- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - -Dean was driving the Impala back to the motel room after interesting time at the park, Ruby had shown up with some Original vampire trying to find another way to kill them. But it back fired on her big time, it seemed as though Kol has to keep them alive for Katherine‘s sake. Which Dean really could give two a shit’s about he wanted nothing from Kol, nor did they need to be his friend. He still couldn’t believe that he fed on that poor girl in the park like that, were everyone could see for that matter. He should have never told Sam he put his trust in him on this, because if Dean would have been running that show it wouldn’t have went down that way. He don’t care if it has to do with Katherine no hostage is worth a vampire, even if Caroline were to harm a human he would end her life if he had to no questions asked.
It was a quite drive in the Impala with no music playing, nether one had really said anything to one another. Dean was so mad he didn’t want to talk right now, because if he did it was just going to start a fight. So much was going on in his head he didn’t even know where to start, the big question was were they really going to trust this vampire after what he did? By the way Sam just sat there it seemed like it, which was another thing Dean was heated about. Why didn’t he want to attack him? If there dad was there he wouldn’t have just stood for it, after seeing what he did to that girl that would have been it. He would have smoked that vamp giving them no mercy. They didn’t need Kol for Katherine sake they could keep her and themselves safe just fine without him. They have never needed anyone for that so why would they now.
They had mad it to the Motel room they were staying at, so he quickly parked the Impala and got out slamming the door to the car. Walking up to the door waiting for Sam to follow, you could see how pissed and frustrated he was from the look on his face. He knew Sam had to know something was up with him. After they were in the room, Dean walked over to the fridge and grabbed out a beer before doing anything. Right now he needed something to calm his nerves other wise he was going to lose it, all though it probably was going to happen no matter what.

Sam sat on his side of the Impala, looking out the window as the world rushed by them. He actually took a careful note about it was the first time in a while since he had ridden with his brother in their father's car, and it just so happened to be when Dean was mad at him. Flashbacks with times when he was sitting right here, or in the seats behind them, with John yelling at him. Dean was always the good son. Sam was always the rebel, the one who asked questions, the ones who saw things from another angle. To John Winchester that had been a hanging offense, but since hanging wasn't legal in the states anymore, he would have to settled for arguing. It was the ghost of their father that rode with them in the wake of Dean's anger, a quiet stewing that laid everywhere around them, turning the air thick with heat. Sam's own anger rose to meet Dean's, and a storm front of emotion and wrath collided between them. Sam kept his knees tight to him, not out of insecurity, but out of the need to fit himself in the car. Granted, the passenger seat, like most cars from the 60s, was roomier than its modern counterparts, but he was still a tall man. He didn't exactly know what bee had crawled into Dean's bonnet, but he had a few guesses. Something to do with their interaction with Kol at the park. They seemed to be on the same page when it came to Ruby, which was a nice turn from where they had been the last time Ruby had interfered in their lives. Sam would admit, he had been on the wrong side of all of those fights, but they never really needed to say that those particular arguments were all in the past. Dean seemed to know that Sam was hurt from the entire affair, and never picked at the issue. Sam was preparing himself now, though, for the fight that was going to come from the rest of the events at the park... They got back to the motel, and Dean was gracious enough, in his infinite wisdom, long may he reign, to wait for him to get into the room before he opted to pop open a beer. Sam regarded him with an icy look, not knowing when everything now required a drink in his hand to be dealt with. The incident at the motel, when he had cracked more than just a little, had involved two bottles of beer. When they were meeting at the park, beer had been offered. Every time they sat down at a diner that offered it, beer was brought to the table. The mini-fridge in the room was stocked with the stuff. "Drinking when you're angry now, Dean?" Sam said, not even attempting to hide the accusatory note in his tone. He knew that Dean was only going to take this opportunity to yell at him, to try to knock Sam's point of view down a few pegs, so Sam really didn't see any reason to start the fight off by pulling punches. Gentlemen to your corner... at the sound of the bell, come out swinging.

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - -The ride there was quite and awkward not much was said on the way there, Dean was sacred really to say anything he hated fighting with Sam. But Sadly that was going to happen when they talked about this, no matter how he went about this it wasn’t going to be good. He could tell Sam was unhappy with the fact that he had popped open a beer, but Dean couldn’t help it. It was all he had really to calm his nerves, and with the job and they life they lived he needed it. Something to help deal with all they have seen and all they have been through, it wasn’t like he did drugs or anything. He just needed a little something to help take the edge off.
He then walked over to the bed to sit down. Sam had asked his brother if he was angry, and really Dean didn’t even know how to describe how he was feeling. He was lost and confused on all that had happened that day, he really didn’t even know what to do or what to say to him. “Yes I’m drinking is that not ok now? and I’m not drinking because I’m angry I’m drinking because it calms me down ok. I mean come on we pretty much just took sides with a freaking vampire Sammy, we watched him drink from that poor girl and did nothing! I mean come on you do realized that right?†He said getting more upset by the minute. “You do realize that the girl you loved more then anything came here and gave your soul back right? And this is how you are honoring this? Pretty fucked up if you ask me Sam!†He said yelling loud enough he knew the whole hotel could hear him, but he couldn’t help it Dean knew it needed to be brought to the table.
Dean was trying to be fair about this, after all he did tell his brother he was putting is trust in him on this. He just didn’t think Sam was going to let a vampire feed on a innocent person like that, the old Sam he knew would have let that happened. He hates Vampires and likes to turn there ass dust just as much as Dean does. “You know man I put my trust into you with that situation, so why the hell when he was feeding on that girl didn’t you want to kill his ass.†Dean asked his brother.

Sam's hung his mouth open when Dean gave his explanation for opening up the beer the second they walked into the door. "That's kind of one of the text books signs that you have a drinking problem, Dean. Turning to the substance of choice to cope with stress. Also, the lack of need to perform the act socially, so thanks for offering me one..." Sam was not necessarily calling Dean an alcoholic, unless, of course, Dean was, and then Sam's tune would change completely. For now, it was really something for him to get fired up about, like a batter in the batting circle before going to the plate. You needed to swing a few times at nothing before you were ready to swing for the fastballs. At the mention of Jessica, Sam's jaw got hard. He glared down at Dean, his fiery anger not rising because he felt any sort of protective emotiveness towards Jessica, but because Dean had the audacity to tell him just who he loved "more than anyone." Jessica was from a different time, from when Sam was in a different place. It had been back when he thought all of this was behind him. Yes, Sam the college boy loved Jessica, but he did not know for a fact if Sam the "Special Kid," Sam the "True Vessel for Lucifer," or even just Sam the hunter would have. In fact, he was certain that he walked by a thousand Jessicas every day they were out there on the road and never gave them a second look. "You," he started, his voice coming out cool and hard. "Don't get to tell me who I do and don't love more than anyone. You are not me, and you don't know what I am thinking. Jessica loved me? She shoved this soul back into me and just left! She popped her little ethereal butt back up to Heaven where she gets to live eternity out with the rest of the singing accord, with their harps and their paradise, and she left me down here to deal with... THIS!" He pointed to his chest, the unofficial location of his damned soul, knowing that Dean would know exactly what he was talking about. "I don't sleep at night, Dean! I force down full plates of food to keep you from giving me dirty looks and lectures. So don't you go and tell me that I have a fucked up sense of gratitude. This is torture!" He looked up at the ceiling, opting to have a good shout at the Heavens. His voice ran deep with sarcasm. "So thanks, sweetie! Love you, too!" When Dean started to raise his voice, Sam met his intensity in spades. He never liked doing it, but he could feel the blockade of patience wash away completely under the torrent of Dean's rebuttals. The hypocrisy of what Dean just said had him furious, and his tone left the dangerous low octaves and raised to volumes that could deafen stage hands at a heavy metal concert. "Where the Hell was I? Where the Hell were you? If you were so morally against it all, then why didn't you do something? You want to know what I was doing? Recovering from the hallucination that Ruby and Kol were bathing in your goddamn blood, convincing myself that it didn't really happen! So when Kol dug his teeth into some innocent girl, and you didn't do anything about it, I figured it was another vision!" He emphasized the point by taking the brunt part of his fist, the part where the fingernails and the pad of his palm met, and banged it against his forehead in a typical "no one is home" motion. "Or hallucination! Or crack-potted psyche on a descent into self destruction! I don't know, Dean! I don't know, and you knew that. Besides, did you feel like having your head ripped off your shoulders and sewed to your ass today? Because Kol would have been able to do it, and would have done it for lesser reasons than one of us criticizing his culinary choices." All he had been doing was thinking about them getting out of there alive... And sometimes, that required mediation between what you could do and what you would do...

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - -He wanted Sam to be able to talk to him, and maybe having a beer just wasn’t the way to go about it. He could tell that Sam wasn’t happy with the idea and the last thing he wanted was to make Sam that much more mad. “Look man I’m sorry I was just trying to calm down and be nice by offering you one. Plus I thought it make it easier for us to talk but I can see you really don’t care for it.” Dean then walked over to the motel sink and started to poor down his beer, he wanted Sam to be able to open up to him so maybe getting rid of it would show he really was serious. “There no more beer, I don’t need it anyway its giving me a gut. I need to make sure I keep my good figure for the ladies.” He said laughing a bit. “Just kidding.
Dean was in shock by what he heard next, he couldn’t believe the way he was speaking about Jess talking like he hated her. “Man how can you talk about her like that? Sam you love Jess where is this coming from?” Dean asked curiously. Dean didn’t know what was going on with Sam, all he knew was this was not him in the least. He would never hate or talk about Jess like this! She was in fact the love of his life, she always has been. Plus if it wasn’t for Jess he wouldn’t have his soul back, he would still be a soulless ass hole. All though things still don’t seem much better, Dean never really sees him anymore, it always seems like he is keeping secrets, always acting like something is wrong, and now this thing with Jess. “Man if all this was going on with you why the hell didn’t you talk to me, you know how many times Sam I have came to you trying to get you to talk to me. And what you say? I’m fine Dean everything is fine!” Dean said yelling imitating Sam.
Dean didn’t realize how bad it had gotten, Sam couldn’t tell what was real anymore. He had no idea that this was going on, but then again Sam never talks to Dean about anything so how the hell was he suppose to fucking know. “Sam why didn’t you tell me! You don’t know what’s real anymore? What about all this going on now do you think all this is fake?” He asked. He couldn’t believe all that he was hearing, it was actually starting to scare Dean. He couldn’t take losing Sam again, not having his brother it would kill him. He would rather be dead then have to do without him, his brother is all Dean has he wouldn’t even know what to do with out him.
Dean knew he had to do something so he had to get help, and the first person to come to his mind was Buffy. He knew that she would have the answers on what to do, so Dean begin to text Buffy letting her know that he needed help and fast. Sam needed help then help was what he was going to get, weather he like it or not.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -It had been an insanely long day and it wasn't over by a long shot. She had just escaped the high school after working all day and then getting stuck at a meeting then after the meeting she had to help set up for Parent Teacher Conferences. It was much later than she usually got home that she walked through the door. Seeing the girls in the living room she gave them a wave before tiredly dragging her body upstairs and stripping out of her work clothing. She wished more than anything that she could fall into bed but she had a job to do which meant she was out of luck.
Slipping on a white sweater that had a belt attached to it she paired it with a pair of skinny jeans. She reached in and grabbed a pair of black lace up boots that she had owned for years and they were fairly broken in which meant they were perfect for patrol. They were also a little big on her leg which meant that sliding her stake inside was quite easy which she did before she stood up. Looking around her room she found her long black pea coat that she had discarded when coming in and slid that on, noting that she was ready.
She quickly made her way downstairs, coming to stand in the living room. "Alright everyone here's the plan. Tonight is a routine patrol. No one will be sneaking up on you like I usually have them doing, so if someone attacks you...they're for real. Okay?" She asked, her eyebrows raised making sure that everyone was on the same page. Seeing the nods from everyone she smiled. "Alright grab coats, stakes, weapons, whatever you think you need and then meet back down here in five." She told them and watched the girls scurry upstairs or into the kitchen to grab their stuff.
Hearing her cell phone going off she slid it out of her jacket pocket and saw that it was a text message from Dean. She thought about ignoring it until she got home but curiosity won out so she opened it with a 'click' and saw the text message. Buffy I need your help with something its not good, how fast can you get here to my motel? Her brows furrowed as she quickly keyed a message back. What's going on? It took no more than a few seconds before she received a text message back. I don't know something is up with my brother, i need help Buffy. I love him to much to let anything happen or take over him again. I cant lose him again i just cant!! Please can you help? She knew Dean well enough to know that he wouldn't ask for help if he didn't really need it so she quickly made the decision. "Hey guys, change of plans. Patrol is canceled for tonight." She stated, not giving them any information before keying a text message to Dean. Will be there with reinforcements soon.
Running downstairs she opened Angel's door and peeked in. "Hey, wanna go with me?" She asked me, not giving him a chance to respond before bolting up the stairs and up the second flight, running into Willow's room. "Need your expertise, wanna take a ride?" She asked, not giving Willow a chance to respond before dragging her out of the room and down the stairs.
Seeing Angel standing in the doorway she smiled. “A friend needs help. I figured you two would be the best people to take.” She told them, opening the door and leading them into her SUV, skidding out of the driveway and heading towards the hotel.
It didn’t take her long to get to the hotel and once she did she quickly sent Dean a text message asking for the room number. Luckily for her he replied quickly to which she headed towards it. Thank god it was a hotel and she knew enough to know that Dean and Sam moved around quite a bit meaning that Angel could enter without invitation, making things much easier. Not waiting for an invite in she slammed open the door and smiled brightly at everyone. “Hi everyone.” She said sweetly before rounding on Sam and knocking him out cold, feeling a tad guilty for doing it but knowing it was necessary. She had the feeling that something hadn’t been right last week when the two had met up but she didn’t know him well enough to judge. However at Dean’s text message it was obvious that something wasn’t right and she would do what she could to correct it. “Anyone have any rope?” She asked.

While Buffy had been gone at work that day, Angel had been making himself useful by hitting the streets for information. Glory was still out there somewhere and he was determined to find out where. Being able to go out in the daylight made things a lot easier - and he used that to his advantage that day. It still definitely took some getting used to and felt slightly awkward but it was a good awkward. The sun bathing his skin felt so good, and it'd been so long since he'd truly been able to feel it's effects. Downtown Richmond didn't however seem to be quite as magical during the daytime. It seemed...busier, but also not quite as scenic. Perhaps it was the lack of street lights and shop lights lighting up the streets, or because the trash on the streets was a lot more visible. Whichever the reason he decided he much preferred the city basked in darkness, but stuck it out anyways.
The magic shop owner he'd spoken to hadn't known anything. Willy's bar wasn't yet open, as it was much too early. Instead Angel took to the sewers. It was an odd route and one that Buffy hated using, if she ever did, but it was one he knew all too well. He'd scoped out the sewers before and knew for a fact that eventually, one of the pipe lines led to an underground cave of sorts. Demons holed up inside throughout the day and held poker games and whatnot. The first time he'd went down there he'd actually found them attempting to sacrifice a few virgins and obviously, that hadn't flown very well with the vampire. He'd saved the girls and had killed all of the demons that had been occupying the space. Since their death, a few supposed herbivores had taken up the spot as their own. Angel checked in on them every once and awhile and so far they hadn't slipped up.
About a half hour later, Angel emerged out of a manhole cover and popped up into an alley. Smelling horrifically, he hurried home and jumped right into the shower. Glory was supposedly staying at a manor not too far away from their own home, and Angel planned on going to check it out with Buffy once she got home. Honestly he would have gone alone but he knew she'd throw a fit. Unfortunately, she had other plans - before he could even decline her request and tell her the information she'd flown back up the stairs and was waiting for him to join her. Apparently she asked Willow to go as well. He could hear the slayer running up to her room. Obviously, it was business then.
Putting on a simple black t-shirt, black pants and a brown leather jacket, he headed upstairs to meet them. "Does this 'help' require weapons?" he asked. When she shook her head no, they all headed out the front door. When they pulled up at one of the smaller motels, Angel was slightly confused as to who this friend might be. If it was Spike, he was vanishing. Entering behind both of the girls he spotted Dean. His mind flashed back to when Angelus had been in control..and when Angelus had thrown the man into a car. Awkward. However before he could say anything - Buffy knocked the other human male out. His lips parted as if he was going to ask what in the hell she was doing, but he soon closed them at her question. Trusting her judgement, Angel headed back outside.
Opening the hatch of her SUV, he pulled up the compartment underneath the floorboard. Jumper cables, a spare tire, and a towing cable. It was a durable fabric that would be able to hold the boy without hurting him. Tow cable in hand, Angel made his way back into the room and shut the door. Handing the tow cable to Buffy, he looked at all three of them. "Anyone care to explain what's going on?"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Willow sat at the classroom desk waiting for the bell to ring, these new classes she had signed up for along with her magic practicing were really starting to do a number on her sleep. Which is why as soon as the bell rings she is gone, off to the boarding house for a bit of shut eye. Hopefully it all depends on what crazy thing is going on back at home, which with there crazy life who knows what could be going on. The bell rang and Willow packed up her stuff and was out the door, she quickly walked down the halls and out of the school. She got into her car and begin to make her way home to the boarding house, hoping that nothing to crazy was going on. But with there life and there luck who knows. Finally home she parked the car and made her way inside, it sounded like Buffy had been working with the girls. “Hey guys I’m home! I be up stairs if anyone needs me” She said before making her way up the stairs to her room, and finally there she was in her room with her nice big comfy bed. She quickly sat her bag down before sitting on her bed to take off her shoes. When she was done she laid down right in the middle of her bed, letting out a big yawn. “Now I can get some rest.” She said to herself. Finally piece and quite what Willow has been longing for all day. Not long after that Buffy came into Willow’s room asking for help, and by the tone of her voice she could tell her magic was needed for the job. So she slowly moved up from laying down on her bed, looking up at the Slayer. “Sure why not I’m not tired or anything, lets do it.” She said putting back on her shoes and grabbing her bag. It seemed as though Angel was coming with them, which told Willow right there that whatever was going on couldn’t be good. She begin to follow Buffy and Angel to the SUV, wondering where the heck they were going or what was going on now. It wasn’t long before they were at what looked like a motel, they didn’t waste anytime getting out heading to the room. Willow was lost and had no idea to what they were doing here? Buffy slammed open the door to the room, making her way inside. It was Sam and Dean Winchester the hunter friends to Buffy. Dean was ok guy Willow didn’t mind him much, but his brother that was another story. Last time they met him he was not so friendly soulless in fact, but not to worry they had AJ there to keep him in line. Not long after she was in the room Buffy punched Sam straight in the face, knocking him to the ground. “Wow Buffy that was some way to say hi, so we beating up humans now?” Willow asked while looking at her in shock. “So I’m just curious when are you going to tell me what is going? Sam almost let himself smile at Dean's joke about the beer gut. It brought with it a mental picture that involved a bulging mid-section and a receding hairline, which was ridiculous, since Winchesters didn't seem to go bald. Yeah... but Campbell men do... and Sam let the thought die there, hoping that he would not take after his namesake in the hair department. Besides, he was trying to remain focused, and honestly, right now, he wanted to be angry.
It wasn't hard with what Dean said next. "Dean, I did talk to you about it! The day with the beer bottles. I looked at you and told you how scared I was. Told you I was seeing things, that I was having a hard time telling what was real. You cleaned my wound... told me it was going to be all right... that you were there for me..." And Dean was the only person he had ever told. At the end of the day, he was still his brother...
“I'm acting this way... because I feel alone in all this! I haven't told a single soul anything about this. No one else knows how I have been feeling.. Just you... and I feel like you would rather be off doing other things.” He wanted to continue, but... well, there just wasn't enough time. When the door busted in to reveal Buffy, and two other people behind her (Willow, he remembered, and a man that Sam was not sure if he recognized or not) he was shocked, and that was plain on his face. The shock, however, quickly gave way to a deep seeded sense of betrayal. The text messages that Dean was sending out started to make sense, and his face fell. He had called for back up... on his own brother. He had called for supernatural back up on him. He could feel the possibility of any sort of redemption fly out the window. Just the other day there had been an encounter with Buffy in the graveyard. He had thought that they were going to start things out on a new note, all fresh. He had been so happy to see that there was someone out there willing to forgive him for whatever bullshit he had put her through. Bringing her hear... well, he lost all face, if the look on hers was anything to go by. Then there was Willow, who he had only gathered was nothing but an adorable ball of joy wrapped in light, confident and optimistic. He had never had a chance to talk to her about all that he did while he was soulless. Hell, he only barely remembered meeting her, but he remembered that he had not treated her the best that he could. Story of my life when I was soulless. He almost wanted to completely write off the male stranger, if he was a stranger at all. Was he just another person that Sam hurt when he didn't have his soul, and he didn't remember? Or was this really just some new individual that was going to hate him? First impressions were everything, after all, and this was one doosey of one. The fact that he was even here, a stranger being called into something that Sam had thought of as a private matter, was... disheartening.
But he could do nothing. It was not defeatest. It was a fact. He was not anywhere near as strong or fast as a Slayer would ever be. Not without the demon blood... and that was the last passing thought that he had as a kaleidoscope of pain flowed over his head, and he fell into the black of unconsciousness.
- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - -Dean was right maybe he needed to be there a bit more, but the cold hard truth was he didn’t know what to do. He was lost on answers here. Usually Sam is the guy with the answers, he was much better in that department. Which was why he went to law school and Dean didn’t. He’s just never really been the one with all the answers. Not like Sam he knew away to stop the devil just like that even when Dean doubted him. But he was right all along, throwing himself in the pit really did put an end to him. The only down fall was it put an end to his baby brother as well, which really did a number on Dean fucked him up to no end. It could be what was wrong with him now, maybe he was a little broken himself. Which could be why these days he isn’t handling things so well.
Trying to Fight back the feeling to cry and lose it he spoke. “Look Sam I know we talked about it, but I thought you be getting better. I didn’t know it was getting worse I’m sorry, the truth is I really don’t know what to do. I wish I could just take this pain away from you, hell I would sell my soul if It meant you be better. You know I would Sammy I have done it once before. I do anything if it means keeping you safe and rid from pain.” He was poring his heart out to him in this moment, this was it Dean bare himself all for him to see. Showing his brother his heart, which for him isn’t always easy to do.
It killed Dean hearing Sam say he felt alone, he didn’t need to feel that way he had him always. He was never leaving his brothers side no matter what, and hunting don’t mean shit if its with out him. They were a team there was no replacing him. “Sammy you are not alone you have me brother, I’m sorry if I get distant sometimes that just me you know that. But I’m always here for you, we are family Sam. And No I would not rather be out on my own, I mean come on man we are a team. Now what is it that I have always told you? Saving people hunting things, the family business, key word Family! Which means I don’t want any part of this life if I don’t have my partner.” He said giving him a small smile. “I love you Sammy you are my brother and I will always be here to keep you safe.”
Shortly after Buffy and her gang came busting in the room, it really didn’t take her long to get there at all. “Wow you work fast, you guys could put us out of a job.” Dean said joking around. Buffy didn’t hastate punching his brother, knocking him out cold. “man you showed him who’s boss, he is not going to be happy about this when he wakes up.” Dean then looked over to Willow. “Hey how are you Willow.” He then looked to the man that he remembered being the vampire friend of Ruby’s. “Isn’t this the same guy that knocked me out cold?” Asked Dean confused.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -She smiled a brief smile of thanks when Angel handed her a towing cable, grateful that he had thought about it since she hadn't. Then again she didn't know much about cars so she wouldn't have even thought about said towing cable. Quickly tying the younger Winchester brother up she turned back around and grinned. "Hi Dean." She told him, walking over and giving him a quick hug. "So, your text sounded urgent." She stated with a shrug before motioning to Angel and Willow. "So here we are."
Hearing Angel’s question she winced before answering. “Er. Sorry. Sort of got a head of myself. This is Dean who I know you’ve already sort of met but anyway…Dean, this is Angel. No, he’s not the same person you met back with Ruby. That was his soulless self. This is the ensouled counterpart. I’m sure your familiar with the difference am I right?” She asked him, giving him a look that clearly said that she knew what was going on and that if he said one word she’d pop him one. She knew all about Sam’s soulless time since that was the first time she had met him and she had also heard about what he had done since coming back…something wasn’t right and she had known it…she just hadn’t said anything since it wasn’t any of her business.
Clearly she was wrong.
Realizing that Angel and Willow were both still probably confused she turned back to face them. “Okay so, long story short. Sam here went to hell, was brought back but was brought back without a soul. No one realized it because he was still Sam, just didn’t really give two hells what he did. When Dean and their friends finally realized it they found a way to give him his soul back. How they did it I don’t know. Ask him. However apparently when his soul was put back in something was wrong because he was still acting like an ass. I met him about a week ago during patrol and he seemed a bit off but then again I’ve never known him with a soul so I couldn’t say for sure.” She stated, hoping that was enough for the moment. She doubted Angel or Willow would be impressed that she hadn’t told them but they’d deal with it later.
“Okay so what triggered you throwing up the bat signal?” She asked him, sitting down on the bed closest to her and motioning for Willow and Angel to sit down as well. “I mean not that I mind since none of us were really doing anything other than running around looking for sightings of a damn hell god but anyway. What’s going on?” She asked him, her eyes boring into his.
Looking over at Sam she noted with pleasure that he was still out. She had made sure to tie the tow cable tight but then again if he was anything like Dean it wouldn’t take much for him to weasel his way out of there. Sighing and standing up she walked over and stood next to him, keeping an eye to make sure that he didn’t break free. She could feel the tension in the room and she needed to break it so she looked at Dean who hadn’t said anything yet. “Look, I know you asked for me and I’m here. However Willow here, she’s the one who’s put a soul back into Angel more than once. And Angel’s self explanatory on why I brought him. If anyone can help someone with soul issues it’s the three of us, or at least the two of them. I usually don’t do much good in that area.” She stated with a self deprecating laugh before shutting her mouth and waiting for Dean to talk.
Although Angel was beyond confused, he wasn't going to put too much effort into questioning Buffy. The two had an unsaid trust between them where they tended not to question each other for the most part. Although she'd never quite hit humans before, there had to be some kind of reasoning behind it. Whatever that reasoning was he was sure she'd eventually explain herself. For now he simply furrowed his brows and waited for it to be explained. When the still conscious male looked over to him, Angel raised an eyebrow before letting it relax once again. It'd actually been Angelus that had knocked him out, though Angel remembered it vividly. He shrugged his shoulders nonchalantly. "Sort of" he stated, though surely Dean wouldn't understand what it meant. Willow and Buffy would though and they could fill him in if they chose.
Unable to look away he watched as Buffy walked over and hugged Dean. It didn't bother him though. Or at least...it didn't bother him too much, though his jaw definitely tensed up a bit. He hid it well though. Now was not the time for jealousy. After hearing his comment Buffy went on to explain the what had happened to Dean with Angelus. Simply nodding his head, he decided that since he was friends with his girlfriend, he should probably make some sort of apology. "Yeah. Sorry about that." It was simple but it was a lot coming from Angel, and he knew it'd make Buffy happy to hear it. Plus he didn't exactly need to add anymore enemies to his list and hoped things would be square between him and the human. Of course he could handle himself clearly, but he still didn't want any bad blood. From what he'd heard Dean had also helped out the gang several times, and Angel was thankful for that.
Listening to the explanation that finally came, Angel nodded. After thinking for a moment he didn't have much to add. Honestly she'd pretty much given them everything they needed to know. "A human, brought back from hell? Interesting." It wasn't something that he'd heard of happening very often. However with the boys occupation as hunters, it made a bit more sense. Still he'd thought that being brought back was pretty exclusive to vampires and demons. Perhaps he wasn't as special as he'd originally thought. Just before Buffy sat down on the bed, he shot her a glance to let her know he wasn't happy about not being told. Even though they didn't have to share everything with each other, he liked to think they could. It might not have seemed like a big deal to her...but apparently it was, as they'd been summoned here tonight.
Shaking his head to the motion to sit down on the bed, he stayed his ground and stood instead. He didn't much fancy sitting right now. There was too much going on. Plus if this human decided to wake back up, someone was going to have to stop him from bolting. Not to mention the fact that he felt like sitting made him vulnerable. Angel was a strange man. Very strange. Although he hadn't originally known what he was being volunteered to help with, he would help. After all Angel wasn't someone to turn away one that needed help. Not to mention it was slightly his area of expertise. Even though Buffy had tied the tow cable pretty tight, Angel bent down and tightened it a bit more. Not enough to hurt the man - but just enough to insure that he couldn't get free. All of them looked back up to Dean, who seemed to be in slight shock. Either that or he was confused. Angel didn't know him well enough to decipher him just yet.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Willow was really lost to what was going on here, Angel was getting rope, and Buffy had just punched Dean’s brother in the face. Wherever it was it couldn’t be good especially if Buffy needed her and Angel here, this night could get ugly. “I’m doing ok thanks for asking, but it doesn’t seem like you are.” Willow said to the hunter. She could tell by the look on Dean’s face something was wrong, almost like if he could cry he would, but also sacred and lost in away. Almost as lost as Willow was so this couldn’t be good for any of them. God only knows how this night could turn, its all ready been a crazy week as is taking on a dragons and all. But its safe to say they are ready for anything that could be thrown at them. It seemed that Dean had all ready had a run in with Angel, well Angelus anyway. and It sounded like he might have gotten knocked out by him too, which was something this witch would have loved to have seen. “You punched Dean in the face and I missed it, nice Angel!” Willow said laughing kidding around. “I’m just kidding Dean relax.” She said looking to the hunter, even though she still would have liked to have been there. Willow misses everything it seems. Buffy begin to explain what was going on, which was good Because Angel and her still had no idea why they were even there in the first place. It seemed as though Sam had gotten his soul back, but something still wasn’t right. But that was pretty much made obvious when Buffy punched him in the face, kind a sign something was wrong with him. She then walked over next Buffy sitting down on the stiff yet uncomfortable motel bed, hoping that Dean would fill them in a bit more on what was going on. It seemed like the reason Buffy had brought them there was to help Sam with his soul. Which made since seeing that Willow was the one who put back Angels soul more then once, and Angel would know better then anyone about a corrupted soul. “Yeah Dean I will help you anyway that I can.” She said giving him a smile. “Just know that if he tries to fight me the out come will not be good, a lot worse then Buffy’s punch. Never mess with a witch when she is doing her craft that’s all I got to say to that.” Willow would help in away that she could, its just if he fights it while she is trying to help him it wouldn’t be good. Good thing Angel was here to make sure the ropes were tight. Word Count-462 Tagged- Sam,Dean,Buffy and Angel Outfit- Click for Willow's OutfitNote-This will be epic ~~~~~~~~~~~

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - -Thank god Buffy was here she would know what to do, or at lest Dean hopes so. He was so lost on answers on how to help his brother to the point he didn’t know what to do any more. Buffy didn’t waste any time tying Sam to the chair, but it really was upset that it had come to this, again! Dean though that Sam was all better and that this was over, Jess helped Sam she made him whole again! So why was all this happening to them, when would all the pain for the Winchesters be done and over with, when?
He turned to the Slayer relived that she was there. “Thanks Buffy I didn’t know what else to do so I called you, sorry for the short notice I hope you weren’t busy you know Slaying or something.” Said Dean. It was so strange saying Slaying instead of Hunting, because for some reason to Dean that what he felt like she was A female Hunter. But really she was so much more, she had so much more riding on her shoulders then the average Hunter. Dean would hate to say it but she was even more kick ass then he was, which is awesome in his book.
The witch was right about one thing he was not doing ok, worried about his brother wondering if he would ever get better. It was making him sick to worry. It seemed like no matter what they did nothing helped or worked, he was really starting to get worried that Sam soul was never going to be saved. He really was close to losing hope. But now that they were there, maybe they could get through to him some how.
Dean wasn’t to happy about seeing the Vampire who punched his lights out, but now by the way he was helping he seemed like cool dude. So Dean was going to do the right thing and bury the hatchet. “Hey Angel Thanks for coming to help man.” Dean said giving him a nod of respect. He was just going to let it go, after all he understands how being soulless can be with Sam and all. Your pretty much not the same person in any way shape or form.
Dean knew he needed to let them know what was going on, what made him get to this point. But the truth is he don’t know what did. “Well I’m not really sure what is wrong, but what I do know is this isn’t Sam talking. He would never say that he didn’t love his girl. Buffy this girl was the love of his life, I mean the whole reason he became a hunter in the first place. Not to mention getting his soul back for him. She was his world and future wife to be. So I don’t understand why he is acting this way? And he clams that he is having hallucinations like all the time, he don’t know what’s real from a dream.” Dean explained. “I just don’t know what to do I hope there is some way that you guys can help.”
Dean was happy to hear that Willow maybe could help him, at this point the didn’t care what they did as long as he would get better. “Well that would be great, oh and he wont fight back. If he wakes up me and Buffy will just knock him out again, so don’t worry we got that covered.” He said to the witch.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -It didn’t surprise her when Angel apologized for Angelus’ actions though she knew that he most likely had done it for her. Throwing him a look she shook her head. “You have no reason to apologize. It wasn’t you. We’ve been over this.” She told him, the look on her face clearly telling him that she was in no mood for self deprecating talk tonight. She had always seen Angelus and Angel as two different people (though she knew that line had recently been blurred during Angelus’ most recent stint when he was in charge of Angel’s body) but that was a whole different story.
Biting her lip she shook her head, trying as best as she could to hide a laugh at Willow's joking comment about missing Angel or Angelus as the case may have been punching Dean in the face. If there was one thing that Willow was good at it was breaking the ice. They all four were very different people so this could have either been a good thing or a bad thing.
She saw the look on Angel’s face when she informed them of meeting up with Sam and not telling him. It didn’t shock her that Angel wasn’t happy about it and she was sure that she would hear about it later but to be honest she had completely forgotten about it. She also needed to remind him that it had been a long time since she had had a partner of sorts. For so long, really ever since he left, she had been on her own. Sure she had Xander, Willow, Giles and Spike but she had never truly had to report to them while with Angel they always tried to keep each other in the loop. It was just another thing that she had to start remembering again and hopefully he wouldn’t be too grumpy about it.
Then again this was Angel so who knew.
She noted with a bit of annoyance that the elder vampire tightened the cable. “Any tighter and you’ll cut off circulation.” She told him with a touch of humor in her voice to hide her true anxiety over the situation. She wasn’t one who specialized in souls (unless you wanted someone to remove yours and then again that only worked for Angel) so why she needed to be here she wasn’t sure. Not that she didn’t want to help Dean but she was pretty useless in this situation other than being used as a weapon.
She didn't say a word when Willow threatened to Dean...well really threatened Sam but let the threat out to Dean. She knew that Willow was serious with her witchcraft but she also knew that not a lot of people took the red head seriously because she seemed like such a nice person. It was difficult not to laugh at her when she said things like that though since she really had only ever seen Willow mad mad when she had gone off the deep end and she would do whatever she could not to have a repeat of that particular instance.
Hearing Dean thank her she waved him off. "This is what friends are for. This is also what the slayer is for so I'm doubly ready to be here." She told him honestly, tilting her weight from hip to hip, waiting for something to do. She wasn't really sure where to go from here seeing as really this was the Angel and Willow show. Angel to help Sam deal with it and Willow to figure out a way to get his soul back into his body. "Okay, I'm a little confused. Does he have his soul or not?" She asked him. "I mean I was told by you and by him that he had his soul...yet it seems like he doesn't by the way you're saying that he's talking." She continued.
"Any ideas on what's going on?" She asked the room as a whole. Curious to see if anyone had any ideas.
