Okay, so her hope of a normal day had actually gone pretty good, and yeah, she was pretty excited and glad about it, because a lot of the time, it didn't happen like that. And you know, it was frustrating, and she had refused to accept that it was going to keep happening, even if being optimistic tended to only get your hopes crushed a lot. Sarah just wasn't going to let that happened, because she was damn well persistent on certain things, and considering that she had very well seemed to get her way for the rest of the day, she was pretty glad. She could be normal, she knew it, and she'd proved herself of that during school today. No mind numbing visions or anything of the sort, and yeah, she'd been totally glad and totally appreciating that, because they were nothing but a pain in the ass. She would gladly take all of those normal days and moments that she had, definitely. This happened to be one of them. So she was definitely super glad and definitely going to take the little opportunity to her advantage.
So she'd done her best to continue her normal streak at home - ignoring her little brother and letting her mom do whatever it was that she did at home when she wasn't like, doing laundry or cooking or whatever. Sarah had even like, gotten all of her homework done nice and early, which wasn't the most uncommon thing in the world - but you know, it wasn't late in the day like it normally was, even if normally she didn't really focus as much as she had, because normally she didn't have anything to look forward to. She'd spent a good bit of time on her clothes, because yeah, she had no idea where they were going, and she didn't exactly know what she was supposed to wear, so she'd gone for a bit of a middle ground. Touching up her make-up hadn't taken much time, just fixing a few small smears, and then re-doing parts of her hair had been a breeze, because she was more than used to going over it practically a hundred times for flat irons or curlers or whatever else.
And you know, this normal idea, even if it was pretty fake in her own opinion and not going to last, was still going great to her. She'd try to do it more often - though honestly, she didn't know exactly how that was going to work, but she was still going to try. And well, Sarah thought he was being totally sweet about it all, and he was super charming. He'd picked her up, and even if she'd gotten out of the house before anyone in her family could even get a remote site of him, well, it had been totally sweet. And she kind of liked it, like, a lot, because it did make her feel like a bit of a princess, which was totally awesome, because she hadn't felt like that since she was five or six, or something. So it was an awesome change, and it probably wasn't going to happen again, but she wasn't going to bring herself to really give a damn about it. She was definitely just going to her her own little fun and appreciate it all while she could.

============================================ He had it all planned out to every little detail including how exactly he was going to finish the date. And once that was all settled, Stefan had even made sure that Lexi and Elena were too busy doing whatever together to bother him. Once that was all determined to be of no problem whatsoever, the vampire had picked up his date. She was pretty, which was what Stefan was hoping for, as that definitely added to the excitement of it all. Plus she was excited too, told by her heartbeat and how happy she seemed to be. It was obvious that she had fallen for his charms completely, and now it was beginning to seem so simple. But that wasn't such a bad thing this time around, because it meant that he'd be able to experiment with this new way of killing his victims. Stefan would be sure to take the simplicity to his advantage and learn what it was like to drown his victims.
If Stefan Salvatore had been asked before if he had a problem with letting go of control, he would have scoffed. Surely he would find more excitement in everything if he didn't have full control. But now he was beginning to question that, and he found that with predictability came a thrill. There was no hope for his victims, and yet they still did their best in escaping the fate awaiting them. He smiled in the driver's seat as he pulled up to the bridge and parked off to the side before it. "Well we're here!" he announced, shutting off the car and opening his door. He quickly made his way to the passenger side, though not supernaturally fast. Once he had helped Sarah out of the car, he pointed down by the water, where he had a small picnic set up. Although she didn't know it, there was really nothing special about it at all, as he wanted this part to go rather quick.
Leading her down the embankment carefully towards where the blanket was set up, Stefan acted like he was nervous. "I realized that I never asked you if you liked certain foods, so I kind of did a couple of different things. Hopefully there will be something here that you'll like." Opening up the basket, he pulled out some sandwiches, a couple of which were grilled chicken with blue cheese dressing, and then the others were egg salad. Pulling out some potato salad, he smiled at her in a nervous way, completely fake though it was definitely believable. "So... is this alright?" This was turning out to be a game of sorts, making her believe he was trying to be all sweet and stuff. And Stefan was enjoying it immensely, already envisioning grabbing her by the throat as she started eating and shoving her down in the water. Just to see her eyes bulge in surprise and horror, and start choking on her food... oh how great that would be. He'd just have to wait for her to actually begin eating before he could do that though.
====================== Tag: Sarah Words: 517 Outfit: HereNotes: Oh my god, he's so sick! I think Lexi is going to be saving Sarah though, if that's alright with you? She'll probably make her forget, but you can have Sarah remember sometime in the future somehow!

Without a doubt, he had her pretty much completely lured in to whatever he wanted to do with her. Sarah had pretty much always been a bit of a naive person, yeah, which was probably wasn't the best of things, but that was kind of how she was. The visions and stuff probably should have changed that considering all of the things that she saw now, but yeah, they hadn't. In this aspect, if anything, it was probably just making it worse for her. Because yeah, it did give her a bit of a confidence boost when it came to things happening to her specifically, because she was basically under the impression that she would see anything before it happened. Which, well, wasn't the best of ideas. But considering that she hadn't had a vision in the past few days, thankfully, she was more than confident in the situation. Which yes, of course, would screw her over, but she was blissfully unaware of all that was really going on.
For once, she let the car ride be a bit quiet, keeping an eye on the surroundings, curious as to where he was taking her. There weren't a lot of places inside of Mystic Falls, and she was basically under the impression that they were going to stay in the town, because even then going outside of the town, a lot of the entertainment in Richmond and surrounding areas where bars. While she didn't necessarily... object to that, it just didn't seem like something that he would do, which definitely did make her even more curious. After a short bit, though, it did become rather obvious of the general direction he was going in - because yeah, it was a bit of a small town, and not exactly that much had changed since she had left, so recognizing places was completely easy. Though, he soon announced it, and she let a grin slip over her features.
When he led her down, she was kind of glad that she had chosen to wear some flats instead of some cute wedges that she had thought about. He seemed kind of nervous though, which honestly, Sarah thought was completely adorable and totally unnecessary, because yeah, he was absolutely charming and doing great. "I'm sure whatever's fine," She commented, completely believing that she was reassuring him. She wasn't a picky eater, at all, really, although a lot of people thought it just out of the fact that she didn't eat a lot (which definitely contributed to her slim figure). "Yeah, it all looks great." Another grin spread over her features as she sat down on the blanket. It was all totally sweet and completely cute on his part, and yeah she was adoring it. She chose one of the egg salad sandwiches to eat, pulling apart the plastic wrap on it and glancing up at him with a faint blush.

============================================ Watching Sarah take a sandwich, Stefan had to contain himself, keep himself from reaching across and grabbing her then. Part of him was so excited that he actually felt his nose flare a bit, inhaling the smell of peace there was. It was pure, and Stefan wanted nothing more than to taint it by committing the most atrocious crime there was. He caught himself, almost having vamped out at that point, running his tongue along his teeth. "Yeah? I'm glad... I wanted to be able to do something nice for you. After the way I had snapped at you at school I kind of owed it to you. Kind of why I asked you out in the first place." He smiled at her and grabbed a chicken sandwich himself, a lot more inclined to enjoy meat. Vampires didn't have much of a taste for human food, but Stefan thought that animal meat was a lot better than vegetables.
Unwrapping it, Stefan saw that Sarah had blushed, and his immediate thought was how childish she was being. It seemed that she was loving everything that Stefan was doing, and it made things all too easy. No, not too easy, he had to remind himself that this was an experiment with a different way of killing somebody after all. Plus it meant that he was just a lot more charming than he had initially thought. He didn't usually go out of his way to get his victims to like him, instead just simply finding an isolated person and killing them. Taking a bite of the sandwich, he tasted the bread and found it to be just as bland as usual. But the chicken was a little better, though the sauce that he had used did take away from it a bit. It seemed to make it tacky feeling, and Stefan almost spit it out. Forcing himself to swallow it, he set it down, thinking of what to do, other than simply kill Sarah so quickly.
"So tell me a little more about yourself Sarah. What exactly do you have planned for yourself?" Of course Stefan didn't care what exactly Sarah was planning in the future. It didn't matter to him what college she wanted to go to or if she even had a career picked out. But he did want to ask her this, simply because it would help him make more of an impact. Even though there were already no barriers there between the two, Stefan wanted to break Sarah down even more. Just as she was at the most comfortable, the most willing to do anything that she could think would happen... he'd do it. Once she had given him details on what she wanted to do, then he'd have full power over destroying her mentally first. Knowing that she was going to be killed by somebody she had opened up to would destroy her spirit. And then her life would be taken. It was sick... it was perfect.

Ugh, she so wished that more guys were like this. Being surrounded by guys at her old school was different than having them actually take her out on a picnic, which was definitely unique. But you know, it was one that she could definitely dig, even if she didn't think that it was likely to happen. That didn't mean that she couldn't appreciate it while she could because yeah, she was definitely going to. It was extremely nice, slightly unnecessary considering it'd just been a small snapping, but still rather nice. So yeah, being just a teenage girl, it made total sense for her to take advantage of it while she still could. It was the small things that mattered, after all, that was what everyone said. So this could definitely matter if she really wanted to, and she was just going to make the best of it. Simple.
"It's super sweet of you," Sarah commented with a soft smile. She wasn't normally one to really get nervous or anything on dates, because yeah, she'd been the popular it girl and a queen bee, so it made sense that she'd be a bit used to the attention - but it was different when she wasn't flipping around in a short skirt and giving people a very easy glance at her spankies. And, plus, he didn't seem to be quite as much of a horny douche as some of the other guys that she had gone on dates with, and needless to even say, that was always a major bonus. That was what most guys wanted out of people like her, because yeah, the stereotype of cheerleaders being easy wasn't completely untrue, and she knew that on some occasions she probably shouldn't have been so - but things like that tended to depend on how cute the guy was. A guy like this… well, she wouldn't put it past herself.
Running a hand through her colored hair, the question wasn't of the most surprising nature - finally being a senior and everything. But, even so, it wasn't one that she exactly had the best answer for by most adult standards. There was nothing wrong with basically wanting to screw around for a few more years, right? It didn't seem like the worst thing in the world to her, after all. "Nothing, really. College hasn't gotten to the top of my to do list, just been… distracted, I guess." By visions that made her want to bash her head in - which you know, seemed like a pretty good reason to her. "What about you?" Sarah inquired, her smooth eyebrows arching up with innocent curiosity as she finally took a bite out of her sandwich.

============================================ It was funny that Sarah hadn't really thought a lot about college, given the fact that she wouldn't be attending. Maybe fate had played that hand for her, made her too preoccupied with other things, since she wouldn't have to worry about it anyhow. Of course then that would mean that it was fate that Stefan bumped into her and brought her out here. Now he was wondering if maybe he should actually turn her - what if that was her fate?! Sure, it all made sense, but it also made Stefan scoff, internally of course - he couldn't have her wondering what he was laughing about. Always one to laugh at the whole idea of fate, and everything being planned for them, Stefan wouldn't follow that logic. Perhaps a higher power did want her to become a vampire, and had set everything up for it. But Stefan had no desire to actually do that. One, because that would mean that he was giving power to that higher being, and two, because she was highly annoying. There was no way he was going to put up with that for all of eternity.
When she asked him what he had planned, he simply smiled at her, finding it highly amusing. Now she wanted to know what he was going to do with his future! If he told her everything that he wanted to do, then they would have to sit here for a couple of days. And there was no way in hell Stefan was going to toss up his current plan for that discussion. "Oh, I'll probably just do what I've been doing for awhile now. Taunting Elena, doing what Klaus wants, and entertaining myself when I'm bored. Like right now, I'm about to have fun killing you." He smiled at her sweetly, reveling in her highly alarmed and confused state. Then his arm was out, his hand clamped around her throat, all within a split second. And then they were both up, Sarah dangling in the air, the food in her mouth now starting to choke her. Stefan was suddenly at the riverside, and he shoved her head down into the water.
Of course there was a rush in doing this, just as he knew that there would be. It was new, killing somebody by drowning them, and it sent thrills through his body. Not that she was dead yet, or even close to it really, though it would be coming shortly he assumed. Bubbles were coming up, meaning that she was trying to breathe, and he could see the bit of sandwich floating about in the water. It made his lip curl, and he almost let go of her simply because of how disgusting that was. Funny how that could make his stomach turn when he was killing somebody. But things happened like that all the time in the world. Irony. And if he hadn't been too focused on experiencing the kill, he might have felt the presence of somebody else quickly approaching.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - She groaned as she waited for Caroline. She knew that something must have happened to have her be running late but still, it was annoying. She got along with most of Elena’s friends from those she had met but still, she was a bit annoyed at how everyone seemed to be on their own clock. Elena was supposed to be with Bonnie tonight (one of the few friends that Lexi actually didn’t get along with) and Caroline was supposed to be helping her set up some random place that Caroline knew of that would be private. They were getting closer and closer to the time where she was ready to get Stefan back on the side of …well…the side of good sounded lame but that was really what she was trying to do.
She sighed as she leaned against the tree that she was waiting for Caroline against. She hated that this had to be done again…but it truly did. Stefan on human blood…Stefan the ripper on human blood that is…was a damn menace himself…but add to that the fact that Klaus had him under compulsion, yeah, it was time to get this shit squared away and soon. She couldn’t take it anymore. Their efforts should be going towards destroying Klaus but they needed Stefan’s help to do it, especially with Damon being the selfish asshole that he had been recently.
Lexi’s ears perked up when she heard a woman’s voice, but it was quickly followed by a man’s voice and she knew it wasn’t Caroline. It was hard for her to hear exactly what they were saying over the rushing water running under Wickery Bridge but she could hear that there were two of them. Her eyes squinted a bit as the male’s voice came a bit clearer to her and she groaned when she realized why that was, it was because it was Stefan. She knew him, knew the tenor of his voice so it was easier to pick up on. The blonde vampire quickly sent a text message to Caroline letting her know where she was and to hurry up and walked quickly but quietly towards the sound, not wanting to alert anyone of her presence just yet. She couldn’t tell from the distance if the girl was a human or that original vampire chick Rebekah that Elena had told her about, but either way she didn’t want them alerted to the fact that she was there.
Lexi made it to the edge of the bridge just in time to see Stefan grab the girl, now she could tell she was human, and start to choke her.
“Fuck” She groaned before running quickly at him, knocking him off of her and grabbing the girl’s arm to stop her from falling. “Jesus Stefan! Have you completely lost your damn mind!?” She asked, standing in between Stefan and the girl, hoping Caroline would show up soon so she could get the young girl out of there. Her and Stefan had plans and whether he was ready or not, she was going to have a great lot of fun kicking his humanity back into him.

============================================ Stefan had been so into the kill and everything that he had failed to notice the sounds of somebody quickly approaching. Lexi was in a dead sprint actually, which was lucky for Sarah, whom was ripped away from Stefan. Glaring at his once incredibly close friend, Stefan stood, arms crossing over his chest. He knew that he was in trouble now, having tried to kill somebody and caught by the bitch. "No, my mind is intact, but clearly somebody's manners are missing. Can't you see that I was in the middle of something? Now poor Sarah here isn't going to experience being my first drown victim! And we were both looking so forward to it." This was clearly not true, at least not for Sarah, but Stefan had finally reached his full potential as far as being a bloodthirsty vampire went. If there was ever a time for Elena to finally give up on him, it would be now.
Now Stefan would have to save himself from the cruel devises of Lexi. Or what he considered to be cruel, as getting his humanity forced back onto him wasn't his idea of a fun time. And he knew that Lexi had that planned for him, as she always did whenever he lost his touch with it. So, knowing that he was in quite a spot of trouble, he did the only thing he could think of. Launching his fist forward, he met a hand that Lexi had raised, already sensing it coming. Eyes wide and lips in a snarl, Stefan tried ripping it away from her, only to have it actually shoved back at him. Stumbling back, not expecting the sudden force, he grabbed for a tree branch. Just as his hand clasped around it, Lexi's foot was planted into his chest, and the impact blew him off of his feet. Landing on the ground, pain shot through his back, and he arched up, gasping. Hearing her coming up, he reached over for a rock and grabbed it, pushing himself up to his feet quickly.
The rock never left Stefan's hand as he was clothes-lined and forced back onto the ground. Another well aimed kick, and everything went black for Stefan. He laid on the ground, eyes closed, completely unconscious. Never did he think that he could actually be beaten down so quickly and without a hit of his own, even by Lexi. Fighting against Klaus was actually easier, though that could have been due to his lack of control on his own emotions. Lexi was much too focused and self disciplined to let a young vampire like Stefan get away with touching her. So as Stefan slumbered, he knew nothing of what Lexi was capable still to this day.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Lexi glared at her best friend. Yes, even though he was being a world class asshole at the present time, he was still her best friend and even though he refused to admit it she was still his. Hell at this rate she was his only friend being that most of his other ones (besides Elena and Damon) had given up on him months ago. It was sad that the brother that had promised him an eternity of misery and the girl he had basically destroyed were the only two (besides herself) that hadn’t given up on him.
“No, obviously you’re damn mind isn’t intact! If it was you would know that this isn’t you Stefan!” She yelled, though it came out more of a growl than a real yell. She very rarely looked or sounded like the vampire that she was, especially one that was the age that she was. Right now though there was no denying it that she was exactly what she was, and she was glad for that. She breathed a sigh of relief when she saw Caroline approaching with wide eyes. She quickly shoved Sarah at Caroline. “Get her out of here.” She growled at her before turning her attention back to the male vampire.
The two fought quickly but in the end it didn’t matter. Lexi blocked the punches he threw, and he ended up with his head on the ground, unconscious with her foot on his chest making sure he couldn’t get up if he woke up. She turned her head, never losing contact with the unconscious young vampire in front of her and breathed another sigh of relief when she saw that Caroline had indeed gotten Sarah out of there. Good, that was what needed to happen. The blonde vampire quickly drew her phone out, sending a text message to Caroline that simply said she was going to deal with Stefan and that Caroline needed to remember to compel Sarah to forget everything about this night.
Once the text was sent she lifted her foot slowly and then grabbed Stefan, hoisting him up over her shoulder and heading towards her car. She kept a lookout as she walked through the woods, making sure no one saw her. Once at her car she quickly threw Stefan in the back and jumped into the drivers seat. She guessed plan B would have to suffice. The Forbes Jail Cell wasn’t completely ready but it was ready enough.
It was time.
