Willow was out trying to get away for the house for a bit. So she thought that doing some shopping might be a good idea, she had needed to pick up something’s,She was running low on magic supplies. As Willow was waking looking at all the shops she came upon a Wiccan store called pathways, she was happy to see that there was actually a magic store in town. Willow had needed to get herself a couple of things for some spells she wanted to try, so she decide to head on in the store to check it out.

Willow opened the door and headed in, the place was very lit up with bright colors “Wow this place is so cool!I have been meaning to check this out sooner” Willow said as she looked around the store, “this place kind of reminds me of the one we had in Sunnydale.” Willow had not been to a good magic store since the one they had in Sunnydale, the one in Rome was OK but it was’t has big as this one was. She didn't’t know were to look first there was so much that she wanted to check out and look at, She then walked over to the dark arts magic books and started read some of them.

As Willow was standing there reading she felt something in the store, she was’t sure what it was but it had seemed like a familiar aura she had felt before. Willow peek over to see who else was in the store, so far she didn't’t see anyone that she knew. But then Willow looked again and saw a man standing over by the register, he was a bit far away from were Willow was and with store being so big so she was’t she if she had knew him. She decided to walk closer to the were the man was, when she got closer Willow knew who it was. “Oz! Oh my god! What are you doing here? I mean how have been?” Willow said in shock after seeing Oz.

Oz was new to town. He was for some reason drawn to Richmond. When Oz left school to control is lycanopthy, he later found out it was the biggest mistake of his life. He lost Willow, though he understood that Willow moved on and fell in love with someone else, it still haunted him to this day. He was just walking down the street, and thinking of Willow, when he saw the magic store he had to go in.

He began looking around, to see if the place was legit or not. It seemed to have real ingredients and Oz was thankful it wasn't one of those fake magic stores. His thoughts were interrupted by a familiar voice. "Hi Willow." He spoke, to her, he really didn't show much emotion but he was happy to see her, she was his first love. Things ended with her on a good note and she said she wanted to see him again, and well, looks like it happened. "I'm doing ok, you?"

He was almost surprised to see her and wasn't expecting it. Oz thought he might be dreaming, as he was just thinking about her, now here she was, right in front of him. He wondered where Tara was, or if they were still together. Oz knew that it was over between him and Willow, but he was still happy to see her, even if he didn't outwardly show it. "I just moved here." He added.

He wondered what Willow was doing here, if she lived he now to. It must of been an odd coincidence that they ran into each other here. Oz heard about what happened to Sunnydale, and was sad to hear about his home, but he was thankful that at least now he knew some of his friends made it out OK. "What are you doing here?" He asked her, his curiosity getting the better of him.

Willow still could’t believe it, Oz was really here in Mystic Falls. Willow had actually really missed Oz, other then Tara (who is not here with her anymore) Oz was really the only other one that Willow could talk to about stuff. "Yeah I'm doing OK, you know me same old same old. Well I have gotten a bit more into magic since you have seen me, a full blown witch now.” Willow said with a giggle. She had wonder were Oz had been living, the last time she saw him was right before she had gotten with Tara. Which she knows had to have made Oz mad, but Willow was glad that she had gotten with Tara. She loved her so much and It kills Willow everyday that she is not here with the gang. Willow then wondered does Oz even know that she is dead?

It seemed as though he had just gotten into town which is why she had not seen him till now, she wondered though why Richmond. "Well I think you might like it here, even though it is pretty crazy here. Just as many things that went bump in the night here as there was in sunnydale." She told him. "Other then that its OK, so what brings you here anyway last I checked you had some things going to help your changing. How is that going anyway?"

He wanted to know why she was here and what she had been up to, when really it was the same as always. Taking on a new evil that needed to be taken care of. “ Well Buffy trains potential Slayers and we had heard that there were some that were living here, so we decided to come here and round them up. And no to answer your question I don’t think there is apocalypse going on now, But the world is still not safe, there is always something to fight” Willow was’t going to rule out that nothing was wrong, because with the gangs luck something could always be coming there way.

"That's good to hear, Willow." Oz said, he was glad to hear that Willow was doing pretty good. He was also glad to hear that she became a full witch finally. She loved magic and he was glad that followed through with her passion and decided to learn as much about it as she can. She was good at it to, it was her guitar, so to speak. So Oz was glad to hear Willow still enjoyed doing it.

Oz had to sell his guitar a long time ago to have his car fixed. He got a new one recently, still, he missed his old one and he missed playing in a band. Maybe he will find a band to play in, in Virgina. So playing in a band was Oz's magic, so he understood how Willow felt and that she was proud of herself for becoming a full fledged witch. "Now that I know your here." Oz said, in reference to liking Richmond.

He nodded. "I went back to Tibet for more training, it went ok." Oz answered her question about his training with controlling his werewolf side. He was learning, but their was only so much he could do about it. It will always be a part of him. He wondered where the rest of the Scoobies were. Xander, Cordelia, Buffy, Angel, and everyone else. "Are the others here to?" He asked her.

She mentioned Buffy was her, in passing anyways, but she didn't say anything about Xander or Cordelia or even Tara. Oz couldn't help but be curious about the person that basically replaced him in Willow's life. It was water under the bridge and Willow and Oz forgave each other a long time ago, so Oz didn't bring it up. Part of him will always love Willow, but he knew that they probably could never be together.

So Meany things had changed since they talked, the slayer Business was’t just a job it was now there life, and yeah Buff was really good at it. Willow had gotten Pretty good at it as well, and she didn't’t always need stakes to do it. By the way that Oz was talking she could tell Oz really had no Idea how power full she really was now, she was just an amateur the last time they talked. When they last talked she had just gotten start to get in the heavy magic with Tara, not to mention all the dark magic she got in to after losing Tara.

Willow did really want to catch up on more with Oz, there was so much about her now that he didn't’t know that she wanted to share with him. About how powerful she was now, what was up with the gang, losing Tara, or there epic end of the world battle with the Hell mouth. That might be something he might want to know about, he did help them fight the Hell mouth a dally bases back in the day. Willow had blushed when he had said something about happy to be back in Richmond. "I'm happy that you are here, I have missed you Oz." She said to him with a smile.

It all sounded crazy so crazy having to go to Tibet and all, but Willow was so proud of him for doing so. "Wow that's really get that you did all that, I'm so happy for happy for Oz." Willow then begin to wonder and worry if it was all because of her. She really hoped that it wasn't. Other wise she felt even worse for what he had been having to go through. It really did kill Willow when she had to say good bye to him. She really did care for him a lot. She could help that she had fallen for someone else it just happened.

He seemed excited and wanted to know if the others were there, which they were the whole gang had pretty much made this place there home now. Which Willow didn't mind she did like it there a lot. "Yeah everyone is here you will have to come to the Boarding house to see them all. I know they will be happy to see you. It just like in school all over again." She told him with excitement.

Willow really did miss those days, Oz might not know this but there is a part of her that did still loves him. He was probably the only man that she did love but she did still had deep down feeling for him. Willow would love to catch up with him more, so she then decided to asked him “So were are you staying at? Because if you need a place I’m sure Buff would let you stay with us, and yes we could use more help with the gang, we even have Angel helping us too. So what you say Oz, want to fight more monsters! Because let me tell you they are everywhere here in mystic Falls, just in case you didn't’ know” Willow then smiled waiting to see what he would say.

Oz was just happy to see Willow again. He felt like she really got him. Willow understood Oz in a way few people ever did. And though they were kinda polar opposites, when it came to personality, they really got along well.

"I missed you too Willow." Oz spoke, he was glad that she missed him as much as he missed her. She was all Oz thought about in Tibet. Yeah he tried to move on and dated a few people, but nothing to serious, not as serious as her.

He spent two years in Tibet before returning to america, he moved around from town to town but never really found anywhere to stay. He wanted to return to Sunnydale, but never got to it, but now that he found out Willow and the gang were here in Virginia, he would have to stay.

"Yeah, Tibet was interesting." Oz said giving one of his famous one line answers. She knew she would probably want more details on it later, and he would tell her if she wanted to know. He hasn't been able to control it fully, he still loses control when put under negative reinforcement, but he is working on it.

"Thats great, I can't wait to see everyone." Oz replied to her when she said everyone was here. He really did miss them and wondered if they would even welcome him back and allow him to help out with all this stuff again. He wondered how everyone was doing, Angel, Buffy, Cordelia, Xander.

Oz had started renting an apartment with a room mate, which was a bad idea, because him and this person didn't get along that well, so when Willow offered him to stay at the boarding house, he was almost to happy to hear it.

"That sounds good Willow, if everyone else wants me to." Oz replied to her, it would be odd seeing Willow every day and living in the same house as her. He wondered what it would be like, he didn't know how the others would react to him, but he thought they would be happy to see him again.

Willow was impressed with Oz, it had sounded like he was doing a good job in keeping his werewolf thing in check. Willow still remembers the three times out of a month that she had to help keep Oz from hurting anyone, it was in there old Sunnydale liberty at the high school. Those were the good old days that Willow really had missed, going to school, then after hitting the Bronze to see Oz’s band, Dingoes ate my baby’s. Which then got Willow wondering what Oz was doing band wise? So she asked him “hey Oz are you in a band right now? If so the gang and I will be looking for some fun stuff in this town, you know when we are taking a break from the slaying and stuff. So what is up any new band going on?” Willow sounded all excited to know.


There would be times when the gang would need a break and just have some fun, especially Buffy, Willow knows that after a while Buffy needs to take a break for the slaying or she will go Crazy if she don’t. As for Willow she is use to not taking a break, she is use to working non stop, but that just how she works. She use to work at the magic box, go to collage, take care of Dawn and work her on magic with out even getting tired at all. So everything they were working on now was nothing to Willow, she could handle it all, at least that what she tried to make herself think.

Willow was so excited to see him, she wanted him back with them so bad she didn’t even think about Lenore. She knew that Oz wasn’t going to be so happy to see that Willow was still with someone, and she knew that Lenore wasn’t going to be mad. She would be happy that Willow was catching up with her friend. But again she hoped that it wouldn’t hurt Oz. “I know everyone will be so happy to see you, I think you and Lenore will even get along.” She threw that in there seeing what Oz would say, hoping he would take this ok.

"None right now, I'm looking currently." Oz replied to her, glad that she brought up the band thing. He would really enjoy playing for everyone, especially Willow again. Oz loved playing in a band and he still practiced every day. He will have to start going around looking for a new band, as he hasn't really played in a band for a few years.

Oz wondered what it would be like, if he would be nervous at all to perform again. he figured he would not be nervous, as he was so use to it. His band, Dingoes Ate My Babies performed all the time back in the day, at everything from school functions to a party for Buffy, which was crashed by some Zombies, but that's a story for another day, to at the local teen night club, the Bronze.

Oz understood where Willow was coming from, where the gang might need some release and fun. Being a slayer, and even the friends of a slayer, was not all sunshine and daisies. They constantly had to kill something and stop something from destroying the world, so it made sense that music would help them all through it, it helped him anyways. "I'd like to play for everyone again." Oz admitted with a smile.

"Who is Lenore?" Oz asked, though he had a good idea who she was. He figured that Willow was now dating Lenore and his heart kinda sank, but he knew it was a long shot. He was happy for her, so long as she was happy for herself anyways, Oz would not get in the way of her relationship, he respected Willow to much to do that and he wasn't a jerk.

Oz moved on and he had met a girl in Tibet and they dated for 6 months before he told her he wanted to return to the states. She didn't take it to well and they broke up. Since then Oz had been single, not really dating anyone. It wasn't that he didn't get offers, he just decided not to. So he to had moved on from Willow, so he couldn't blame her for doing the same.

Well I‘m sure in no time you will find people to play with, once people hear you they will be hooked.“ The witch said with a smile. Willow thought that Oz was a great musician and that wasn’t just because she was his girlfriend at the time. She loved seeing Dingoes ate my baby play, Willow still remembers the poster she had up in her room you know I had my Dingoes ate my baby poster up for a long time, even when we broke up it, yup it was still up on my wall. Sorry though I don’t have it anymore it kind of blew up with Sunnydale” Willow lost a lot of her stuff when Sunnydale was gone she could only keep so much in a backpack, all the books she had, her clothes and even some of the stuff Tara gave her. It really mad Willow mad to have to part with that stuff, but what could she do the hell mouth ate it all.


Willow then remembered something “Oz I do still have the little pez witch you gave me, I made in to a key chain on my backpack, thank god huh.” Willow said to Oz with a giggle, she loved that little pez witch she had, still to this day she remembers him giving it to her. Even when they broke up it was something that he couldn’t part with. Plus it was just so darn cute.

He then asked who Lenore was which made Willow realize she should tell him. Even though for some reason a part of her didn’t want to tell him. “Well Lenore is my girlfriend. We just started seeing each other a little bit ago.” She told him. “So far its going good, first time I have really cared about someone like this since Tara.” She then stopped her sentence not saying anymore, relizing he didn’t know about Tara. “Oh I just realized you don’t know about Tara do you.? Well she was shot and killed a few years back right in front of me.” Willow then couldn’t say anymore. For some reason she felt herself wanting to cry, but she couldn’t let him see her do that. She tried to hide and fight them back as best she could, wiping a tear from her eye.

"Thanks Willow." Oz said with a legit smile, he never really showed emotion to much, but he couldn't help it around Willow. She brought out the best in him, that is probably why he took her back even though she kissed Xander. Because he loved her, and missed her and needed to be around her, so it was easy to forgive her.

"Oh yeah, I remember that poster. I think I have one somewhere you can have." Oz said, remembering the band and poster fondly. The lead singer and one of his best friends at the time, wanted to promote the band and made posters. Not cheap posters, but real nice ones, ones you could get at a real concert. They were given out to friends mostly, but sold at concerts as well.

He was glad Willow remembered the poster. Oz made a note to try and find his copy of the poster and give it to Willow. "Yeah, I'm sorry about Sunnydale." Oz remarked, he really missed his hometown, but at the end of the day, he wasn't shocked it was gone, it was the hellmouth after all, so it exploding was no real shock to him.

She mentioned the pez dispenser he brought her, the witch one. It seemed like ages ago when he gave it to her. He felt in his pocket, and yep, there it was, the head of the werewolf one she got him, it accidentally broke off one day, but he kept the head of it. He pulled it out and showed it to her. "I still have mine to." He said, he really just wanted to hug Willow right now, as it meant a lot to him that she still had hers to.

Oz wasn't shocked that she found a new girlfriend, she deserved it. What shocked him was finding out that Tara had died. He didn't know Tara that well, but he knew that Willow loved her, and that was all that mattered. "I'm sorry, Will." Oz said, he could tell she didn't want to cry and was fighting it. Oz did the only thing he could.... He hugged her to him.

"Its ok Willow." Oz tried to reassure her hugging her close to him. He didn't mind her crying, she needed to get it out and he was more then willing to be there for her, even if all they could ever be is friends again. That was fine with him, he was glad she moved on. It sucked about Tara, but she had Lenore now, and not to mention a group of loyal friends, she was loved.

Willow knew that talking about some of these small things may not have meant a lot to Oz, but it was worth a lot to Willow. She loved those things they were part of who Willow was it reminded her of her first love which was Oz, but it made her think about when she was a teenager. All those times that her and the gang had at the bronze, getting to listen to the good music while dancing with Buffy and Xander. They were some of her fondest memories that she never wants to lose. "yeah if you had so posters laying around that be great, thanks so much Oz." She said with a big smile on her face.

It was pretty nuts about what happened to Sunnydale, Oz would have lost it if he would have been there. But it was probably a good thing that she wasn't there. She was all ready sacred enough about losing enough people as is, she didn't need the only man she ever loved there. "Its OK I guess it needed to happen to stop all the hell that was underneath it, I'm just glad that everyone was OK. I was so sacred Oz, sacred that I was going to lose the people that I love." It was emotional subject for Willow to talk about, it was a hard and scary time for them all. But then again it was a great moment that Willow got to prove how powerful she really was. "you should have been there oz, I really was imaging. Its because of what I did that made all the Slayers what they are now." Willow was proud of that, knowing that she has made all these girls come together.

Willow stood there wondering what he was doing, she had noticed him reaching into his pocket. But then she realized what it was, it was the pez werewolf that she had giving to him. "Oh my god Oz you kept it awww, what happen to the bottom of them?" She asked with a giggle. "It makes me so happy that you kept yours has well, you know what this means bestie for life."

It was hard for her talking to Oz about this, she knew how he felt about Tara seeing that she left him for her. But he was taking Willow into his arms, it felt great feeling him hold her again. SHe felt that feeling she had missed so much, the feeling of being safe knowing no one could hurt her. She hugged him back tightly not wanting to let up, but she knew she couldn't hold on forever. "Thanks Oz its been really hard with out her, but I will tell you when you meet Lenore you may freak. She looks just like Tara to the point its freaky, but there is no way that she is Tara because." She then stopped realizing that Oz was going to think she was crazy, finding out that she was in fact with a vampire. "There is no way because Lenore is a vampire." She said it waiting to see what he say.

"Of course Willow." Oz replied to her. He was certain he had one of those posters laying around somewhere, he just didn't know where at the moment, and if it would make Willow happy to have one again, he was all but to glad to give it to her. He missed those days, everything seemed simpler back then, even though it was never simple hanging around Buffy.

He knew Sunnydale was a bad subject for Willow. It sucked for him to so it must of been really bad for Willow. "At least everyone made it out ok." He said trying to cheer Willow up. It seemed like at least thanks in part to Willow that everyone was ok because of her. Oz began wondering just how powerful she had become since he last saw her. She was always a special human being, but she must be really powerful now.

"I don't know if I could handle being there when it happened." Oz replied truthfully. It was bad enough just knowing that it happened he didn't know what he would do if he actually saw it happening. He wondered if his parents or his aunt, uncle and cousin made it out ok. He hadn't really talked to them since he left town a few years back.

"I accidentally broke it one day." Oz replied when Willow asked what happened to it. Oz didn't know what to do so he kept the head, the main part of it. "Yeah, of course Willow, always." He replied when she mentioned that would be besties forever. He didn't mind that at all, and part of him would always love her, but she could only be his friend, and that's all he really wanted right now with her.

Oz was glad his hug seemed to comfort Willow. He always did have that effect on her even years ago when they were dating. Willow told him that Lenore looked exactly like Tara which confused him a little. "How does she look like her?" Oz asked Willow, it was weird that Willow basically found a carbon copy of Tara and the two were now dating. Weird as in odd coincidence. How did it happen?

She then went on to say that Lenora was a vampire. He thought about this for a moment. Buffy dated a vampire, and in fact loved a vampire and Willow, well... Willow dated a werewolf, a witch and now a vampire. "I figured that." Oz said, it really did make sense as long as Lenore didn't hurt Willow, love was love and Oz wasn't gonna act all bad about it.

"If you love her, that's all that matters." Oz told Willow truthfully. She has dated a bunch of supernatural people before, and Oz has dated a witch and two werewolfs in his past, so he wasn't one to judge.

"Kind of not everyone made it out OK." Said the witch. She knew that Oz had known of Anya but didn't know what happen. Sadly she didn't make it out of the war, but she took one hell of a fight going down. From what Andrew said she gave it her all not wanting to give up, which is why it really is sad what happened to her. It makes Willow want to cry now just thinking about it. "Well do you remember Anya?" She asked him. " She didn't make it out, she was killed in battle. She died fighting to protect us." It really was sad what happened to her, not so much for everyone else but Xander epically. It really killed him losing her, but he knows that she did it fighting and he was proud of her for that.

"So yeah you couldn't have handled it I barely did, the only reason I did was because I knew everyone was counting on me. Plus if it wasn't for me we would not have all the Slayers like we do now, I helped shape these girls into what they are now and I'm so proud of that." Said Willow. It really was a great moment when Willow got to do that, she wouldn't change anything that happened that day for the world. Not just for helping the girls but that day Willow found her true power as well. She felt the darkness that she had once before turn to light, and that was the best feeling she had ever felt.

She felt bad about the pez she had given him, but it was still sweet that he had kept it even though it was broken. "Don't worry we will just get you another one." She said with a smile. "Which means we need to do some shopping, just like old times going to the mall, grabbing some ice cream." She missed those times she had with Oz, just them hanging out. She hoped that now that he was back they would get to hang out and catch up again.

She knew that he was going to lost on what she meet by that, it was pretty shocking how much she really like Tara. Oz would just have to see for himself when he meets her, which will happen seeing that she still needed to meet the rest of the gang. "Don't worry you will see when you meet her, it really is crazy how much she looks like her." Willow was trying to let go of the subject of her girl now, it was the last thing she knew he want to hear. Plus she wanted to talk more about him, she missed him so much.

She was shocked that he was OK that Willow was dating a vampire, but she did think it was funny what he said. "Don't worry if she hurts me or does anything I will let you know, but I don't think she will do that. She really does care for me and I can't lie its nice." Willow then stopped for a moment before telling him. "But I always will miss what we had and I will always love you Oz. You were my first and that means so much to me, plus you are the only guy I will ever love or will love." It was true after Oz and her she had not been with another man, after him that was it and Willow hopes to keep it that way.

"That sucks, Xander must of took it hard." Oz replied to Willow. It really did suck that Anya had died, he knew that her and Xander had at least started a relationship but he didn't know how close they really were. Oz tried to smile at Willow to cheer her up, he decided it was best not to bring up this topic any more, as it seemed to really upset Willow, it probably upset everyone, but it really got to Willow most of all or so it seemed to Oz.

"That is cool what you have done with the Slayers. They are lucky to have you and Buffy." Oz replied to Willow. She would have to tell him how strong she really was and show him some day. He was really proud of her right now, because she accomplished what she always wanted to do, and that was be a really strong witch. It didn't scare Oz to find out that she was strong, it only made him feel secure in the knowledge that she would be safe.

"That sounds like fun, Willow." Oz spoke to her when she mentioned going on a shopping trip with him. Oz would still hold on to this one, as it meant a lot to him, but he would accept the new one too. They can be like twins. Also going to the mall and shopping and getting ice cream with your Ex that you still love being around sounded great to. Oz was just glad that she didn't seem to upset anymore about what happened to Sunnydale, he didn't like seeing her upset.

"I look forward to it." Oz replied to Willow. It was sort of a half truth, he wanted to see how this women looked like Tara. But also, meeting your Exs current girlfriend didn't sound like fun to him. Still, he had to except that Willow was happy with her, and if he wanted to be part of her life, he would have to except Lenore in Willows life. Oz wondered if there was more to it. If it wasn't simple happenstance that Lenore looked like Tara. It couldn't just be coincidence could it?

"That's good Willow." Oz replied to her when she said that Lenore wouldn't hurt her. Though Oz had the feeling that Willow could take care of herself. He wouldn't admit it out loud to Willow, but he knew it was probably true. Especially if she was as strong as she claimed to be. "I miss it to Willow, I still love you to." He admitted to her. Willow was Oz'es first love to, and she would always be very special to him, and he just wanted her to know that.

Willow still remembers how hard it was for Xander when all that went down, it was not an easy time for any of them really. Anya had pretty much became close with all them and in there lives in her own little way. Willow still remembers all the times they got stuck hanging out with one another, seeing that she was dating Willow's best friend. They had there moments where they would drive each other nuts, but still they were good times non the less. "Yeah we all didn't take it very well, it was pretty hard. But we lost a lot when we lost Sunnydale, I don't even know if my family made it out alive Oz." She told him wondering what he would say to that.

Willow smile for what he said saying that they Slayers were lucky to have them, she guessed he was right they kind of were. But really Willow feels the opposite, she feels that they were lucky to be getting the girls. They had done so much in helping Buffy keep the world safe, really beyond really had become like family. A big family that they had never had. "Yeah well we are lucky to have them, they all have came such a long way. It really is amazing all that has happened since you have been gone. I'm so happy that I get to share some of this with you." Willow said with smile.

Willow couldn't wait to be getting to spend a day with Oz, but getting to have more time with him period sounded great. But Willow just hoped that Oz could handle being with her, she knew how much hard it was for him the last time they broke up and knew how he felt for her. She wondered if he would be OK if they hung out just being friends? The last thing Willow wanted was to hurt Oz. "I look forward to it too, I think we will have a lot of fun. I miss all the times we use to spend together." Said the witch with a smile.

Willow knew it and didn't even know what to Say to his next response to her, she wondered if he still felt that way and she was right he did. He still was very much in love with Willow and always has been. Willow took her arms around him holding him tightly. "I never have stopped loving you Oz." It just came out of nowhere, she felt bad knowing she was with Lenore but she had to say what she felt. She wasn't one to lie to Oz or anyone for that matter. "Again you are the only guy I have ever loved and the only guy I ever will love.
