Rebekah wanted to see Buffy again and for some reason couldn't get through to her phone. She called it twice and got a busy signal. It was weird that Rebekah wanted to see anyone again, let alone someone that was suppose to try and slay her. But the blonde slayer seemed like a pretty good person and Rebekah had some questions on how she should deal with some stuff. Like with Zan, how she can raise him, if Buffy thought she was doing something wrong or not, she would never hurt Zan, but it is still a form of kidnapping and Rebekah wouldn't be surprised if Buffy wanted to slay her then and there.
The problem is, Rebekah had no clue where the other blonde lived, just that she lived in Richmond. So she was a slayer and Buffy told her that a lot of time was spent in graveyards and such on patrol, so, logic dictated that Rebekah try the graveyard first, but she just wanted to try the beach first as well as that is where they met. The beach turned up to be a dead end, so no talking with her.. friendly neighborhood vampire slayer friend in the moonlight with the waves crashing into the shore to night. Off to the spooky, creepy graveyard Rebekah went next.
Rebekah just felt chills going up and down her spine as she entered the grounds. Why Buffy's vampires hanged in graveyards she would never understand. Rebekah preferred the finer things in life, wine, brandy, a warm fireplace, a bearskin rug, a warm bed, candles, a nice house with high ceilings. She was so spoiled, but to live in a graveyard seemed down right silly to her. Maybe they just visited or wondered out of their graves for the first time and came back to the graveyard for some reason. Rebekah tried to think, what she would do if she was a newborn again.
Well, she wouldn't hang out in a sad, creepy graveyard, that's for damn sure. She probably won't have any emotions and would run to the nearest person and drain them dry, then move on to the next and the next, until she was satisfied. Right now, that was something Rebekah wouldn't do as killing innocent people for fun was so yesterday in her opinion. She still liked drinking blood, and it was better fresh from the vain at 98.6 degrees, but she drank mostly from blood bags now a days and didn't harm anyone, unless they had it coming, she was trying to be a good person after all.
So the next thing that happened shocked her as she walked through the dimly lit bone yard, someone grabbed her and was attacking her. Rebekah didn't have any time to think, but if she did she would wonder if this was Buffy or not, but the thought couldn't enter her mind, all she knew was someone wanted her dead, more so then usual and Rebekah had a decision to make, kill them before they try to kill her, or run away.
Rebekah wasn't much of a runner, besides, whoever this was, was royally pissing her off, friendship or not she would defend herself against anyone, even Buffy. The girl that was fighting her had an ass whipping coming and Rebekah was gonna give it to her. "Go ahead, try and stake me bitch." Rebekah told the person, like it would do any good, it would hurt, she would fall to the ground unconscious for awhile and wake up like nothing happened, so the joke was on the person attacking her.

Faith was use to patrol nights, she had been doing them for years now. It was one of the only constant things in her life. Wherever she was, whatever she did, patrol nights were there. She had often found them boring but lately they had been rather calming. It meant that she had some time to herself and on most nights, she got to kill a few vampires and was able to blow off some steam. On really good night she would get a vampire that was old enough to actually be able to fight and then things got interesting. Because even if she was not the frustrated girl she had been before, she still had some anger inside of her and she would rather let it out on the vampires than what she had done before. She was a good slayer now. Well maybe not as good as Buffy but still she was not terrible anymore.
The slayer took her slaying job very seriously now and tonight was no different. After a quick dinner with the scoobies, she walked out of the house where she lived, because yes she was finally living in a house and had stopped the whole living in motel rooms. Which was a big thing for her, she had always needed her freedom and while she was of course still rather free here and people were not always looking over her shoulder to make sure she was doing everything right, it still meant that there was people around her all the time, too many potential sometimes. But one of the good thing was that Xander was there. Because yes the dark hair slayer had took a liking into the man recently and she really did enjoy spending time with him.
Of course she didn’t like to mention this fact because she didn’t want people to see her as a weak person but when it came to Xander she did have the whole weak in the knees things and she did like to spend the better part of her time with him. He was funny and made her feel like life was not so serious after all. He was the one that helped her just cool down since she was always this on the edge type of person. It was simply who she was and she could not help it but thankfully with Xander around she felt less like that and more like the type of person who could just chill whenever she felt like it.
As she did her patrol that night, Faith was really bored, she had no idea what to do. Apparently the vampires were taking a night off, expect for the first one she had encounter who apparently had not gotten the memo but really it had not taken her enough time to put him down and now well she was bored again. That didn’t last long because soon enough she felt it, the vampire, she knew there was one close by.
And of course she didn’t need to think twice before she went on the attack. She tackled the vampire figuring this was going to be easy but this was where she was wrong, it didn’t take long before she saw the face of the vampire and deep down she felt as if she was in for a real fight this time around. ‘’I`m not only going to try, I am going to stake you.’’ She said before moving so that she could punch whoever it was that was there.

Rebekah scoffed at the lady, getting a good look at her for the first time. Well it wasn't Buffy, so she didn't have to worry about the quilt that killing a friend would bring her. But whoever it was clearly did not know why they were messing with. She felt the same power coming off of the girl that she did Buffy, but she hardly feared Buffy, in fact she would of fault her if she had to, and this girl was no different, Rebekah would fight her if she had to, but she knew she was a slayer and it might cause friction with Buffy if Rebekah were to kill her tonight.
She dodged the punch that the girl threw at her and sighed. Sure Rebekah wasn't the best fighter in the world, but after 1000 years she had some skills that kept her out of trouble. But what set her apart anyways was her gifts, strength, speed, and very hard to kill, almost impossible to kill. So clearly the girl was a better fighter then her, probably trained none stop for years, but Rebekah had something you didn't have to train for. "I don't want to hurt you but I will if I have to." Rebekah told her, though her voice was completely annoyed, she didn't have any beef with the girl.
Rebekah felt like she was having to make moral choices every day. This was no different. The girl was clearly itching for a fight and was not likely to back off unless Rebekah taught her a lesson. Very well, this bitch clearly didn't know who she was messing with. Buffy needs to inform her friends better that Originals are not to be messed with. Rebekah fought back now, she wasn't gonna let this girl get the best of her, not here, not tonight, Rebekah had to deal with so much and was not in the mood, but she would kick the living hell out of her if she had to.
"You picked the wrong night to mess with me, clearly you don't know who I am." Rebekah said to her with anger in her voice. Geez, Buffy, keep your friends on a damn leash for crying out loud. She considered for a moment just how many times that this girl has heard such a line from a vampire, probably to often and the words probably lost there meaning really fast. But in this case, it was true, this girl didn't know what she got into, how could she? She had the fight of her life tonight and maybe, just maybe Rebekah would be willing to spare her life, in order to preserve the friendship with Buffy.
The fight continued on, Rebekah wouldn't let this girl get the upperhand, even though a normal stake wouldn't kill her, it would still suck like hell to get a stake in the heart tonight, and Rebekah really hadn't made a move yet to quell the attack of the girl, she waited, bided her time until the perfect moment to strike and do the least amount of damage. She made up her mind that she would spare her for the night, but that didn't mean she couldn't snap her arm like a twig at some point if she could. But for right now she was hoping that the girl would have a change of heart and back out of the fight, no harm done, but it looked highly unlikely.

“you know the toy little girls play with?” Faith asked. “you look like her, expect she is more alive than you are. I mean she might be plastic but her heart has more chance of beating than yours.” Why couldn’t Faith simply let this one go one might ask? Well the answer was simple. It was her job to kill vampires and since she had a list of the ones she could not kill, she clearly was not going to let go of the ones that could be killed. Because if she did that she clearly would not be a good slayer now wouldn’t she? Beside she was not even sure how much of a good slayer she was considering she was not killing all vampires that crossed her sight.
But over the years she had managed to find out that not all of them were bad and that some of them well could actually be good. Angel was of course one of them, he had become a great friend over the years. He had helped her a lot so of course she could understand why he could not be killed. And she accepted the other ones that Buffy had told her were off limits unless they did hurt someone which was something she could be okay with. It would have been rather hypocritical of her to think anything else when she would be willing to keep Angel alive no questions asked. Faith rolled her eyes as the vampire said that she didn’t want to hurt her. “please you know what I am…” this had always been her problem. She was overly confident.
“Really you need to get over yourself Barbie…” who did she though she was? She was just another vampire and Faith, Faith she was a slayer, she had taken down a hell Goddes, this one right here was just a vampire. Something that Faith fought every single day. A smrik appeared on her face when she saw that the punch hit it’s target. There game on blondie, Faith though to herself. Maybe this would even be enough for the vampire to stop acting like she was all that and go back to being an undead thing and then just dust like she was supposed to be.
She saw the reaction of Rebekah and there was something in the look she was giving her, not enough to make Faith worried because of course it took a lot to worry the slayer but enough to actually get her to think for a moment. Who was this vampire, she didn’t act like the other vampires who were sure they could take on a slayer only to find out soon enough that clearly they could not and soon enough they were dead. No she was something else completely.
“Really?” faith sighed. “this is becoming boring, there you are trying to tell me how much trouble I am in, that I should leave you alone while I still have the change and give me all of these warnings and yet there you are, not doing a damn thing about it.” Faith said before walking close to the girl to get a punch to the face. “so come on.” She said. “bring it on.”

"Barbie?" Rebekah mumbled, she really didn't come here looking for a fight, she came here looking for, well help. She didn't know if she could trust anyone with her secret in Mystic Falls, about Zan, Noah found out about Zan and we all know how that went. So Rebekah came here looking for the only person in Richmond that she knew personally. Maybe they weren't the best of friends, and maybe they were suppose to be mortal enemies, but Rebekah liked Buffy. It was hard to gain Rebekah's liking, yet somehow Buffy managed.
Now she was stuck here fighting wannabe Buffy for no good reason. Rebekah didn't hurt anyone tonight, nor did she hurt anyone that she could remember recently. She was innocent, at least for the time being, maybe not a good girl, but she wasn't going around snapping necks. "Seriously, I really don't want to hurt you." Rebekah said to her, but clearly the slayer wasn't buying it. Responding with a I don't know, don't care who you are statement. Rebekah scoffed at her for saying this, she doesn't know, that's fine, but she should care, as Rebekah was no ordinary vampire.
"Fine, you will care when I have your life in my hands." Rebekah told her, it wasn't a threat really, just a statement. Rebekah was upset now and she watched the girl circle her ready to attack her. Finally she pounced and threw a kick at her stomach, Rebekah was able to dodge it, but having only classical training in fencing, she was not an expert boxer, she did not see the punch to her chest coming. The girl nearly knocked the wind out of her as Rebekah held her chest, wow, so that is what a slayer's punch felt like, somehow Rebekah respected the power now.
But she just looked at Faith. Sadness and anger on her face, if this girl was a slayer, which she was, then that meant she knew Buffy. And if she knew Buffy, then chances were they at least worked together, maybe even got along, or maybe were close friends. Would Buffy forgive her if Rebekah killed this girl? Rebekah warned her twice that she didn't want to fight, but the girl insisted, she really was a stubborn little thing. Very well, if I must. Rebekah said swinging at the girl herself now, finally showing some offense. If Buffy didn't understand that fighting back was only self defense, then that was her problem.
Rebekah was trying to hold back, one of her punches could kill a normal human with the blunt force trauma alone, so she wanted to try and spare her first, get her to calm down, talk things out. The old Rebekah would of finished her instantly without hesitation. "I warned you. Just hope after our fight I am in a forgiving mood." Rebekah said to her, this was also a good test for her, she could learn the ins and outs of slayers as well as how to defeat them and how good and strong they really were. So if anything, there was at least a plus side to all of this.

"I know what it means!" Rebekah snapped at the girl that was trying to kill her. Rebekah was now quite pissed off and the slayer turned it into something personal for her. Rebekah almost couldn't think straight as she kicked the stake out of the girls hand. "Lets put that away before you poke someones eye out." She spoke to her with a smirk. Rebekah didn't know why, but being told that her heart wasn't beating, that she couldn't feel anything really upset her. Rebekah felt a lot, she felt everything good and bad in her life and it stung that someone said she was heartless.
Maybe at some point she was a heartless little girl, but that changed recently, and she had a lot to fight for and this slayer wasn't gonna stop her from getting back to Zan and Noah. "Yeah your a slayer, I met one of your kind, she is a lovely girl, Buffy. I can see good manners and respect doesn't run in the slayer gene pool." Rebekah said to her scoffing at her, this girl really rubbed her the wrong way and was the complete opposite of Buffy. Rebekah wondered why Buffy didn't tell Faith about her, how she was...sort of... kind of, a little bit good?
It made her sad again that Buffy didn't even tell her friends to be nice to her and that she wouldn't hurt any of them. Maybe Buffy just didn't get around to it yet, but still, here she was fighting one of Buffy's probable friends, and she didn't want to. There she went with the Barbie comment again. Before Rebekah could respond the blow landed and she felt like crying. Not that the punch did a lot of damage, but because Rebekah's feelings were hurt. Geez Rebekah, grow up and act your age and not like a little baby. She looked at faith with anger in her eyes.
The girl then taunted her, as if she wanted Rebekah to fight back. It wasn't that easy for Rebekah. She, for the first time in a long time, had to take other peoples feelings into consideration. She met Buffy, she liked Buffy and they even made plans to go shopping together at some point. Killing a presumed friend of Buffy's was not gonna go over so well, even if it is only self defense. Rebekah tried to reason with her but it got her nowhere but some hurt feelings and a few punches to the face and gut. And now, taunted. Rebekah shed a tear and blocked the girl's latest punch.
"My turn." Rebekah said to her picking the girl up and throwing her to the ground. Rebekah was so done and she jumped on the girl and began to squeeze her neck, wanting so badly to watch the life leave the girls eyes. "Words hurt you know!" Rebekah yelled at her squeezing harder, but she stopped herself. Some how Rebekah didn't go through with taking this girl's life tonight. She looked down at her and got up, holding her hand out for her. "I told you, I am not your enemy, hasn't Buffy mentioned me, she said she wanted to go shopping with me." Rebekah told the girl another tear streaming down her face.

“well good at least now we are on the same page.” Faith said actually surprised at the vampire’s reaction. It was almost as if she was a bit sadden by the name calling, or maybe Faith was simply off her rocker or something of the sort. Faith’s eyes narrowed as she saw her stake being kicked away from her. It was the one thing that she really needed to kill the vampire. She could fight her off no questions asked but she also knew that the stake was what she really needed. She quickly looked around trying to find something else she could use in the mean time.
“for respect you have to earn which clearly you have yet to do.” Faith told her. “you know what I am, you know how I do things, if you expect to stay alive around here for a while, you need to learn good manners yourself.” Faith pointed out. Maybe they should have a board or something at the house so they knew who were new friends of Buffy since apparently the blonde slayer had decided to make a ton of new ones. Seriously Buffy, Faith could not help but think. Maybe they needed some sort of slayer chat about this because really they could not go around and save every vampire Buffy encounter.
Of course this was just Faith being bitter and he was sure that once she managed to talk to Buffy she would feel slightly better. There was most likely an explanation for this. When she hit the vampire, she could see it had not even caused pain but there was anger in Rebekah’s eyes. Something that chilled Faith down to her core, but she did her best to not let it show. The last thing she needed was for this vampire to know that Faith perhaps had gotten slightly scared.
But at the same time, Faith wanted to see what this girl was made of. She didn’t want to have to kill her without a fight but it had been almost as if the girl didn’t want to. She had kicked her stake away but had not done anything else. Almost as if she was just trying to actually prevent the fight from happening the same way she had been talking about before hand. But it was not enough for Faith to not want to fight her. No there was no stopping Faith when she started something.
“about time.” Faith whispered but didn’t even have time to get ready for a fight before she felt her body getting lift up and being thrown into the ground. She felt some part of her back crack but it didn’t feel broken. She tried to get up but was not fast enough and soon the vampire was on her squeezing her neck but she was talking to her, blabbling about how words hurt. Faith started to see black and knew she was close to being unconscious, but there was really nothing she could do about it, the vampire was much stronger than she was. But Rebekah stopped and actually held her hand out to Faith, who simply looked up at her “what are you?” she whispered.

Fighting and talking to this girl was really annoying Rebekah. She said that Rebekah had to earn respect. It was what Rebekah had been trying to do all along, to get people to trust her, and no one was. No matter how hard she tried. "I am trying but no one will let me." Rebekah informed the slayer, not that it was any of the girls business anyways, but Rebekah was really trying and still, Elena ignored her, someone she thought was a friend in Buffy never called her back and didn't tell her friends not to attack her for no good reason, she felt betrayed.
How could she be good when no one seemed to want her to be? The frustration and anger and sadness was to much for Rebekah and she snapped, wanting to kill the girl now. She felt her eyes darken and watched herself, as though she was watching from the sidelines, as she choked the girl out, nearly killing her, or at the very least, knocking her out for several hours. Something had finally stopped her, she thought about Zan and how Zan would be running in fear right now because Rebekah was hurting and killing someone else.
It made her let go and she felt her eyes go back to normal. She heard only three words come from the girls mouth. What is she? Rebekah thought about it a bit herself. "I am a vampire that is not to be messed with." Rebekah said grabbing the girls hand when she didn't take it and pulled her to her feet. She looked the girl up and down. "I hope I didn't do any permanent damage to your back." Rebekah told her, she really didn't want to hurt the girl and she only acted in self defense. "Slayers are quite springy, I am sure you will bounce back." She added, hoping to lighten the mood.
"I'm Rebekah, an original vampire. You weren't really planning on using that stake on me were you?" Rebekah asked her not waiting for an answer she just looked at the girl as she continued. She shrugged at the girl and went over to grab the stake, studying it for a bit and finding out that it was not white oak like she had feared. She tossed it to the girl nonchalantly and smiled. "Go ahead, really, it won't do you any good, it would knock me out for a few moments and I will wake up seriously pissed off." Rebekah informed her matter of factly.
"Whats your name, I admire your guts." Rebekah told her with a soft smile to tell her that she was being honest. "Seriously though, I do have a heart, and I do feel, and I do care about others and you stomped on my feelings." Rebekah told her, a tear or two shedding from her eyes and she looked away quickly. Not wanting to give the girl any more reason to pick on her. "I am only here to talk to Buffy and get her advise and see if she still wants to go shopping with me something." Rebekah said softly. "I don't want nor do I have any reason to kill anyone ok." She added, Faith was stubborn, but come on, Rebekah was doing her best to be nice and not do anything wrong and Faith was just making it hard on her.

“fighting a slayer is not the way for you to learn respect.” Faith pointed out, not really caring that she had been the one to start the whole fighting part and most likely the vampire could have just been defending herself. that was if she was telling the truth which Faith found rather hard to believe. She had never been one to give the benefit of the doubt to people. She also hated to be proved wrong. Little did she know that she was just about to be proved very wrong right now.
Faith had knew she would eventually die at the hands of a vampire. There was no other way for her to actually end any other way. Well of course that had been before she found out she was apparently immortal. Something she had a rather big trouble to believe. She didn’t think that she was unkillable. Soon enough there would be something strong enough to kill her, and right now she felt like she had meet her match. Maybe this really was where she was going to die. It was really sad if this was the case.
She watched as the vampire’s eyes change first the worst and than for the better. Almost as if she had decided to try and let her live. ‘’yeah I noticed that Faith mumble still refusing to take her hand but it was not like it matter anyway, she felt the vampire pull her to her feet. Faith stretched her back and felt the familiar crack. It was painful and yet felt so good at the same time. ’’yeah no worries I’ve had worst.’’ She had been in a coma before so clearly that time had been worst. ‘’yeah i`ll bounce back.’’ Faith said her eyes still locked on the vampire, still not believing that she was really just being nice to her.
An original vampire. Of course Faith had heard of them. It was said that there was still a few around the world but really not a lot. It would explain why Buffy wanted to keep this one alive and why she was actually so strong. Really Faith you need to be more careful, pick the right battles she tried to remind herself not even bothering to answer the comment about the stake. Of course she had been about to stake the girl. ‘’I`ll refrain.’’ She said taking the stake into her hand. ‘’at least for the moment.’’
It didn’t mean that she was going to try anything tonight but at the same time she wanted to be ready in case she needed to actually do something and also to let Rebekah know that Faith was also not one to be messed with.’’I’m Faith.’’ The slayer said simply before listening to what the vampire had to say and things were clearly becoming stranger by the minute around here. The vampire was actually crying. ‘’please don’t cry.’’ Faith asked of her. ‘’I`m really not good at this type of things. I mean I’m really not Buffy so please don’t cry.’’ She had never been good at dealing with feelings and seeing a vampire cry well it was not something she was interested in. ‘’Buffy still wants to go shopping. I`m sure of it.’’ Faith said trying to be helpful. ‘’she really does love to shop that one’’

"Beating a slayer at her own game may work however." Rebekah said back, this girl was really starting to piss her off. She was rude, rash, bitchy. Come to think of it, Rebekah actually sort of liked her, now if only she would stop fighting and name calling and feeling hurting then maybe they could get to know each other. Could they be friends.... probably not. Could they at least not glare at each other every time they ran into each other, of course. This girl however, needed to learn respect herself, as fighting an original was not the way to go about it.
Rebekah had mixed feelings about the prospect of killing this girl. Sure, she pissed Rebekah off. Sure she hurt Rebekah's feelings. Sure she was just trying to kill Rebekah. But deep down inside, Rebekah couldn't bring herself to do it. For one, the girl was just doing her job, it wasn't her fault that Rebekah meant her no harm. She didn't know that. Secondly, Rebekah knew how strong she was and she would make a good ally, even if it was a tentative alliance at best. She also respected the girls spunk, she possibly had more spunk then Rebekah did.
"Trust me, you would of got worse if I was really trying." Rebekah said, she didn't want the girl to think she was weak or anything, but Rebekah did hold back and could of broken the girls back if she chose to. "Your lucky I don't want to hurt you or I could of put you in a hospital." She added with a smile. Rebekah nodded at her when she said she will bounce back. "Good, as there are vampires out there that really do deserve an ass kicking." Rebekah said with a smile, hoping that the girl would lighten up a bit. Rebekah would of killed her if things were different.
"OK, but the offer still stands. Seriously, it would hurt, but it won't kill me. Perks of being an original." Rebekah told her. She didn't care if she was possibly giving away to much information. The only bit of information that she knew without a shadow of a doubt that Faith wanted was what would kill her. Knowing that a normal stake won't kill her was probably common knowledge anyways. The Salvatore's or Elena probably saw to that everyone and their mother knew that a normal stake would be harmless to her and her brothers.
"Faith, that's a lovely name. I really do wish it matched the personalty." Rebekah said with a smile. She couldn't help but tease Faith now a little. "Its ok." Rebekah said wiping away her tears. "I probably wouldn't of taken it so personally if I haven't been dealing with stuff lately. You just caught me in a bad mood and made it worse." Rebekah told her. She hated when people saw her weakness and saw her break down. It has been happening far to often lately and she could just hear Nik's voice in her ear telling her to get a grip on herself, but she couldn't help it.
"You think so? I'm not much of a shopper, but for some reason she makes it sound like so much fun." Rebekah told her with a smile, she held out her hand for Faith to shake. "Well, even under the circumstances, It is really nice to meet you. I hope there is no hare feelings." Rebekah told her, it Faith wanted to shake her hand then that was fine, but Rebekah wouldn't hold it against her if she didn't. "So now that you are done fighting me, did you want some company patrolling?" Rebekah asked her, she kind of wanted to get to know her better, even though she just tried to kill her.

“oh please this would only make things worst. I’m not sure what other slayers you have meet before but beating me up won’t give you my respect. It will only piss me off even worst.” Faith pointed out narrowing her eyes at the vampire. There was no way that Faith was no going to be okay with this girl after. No Faith was someone that usually held grudges and this girl was falling right into the spot of the people that Faith didn’t really want to have around her. A vampire and a bitchy one at that.
But right now Faith was clearly losing this battle and she needed to get back on her feet or she would be dead and there would be no pay back once that happen. But Rebekah was far too strong. Thankfully for an unknown reason the vampire decide that tonight was not Faith’s time to die. Taking a few deep breath, Faith looked up at her thinking about what had just happen. She had finally meet a vampire that could easily kill her and yet for some reason she had decided to spare her life. Not that she was complaining but really she had not seen it coming.
“yeah I’m going to trust you on that one because I don’t feel like finding out for myself.” Faith said with a small laugh. “yeah I have been in hospitals before, been in a coma once. Don’t really feel like dealing with this again.” Faith told her with a small smile. She needed to find something funny about the whole coma thing because really it was a thing that had sucked deeply in her life. “well at least we can agree on this and I have to admit that there are vampires out there who don’t really deserve it.” She said to let the girl know that Faith also didn’t kill all vampires.
“maybe some other time. I kind of more want to talk to you than stake you right now. Which is pretty big for me so we might as well enjoy the time while it passes.” Faith said with a smirk. “So originals can’t be killed?” she asked her. She didn’t really know a lot about original but she really needed to make sure that this would change soon enough, because let’s face it, she wanted to be able to know what she could be up against if this girl was to turn on them or something. She rather be prepared than be on the losing end of a fight.
“Sorry to break it to you, but I’m nothing lovely. That would be more of my sister slayer Buffy. I don’t really fit into that category.” Buffy had always been the golden child. Had they been really sister it was clear that Buffy would have been the favorite. “yeah we all have our moments, do not worry about it I won’t tell anyone.” Faith said. she could guess that Rebekah was not one who cried in front of people so it was only normal that she didn’t want anyone to see her cry. Faith could relate to this.
“well trust me on this. Buffy she loves shopping, I on the other hand, hate it. But she has managed to take me shopping a few times, she does have good taste.” She pointed out before looking at the hand that was extended to her and actually shook it. “well I guess it’s kind of nice to meet you to.” She said with a small smile. “I do have to admit I like your attitude.” Faith liked people who can hold on their own. “yeah sure why not, I mean it does get boring after a while. Most vampires never put up a fight quite like you.” She smirked as she started to walk. “so you live around here?”

"Just you and Buffy, and I really would never even try to hurt Buffy, she is a lovely girl." Rebekah replied. She really didn't need Faith's respect, but she kinda wanted it. She wanted to show people that even though she was a bad person in the past doesn't mean she will always be a bad person. She was reformed she guessed was a good word for it. She learned her lesson with Noah and her sister, and she was just glad that it didn't destroy her life completely. It all worked out in the end. "You on the other hand..." Rebekah said with a smirk. She wanted to hurt Faith badly, but she couldn't.
Every ounce of her wanted to rip Faith's head off. Faith was lucky that Zan and Noah would care about her doing something like that, as even the influence of Buffy wasn't enough to stop her from doing that. But Faith had luck on her side tonight, luck that she didn't run into Rebekah a few months ago, as back then she surely would of killed her if she had the chance. "Wise choice, as I don't want to find out either." Rebekah told Faith returning the laugh, maybe she was wrong and the slayer wasn't all bad after all. Faith was wrong about Rebekah being bad, so maybe she was too?
"I know the feeling sort of. It feels like you are trapped in your own head?" Rebekah asked, about her coma. Rebekah herself had never been in a coma, but she had been daggered before. It felt like dying, really. You got trapped in your own body with no escape, no where to go, nothing to do. Not yet dead, but not alive either. A coma had to be pretty similar to that. She nodded as Faith agreed with her on the fact that not all vampires deserved to die. She thought for a moment and most of the vampires she knew personally didn't deserve to die either. Of course there were a few bad eggs in the bunch, but they were ok.
"If you say so. You know, when your not trying to kick my teeth down my throat, you are a pretty nice person." Rebekah told her with a smile. She wanted to just talk to and get to know another slayer. Something told her that this slayer was not the same as Buffy was. Maybe she wasn't suppose to be, but still it was worth noting, as now she knew not all slayers will react to her like Buffy has. "Well, maybe." Rebekah said when the girl asked if Originals couldn't be killed. Rebekah tried to smile at her, but clearly she was comfortable telling her any information like this.
"Look, I know I just defended myself against you well enough. But do you really think me telling you how to kill me, if it is possible at all, is a good idea. A few moments ago you wanted me dead. You probably still do." Rebekah told her, it was kind of hard to trust someone that wanted to stab you in the heart moments ago something like that. "But, I will say, traditional means, staking me, sunlight, they won't kill me." Rebekah told her, that much she was ok with sharing. She nodded when she said Buffy was the lovely one of the two.
She guessed the word sisters didn't mean blood sisters as they looked nothing alike. "Thanks, its just that... A lot of people are putting pressure on me. You probably don't want to hear it." Rebekah said to her looking away, she came to talk to Buffy about it, but she hasn't found Buffy yet. Faith was not Buffy, she made that clear. She smiled when she said Buffy had good taste and loved to shop. "Better then my brother and ex-boyfriend. They took me to a shop that I swear sells clothes for prostitutes." Rebekah said with a laugh.
She was glad the other girl shook her hand. At least for now there was no bad feelings towards each other. When the girl agreed to allow her to go on patrol with her Rebekah began walking with her. "I live in Mystic Falls." Rebekah replied, it was a little close by yes. "I suppose you live with Buffy?" Rebekah asked, though she wouldn't be surprised not to get an answer. She nodded when Faith said most vampires don't put up as good of a fight. "That's true. Most of them are weaklings. I only tolerate the ones who I know and call friend because they are strong. The rest can go to hell." Rebekah told her.
"Can, can I ask you something?" Rebekah asked her suddenly. "How did you get put into the coma?" Rebekah asked, there must of been a good story as to why a slayer would go into a coma.

‘’yeah buffy is a lovely girl.’’ Or well she was not, had been when you didn’t take in the fact that she had been the one to send Faith into a coma years ago. Okay so perhaps Faith had kind of been asking for it but still. It didn’t mean that Buffy was that good of a person. Well yes she was that good of a person, had roles been reversed, faith would have reacted the same way that Buffy had. ‘’yup I`m not lovely, you have that right, but then again I never pretended to be something that I am not so really it does not bother me.’’ She said with a shrug.
That was kind of a lie but at least she had never pretended to be something she was not with Rebekah. “well at least we are on the same page on that subject.” Faith said. she could not help but wondered when it had all change. When had vampires become the new good. A few of them here and there was one thing but apparently now, it was like every other vampire was actually good. It made it harder to keep up. They we need to post something on the fridge at the slayer home just to keep everyone up to date. The thought of it almost made her giggle but she managed to stop herself.
“yeah that was kind of like this. There would moment where I would have dreams you know, like I knew I was there but couldn’t do anything.” Faith hated to remember that part of her life. It freaked her out to no end but really what was she suppose to do about it? It was not like she could just go back and change it. “but most of the time, it was more like I was asleep and had no idea what was going on.” She added with a shrug. “a real long nap or something like that.”
“I wouldn’t go as far as saying that I am a nice person but I’m not a terrible one.” She said with a laugh. “and well hd I know you were on Buffy’s safe list, I would not have attack you without “reason”” faith said using air quotes, because even with someone on Buffy’s safe list, if theyw ere going to attack a human Faith would have no other choice but to kill them. It simply was how it worked.
“yeah I can understand why you would not want me to know how to kill you, it’s not like you can just trust me because I’m friends with Buffy.” Faith said with a shrug. She knew that if she really wanted to figure out how to kill the girl, she would be able to do it no questions there. She would be able to figure out how she was suppose to kill the girl and from there, boom Rebekah would be history. But she kept that part to herself. there was no need to cause trouble where it clearly was not needed.
Yeah she was right, Faith didn’t want to hear about her problems. She had never really been the caring type so when it came to strangers, she really did not want to hear about their little problems. “yeah never go shopping with guys, they have strange taste.” She said trying to change the subject. While she was curious about the pressure people were putting on her, she also didn’t want the girl to talk her ear off either.
“that is a long story.” Faith started but spoke again. “I was worst than I am now at some point, I kind of tried to kill Buffy and well we ended up fighting, she got the upper hand and put me into a coma…” that was of course the short version of it, but short was better at this point.

"I guess I am sort of pretending now." Rebekah told her with a frown. "I am pretending to be a nice little girl that wants to help people and do the right thing. But everyone thinks I am the bratty monster that made a lot of mistakes in the past. I honestly don't know which one is the real me, all I know is I am tired of people thinking that I am a monster and don't have feelings because of what I am." She told her truthfully. She wondered if Faith even cared about all of that or not, probably not, but it felt better for Rebekah to get it off her chest.
"Yeah, its no fun being trapped in your own mind." Rebekah told her, it was a good way to describe it, like you were having a really long nap and you couldn't wake up. Rebekah had never been in a coma, but that was what it was like being daggered. Only it was uncomfortable and part of her knew she was in that pine box, so there was the fear of it as well. They walked around the cemetery and Rebekah groaned in boredom, seriously, why couldn't then run into a vampire so she could watch Faith to see how she did against them?
"I think you are, well, you are brash and you tell it like it is. That doesn't make you a bad person. Its just that if you aren't kicking my teeth in, you are fun to be around, though I do with the other vampires would come out and play. They must be scared of us." Rebekah said with a smile. She then talked about how if she was on Buffy's safe list she wouldn't of attacked without reason. "Buffy said something similar, that as long as I am not acting bad then she won't kill me. And maybe she didn't add me to her little list then?" Rebekah asked more herself then Faith.
"Would you kill me still?" Rebekah asked her, it was a good question. Would Faith want her dead if it came down to it? She nodded and laughed as Faith said never to go shopping with guys. "I know right? The dress they had me try on made me felt like I should go out and stand on the corner." Rebekah said with a smile shaking her head. "I have done alright for myself since then in that department, but it would be nice to have another girls respective and to heave her tell me if my fashion sense was crap or not." She added with a smile.
"Wait, why would Buffy put you into a coma? Aren't you two suppose to be, you know, friends?" Rebekah asked her seriously. It was weird that something happened that saw Buffy try to kill Faith. Maybe she wasn't the nice girl that Rebekah thought she was, or maybe it was all just an accident of misunderstanding. But she really wanted to know as it would some insight on how Buffy and Faith both work.
