The Trickster made a sour face. She was a witch… great. He didn’t like demons or people who would become demons and she would seeing as she was messing with dark magic. Gabriel looked at Maddie with a concerning look on his face knowing that he would only be ignored by her. She was a strange one and always met the really strange people. He also knew that this was one of the girls that the slayer Buffy knew. Gabriel was still iffy on Maddie meeting her but there was nothing he could do about it. Where ever she went, danger would follow her. He wanted her to have a better life, something that he really wish he could give her but somehow knew that was merely impossible.

“yeah, your friend Buffy. I met her when I fell back to earth. Great kid. I told her that… well never mind.” Gabriel said with a shrug, only to meet Maddie’s gaze of confusion.

Gabriel listened to Willow while she was talking, asking why he was out here. He laughed and he looked at Maddie. “sensed she was in trouble and I came running, though I do suck at rescues. They just don’t end well at all.” Gabriel shrugged.

Gabriel listened to her tell Willow everything. He didn’t object to it at all, he just stood there. He looked at Maddie and she kind of shot him a look. He rolled his eyes and extended all 6 of his wings. The shadows of them were reflecting off the pavement of the sidewalk. He looked at her reaction and he then pulled them back again. The Trickster looked at Maddie who looked so tempted to jump on one of them. It pissed him off a little, but it wasn’t like he couldn’t support her weight.

“Don’t you even think about it.” he said to her and watched her start laughing.

Willow was now starting to feel a bit lost, it seemed as though the she was talking to Gabe Maddie knew more about what was going then she led on to Willow. She had heard Maddie whisper something in to his ear, she didn’t know what they were talking about but Willow was staring to get flustered with everything. She thought it sounded like she had said something about Buffy, but she didn’t even know why she didn’t knew her not yet anyway. “What are you guying wishing to each other? You know secrets have been known to hurt people, trust me I would know about that every well.” Said Willow.

The Willow couldn’t believe what she had told her next, it turns out she is a prophet that gets visions of Buffy! And she knew who everyone in the gang was, now Willow is not one to believe in that sort of thing but how else did she know all there names? It had to be true, because if she wasn’t Willow had to keep in mind that she could be someone they couldn’t trust. She could be a demon for all they know that has been keeping eye on Buffy. “What you mean you know all of us and if you did why didn’t you say anything till now, It makes me worried if I can even trust you Maddie.” Said Willow It also had sounded like Gabriel had known her as well, man there so much here Willow had no clue about and she though she knew it all.

Willow then couldn’t believe what she had saw next, this guy had 6 wings coming out of his back! what was Willow going to see happing next, Willow was seeing it all tonight and Buffy is missing it all. “So let me guess she is a prophet and you are what some kind of what powerful bird?” Asked Willow.

Madison Saxon looked at the reaction that Gabriel gave Willow after learning she was a witch. Of course he wouldn’t approve much. That didn’t matter. Willow was one of Maddie’s friends, at least that’s how she viewed Willow. Maddie looked at him and hit his shoulder not thinking before she did it. Her hand started to hurt. She made a face, and started to shake her hand. She looked at him with an angry face. Sure, she shouldn’t be angry at him but he could have stopped her. It must be amusing to him.

Maddie looked at Willow and she shrugged. She really didn’t know what to say to her and she looked at Gabriel for back up who seemed to be in his own world. There had to have been something that Maddie knew that only the group would know but there she was at a loss. She didn’t know with what the angels had shown her what would convince Willow but Gabriel went ahead and revealed his wings. Ok that was the back up she was looking for. Maddie smiled and was about to jump on his wing when he already shot her down.

“asshole.” Maddie said to Gabriel and looked at the look he gave her. She smiled evilly and looked at Willow when Willow started talking again.

Maddie did it anyway. She jumped on top of one of Gabriel’s wings. It wasn’t like he couldn’t support her or anything. She practically weighed nothing to him. She just hung there in the air off one of his wings until he hid them again and now Maddie was on his back. She jumped down and laughed when Willow had called him a bird.

“try archangel. Gabriel the Archangel. Though I wouldn’t trust him much. He has gone, not rogue but just fell off the heaven wagon if you know what I mean.” Maddie then said to Willow.

The Trickster looked at her with an angry look on his face when she called him an asshole. Normally the two would get into a fight but since they were there with a person who barely knows them they weren’t going to get into it, so Gabriel thought they weren’t. This witch, Willow didn’t need to see the two fight and how sometimes Maddie bosses him around. He doesn’t mind it much since he knows that she is just playing around. Willow wouldn’t know that they are playing around. It was their thing. He knew that he could say stuff to her and it would be taken how it should be, a joke.

Gabriel then turned and looked at Willow with a disgusted look on his face. “what the hell? Really your going to pull that just because she told you the truth. You humans are so hard to understand. Honestly, she is protecting herself and you.” Gabriel said, the wrath of the archangel could be seen behind his eyes. He knew that Maddie would probably kill him for it later, but he needed to stick up for his prophet.

And yet she did it anyway. Maddie had jumped on one of his wings. He shot her an angry look and now she was hanging off his back. He pulled her off with one hand and placed her down beside him. When she explained most of his story he just kind of agreed with it. There really wasn’t much to it. He left heaven because he was sick of it and now he was here.

Willow knew she sounded ignorant she didn’t mean to, its just she has never seen an angel in her life. How she really even know that they were real? Willow is the kind of person she has to see it to believe it, and most of stuff Willow believes in she has seen. And half the time she don’t even wait to believe it, she just kind of has too. And Willow cant believe that Maddie knows all of them as well, this is just a lot for Willow to take in really. Willow watched as Maddie rode on the angels back still not believing what she as seeing, it was just all so surreal really. Willow was amazed by his wings though, they really were beautiful she couldn’t lie.

She could tell that she had made Gabriel mad by what she had said about him. Willow did like Maddie and wanted to know what she knew about them, So she knew that she might want to get on the Angels side. “Look I’m sorry I didn’t mean to seem so harsh, its just I have never seen an angel before in my life. So you can understood how I might not believe you at first. So you said you know Buffy then, how you meet her?” said Willow.

Willow then turned and looked at Maddie, She was really surprised that she had knew about all of them. Willow wondered why she hadn’t told her, was she sacred that she might scare Willow off ? Or was she sacred that she might not believe her. Well sadly with how Willow was acting now she didn’t blame her “So you see all of us then? Why didn’t you tell me in till now Maddie?” Asked Willow.

This was something really new for Willow, it isn’t everyday you meet an Angel and a prophet. Willow then looked a both of them and said. “So I’m sorry if I’m asking a lot of questions, its just have never met an Angel and a prophet before. I kind of feel like a kid in a candy store I guess.”

Madison looked between Gabriel and Willow. Gabriel had given her an angry look for calling him an asshole. Nothing new there. They both were good friends who were messing around with one another. She smiled to him and looked back at Willow.

Gabriel’s sudden outburst made Maddie a bit embarrassed. Maddie looked at him and wondered what made him decide to defend her like that. They must be closer than she thought they were. Maddie looked at Gabriel and saw the anger fuming in his eyes and on his face. She was suddenly afraid, seeing as she had never seen him like this, well only once before.

“whoa there tiger, calm down. For all of our sakes calm down.” Maddie said now looking at him, staring at his eyes to make sure he actually was, and well he was. Maddie let out a sigh and shook her head. The reaction Willow gave made Maddie feel bad. Gabriel was being Gabriel, and Willow doesn’t really know much about it.

When Willow had asked Maddie the question, Maddie shrugged. “because it kind of makes me sound like a stalker…” Maddie stated and she then started cracking up. She looked at Gabriel who was also laughing.

Willow was talking about how she had never met an angel and prophet before. She also said that she was like a kid in a candy store. Maddie smiled and she then said “well, ask away. I will try to answer your questions as best I can. There’s very little I know myself.” Maddie said, truthfully. She wanted to know more about Willow since Willow is a witch. She had never met one vefore, though she hadn’t met any supernatural beings besides demons and angels.

The Trickster was being calmed down by Maddie. It worked a little bit but he was still really pissed off at what Willow was saying and how she was talking to Maddie. Maddie was doing the right thing by telling her but the archangel was still against it. He looked at Maddie and noticed she was looking at his eyes. Oh yeah, his grace. Gabriel completely calmed down and wondered how the prophet was taking this so well.

Willow started talking again. She was sorry and didn’t seem to be harsh. Well maybe she should think before she spoke. Gabriel looked at Willow from Maddie and he shook his head. “that has nothing to do with Maddie, you not seeing an angel before in your life. Sure, I believe you havent known to see an angel but you have seen them. They are everywhere. Disguised following orders. ” Gabriel said and received a nasty look from Maddie.

“after I escaped Heaven, falling to earth to get away from my older brother, Buffy found me and helped me kill some of my brothers lackeys. She told me about heaven, when she was there and we talked, then I left. That was about it.” Gabriel said.

Gabriel listened to Maddie say that it made her feel like a stalker. The archangel started laughing. that’s basically what it was but it was for a good thing, not her being a stalker.

Willow had more questions. Gabriel looked at his watch and he looked to Maddie again. “Ken I gotta go. Stuff to do. See ya later, and it was nice meeting you Willow.” Gabriel said and with that he flew off.

Willow was still trying to take all this in, it really was a lot for her to get all at once. She couldn’t believe it Angles! Willow knew about a lot of things but she never knew Angels were among us, it really was unbelievable. This must mean there is a heaven and a god? Its not that Willow didn’t want to believe it, but with all the books she has read with the earth its just hard. She cant lie she didn’t really know whether to believe there was a heaven or not, she always told herself there was though. Other wise were did Buffy go when she died then? Willow felt a lot better telling herself Buffy was at peace, But now she knows for sure she was.

Religion always made Willow’s head hurt when thinking about, she just tried not too. Plus her parents making such a deal didn’t help, but that’s how it goes living in a Jewish household. She listen as Gabriel was telling her about meeting Buffy, Willow was dying to know what Buffy must have though about him. She had to be just as shocked as Willow was, but with all that Buffy sees who knows anymore. Willow gave the Angel a big smile and said, “Well thanks for helping Buffy on whatever you did, but most of all thanks for Showing me that Angels are real. You know I think you and I our going to be good friends.”

Willow then turned and smiled at Maddie, she put her hand on her shoulder and said. “And yeah I cant understand how you might feel like a stalker, but don’t worry I know you are not You can tell me anything ok Maddie. We are friends now” Then all the sudden Gabriel said that he had to go and was just gone just like that, he literally flew off before there very eyes. “Oh man I was hoping to get to know him more, does he always do that? Oh well anyway what you want to do now? We should talk a bit more see what else you know, what you say?” Willow asked with a smile.

Madison Saxon looked at Gabriel as he talked more. Everything he was saying was completely true. She remembered something about angels being everywhere, in vessels watching over people, being people’s “friends”. she wondered how many angels she had run into every day life. She really didn’t care since she had the one she cared about, the one that was her best friend in the whole world, was with her.

Maddie listened to him tell Willow the story of how he met Buffy. She had heard a longer version of the story with more detail but she figured that it was because he hated telling the story over and over again. She rolled her eyes and she started to tune him out. She started wondering if he would see Buffy again, if he would ever introduce her and Buffy to each other. Maddie then looked at Gabriel when he said that he had to go. She smiled and nodded and watched him leave.

Maddie looked back at Willow and gave a light shrug. It was probably something with the Winchesters. “actually she helped him.” Maddie corrected Willow. She then looked at Willow and smiled when she said that she and Willow would be good friends. That was nice to hear. At least she had a friend outside of Gabriel and her cousins.

“yeah, Gabriel does that more than often. Something must be up with something. Oh well. And if you want, you can come to my place.” Maddie shrugged and she then said “no one is home so it would be just us.”

That was Buffy Always helping someone out in need, its what she did best. But Willow feels bad sometimes for Buffy knowing she never really take the time to think about herself, she always worried about everyone else in the world. Which was great but sometimes its not the best thing for her, Willow really dose worried about if she is ok more times then once. “Yeah that’s Buffy always helping someone out in need. What happened do you know why she helped him? Well of course you that’s what you do right?” Willow asked curiously

Willow then wondered what she had all seen in her head about Buffy and her life, Willow really wanted to know a bit more. About how she was feeling, if she was ok, and most of all if she was happy. Buffy was Willow best friend and she was always going to look out for her no matter what the case maybe be with her. Willow knows that Buffy would do the same for her as well. “Hey so if you see Buffy in you head then right, so can you tell me what kind of things you have seen about her bad things, good things, what can you tell me?” Willow asked.

Maddie then asked Willow if she wanted to come back to her place for a bit, Willow though about it for a moment and figured why not what else did she have to do really. “You know what that sounds fun! Let do it I would love to see your place.” Said Willow. They then headed back to Maddie's house to chill out and talk. Willow really had a fun night with Maddie, she knew that would be friends a long time to come.
