- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - Dean saw the bar so he pulled in to the bar parking lot found a spot and parked the truck, Dean turned off the engine got out of the truck and made his way into the bar. Dean walked in to the bar and looked around for a place to sit, He notice there were not many people in the bar that night. Dean found a place to sit at the bar so he walked over and took a seat, when he sat down the waitress made her way to Dean and asked what will it be sir? Dean looked at the waitress and said “I'll have a beer please” Dean sat there tired from how hard he had worked that day and relieved it was over, all he could do now was kick back and have a beer.
He had just got done working a case taking care of a vampire nest, it was a pretty big job to be taking care of all on his own. But Dean wasn’t really asking Sam to help him to much lately, he just got his soul back Dean just wanted him to take it easy. It seems like in this town there are a lot of nests, this place is totally over ran with them it seemed. Dean is starting to realize its not really a good place to raise a family, what was he thinking with Lisa and Ben!
Finally the bartender had brought Dean his drink, it was about time to he was dying for an ice cold beer. “Thanks!” Dean said to the bartender while raising up his beer. Dean kicked it back take a big drink of his beer, he loved the cold feeling of it running down his throat it had really hit the spot. This had really started out to be a good ending to a hard day, which for Dean was rare. Most the time his days and night suck no matter what. But the night wasn’t over yet who knows what may come of it still?

- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -The wind was blowing outside, she could hear it as it blew the rain against the roof top. She could hear the trees rustling and the bullets of rain pelting down on the pavement. She could hear people running towards their cars and putting away their umbrellas, trying to escape getting wet. She always laughed at that. It was something most humans did. It was like they were the Wicked Witch of the West from the Wizard of Oz...if they got wet...they'd melt. She remembered thinking that when she was human as well. She would always like to run around in the rain, playing in it, where other girls her age and even older all ran for the cover of their homes when it rained. It had always greatly amused her.
Alexia Branson, better known as Lexi, was currently sitting in Pete's Bar and Grill in Richmond Virginia. She had attempted earlier to get through to her best friend who had officially gone off the deep end but to no avail so she had come here. As she looked around she noticed a few people running in the door, seemingly taking cover from the rain. She laughed a bit and finished her drink before signaling to the bar tender for another one. She was sad, lonely, and wanted to get drunk. Unfortunately for her it took a lot to get her drunk so she would have to work at it.
Once she got her next drink she took it and walked away from the bar, heading towards the pool tables. She stood towards the side, simply watching as humans dealt with their day to day lives. She saw some on cell phones, some on laptops, some flirting with others, a few families spending time together, and some simply people watching, as she was doing. She knew she should probably head back to the Salvatore Boarding House, and would, as soon as she finished her drink.
Once she downed her 1st drink she immediately headed towards the bar for a second one. Once there she heard a man’s voice she didn’t recognize, yet his scent was somewhat familiar. She took a look at the man sitting next to her and squinted for a moment…she had never seen him before, but something about him was familiar.
His scent…that was what it was. He reminded her of John Winchester, an old hunter who had been a decent friend of hers at one point. “Excuse me.” She asked him, hoping he’d answer her and not take her for a freak, which she was, but that was beside the point. “Are you John Winchester’s son?”

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - As Dean was sitting there drinking his beer watching it rain outside He looked over and notice a beautiful girl standing over at the pool tables by the window drinking a beer. She had long brown hair, brown eyes, and Dean even liked the shirt she was wearing, he thought it was funny. God if she only knew Vampires were real Dean thought to himself and would she still be were that shirt if she knew? The girl was nice on the eyes that was for sure, Dean hoped she would come over he wouldn’t mind getting to talk to her at all.
Dean took another drink of his beer and watched as she made her way to the bar for another drink, Dean couldn’t lie he like watching the way she walked the girl was a hottie. Dean decided to try and make convection with her, she didn’t seem like she had anything else better going on right now so why not. Dean looked over at her and asked “Hey how are you doing tonight? Do you come here often I have never seen you before, you new in town?” When she looked over at Dean he give him a look like she was confused, Dean felt bit uncomfortable after that and wondered what her deal was.
She then asked Dean if he was John Winchester’s son, Dean didn’t know what to say to her after that. He didn’t expect her to ask him something like that, who the hell was this anyway. Dean didn’t know if she was good, bad or even really a friend to his Dad. Dean knew he had to be careful about what he said to her and play it cool. He had his gun close and ready at all time for whatever could happened, he wasn’t going to tell her right away who he was. “No but I might know of him Why was he a friend of yours or something?” Dean asked. - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -It was so obvious when humans were lying it was almost scary. They smelled different, nervous almost. Why he would lie about being someone's son she wasn't sure but she'd play along...for now. She knew that most humans tended to lie when they were trying to hide something…but pretending not to be someone’s son? That was odd, even for a human. However she’d wait out her time and wait until she got the information she wanted.
“Yeah, John Winchester was a man I was quite fond of. He used to…” She trailed off, trying to think of a way to put what John did without giving away his secret (and hers in the process) if the man sitting next to her was truly not John Winchester’s son. “He was in sort of the same line of work that I am.” She told him. That wasn’t exactly quite true…though she had helped John out of a spot or two with other vampires. She wasn’t about ready to give away her secret to the man sitting next to her.
“So you said you just moved here…why did you move to Mystic Falls? Or at least I’m assuming that’s where you moved since it’s really the only town worth living in within a hundred miles or so.” She rambled on. She rolled her eyes internally at herself. If anyone could see the way she was acting at the moment, completely spastic, they would definitely think she had been body snatched...or something equivalent to that.
Alexia Lynn Branson, otherwise known as Lexi, looked at her cell phone and sighed out loud. She desperately needed to speak with Elena but she was with Bonnie and Caroline tonight. She knew the young girl deserved a night away from everything, especially since her boyfriend had turned into a mass murderer who did nothing but destroy her faith in him...but still. She knew they needed to speak. However tonight wasn't the night, so instead she turned her attention back to the brunette next to her, waiting for answers.

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - Dean listen as she told him how she knew of his Dad and how john had helped her out in the past. Dean could tell that she was fond of his Dad and Dean knew that if his Dad really did help her out she had to be harmless and someone he could trust. Dean remembered how his Dad was he didn’t just trust anybody and it was not always easy getting John’s trust. Dean looked at Lexi and said “Look please don’t make a deal about it but yeah he was my father and man I miss him everyday, your lucky you got to know him he was a really cool guy”
Dean took the last big drink from his beer and then called down the waitress for another. Thinking about his Dad made him upset and feel so alone in life with his Dad gone, but at least he had Sam back now. Sammy is about the only friend, family or anybody he really had anymore. Castiel is never around having to deal with the war in heaven all the time, and Lisa cant even look at him anymore. But that was always Dean’s luck it seems nothing ever goes right. “So you are in the Same kind of work my dad is then, so you are a hunter then?” Asked Dean.
Dean wasn’t even in this town for the reason he was anymore, it was for the girl he loved now its for a job as always. “Well I moved her with the girl I loved to keep us safe, but that didn’t go so well I mean we broke up. Now I live here doing what I was doing before, back to being a hunter just like my dad. Moving here didn’t even keep us safe, this town is just as bad as the rest if you know what I mean.” Said Dean.

- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -She could see the wheels turning in the young man’s head when she spoke of John Winchester. She just knew this had to be his oldest son. The last time she had spoken with him had been a few years ago. His youngest son had just gone off to college and his oldest son had stuck close to him. She had heard through the grapevine that John had died a few years ago and it had saddened her to know that she hadn’t been able to save him. As she waited for the young man to reply to her comments, she looked around the bar.
There seating a few seats away from her was a man who was checking out her outfit and leering at her. She rolled her eyes. Her outfit was cute, sure, but it was nothing to really eye catching. Her shirt had something about vampires on it (which was ironic but it always tended to make her laugh) and she had jeans and heels on…nothing that showed any skin but whatever, guys were odd.
Her thoughts were broken when she heard the brunette males voice confirming that he was John Winchester’s son and that he missed his father. He then went on to state that he had moved here with his girlfriend and her son after his brother had died. The fact that John Winchester’s son was dead hit her in her dead heart and she immediately felt the need to find out who had killed him (she knew well enough to know that if he died it was because he was killed, not because of something accidental or natural causes) and hunt them down. She heard the tail end of his comment and then it was confirmed that this was his oldest son because he had been the one who was following in John’s footsteps in order to be a hunter.
“I’ve been here though for a few weeks now and it’s a nice town. It’s small, so be careful. The town council as they call themselves, tend to know more about supernatural things than most do and they are constantly on the look out for people who aren’t ‘normal’. So my advice to you would be to steer clear of the town council. There are a few hu…people around that you could get to know and they would be able to help you out and possibly hang out with your girlfriend as well.” She had almost said humans but knew that would look suspicious. Luckily she caught herself in time and said people. “As for me being in your dad’s line of work…I guess you could say that I sort of was.” She stated, not really sure how to explain it without him freaking out.

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - Dean knew this girl had to be cool and Dean had nothing to worry about, because if she was bad news Dean’s Dad wouldn’t have wanted anything to do with her. John just didn’t make friends with anyone, he ether had to know them or trust had to be gained. That’s just how Dean’s dad was he didn’t just trust anyone, that was another one of the things Sam hated About him. But Sam has learned a lot more by now he had good reason not to trust people. Its just hard these days really to trust anyone, hell most the time for them it seems like everyone are out to get the Winchester. That could be why it was so hard to trust anyone.
She then had told Dean to watch out for something called the council, something that Dean had never even heard of, Yet. Dean was sure eventually he would have a run in with them, it was only a matter of time. Dean then got a feeling that Lexi wasn’t telling him the whole story, it seemed like when she was talking to him she was trying to avoid saying something to him. Dean knew he might want to keep his guard up anyway, like he all ready doesn’t do that has is. Dean had his gun close to him right now as we speak ready for anything that could happen. It was all cleaned out and ready to go, Dean’s gun never misses a shot.
From what she was saying it sounded like she was a hunter, why else would Dean’s dad talk to her. Its not like John is out making friends with Vampires or Demons, so it just made sense. “So you use to be a hunter then, what made you quit? Did you get tired of it, well good luck getting out of this life that don’t usually happen.” Said Dean. Dean would know more then anyone that once you are in this life, you are in it till the day you die.

- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -Lexi nodded her head, knowing exactly what he was talking about. She still remembered to the day how she and John Winchester had met. He had been on a hunting trip in Chicago where her and Stefan were meeting to head to a concert, Bon Jovi to be exact. Stefan wasn’t going to be meeting her until Friday and it was only Wednesday, which meant Lexi had a little bit of time to play around before getting into best friend mode. She had been walking around a small town on the outskirts of Chicago, Rolling Meadows to be exact, when she had gotten a phone call from Bree stating that there was a bunch of vampires around and were making nuisances of themselves in a very public place.
When she had gotten to the area that Bree had told her about, she was surprised to see a human man fighting of the vampires as much as she could…unfortunately he would have lost that day if she wouldn’t have stepped in,. She remembered she had ‘vamped out’ as Bree liked to call it and John and almost killed her. However another vampire had sprung and jumped on top of him and Lexi had jumped in, saving him. After explaining to him who she was and how she wasn’t there to hurt anyone, and after he explained who he was and how he was there to get rid of actual monsters, they had formed an easy friendship. Lexi had even asked him to go to the Bon Jovi concert with her and Stefan but he had declined, stating that he had to get back home to his two songs.
Lexi shook her head and turned her attention back to Dean. “I’m not really out of the life, I just don’t actively go looking for problems when they tend to find me and those that I care about.” She stated vaguely, knowing she had to be careful about what she said. She wasn’t sure if Dean was against vampires or not (in the ‘let’s kill all of them before hearing them out way’) but being a hunter she had a feeling he probably was, so she needed to keep her species on the down low.
“Unfortunately I was brought up in this life so to speak so I definitely won’t be getting out of this life anytime soon.” She stated, and it was true. She had been a vampire for around three hundred and fifty years and wouldn’t be all of a sudden turning human anytime soon. Again, it was vague, but she wasn’t exactly lying.
“So what about you Dean? What’s your story?” She asked, and waited for a response.

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - Dean thought it was great to finally have someone who cared about him and understood his past life, she had been threw a lot of the Same shit Dean has gone threw. He couldn’t really talk to anyone other then Sam about this stuff, He couldn’t realty talk to people about hunting and having to killing things in all they think he is nuts. Castiel was nowhere to be found these days. He use to be able could talk to Castiel about anything he needed to but Dean has not seen Cass since Sam got his soul. Some angel and friend he has been for not checking up on him or being there when Dean has needed to talk to him, but maybe something had happed to Cass and that really worried Dean, he hoped that Castiel was all right with the war going on in heaven and all.
Lexi then had asked Dean what is story was, god there was so much he didn’t even know were to start. ‘Well were do I begin. My dad taught me to be a hunter after I lost my mom to find what killed her. Then When Sam and Me lost our Dad we still hunted without him even though it was hard. Man have we had some crazy jobs, To the point Sam had to go to die and go to hell to keep Lucifer from coming here. So after that I went off on my own and moved in with the girl of my dreams, that why I moved here to keep her and her son safe. But then things didn’t work out so I left and now I’m back to hunting again. Then after while Sam showed back up he was alive, but there was a catch we had to get Sam soul back for him to be normal.”
Dean then took a big drink of his beer after he was finally done explaining to Lexi pretty much his whole life. He needed to stop he knew he had to have talked her ear off. “So yeah my life is pretty nuts I have some stories that for sure, so Lexi enough about me tell me a bit more about you.” Asked Dean.

- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -She knew that Dean Winchester was hurting at the loss of his father. She remembered John telling her that he had high hopes for his sons, but Dean was the one who worshiped the ground that John walked on. He remembered John stating that if anything, he could see Dean staying with him, hunting, just like he did…Sam however, the younger one, he knew that he would have a tougher time with it. Lexi hadn’t been told their names, but had been told that his oldest one was a determined one, just like his father, while his youngest was more determined to live a normal life…
“I’m sorry about your brother. Wait…did you say Lucifer? As in the devil?” She asked, slapping her head against her forehead. Just what this damn town needed! Not only did they have vampires running around (unfortunately that included Stefan who was being a pain in the ass), werewolves trying to kill the vampires (which usually wouldn’t be so bad except that Stefan, Damon and she were included on that list), and witches going and making things all crazy! Now they had someone who had actually seen Lucifer! “I believe you…but next your going to tell me we got Angels here too!” She moaned, knowing that several of those she was usually with were going to have a damn fit when they found out about the new drama coming in to Mystic Falls.
"I don't really have any family living any longer...so I sort of know what you're going through. I do have some close friends though that even though I'm not really speaking to at the moment have been there through everything." She stated with a fond smile. "My best friend Stefan is sort of rebelling against what he usually is so I'm attempting to help him through it. Along with his girlfriend who I'm still getting to know but we've gotten pretty close so eventually she'll be my family once Stefan pulls his head out of his ass." She laughed. "Stefan's brother, Damon, whose a huge pain in my ass but unfortunately is related to Stefan so I guess that sort of makes him family?" She asked, shrugging, not wanting to get into a lot of detail as to be honest, what would she say? That she was over 300 years old and all of her family had died of old age a long ass time ago? Didn’t think so.
“So what brought you to Mystic Falls?” She asked, wondering why anyone who hadn’t grown up here would choose to move to the small town in Virginia. “I mean I know the girl, but how did you hear about it?”

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - Dean knew he had to sound nuts but It was the truth, “yeah that’s what I said Lucifer, sounds kooky right? You wouldn’t believe all the things out there that go bump in the night, man you would just go crazy.” Dean knew he had to be drinking to much, he was getting way to honest with Lexi, or maybe Dean just felt comfortable talking to her? Either way Dean felt safe talking with, her especially if she had not ran off sacred or freaked out by now.
Then she had asked him something about Angels, something that sadly Dean knew all to well, after all his only real friend was an Angel of the lord. “You are not going to believe this but.. yes Angels are very much real, as a matter a fact one of my friends is an Angel and his name is Castiel. He brought me back from hell once and has saved my life so many times.” Dean was just poring his soul out telling her things, at this point even if she thought Dean was crazy he would just tell her the next day that he was really, really drunk.
Dean continued drinking his beer getting drunker and drunker, while She had asked him why he had moved to mystic falls. “Well I made a promise to my brother, that when he was gone I would try and live a normal life with out him. So I moved Lisa and her son Ben here to start a new life, plus I thought I be safe for them here. But as always my ass was wrong. But that’s my luck.”
After that being said Dean called the bartender over for another beer and some shots, he then turned to Lexi with a simile and said “I hope you like tequila because that what I ordered us, we are getting messed up tonight.” As Dean was knocking back his shot sitting there getting even drunker, Bon Jovi’s wanted dead or alive came on the jukebox. It made Dean think of the time he sang it with Sam before he went to hell, one of the many memories he remembers with Sam. “ Man I love this song! bon jovi freaking rocks! Do you like this song Lexi?”

- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -She couldn’t help but roll her eyes at the hunter. Like she didn’t know what all went bump in the night!? Seriously! SHE went bump in the night for gods sake! She really wanted to comment on the fact that he thought he knew more than she did…but she kept quiet for now. It was hard sometimes, looking like a 19 year old when in reality she was over 350 years old. However that’s the price she paid for being immortal…something she would die to get rid of. She snorted quietly at her thought process. Yeah, die to get rid of immortality, she made a funny.
She groaned when Dean confirmed her thoughts on Lucifer and angels. Sure she knew that angels existed….hello…again…she was 350…besides she had always been one of the thought process that if one existed…so did the other. And she was a vampire, which was technically a demon, which meant that since demons existed, so did angels. She didn’t need to see it to believe it. However that didn’t mean for one second that she was excited that all these things were in Mystic Falls! Damn, they already had vampires, werewolves, and witches. They really didn’t need full fledged demons and angels here now! She groaned and downed her drink before grabbing the one Dean had ordered for her. She hated tequila but it was a sure fire way to get drunk quick so she downed it as well. She knew Damon was going to freak the hell out when he found out about all of this. Granted, so would Stefan, but only because they didn’t need anything more right now. They already had Klaus coming after Elena, Katherine in the damn tomb (though for how long who really knew), Elijah making the damn deal with Elena, and many other things, they didn’t need this at the moment too.
“Who are Lisa and Ben?” She asked before laughing at the song playing over the radio. She remembered listening to this song when it first came out. It was 1986 and she and Stefan saw Bon Jovi in concert. She remembered exactly what happened that night, and had to fight to keep those thoughts at bay. She wasn’t sure if Elena knew the exact relationship she and Stefan had for awhile…but figured she wasn’t going to say anything if she didn’t already know. Stefan and herself were friends now, and nothing more. And that was the way she wanted it to stay…as she knew that it was how he wanted it to stay as well.
“Hell yeah I love Bon Jovi…been to a few of his concerts actually.” She couldn’t admit that she’d been to more than just a few…and some of them were before Dean himself was even born. However that was for a later time and date. She was surprised that Dean hadn’t commented on how young she looked and how much older his father was than her, but figured she was lucky at the moment. She knew it was coming toward the time that she would need to reveal to the hunter that she was indeed a vampire, but she was slightly afraid too. She wasn’t afraid to tell him in the physical sense because she knew without a doubt that she could take him, hello, he was a human. However she liked him, saw him as a good person and hoped that they could remain friends even after he found out that she was a 350 year old vampire. She also hoped he stayed in Mystic Falls even after he found out that it was overrun with vampires, werewolves and witches.
Damn, her life was weird…even for a vampire.

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - Who was Lisa and Ben? That was a big question that Lexi had asked Dean to answer, Lisa was Dean’s crush turned girlfriend, but now she had becoming the love of his life. Dean was really falling for her hard and he couldn’t picture a life with out her, especially with Sam being gone. After losing Sam she was really all Dean had to live for, Lisa and Ben had really held Dean together since Sam’s Death. Ben was like a son to Dean, he still swears to this day that boy is his. Dean knew this was going to be a long story, but he wanted to share it with Lexi.
“well Lisa is my girlfriend and Ben is her son, I have known her for long time, I met her back about eight years ago when I was taking a break from hunting with Sam and my Dad. We were both kind of young then, but I never forgot about her. So we met back up about three years ago and year ago after Sam died we decided to give it a shot and date, but it didn’t work out and now I‘m back hunting. But man do I miss her so much.” Said Dean
Dean probably was rambling on at this point from all the drinking, but he didn’t care he had worked his ass off all week So Dean deserved this. Dean then started to think about whether Lisa was worrying about him or not, and that he should be getting home soon. Dean was loving handing with Lexi and wanted to for sure do this again, he needed a drink buddy Lisa hated to drink. “You know this has been fun we should do this more often, let me give my cell Lexi or is that going to make your boyfriend want to kill me.” Dean was laughing after telling her that while he was reaching for his cell to get her number. “here this is my number 555-555-2334”

- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -Lexi smiled as she listened to Dean talk about his girlfriend Lisa and her son Ben. She could see the sadness in his eyes though when he talked about them, it seemed to her that he had lost them a bit along the way. She knew how that felt, she truly did. She knew how it felt to lose someone, she was feeling it now. She missed Stefan more than words could say. She wasn’t sure when she had come to rely on his presence in her life, even when it was in the back of her mind, but she truly did miss him. However she had a feeling her situation was a bit different. She knew that she would get Stefan back. She didn’t accept defeat in any aspect of her life, but especially not with her loved ones. She’d pull him back from the edge, it was just going to take some careful planning.
Dean however, she wasn’t sure about him. He seemed resigned to the fact that they weren’t in his life anymore, though he still called her his girlfriend so maybe she was wrong. She didn’t know, but whatever it was she hoped that he worked it out.
Her thoughts were broken by Dean asking if she could have her cell number. She laughed a bit when he commented on her boyfriend kicking his ass. “Nah, Lee he has no room to say shit. That boy…” She trailed off, shaking her head and rolling her eyes. She had almost stated that he had slept with way too many people for him to say anything, but she didn’t for two reasons. One, she knew that it wasn’t exactly socially acceptable for a person to sleep with as many women as Lee did and their girlfriend to know about it and be alright with it. Two, she didn’t want to give Dean the impression that she was planning on sleeping with him. “Let’s just say that Lee has a ridiculously long past and that he knows I’d kick his ass if he tried to tell me who to and who not to call.” She told him before pulling out her phone.
She set it on the table and was about ready to push it over to Dean so he could put his number in when it started vibrating on the table. She quickly grabbed it and put it to her hear, answering with a ‘hello’. She heard Elena on the other end stating that she needed to get back to the boarding house because Damon and Stefan were fighting and Caroline couldn’t get them to stop. She groaned and said she’d be right there. “Sorry Dean, family drama, I gotta go. See ya!” She told him, throwing money on the table for the bill and raced out the door, heading to kick some vampires asses.
