires. Buffy and I talked a little about the differences between you and Stefan. From what she’s told me it seems that you both have strengths and weaknesses that the other doesn’t.” She told them, remembering the conversation about how Stefan’s eyes and around such had veins while apparently according to Buffy Angel’s eyes turned golden and his face actually changed. Stefan’s face changed a little bit but according to Buffy from what she had seen of Damon’s it wasn’t nearly as much.
“I’m not sure if the originals are the founders of all vampires or just the founders of this specific line, though I assume just this specific line.” She stated, having read up a little after speaking with Buffy. “Then again who knows.” She stated, not liking being in the spotlight since clearly she didn’t know as much as the other three people at the table.
She nodded at Angel who requested to be excused before answering Buffy's question. "It's probably better to wait until Angel gets back as it's something that he should know too. Also if you have any friends who are werewolves I would warn them that Klaus is always looking for new hybrids and the hybrids must start out werewolf before he turns them so be sure to warn them." She told her, not remembering if Buffy knew any werewolves or if she had mentioned it but figuring it wasn't a bad idea to let her know.

"Rebekah has the ability to kill you Elena. Don't you think if she wanted you dead she would of tried already?" Stefan asked Elena. He didn't trust Rebekah at all, but she must of had plenty of chances to do it. They do go to the same school. Maybe its not just the desire or need to kill Elena that has stopped Rebekah, but the fact that maybe Klaus won't let her? Still, if it was gonna happen, she would of done it already, she wouldn't get Klaus'es permission in the first place. Even if that was what was holding her back, then she was no threat as she wouldn't dare cross her brother, one of the few people she probably did fear.
"I'm not saying trust everything she says. She just seemed to be in a good mood the other day." Stefan told Elena finally. He realized he never told her. "Rebekah ran into me at school, the day I tried to go back, remember. She found out I had my humanity back on. She hasn't told Klaus yet, that is something isn't it?" Stefan said, again, he was just guessing that she hasn't mentioned it to Klaus yet, because if Klaus found out, he would be on him for revenge in 2 seconds or less. "As for Elijah..." Stefan began, he was, Elijah was trusted less then Rebekah, but those two were the only people that knew for sure how to kill an Original that they could ask.
Stefan didn't want to fight with Elena on this subject, but they should try to take advantage of the fact Rebekah is pissed off at her brother for daggering her and making Stefan forget about her. They should try to get Elijah on their side, trust him or not, unless there was a book somewhere that could give them a clue to how to kill an original, getting help from an original itself might be the only way to get this dire information. "I am not saying blindly trust them, just that until they give us a concrete reason not to then we should keep an open mind?" Stefan said, it was more of a question really, who knows, maybe Rebekah's hate was deep enough to want to stop Klaus.
He doubted that the hate was enough that she wanted him dead. But she could maybe try to talk sense into him or at the very least give them some information. Stefan knew Rebekah better then anyone at the table, which was Elena's true reason for her sudden outburst, even though Elena knew she had nothing to fear in that department, Stefan was all hers and he would always be hers, no matter how often he told her, she just always seemed to forget that. Getting Rebekah to spill the beans was easy, they might be able to take advantage of that in some way and find out a concrete way to kill them.
"Elena, you know what happened between us is the past right?" Stefan told her, placing his hand on hers. He wasn't mad at her, more or less mad at himself. Lexi did say that since he turned his humanity back on, he did have a tendency to act like a jerk, even if he didn't realize he was. "I'm sorry if I upset you. Its just at this point we need to look at all of our options, even the ones we don't like. I can't have Klaus after you, he needs to be stopped, one way or another." Stefan told her, he hated that his girlfriend was upset at him right now, but it was what it was and there was nothing he could do about it now.
Watching Angel stand up and presumably take a call, Stefan turned his attention back to Buffy. Deciding that he probably shouldn't express any more of his opinions today, at least until he gets some kind of filter, anger often over took his thought process, anger for Klaus and Stefan was desperate to stop him, rather or not that meant killing him. He nodded at Buffy, confirming what Elena said about waiting for Angel to return to the mix to talk about how Klaus became a hybrid. He needed to hear it too. The other originals were a problem, but Klaus was by far their most pressing. Once they deal with him, they will find a way to deal with the others, if need be.

- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -She stayed quiet when Angel mentioned the master, for some reason always finding his presence more terrifying than Glory's. She didn't know what it was yet it was something that she felt down to her bones. Glory had frightened her sure, but it wasn't fear for herself so much as fear for her sister. She had known going up to Glory the night of her death that she would not be coming back. Had her friends cleaned out her room like she assumed they would they would have found letters that she had written to each of them, Angel included. She had found out that they hadn’t read them once she came back and went through her stuff. Nothing was moved…it was like she had been gone for a few days rather than several months. The only difference was the Buffy bot’s crap that she had moved as soon as she had been of the right frame of mind to do so.
The Master had scared her more because she had been too young to really understand the true nature of her calling. Sure she had been through hell and back but after the Master she had grown up in a sense and after that had a world wariness about her that she hadn't had before that. She rememebred how angry she had been when she came back from the summer she spent at her dads. It was a miracle that Xander and Willow continued to talk to her, and that Angel had still stuck around Sunnydale after that.
"He was an old vampire but he wasn't one of the oldest." She told him honestly. "And I agree with Elena that the originals that you guys are used to dealing with are a lot younger than the ones we've dealt with. I don't know who is the actual original vampire in Angel's line of vampires but I do know they are much older than a thousand years." She told them before shrugging. "Either way The Master was not the first vampire...he was just a very old vampire. Remember Kakistos?" She asked Angel, figuring she would help him since she wasn't sure exactly why she remembered the vampires' name.
"It was the vampire that Faith had literally brought into town with her. The one who killed her watcher and she had lied about when she first came into Sunnydale? Do you remember what Giles said? "Kakistos is Greek, it means the worst of the worst. It's also the name of a vampire so old his hands and feet are cloven." Clearly he was older than the master or at least different...I never really thought about it until now."
Nodding when Angel got up to make a phone call she rolled her eyes at Stefan and Elena. “It’ll take him twenty minutes to figure out how to make that phone call since he’s not exactly a ‘techno vampire’ so we have time.” She stated but stopped when the two started to argue. She felt awkward, not wanting to get into the middle of it but she also knew that she felt the need to voice her opinion more than most.
“I don’t know either so I can’t give you an informed opinion however I will say that from listening to the two of you I have to agree that Elijah is probably more dangerous if people trust him. From what you’ve said Rebekah is at least up front with you which means she’ll come at you head on if she has something in the works. Someone who you think you can trust yet you wonder if you should has the ability to damage you a lot further than ones that tell you like it is.” She told them before standing up and doing a back handspring, having sensed a vampire from several yards away trying to sneak up on them. “Hi there.” She chirped happily, though it was clear her body was ready to pounce. “You could have at least said hi.” She stated, not giving him a chance to reply before she drove a stake through his heart, watching as he burst into ash in front of all four of them. “Now, that was just rude. Sorry.” She stated sheepishly.

Whilst the other three chatted, Angel had finally manged to find a single on the ridiculous piece of modern technology and called in a favor. Lore an associate of his had connections, which was the main reason Angel thought to ring the demon first. He had asked Lore to find out what he could on the 'originals' and to also find out what he knew. Which wasn't a great deal, at least nothing different from what Stefan and Elena had mentioned. Eventually hanging up Angel pocketed his phone and made his way back over towards the small group, who had apparently paused mid-conversation and were waiting for him to rejoin them. That was when he sensed the approaching vampire, arubtly ending the phone call he was about to react only to be stopped as Buffy dealt with it swiftly. Sometime he often forgot just what she was..
After that Buffy like him returned to the conversation at hand, although he did admire how Buffy could so rarely dismiss such events, and carry on as if nothing had happened. "Sorry, I called in a favor..Lore a contact of mine has a mean to get information, of any kind. He said he will ring me tomorrow with any updates. Back to what you where saying?" Angel questioned as he glanced between the three of them "From what I gather this.. Elijah is the overall problem. For now, I wouldn't worry about him, going directly for him sounds suicidal from what you have said. I would suggest attacking the others.. this Rebekah perhaps? It sounds like he has an influence on the other vampires.. they alone perhaps give him the strength and confidence." He suggested, he would hate to admit it, but thinking along the lines of Angelus seemed like the only way, if either of them stood any chance of dealing with this Elijah.
There was then the mention of hybrids, he had of course heard of it, but never met, nor seen one. He also had never dealt with one, which could prove to be a potential problem. From what he had read out of curiosity there wasn't a great deal of information on Hybrid, at least not two species combining. True, half human and half vampire in the way of Connor could be considered a Hybrid.. this was on a different level entirely. "Either way.. Elijah as a concern he may be, there are those that surround him.." Angel reminded the three of them, although he would of happily gone straight after this Elijah character, from what the others had said it wasn't the best of moves.

- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -She sighed, knowing that she and Stefan would never agree on Rebekah. Admittedly it did hurt her that he stood up for her since she knew that at one time he had cared for her as much as he could without his humanity off. It wasn't that she was self conscious about Stefan's feelings towards her because she wasn't. She knew that Stefan would do anything for her and while sometimes she wondered if they would truly make it with all the things that they had constantly thrown at them, she didn’t get as jealous as most would considering his history.
This did not excuse the fact that he wasn’t willing to listen to her about her thoughts on Rebekah however she also recognized that right now was not the time or the place to get into it with him. Not only was she well aware that he was already on edge due to their present company but she also knew that they were still being careful about what was said and done around the two that they still didn’t know well. She trusted Buffy and Angel by extension but she knew that the older girl held stuff back and she did as well.
"She's angry with Klaus for stuff that they did in the past. However that doesn't mean that he's not her family and that she won't stick with him if it comes down to it." She told him gently, trying not to show the hurt in her eyes. "You and Damon aren't exactly the best of friends yet you'd kill anyone who tried to hurt him no matter how pissed off at him you get." She told him before waving her hand to try and take the conversation elsewhere. This was one of those times that they would have to agree to disagree until they were in private. "I doubt either one of them are going to tell us how to kill them...however I'll concede to agree to keep an open mind."
Feeling his hand on hers she smiled at him, nodding. "I know, it doesn't stop me from being jealous though but that's my problem to deal with." She told him before he could interject. "We'll talk later but it's okay...I understand. I know you are just trying to protect me just like I would do anything to protect you." She stated, leaning over and giving him a peck on the cheek before lacing her fingers with his and squeezing his hand. They were united no matter what differences of opinions they had.
She watched Angel walk away and turned to Buffy however before she could truly blink all of a sudden she was over a few yards away in front of a deformed face vampire that she hadn't even noticed. She tensed into Stefan's side unconsciously but she made no move to stand because before she could truly understand what was happening the vampire in front of the blonde slayer was dust and she was smiling sheepishly at them. "You know, even tough I've seen you do that already it still doesn't make the shock value any less."
She noticed Angel didn't even mention the vampire that his girlfriend just killed but maybe he hadn't seen it. Either that or he knew he didn't have to worry about her. Either way it struck her as odd. "Do you guys still want to know how hybrids are created?"

Watching Buffy stake the other vampire made Stefan feel really uncomfortable. Angel was bad enough, he would probably be able to rip Stefan to shreds if he wanted to. So, watching the display from Buffy and having his suspicions of her confirmed bothered him greatly. "Remind me to never cross you." Stefan told Buffy, half jokingly and have seriously to hide his uncomfortable feelings. He felt this conversation was really going nowhere and it felt like a big intimidation tactic. Stefan didn't trust easily under normal circumstances, but this was far from normal.
He shrugged, Elena had a point. Damon could do almost anything, except for maybe stealing Elena from him, and Stefan would still want to save him if he could. It didn't mean Stefan especially liked Damon, but to say he wouldn't help him if he could would be a lie. "But Damon hasn't killed our mother, daggered me for 90 years, lied to my face about how our mother died, and then abandon me for a 'new family' for the last few months." Stefan said, Damon was a lot of things, but the stuff that Klaus did to Rebekah seemed way worse then what Damon has ever done to Stefan.
He guessed that they both had points on this topic and decided to drop it as well. He knew he couldn't trust Rebekah as far as he could throw her, but the problem was, she knew. IF she knew and wanted to tell Klaus that she knew about Stefan having his emotions on, revenge would of been quick. So, so far, she kept it a secret at least. Then again, she might try to use it as leverage at some point against Stefan.
Hearing Angel speak about Elijah, Stefan had to disagree. He didn't care if he was a jerk, Elijah seemed like a small problem compared to Klaus. Klaus could kill Stefan, Damon, and any other vampire that Stefan knew with just one bite. On top of that Elijah didn't have any vested interested in the lady by Stefan's side right now, Elena. On a personal level, Klaus was Stefan's only concern when it came to the originals. Getting rid of him was most important, if they managed to get rid of the other ones in the process would only be a bonus, his target is and will always be Klaus.
He suggested going after Rebekah. "With what exactly? Your bare hands? Good luck with that." Stefan said, the only line he really wanted to say about that particular conversation anymore. Maybe he was projecting his anger on Angel right now, but he had a point this time. He knew he probably just acted like a jerk again, but sometimes he had to. However he did have to admit that Rebekah was the chatty one of the three and also from what he had seen so far the one least likely to kill you just for talking to her, though like her brothers had a loose cannon personality. There was still the problem of getting the information. What if she didn't talk? You can't really hurt her, maybe torture her but she is to tough to care.
As for killing, that was out of the question. Stefan just wanted to leave now and made no attempt at gaining the trust of the other two, Angel clearly wasn't interested and Buffy could kill him and all his friends and family at any moment. So he did feel like a jerk for feeling this way, but it was true. Elena asked if they still wanted to know how Klaus became a hybrid. "I think I should tell them, if that is alright." Stefan said to her, he was done arguing and only wanted to say this part now, other then that he felt he had nothing else to say.

- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -She was not surprised when Angel made a phone call, though she didn't mention it when he spoke about his friend Lorne. "Woah woah woah." She told him, holding her hands up. "Let's back up a tiny second. They are a family Angel which means going after ANY of them right now is suicidal until we know what we are dealing with. Even though Rebekah or whoever might be the weakest link, do you really think that the stronger of the family won't come after anyone who tries to harm them?" She asked, knowing that it wouldn't make a difference to him until she put it in perspective for him.
“If someone tried to hurt Cordelia you’d fight for her…the same with Gunn and anyone else that you love. They are a family just like you have your family…and they’ll protect their family just like you would yours. So we need to get a lot more information before we bust in half cocked to take the originals out. I really don’t want to die AGAIN today…tomorrow maybe depending on how much sleep I get, but today I got enough sleep so I really don’t want to die again, got it?” She asked, not even thinking that it would be strange to Elena and Stefan, nor painful to Angel, that she spoke about her death as off handedly as she did.
After slaying the vampire and walking back to the table she laughed at Elena's statement about shock value. "Eh, you'll get used to it." She told her, not feeling anything really about slaying in front of them, though it wouldn't surprise her if it made Stefan a little nervous. "As for how hybrids are created yes I want to know...but I understand if you want to wait to tell us." She told her and Stefan both, understanding that trust was a two way street and since they hadn't told the two of them everything she couldn't expect them to tell her and Angel everything.
She laughed softly when Stefan mentioned not crossing her. "Hey I'm a fair person...that vampire was going to sneak up on us and try to take me out since I was closest...and I am having way too good of a hair day to let him mess with it." She told him with a wink, hoping that she could make him feel a little bit more at ease. Realizing it didn't work as well as she wanted she reached over and touched his arm gently, keeping her strength at bay. "I'm not a danger to you or your girlfriend, nor anyone you care about as long as they don't hurt anyone. I understand the extenuating circumstances about the last few months so relax, you don't have to worry about me coming after you." She told him sincerely, hoping he would understand and possibly learn to trust her. She liked Stefan, could see them being friends, but she also knew he was concerned about her and she didn’t want him to worry anymore than he already did.
She could tell that both vampires were getting moody which really didn't surprise her. "Alright let's all relax. I agree that going after any of them right now is a very bad mood. And go ahead, I want to hear how hybrids are made and then maybe we can talk about something else other than work. I feel like I'm ancient with all this shop talk." She told them with a smile, hoping to diffuse the suddenly tense filled table.

Returning to the group, he could sense Stefan's discomfort already, and he could hardly blame him after seeing that display.. sometime even Angel felt somewhat uncomfortable.. to think that should he change at any moment, then she wouldn't hesitate to stake him..again so to speak. Hearing Elena comment about the Hybrid, Angel nodded.. "I know the basics.. my.. son is a hybrid theoretically, of course he's certainly not half werewolf..although how to make them would be along the same lines.. one species, is bitten, changed or injected with another.. thereby creating some entirely new hybrid.. I presume Klaus was born a werewolf? father was a werewolf no doubt.. then having been turned vampire.. I can see it making sense." he commented, although could not help but feel somewhat cautious of his words, he knew how tender the topic was for Buffy... not to mention that the other two probably had no idea conceiving was even possible. most of it was questions, the other half based upon his own deduction, you didn't live for 400 so years, and not pick one or two things up.
The more he listened the more the name Rebekah appeared.. someone he should perhaps have a 'talk' too, at least that way they would get answers.. of course he wasn't about to tell the others this.. this was something he would be doing alone. Having mentioned going after the other two siblings he wasn't at all surprised to have Stefan question him "Of course not, that would be suicidal.. I'm thinking more along the lines of take whatever weapons, probably ancient ones at that, and find out what works." He stated as if it was no big deal, truthfully Angel had faced a lot worse.. he had faced a god, death it's self and he was still 'alive. "Nothing is without a weakness, everything can be killed." He stated, he wasn't buying the fact that this group of vampires were impossible to kill, there was bound to be something that would kill them.
It was at this point however, Buffy decided to intervene and sound reasonable.. something in truth Angel wasn't he was more of a kill and ask questions later type.. so far it had served him well. When Buffy commented about Cordelia, along with the others he nodded, he couldn't deny that.. he would do anything for them, and he had done so much so he even went against the Powers that Be in order to save Cordelia. "Your right.. I would do anything for them.. which is why sitting around, devising plans will not help them, should anything happen to them.. are we to wait until they kill someone?" He announced, already growing impatient, Buffy's tone ever so slightly reminded him of Wesley.. when he had once tried to reason with Angel, to get him to come up with a plan, but Angel would have none of it.. that was exactly his take on things at that moment.. he wasn't patient. When those he cared about were in potential danger...how could he sit around?
"I'm only suggesting.. they are strong together, so we take them out one by one. From what Stefan and Elena have said they are already on thin lines with one another." He stated glancing to the couple across from him, as if to confirm his theory. Hearing the comment she made about her death, Angel frowned.. a topic he'd rather not remember or bring up.. Deciding not to comment, he shifted within his seat.. he hated the waiting, and hated the 'not doing' part of things, still he could see at least some sense in Buffy and Stefan's words.. although what they did.. and what he did.. were completely different. Still.. it wasn't as if they had to know exactly what he intended.. for now he would listen to what Elena had to say about Hybrids, although he knew some information, most of what he said had been guessed after all.

- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -"No, but Damon held a grudge against you for a long time and yet you still wanted to save him. Stefan he tried to hurt you in so many ways and sure they may not have been as extreme as what Klaus did to Rebekah but that doesn't mean anything really. Just remember that Rebekah has chosen to side with Klaus before and so has Elijah. We could have ended Klaus after the ritual AS PLANNED but unfortunately Elijah couldn't kill his brother thanks to Klaus' leverage. I can almost guarantee that Rebekah would have done the same thing. I may not know her as well as you do nor have I known her for as long but that doesn't mean that I trust her." She stated simply, not wanting to argue with him but wanting to make her stance on the situation clear.
She groaned, this was what she had been afraid of. She had heard from Buffy some of the stuff that she and Angel had faced both apart and together and she had been worried that they would underestimate Klaus. "I have to agree with Stefan. I'm not trying to be rude or ungrateful but they are the original family and they are not to be underestimated. We've tried so many times to kill them with more than a few people to help and yet we've never been able to. I don't want to see anyone else getting hurt because they are stronger than they seem. You couldn't possibly understand that until you've faced them."
She agreed that Stefan would be the best one to tell them about the ritual since he had been there for most of it. Plus he was less likely to get emotional about it unlike her. She still felt an overwhelming sense of guilt because of what Klaus had done to her aunt just because he had wanted her. She had done everything he asked her to do and yet he had still killed Jenna. He had Caroline and Tyler as a backup plan but either way she was going to lose someone she loved...and she had ended up losing Jenna and only a few days later had lost Stefan. It was only lately she had gotten him back and there were still a lot of hurdles to climb before she had him back to what they were before.
She laughed about Buffy feeling ancient and rolled her eyes. "You are only a few years older than I am and I don't feel ancient so neither should you." She told her before motioning to the two men who were getting increasingly more agitated as the evening went on. "These two are the old people of the group."
She nodded ahead to Stefan to go ahead before leaning into his side, allowing her head to rest on his shoulder. She knew she would need the support from him during this story and a small part of her had a feeling that he would need it as well.

Honestly Stefan was a little annoyed by Angels "I know everything" attitude when it came to how hybrids were made. Fine, whatever, let him think all that he wants about them. What was worse that he actually proposes using any old object and see what worked. "Sure go for it, when the first weapon fails you won't have time to use the 2nd weapon as you will be dead." Stefan told him honestly. He doubted Angel had anything that could be used against an original. It wasn't like the weapon grew on trees or was made in a factory somewhere. Even his "old" weapons, just because they were old didn't mean they would work.
Finally someone was talking some sense and that was Buffy. Sure, Rebekah may be the weak one of the three, and calling her weak was wrong on so many levels it wasn't even funny, but compared to Elijah and Klaus she was weaker and even trying to go against her was suicidal, rather or not her family came to help her. "At least we can agree on one thing, and that is none of them are to be messed with right now, rather they are the "weak one" or not." Stefan said more or less to Buffy then anyone else, making sure to pronounce weak one as if it was a false statement.
Stefan didn't say anything about Buffy's claim that she had died before and didn't want to again. Stefan was use to people coming back from the dead, it was yesterdays news, it was a bit nerve racking that she said she can come back at will basically. Especially since she can kill everyone he knew. When she told him to relax that she wouldn't hurt any of the people he cared about he just raised his forehead, telling her he heard her statement but didn't believe her one way or the other on it. She might be forgiving, but she wasn't asking for forgiveness, she was asking for trust, and that was much harder to give.
"And as soon as we find a weapon that will work and not just experiment, then there is no point to going after one of them." Stefan told him. He was right, taking them on one by one was much safer then doing so when they were together, and dividing and conquering did seem like a solid plan. However, you can't conquer something when you don't have a weapon that could kill it. Trying everything until you found something that worked seemed idiotic to Stefan. If he was gonna risk his life or a friends life to bring one of them down, then it had to be certain. It HAD to work for sure, the plan had no room for one huge guessing game.
Finally someone was talking sense again. Elena said that they weren't to be underestimated, and that is exactly what Buffy and Angel were doing. They wanted to go into their little arsenal, grab whatever was handy and use it and think it will work and that wasn't the case. He almost hated them for being so casual about it, like it was that easy, if it were that easy Stefan would of done it a long time ago. They almost came off as cocky in Stefan's mind, he didn't care what they faced before, they clearly underestimated the Original family, and if they wanted to go after them with no plan, no real knowledge, then it was their funeral they were planning.
"It seems to me Angel thinks he has it all figured out on how Klaus became a hybrid." Stefan said, really wanting to just get up and leave right now as this was getting them nowhere. Angel and Buffy clearly thought the Originals were gonna be easy to take down. So why was he needed here if they got this covered? "Can we go now Elena?" Stefan asked his girlfriend, he was so over this conversation and if Buffy and Angel weren't listening to their advice, then why should he continue to try and give it to them?

- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -She could tell this meeting was not going to end well. She didn't know what it was about Stefan and Angel but it was clear they rubbed each other the wrong way. Maybe it was because neither she nor Elena had given them any warning. Thinking back on it that was probably a really bad idea. She could see by the look on Elena's face that she agreed and she figured she would need to take charge to either get the meeting over with or to turn it around.
She stiffened when Angel mentioned that his son was a hybrid. "No, he's not." She told him, keeping her voice as emotionless as possible. It was not a secret that she did not love the idea of Connor, especially with who his mother was. However she also didn't know that Angel would be that open to telling people about his son. A child born of a vampire father would be big enough news, but a child born of a vampire father and a vampire mother was even bigger. How stupid could he be to give that information up like that? She knew people would be surprised that she was protective over a person she had never met, especially one who had been born of her enemy...but he was Angel's flesh and blood and that meant she would die to protect him.
Which was the main reason that she was annoyed that Angel had given that information out like he and. Not that she didn't trust Elena and Stefan because she did but god only knows who was around to hear that. Also from what Elena had told her Stefan was still under Klaus' compulsion even though he had his humanity turned back on...how easy would it be for Klaus to compel Stefan to hurt Connor?
She knew she needed to get out of here before she blew up on Angel but she bit her lip in order to at least listen to Stefan's explanation of how Klaus turned into a hybrid. Unfortunately thanks to Angel jumping the gun and acting like know it all Stefan was ready to go. "Listen, I know this did not go as Elena and I planned. I say we all get going and meet up again in a few days once everyone has all the information. If you want we can meet up at our place or a neutral place...up to you guys." She told Elena and Stefan, shooting a glare at Angel to tell him to keep his mouth shut. "If you want you can bring Damon and whatever girl he's with too. I know he was dating someone the last time I talked to him. Elena you've got my number...call me when your ready to talk." She told her before standing up and waiting for Angel to walk away before she did the same, though walking in the opposite direction he had gone.
She was not happy with him right now.
