----------------------- ----------------------- Lenore perused the bookshelves of the store with a bit of a bored expression on her face. Not that the shop itself was boring by any means, but she had been here a while and she hadn't found any books that held her fancy. Held her fancy? There was an expression that she hadn't used in a while. But it certainly fit the situation. I miss the older books, she thought to herself. Today it seemed like bookstores just wanted to sell stuff like Harlequin Romances and had them in abundance while finding a decent copy of Little Women---or a similar type of a book---took a lot of digging. Well, she wasn't going to give up. She'd find something worthwhile to read if it killed her. Not that it would, but yeah, anyways, back to the book search. She frowned in concentration. There had to be something that would interest her. It was just a matter of finding it. She let out an unneeded sigh as she perused the bookshelves once more. After a while, she realized she had gravitated towards the Supernatural/fantasy section and she let out a smirk. Well, why not see what people were writing about these days? While there were some---though not many---authors that seemed to get vampires right, a lot of the stories were mainly only good for a laugh. And to be honest, she was kind of curious to see who fit in which category these days. She perused the shelves and presently came across a collection of stories about witches. Witches. That made her think of Willow and the spell they had performed together. Her lips curved into a small smile and she couldn't stop the thoughts of the witch from invading her mind. Not that it bothered her. It didn't. But she definitely didn't want to become one of those people who was obsessed with her girlfriend and thought about them twenty-four/seven. She just wanted to be the same Lenore she had always been. -----------------------

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Becky decided it was time to go back for more books, she never could get enough books it seemed. She couldn’t help it she just loved to read, because when she did it took her to a place where she could do anything she wanted. It let her imagination run wild and that was something that she loved. Becky has always been a big reader from the moment she could read she picked up a book and went nuts. Good thing to because in school it was really all she had, Becky didn’t have many friends. Most people picked and made fun of her. So she would put her face in a book to pass the time, her books were her friends and she was ok with that. Making her way into the store she did the same thing that she always did, she went straight for the Supernatural section. She had to see if there was anything new, that was really all she had left of Chuck. She missed him so much and just wished that he would just come home all ready. But she knew he wasn’t going to he was just to stubborn to come back to her, but she could dream and hope she see him again. She stood there looking through all the books they had when she notice some girl off in the distance, it seemed as though something was wrong with her. Almost like she was down and Becky knew all to well about that feeling. She wondered if maybe the girl could use a friend and some to talk to. So she decided to go over and talk to her maybe get to know her a bit. “Hi I’m Becky you new to this store I always come here and I have never seen you here before.” She asked her with a smile. “Sorry to be nosy but are you all right? I mean you just seem down what’s up?” Word Count- 330 Tagged- Lenore/OPEN Outfit- Click For Becky's OutfitNote- Note Here ~~~~~~~~~~~
----------------------- ----------------------- Lenore was so intent on the books that she almost didn't hear the girl who came up behind her, but she did hear her and the vampire turned as the girl introduced herself as Becky, saying that the vampire must be new to the store as she was there a lot and had never seen her there. "Yeah, it's the first time I've been in here. I just moved here and this was the first time I got a chance to come here," she explained. Okay, so her reason for coming here hadn't panned out, but at least she was getting to know the city. And that was a good thing. Lenore then grinned reassuringly as Becky continued, asking her if she was all right, saying that she seemed to be down. "I'm fine, just deep in thought," she said. "But thanks for checking," she said. Okay granted, it was a bit weird for this girl to just walk up to her and ask her if she was okay, but it was also kind of nice. Not many people in this day and age would actually check up on a total stranger, so it was a bit refreshing. The vampire then turned away from the book shelf that she had been perusing and focused on the girl in front of her. "So, how long have you been in Richmond?" she wondered. Hey, this girl had asked about her, so it was only fair to return the favor. And besides, she seemed kind of interesting. "And what kind of books do you usually like?" she wondered. Maybe it was a weird opening question, but what else was she going to ask someone she had just met in a bookstore? And besides, this way it would allow her to make a new friend...hopefully. After all, she was still fairly new in Richmond and could use some new friends. It wasn't like Eli or the others would be coming to Richmond any time soon. So yeah, she needed friends. And why not start with this girl she had just met? -----------------------
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~The girl seemed nice and Becky was very interested to get to know her more, there was just something about her that seemed kind and genuine that Becky liked. Plus in some strange way Becky almost felt like she knew her, it was very weird but she couldn’t put her finger on how and where? “Well I have not lived her that long ether and so far I love it here!” She said in excitement. “So you like it here so far? I mean Richmond been good to you?” She knew she was asking a lot of questions but she couldn’t help it, she loved to meet new people who where new to the town like her. Plus she could tell something was on the girls mind and Becky wasn’t one for leaving people alone when they are down and out. “Well I know we just met and I don’t know you but I’m here if you need someone, I know that when I’m down I hate not having anyone to talk to about stuff. So just so you know I’m here if you like a friend.” The young girl said with a smile. She wondered how long that Becky had been there, when really it was a lot longer then it had felt like. “I have only been here for a few months even though it feels more like weeks. Isnt it crazy how time flies, tomorrow is gone so fast.” Becky said trying to sound all smart as always. She then asked the on question that Becky loved to answer and that was what Books she was into. There was only one big book of course and that was Supernatural. “Well this is the best book you will ever read.” She said while handing her one of the books. “This is called Supernatural about two Hunters that help people by the name of Sam and Dean. You soooooo need to read this, it is so good!! Word Count- 328 Tagged- Lenore/OPEN Outfit- Click For Becky's OutfitNote- Note Here ~~~~~~~~~~~

----------------------- ----------------------- As Becky answered Lenore's question, stating that she hadn't lived in Richmond long either and that she was loving it, the vampire took the time to study the woman's ensemble, which consisted of a black skirt and a brown top that had Sam and Dean's pictures on it. Why is she wearing a shirt that has Sam and Dean on it? she wondered. And more importantly, did she even know Sam and Dean? Okay, we'll see how this plays out, she thought to herself. Then, the other girl asked her if she was liking Richmond and if it had been good to her. "Yeah, it's been pretty good. And the people I've met have been really nice," she responded. And I ended up with a girlfriend, she thought to herself. But that was something she was going to keep to herself for a while. Not that she was ashamed of Willow. But she didn't really know Becky and she wasn't sure if she should give out that information. Then Becky persisted, saying that she knew that they had just met and that they didn't really know each other, but that she was there if she needed anyone, saying that she knew she didn't like being alone when she was down, and that she was around if the vampire ever needed a friend. "Thanks, I'll keep that in mind," she told him. II guess I was thinking a lot, she thought to herself. Her friends were constantly telling her that when she thought, she seemed like she was sad or out of sorts. "But I'm fine, honest. I was just thinking. Sometimes it makes me look like I'm down," she explained. "Very weird. I know," she added with a roll of her eyes. It was a bit annoying but it wasn't like she could change that about herself. Or could she? Nope. She was fine as is. -----------------------

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Becky couldn’t help but notice the girl looking at her t shirt, it made Becky excited and wonder if maybe she in fact liked Supernatural? It always made Becky happy to find other fans of the show, she had only met a select few of friends that like it like her. So she was happy to find another twice in one week, first Charlie and now.. She then realized she didn’t even know the girls name. “Hey I’m sorry what did you say your name was? I just don’t know what I should be calling you.” Said Becky with a smile. She seemed to be happy to make a friend in Becky, and she was happy to make a friend in her as well. Again she didn’t know many in this town nor did she have a lot of friends, so she really was happy to be there for her. “You make sure you do, anytime you need to talk I’m here and trust me I love to talk.” Said the hyper blond. “Well I’m happy that you are ok, but yeah I can see how deep in thought may look like you are.” Said Becky She then wondered what she though about the book that she had handed her, she was for sure of one thing. If anything was on her mind that she was down about Supernatural would make her feel a whole lot better. “Well like I said you should read that, Sam an Dean always make me feel better. I mean you seem like you are interested in reading it, I saw you looking at my shirt earlier did you not?” She asked her. “This is Sam and Dean stars of the book, they really are epic!” Word Count- 292 Tagged- Lenore/OPEN Outfit- Click For Becky's OutfitNote- sorry this is short ~~~~~~~~~~~
----------------------- ----------------------- And Becky had caught her staring at her shirt. Lovely. However, she didn't seem to be upset about it, which was good as the last thing Lenore wanted to do was upset her. The girl then went on, asking what her name was, adding that she wasn't sure what to call her. "Oh, I'm sorry. I'm Lenore," she introduced herself. I can't believe I forgot to introduce myself. That's just embarrassing, she thought to herself. Surely she hadn't been out of society for so long that she forgot the social niceties. She then nodded as the other woman told her to make sure that she kept her offer in mind, saying that she'd be there anytime the vampire wanted to talk as she loved to talk. "That's appreciated," she told her and then smiled as she said that she was glad that she was okay and that she could see how deep in thought she had looked. "Yeah, my friends say that they can read me like a book, especially if I'm thinking hard about something," she commented. She had to admit, a part of her didn't like the fact that her friends could read her so well, but she supposed that was what made them her friends. She then nodded as Becky once more encouraged her to read the Supernatural book, saying that Sam and Dean always made her feel better and then brought up the fact that the vampire had been staring at her shirt, saying that Sam and Dean were stars of the books and really epic. "Yeah, I've heard that these books were good. Haven't gotten around to reading them though. I didn't realize that they had started making t-shirts for the franchise," she commented. Okay, yeah, Becky seemed nice enough and everything, but since she didn't really know her, she'd just pretend that the Winchesters were fictional. Always better safe than sorry in her opinion. -----------------------
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~She gave her a smile taking out her hand to shake hers. “It nice to meet you Lenore, its nice that I have a name to call you by now. I like that name by the way it reminds me of my favorite vampire… wait.” She then stopped for a moment and though about who this girl really reminded her of. She looked just like the vampire from the Supernatural books, that’s where she seen her before she knew that she wasn’t just nuts. Plus all the supernatural books are based on real Sam and Dean stories so it only makes since. She could tell that Lenore was happy to have someone there for her and Becky was happy to have a new friend, Epically if she was in fact who she though she was. Which to Becky is so cool, she all ready had met Lisa as well as Sarah, now Lenore. It was like she was meeting all the stars from the books, which she couldn’t help but love. “ I agree with you I can be that way to, which is ok it just means that your friends know that something is wrong so that way they can be there. Like me I’m your friend here when you need something.” She said with a smile. Becky knew that she was just kind of assuming that they were friends, but she couldn’t help it she though that Lenore was so cool. Becky couldn’t help but freak a bit when she said she had not read them, seeing that she was in the books. But maybe she didn’t know that, Becky wouldn’t have to show her that she was. Plus she needed some way to come out and say she knew who she was. “What you mean you have not read them they are awesome! And yeah they have all kinds of stuff out.” She said in excited like tone of voice. “Can I ask you something? Do you know Sam and Dean Winchester? Because they are the stars of this book, and can I say you look a lot like this girl.” She then handed her the book that had a vampire on the front, who looked just like Lenore. ----------------------- ----------------------- Lenore shook Becky's hand and smiled at her as she stated that it was nice to meet her as well as being nice to have a name to call her. She then said she liked the name and that it reminded her of a favorite vampire and then trailed off as if something occurred to her. Okay, this is a little odd, she thought to herself. She didn't know the woman in front of her, and yet she was implying that she seemed familiar somehow. Why? Had she met her when she was little or something? She didn't remember this, but that didn't mean it hadn't happened. Hey, faces tended to blur after three hundred years. She then listened as Becky said that she was the same way and that it was okay because it just meant that her friends would know when something was wrong and could be there for her, which was actually a pretty good point. "Yeah, and it is appreciated, but sometimes it gets annoying," she admitted. She then threw the other girl a grateful smile as she said that she was there if she needed anything. "Thanks. I'll keep that in mind," she told her. She then raised an eyebrow at the other girl's outburst when she told her that she had never read the Supernatural books, saying that they were awesome and that they had all kinds of stuff out. "I'm not that big on the horror genre, so I probably wouldn't read them," she answered. Then she was taken by surprise as she asked her if she knew Sam and Dean Winchester saying that she looked like someone in one of the books, dumping said book in her hands. "Wow. I sure do look like her. Very strange," she commented. Strange? It was downright creepy if you asked her, but she couldn't exactly say that out loud. -----------------------

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Becky knew about Annoyance sadly enough, she had been told her whole life that she was by kids in school. It wasn’t really something that Becky liked to hear, it made her feel like a problem, trouble. It seemed like there was always some reasons the kids never liked her. Which really wasn’t fair seeing that Becky never messed with or bothered anyone. She always kept to herself in a book not brothering anyone, so it really didn’t make sense to why they picked on her so much. “Yeah I hate when I feel like I’m annoyance, a lot of people say that I am.” Said Becky “So if I’m bugging you please let me know ok.” Becky hoped that she wasn’t going to nuts on Lenore, its just how can you not be in to Supernatural! Its like the best book out there, everyone should read it. It brings you up whenever you are down, it makes any day a exciting day. Its just so awesome how could someone not read it? “Well you should read them Sam and Dean are amazing.” Said Becky. She then got real close almost like she was telling her a secret. “The best part is they are real people, I actually know them!” After Becky had told her that it still had her wondering how Lenore could not be this girl in the book. It only made since that it would be, it looked just like her. It didn’t get any closer then this. “Well like I said because they are real I figured this was you, come on you have to know them. So do you?” She asked the girl. Becky then though about it for a minute, if this really was her then that meant. “Wow that would mean you are a vampire? Oh cool!” Word Count- 304 Tagged- Lenore/OPEN Outfit- Click For Becky's OutfitNote- ~~~~~~~~~~~
----------------------- ----------------------- Lenore looked at Becky sympathetically as she said that she hated when she felt like an annoyance as a lot of people told her she was, and then asked the vampire to let her know if she was bothering her. "You're not bothering me. I know that first impressions aren't always the best and it can take a while to really get to know someone," she answered. She then nodded as the other girl said that she should read the books as Sam and Dean were amazing. She then raised an eyebrow as the girl leaned in closer and then said that the best part was that Sam and Dean were real people and that she knew them. "They're real people?" she asked in fake surprise. This can't be good, she thought to herself. She wasn't sure who Becky was exactly, but she wasn't about to rat them out. Lenore then listened as Becky repeated her statement that the Winchesters were real and and since she was on the cover of the book, she probably knew the Winchesters, asked her if she did know them. "I think these are just books," she told her. Then, she stiffened a bit as the other woman realized that she was a vampire. "Yes, i'm a vampire," she confirmed. "Not the reaction I usually get," she commented. She thinks this is cool? she wondered. Why would she think it was cool? Was she a vampire groupie or something? That couldn't be good. She had seen a couple of them and they were really crazy. But she supposed she could hear Becky out. Besides, she rather liked crazy. -----------------------
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~She smiled at her response saying that she wasn’t getting on her nerves, it made Becky happy knowing that she had made a true friend in Lenore. “You are right it can take a while get to know someone, but don’t worry no matter what you think or know about so far just know you have a friend in me.” She told her. “I will tell you with the first impression I got off you is you are a really nice trust worthy person.” Becky may act dumb at times and a ditz but she could tell that this girl was trying to hind something, not wanting to admit that she did in fact know Sam and Dean. Which she should understand it just meant she was a good friend keeping it a secret for them. She figured maybe it be best if she went along with Lenore from here on out, after all she didn’t want to make there friend made for her telling on them “No to me they are real.” She said laughing. “I had you there for a moment didn’t I, no I know they are a book. But I do have friends that kind of look like them. Maybe you will meet them some time if you haven’t all ready.” She couldn’t help but think it was cool that she was a vampire, because if this was the girl straight out of the books then she was a good vampire. Sweet, kind and wouldn’t hurt a fly, she was a vampire that kill cattle and things like that. But she would never hurt a human, that’s why Sam Winchester kept her safe he saw good in her. Which was enough for Becky Rosen. “Well I’m not really sacred of them, plus you seem nice like you wouldn’t hurt me? Right?” She asked the girl hoping that she wasn’t wrong. ----------------------- ----------------------- Lenore gave Becky a smile, happy that she didn't seem to be worried any longer about annoying her. Then, the other girl agreed that it did sometimes take a while to get to know a person and then went to assure the vampire that she had a friend in her. "Thanks," she said and her smile grew as she went on to add that from the moment she had met her, she could tell that she was nice as well as trustworthy. "Well, I'm glad you think so," she told her. She then laughed as she said that to her Sam and Dean were real to her, adding that she had had the vampire going for a moment, assuring her that she knew they weren't real though she had friends that kind of looked like them if she was interested in meeting them. "Yeah, that'd be cool," she agreed. Yeah, she had met up with Sam and Dean when she had first arrived in Richmond, but she'd like to see them again. Well, you know, as long as they weren't busy with a hunt or something. She did want to know if Sam and Dean actually knew who Becky was, but she certainly wasn't going to say this out loud. She then nodded in understanding as the other girl stated that she wasn't afraid of vampires and that Lenore seemed nice so she figured she wouldn't hurt her. "Nope. I won't hurt you," she assured. At least, she'd try not to. Hurting this girl was the last thing she wanted to do. -----------------------

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~It seemed that Becky did a good job in acting like she didn’t really know that, which was good she could tell that this girl must really want to keep them hidden. Which was sweet it shown that Lenore really was a good friend to them who was there for them, so she was going to respect that. It was hard thought keeping it a secret, she so much wanted to talk about how awesome and amazing they were. They had kept the world safe in so many ways, they weren’t just books for Becky to love. “But yeah it would be cool if they were cool, but sadly they are not real. Just another thing that I wish so much that could be.” She said with a big smile, still hoping she was buying Becky’s lying. She could tell that Lenore was harmless which meant she wasn’t going to hurt her, she knew that because of Sam and from the books. She knew this was the girl from the book Bloodlust, just from the way she looked and how sweet she was. “Well that makes me happy that I’m right because I really like you, you seem nice and fun to hang with. We so need to hang out more.” Said Becky in excitement. “So if you don’t really read Supernatural what kind of stuff are you into? You know what movies, music anything.” Becky was tired of talking all about her, it was time she wanted to get to know someone else a bit more. She has been known to make a bad habit of that talking to much about herself. Becky then had an idea “You know there is a coffee place across the street we could go chill there to talk. I would love to know more about the life of a vampire.” Word Count- 305 Tagged- Lenore/OPEN Outfit- Click For Becky's OutfitNote- ~~~~~~~~~~~
----------------------- ----------------------- Apparently Becky had bought her statements that Sam and Dean weren't real people as she said that even though they weren't real it would be cool if they were and that they were just another thing that she loved so much that she wished that they could be real. "I hear that. I always wanted to go on one of the adventures I read in Anne of Green Gables," she replied. Yes, it was a children's book, but it was still well written and she liked it. "I mean, wouldn't that just be fun?" she asked with a smile. Her smile grew as the other woman said that she was happy that she was right because she liked her, saying that she seemed nice and and fun to hang out with. adding that they needed to hang out more. "Yeah. I'd like that," she told her. Yeah, the girl was a little crazy, but she really liked that. Talking to her was proving to be quite interesting. At the question of what kind of books, movies, or music she liked, Lenore's smile grew. "Well, with music, I can listen to anything, though I prefer classical and instrumental, I don't really watch a lot of movies, and with books I like the older fiction novels, and of course some romance," she answered. "How about you? What do you like besides the Supernatural series?" she asked. At her suggestion of going to a coffee place to talk, the vampire nodded. "Yeah. That sounds good. I'm not really finding anything I'm interested in," she stated. And she really wasn't, which was a little depressing to tell the truth. So why not go get some coffee and talk to a young woman who she had a feeling would become a really good friend? "Let's go," she said and she headed for the exit, hoping that the woman would follow her. -----------------------
