You set my soul on fire Laughing in the corner as it burns Right between the ribs is sinking in --------------------------------- Raphael looked at his surroundings. He was in a place called Mystic Falls, a town that was cursed with vampires. He looked at everything around him, the restaurants, shops and everything else. The vessel that Raphael had been occupying, controlling, just stood there watching people walk by. He wasn’t sure why he was on this planet, why he wasn’t in heaven sitting in his office where he was safest. Castiel had a lot of followers, angels that wouldn’t mind killing the archangel. It wasn’t like he was afraid. He actually laughed in their faces for trying to kill him and getting no where.
Raphael was alone now since Lucifer and Michael were in the pit. Gabriel had been missing for quite some time and personally Raphael didn’t care. It wasn’t until later that Raphael learned, from one of his spies, that Lucifer had killed Gabriel in cold blood but there are rumors that he isn’t exactly dead. Raphael didn’t like his younger brother for leaving Heaven in the first place, and personally would like to get him back, to fight on his side.
Raphael had two missions right now. One was the most important, find the stolen weapons from Heaven and two is to kill Castiel. The archangel despised his younger brother for betraying him and turning other siblings against him as well. Raphael was ready to destroy them all, no mercy. That was the type of angel he was… merciless. Raphael was really sick of Castiel’s games. The angel was beginning to annoy him and that made Raphael want to kill him even more. The Archangel really thought that he couldn’t despise anyone so much. Castiel had been a pain in the ass since he started to help the Winchesters stop the apocalypse. Raphael was ready to burn the earth, open the cage to free Michael and Lucifer to wage war against each other and bring paradise to earth.
Raphael started walking, passing people, them giving him looks. He didn’t care, for he could kill the entire town with the snap of his fingers if he wanted to. He wasn’t going to though. This town was too important right now. He had spies here, and was awaiting for their information.

In the days that since she had her visit with Gabriel, Giselle was beginning to avoid Castiel less and less. She cared about her brother deeply, and she knew how much he really cared. Though she did need some 'me time' as the humans put it. She supposed that this was one of them. The blond has lost count of the number of children she had met today. They were all so wonderful and innocent. Part of her wanted them to stay that way. They shouldn't have to know that not all angels would protect them, that some would even allow them to be cannon fodder, and that was something she despised about her own kind.
It was now that she chose to roam the town square, not really caring where her feet took her. She liked walking about the area and watching the people. It would have been nice if Giselle hadn't sensed something overwhelmingly powerful in the vicinity. Though her thoughts were pushed aside at the sight of a weeping child. This reminded her of that time that she and Castiel had reunited a family not too long ago. Giselle believed that this is what angels should have been doing. They should have been taking care of people. Watching over sad and lonely kids, and in general being what their father intended. She understood that some angels were warriors, but they were also charged with stewardship of humanity. That was important. What if their father came home, and saw all of what his children had done? He'd be heart broken, even if he was as apathetic as Castiel had told her.
Giselle approached the little child and knelt so that she was at eye level for the young boy. The cherub proceeded to ask the little boy what was wrong. So he had gotten separated from his family. Giselle was determined to help. She took the child's hand and began the search for his mommy. She was sure that the parent had to have been near. There was that presence again. Giselle felt it really strong now, but she would complete this task before she left. When she rounded the corner the little boy let go of her hand and ran towards a frantic looking woman. The reunion was a sweet scene for sure, and it brought a smile to her lips. Giselle had left the scene before she could have been spotted.
The cherub was now certain that she should get going. Perhaps she could go check up on Dean? Maybe talk to Castiel if he had the time? Whatever she was going to do was probably more important than sticking around. Though, she felt as it she had already been spotted. “Raphael,” she tittered nervously.

You set my soul on fire Laughing in the corner as it burns Right between the ribs is sinking in --------------------------------- Raphael continued to move. Swiftly yet surly. He was determined to get information on Castiel, wondering if he would ever appear in a town like this. The place was crawling with supernatural and just to make sure, Raphael had sent more spies here than anywhere else. There were thousands of spies on his side, thousands that are willing to do anything to bring the apocalypse back. Freeing Michael and Lucifer from the cage was top priority right now.
Raphael remembered the time he was a healer, all he brought was mercy, and now, he was anything but merciful. The angel was finished, tired of these people. He was sick of fighting for father’s creation and just wanted to end it. He wasn’t the only one who thought that way. Why no one else would want paradise on earth was beyond him.
Raphael paused a moment, sensing another angel around. He stood there and scanned the crowed thoroughly before someone had caught his sight. It was a blond young girl, and not just any, she was Giselle, Castiel’s friend or ally in this war. Raphael wondered if he could use this to his advantage. He could get Castiel out into the open himself. They had already been failing in trying to catch the betrayer.
Raphael smiled an evil smile. He watched her reaction when she saw him. She was afraid. He could see it in her face. He stood there, just staring at her. “Giselle.” Raphael said calmly. He looked around then back to her. “your alone? didn’t Castiel teach you better than this?” Raphael then asked her, raising an eyebrow.
The angel had no idea what he was going to do with her if, not if, he will succeed in capturing her. He could ask Castiel to surrender, but he highly doubted that would happen. Raphael would just have to kill him. He always had to come to that result, killing when things didn’t go his way.

No. Giselle wasn't scared. She was only startled. She wasn't expecting to run into Raphael here. Part of her had hoped that it was Gabriel's presence she was sensing, but what could she do? Of course a wiser angel would have run by now. Giselle wasn't actually certain what she should do. However, she did have a bone to pick with her older brother, regardless of what side she was on. Her generally startled expression grew into one of utter annoyance. “What makes you think I'm alone?” Giselle asked whilst folding her arms “Castiel's not my mother.” She did let Castiel tell her what to do on occasion, but she wasn't a drone. The cherub was certainly bluffing, but there was no way she'd let Raphael near Castiel.
She was wary, and with good reason. Giselle knew how Raphael could be, ruthless and manipulative. “Shouldn't you be healing someone?” she asked. She preferred her big brother like that, the healer. The cherub missed the times when her big brother was easier to talk to, and the one to go to for advice about her charges. Raphael's behavior nowadays was more than repulsive. She had a feeling that she should leave, but where would she go? She couldn't go to where Dean was. She also couldn't go to see Zaryn, nor could she go to Castiel. Any of those would have been poor choices, though being here in town may not have been a bad idea. She wasn't going to run yet.

You set my soul on fire Laughing in the corner as it burns Right between the ribs is sinking in --------------------------------- Raphael glared at the little angel, his younger sister. He was confused as to why she didn’t run, why she didn’t run back to Castiel but he knew he would be underestimating her. She seemed to have rage, which he didn’t doubt. Raphael listened to her annoyance in her voice as she talked. He only laughed sarcastically at her response to him. No, he wasn’t her mother, but he also shouldn’t be leaving her out in the open like this if she were truly his friend. “no, I suppose Castiel is too busy to play mother to a weak younger sibling such as yourself, and you are alone right now.” Raphael responded, eyeing her. He looked around at the people who just passed them by. They didn’t pay any attention to him and her, and Raphael wondered if they would notice anything. Sometimes humanity was blind that way.
Raphael turned his attention back to the little blonde angel after she had asked him the sarcastic question. “healing? Haven’t done it in ages and why would I? I am plunging this planet back into the apocalypse. No need for healing.” Raphael replied, folding his arms across his chest, looking at her intently. Raphael wondered if she would run. He wouldn’t pursue her if she did, but if she didn’t, then he would try to use her against Castiel. That thought still ran through his head. It was a brilliant idea to bring an end to his foe, but it would be distasteful. Oh well… he was going to kill Castiel’s followers anyway.

Oh no. There was no way Giselle was going to run to Castiel. She wasn't stupid, she wasn't leading Raphael to her friend. Her lunatic of a brother just called her weak? Well, in such a view, perhaps she was, but in other points of view, she had strength in other places. The kind of strength that really mattered in most situations. However, whatever Raphael was planning, Giselle had made up her mind to be the stronger one. She still knew that the smart thing would be to run, but perhaps, not just yet. “Keep telling yourself that I'm alone. If that makes you feel bigger,” Giselle said. She was just annoyed with her big brother. His attitude toward her was less than welcome.
He seemed adamant about bringing the apocalypse back. “Why? Just because you want it? Why do you need to destroy something so beautiful?” Giselle asked, “And the answer, 'because I want it' isn't a valid answer. It's a stupid one.” She was just as adamant. Giselle swore that she would not break. It was that kind of determination that she'd hang onto to protect the people she cared about. That was what bothered her. There were so many good things on earth that her big brother wanted to destroy. There was certainly darkness, and evil, but there was enough good that Giselle refused to agree to ending this in flames. “No, you won't. Not if there's people to fight to keep this world alive,” Giselle said.

You set my soul on fire Laughing in the corner as it burns Right between the ribs is sinking in --------------------------------- Raphael smirked as several of his followers appeared around Giselle. She was surrounded, no where to go. This was all the archangel needed. He just needed Castiel’s right hand, so to speak, and the war was his to win. He would kill her anyway, right in front of Castiel. That would bring Raphael some amusement. He could watch his enemy being haunted by the fact it was his fault their sister had to die, then after suffering, Raphael was going to do the same to him. In the end, Raphael knew he would win, he always won and will always win since Michael and Lucifer were out of the way. When it came to Gabriel, Raphael didn’t care. Gabriel was weak and a coward and wasn’t going to stand in this fight, if he was still alive that is.
“Oh, I am bigger. I will always be bigger.” Raphael said to her with an evil smirk on his face. He watched his followers close in on the angel. This was truly going to be a great day. If Castiel showed up, it would be even greater. The archangel knew that he would just have to settle.
“HA! Father was the only one who thought this place was beautiful. I agreed with him, until he left that is. Michael did the same. These people would have peace in paradise. Why don’t you understand that?” Raphael said to her, with a stern look on his face. He truly believed that paradise is what these people should have and what they deserved, well some of them. He didn’t understand why no one else saw it the way he did.
“And they are all foolish.” Raphael said, now holding his sword.

Okay, this was not her day at all. Giselle was now surrounded by Raphael's cronies, and this was now starting to frighten her, though, she wasn't showing how she really felt. However, the only thing she was thinking was a little prayer to Castiel, asking him to not come for her, but knowing him, he'd come anyway. This was her effort in protecting her friend. However, wouldn't it be interesting if someone showed up to help her? “No, Raphael, the moment you decided that your judgment was better than father's, was the moment where you would always, always, be the moral midget, ” Giselle retorted, “You and Michael have no faith, and I feel sorry for the both of you.” Sure she hadn't ever seen their father, but she always believed. How could someone so supposedly cold, create such a beautiful world like this?
“What's paradise to these people if they can't be with those that matter to them the most? Friends, family, lovers,” Giselle asked, “What is paradise to a family if they can't be together? Paradise is nothing to them.” The slowly approaching angels hadn't gone unnoticed by Giselle. She too had drawn her blade, the one that Castiel gave to her, and was holding it at her side. This was a totally unfair fight but regardless of her being outnumbered. If this was where she was going to die, she wasn't going out without a fight. “You're the fool, Raphael,” Giselle retorted. Probably not the best thing to say, but it was what she truly believed.

You set my soul on fire Laughing in the corner as it burns Right between the ribs is sinking in --------------------------------- Raphael let the other angels move a little closer before he stopped them. He wasn’t going to let Giselle get away. Not now, not after this move. The archangel knew that if he had her, Castiel was finished. She seemed to be favoured among him. Giselle’s attitude was really starting to piss him off too. How dare she talk to him that way? He was older and wiser and she knew nothing of the situation. “father is dead. He left heaven, abandoned us so he could die, and since then we have had to make a choice. I am just following his orders, whether you like it or not.” Raphael retorted. “you and Castiel are only bumps in the road. Once your gone, everything will go according to plan.” and with that, the other angels moved closer and one had grabbed a hold of Giselle.
Raphael nearly brushed her off. What she said had no importance to him. He didn’t care about anything. “paradise is everything and will make them happy with or with out their loved ones. You will see in do time…maybe.” Raphael gave a little smirk. The little angel then called him a fool. “no, Castiel is a fool.” Raphael then started moving closer to her, sword still raised. He wasn’t going to kill her but torture was still on the mind. He wanted to know where Castiel is, and he would get it no matter what. She couldn’t keep it a secret forever. Raphael knew with the right amount of torture, anyone would give in to giving information. It only took time.

--------------------------------xxxxYou take it so slowly And your eyes look so lonely But it's only when you think about me---------------------------------
Gabriel had sensed it. Power. Lots of power. He knew that no other being could have this much power but his own older brothers. Gabriel worried because he knew exactly who it was. The angel was terrified of his brothers, and now that Raphael may have sensed him by now, Gabriel has got to be a dead man. It was about time anyway. The archangel moved closer, now unwrapping a chocolate bar. He broke part of it off and put it in his mouth, before stopping and his eyes gazed upon the scene in front of him. His little sister, Giselle was being held by his other sibling, who’s name he doesn’t quite care to know, and his brother Raphael standing right in front of her. Oh well. It was about time Gabriel died again.
The Trickster moved around, listening to every word that Raphael spat out. What a dick. Gabriel was glad he skipped out. That just shows that heaven is being run by people who’s heads were up their asses. He was feeling a bit angry now. Of all the angels, Gabriel really liked Giselle. She was down to earth, so to speak, and a beautiful angel all around. He loved her. The Trickster had pulled out his sword and his chocolate bar and shoved more into his mouth. He walked behind the one angel and hoped that he was holding the real sword and not the fake.
The Trickster stabbed the angel with his sword, watched him be destroyed with a flash of light from the grace. The angel laid dead on the floor, wings visible. “Yippie-ky-yay, motherfucker!” Gabriel exclaimed, looking from the dead angel vessel to Raphael, now pushing Giselle behind him. He looked from the next few angels back to Raphael again and smirked widely. OH THANK GOD THIS WAS THE REAL ONE! Gabriel thought, still smirking.
“Now, Raphie, this is no way to treat a lady. You should be ashamed of yourself.” Gabriel said, now looking at Giselle, then back to his brother. “long time no see, bro. we have an awful lot to talk about. How about a date? We can get coffee and scones. I like scones, especially with strawberry jam. Ugh that’s to die for.” Gabriel trailed on, hoping to annoy the crap out of his brother. Gabriel looked around at all the angels and smiled again saying “what’s shakin’ bacons’?”
One of the angels moved into attack. Gabriel rolled his eyes and stabbed that angel too. What? Were his siblings stupid or something? Gabriel was Gabriel! He was more powerful than all these angels put together. He was just lucky he had found Giselle. She would be dead if he hadn’t. Castiel now owes him one. “well you aint shakin’ no mo.” Gabriel said now looking at Raphael again. “well I feel welcomed. Thanks a lot.” Gabriel glared.
His attention turned back to the angel he was protecting. “how was that for an entrance?” he smiled and he then asked her “are you okay?”

So, maybe smart mouthing to Raphael wasn't a great idea. Giselle was grabbed from behind, she resisted, rather, attempted to. That didn't work. She felt tears come to her eyes. However, if Raphael had a mind to torture her she would make certain that she didn't give up. After all, Castiel was her friend, she couldn't betray him. This probably was the one time where she was fearful, mostly because she didn't want to fail. It was a situation in which failure, for Giselle, would lead to the ruin of all. She couldn't have that.
When Raphael raised his sword Giselle prepared for the worst. Only to have her thoughts disrupted by the angel who had held her captive falling back. The flash of the angel's grace, and then a familiar voice. “Yippie-ky-yay, motherfucker!” Giselle's lips curled into a relieved smile. She was certainly happy to see her big brother, Gabriel. Okay, she had to admit, his entrance was pretty awesome. She certainly had a certain amount of admiration for her big brother. After all, his motives for helping out were good ones. They were worthwhile, and made sense. Of course she felt a little sad for the angels that were killed, but... at the same time, she felt okay about it. It was probably because they had the same mindset as Raphael did. The messed up kind.
The snarkiness that was coming from Gabriel was amusing to say the least. She nodded at his question. “Gabriel, what timing, the entrance was pretty cool,” Giselle said in relief, brushing a tear from her face, “I certainly owe you one.”

You set my soul on fire Laughing in the corner as it burns Right between the ribs is sinking in --------------------------------- “Yippie-ky-yay motherfucker!”
Raphael watched as his one angel minion was killed right in front of him. Who had the nerve to kill an angel that way and yell a fowl word like that? Raphael glared as none other than his younger brother Gabriel had stepped in front of Giselle. Gabriel had always been a brat, then before, he was a dead brat but now he is alive, and how that works, Raphael would never know. Raphael looked at his brother and listened to his annoying, non important words that were coming out of his mouth. This was none of Gabriel’s business so why was he here?
“Gabriel would you shut up.” Raphael said glaring at his brother. “she is a traitor and needs to die, but not until I get my hands on Castiel.” Raphael looked at the angels that were also trying to surround Gabriel. Stupid. Even Raphael wouldn’t under estimate Gabriel’s power. Gabriel killed one of the angels and more nonsense spewed out of his brother’s mouth. Raphael took another step closer to Gabriel and looked at him seriously. “you have no business here. Leave.” Raphael hated to be harsh to Gabriel, but in this case, this was official business of heaven and seeing as Gabriel had left, this wasn’t his concern.
“little brother, do you even have the slightest idea of what is going on around you? While you were being a coward, a little baby, the apocalypse was stopped. Michael and Lucifer are in the cage and I am trying to free our older brothers. Its angel scum like her and Castiel who want them to stay there and not be here with us. Reunited.” Raphael said, twisting words, hoping to get Gabriel on his side. “of course one will die, but that’s the story right? Its what we all want for this creation. Paradise.” Raphael finished. He hoped that this works. If Gabriel stood beside him, they can surely keep heaven and win the civil war.
“join me brother.”

Gabriel looked at Giselle and smiled. “uh duh it was cool, ‘cause I am cool.” Gabriel said to her in a teasing manner. He was glad she is okay, that he had gotten to her in time. Castiel owed him big now. He owed him a lot. “nah. You owe me nothing, but your friend Castiel does. that’s for sure.” Gabriel smiled to her, sweetly. “how did you get yourself into this jam?” he then asked her curiously.
Gabriel’s attention was turned to Raphael, who had been talking up a storm. He had called Giselle a traitor and had said that she must die. None of that tops the shut up that he angrily said to him. Gabriel had never seen this much anger from Raphael, even though Gabriel has seen Raphael angry. He was then commanded to leave. “no dice, dick. I am staying put.” Gabriel teased Raphael in an awful manner and knew he would be electrocuted for that one. Oh well. Gabriel will get him back. He always did.
Gabriel listened to Raphael talk about what was going on. “yeah, yeah I have heard the story Raphael. You don’t know the half of it though.” Gabriel smirked wickedly. “wanna hear the horribly funny part about Sunday dinner? I helped stop it in my own way. See while all of you were too focused on whether or not your precious Michael and Lucifer will have vessels, I helped Dean and Sam by telling them what the keys were to the cage. So I guess you could say it was all my fault, bro.” Gabriel looked at Raphael still with the smirk on his face. He probably shouldn’t say anything but he figured that it would get Raphael’s mind off of killing Giselle and Castiel and more focused on killing him. “the ending goes something like me trying to kill Lucifer myself and I get killed in the process, and Sam and Dean succeed. Am I a hero or what?” Gabriel retorted in a narcissistic way.
God, his brother was not what he had imagined, although he wasn’t expecting any less of him. It kind of made Gabriel a little upset, wanting to be there for Raphael but not like this. He missed the times they all loved each other, when father was home. It wasn’t that Gabriel didn’t love Michael, Lucifer and Raphael, he just couldn’t stand them.
“no I will not join you. Hey, I can rule heaven a whole lot better than what you are doing. You suck at it. Anyway, I fight for humanity, which means you get the picture.” Gabriel stated holding up his sword now in his left hand. He raised up his right hand, smirked and snapped his fingers.

He loved playing football with Ben it was one of there favorite things to do together to pass the time, it was ether that or they worked on the car. Ben threw the ball back to him and Dean saw Ben start talking to one of his friends, Dean though he let them talk and take a break.
Dean wanted to see what his beautiful Lisa was doing anyway, when Dean made it over to her she was setting up there picnic lunch that she had made for them. Dean sat over with her on the blanket, everything looked so good to Dean he couldn’t wait to eat. “Everything look great baby,” Dean then grabbed her hand and said “I love you so much you know that right?” Dean the kissed Lisa ever so passionately on the lips. Dean held her tight never wanting to let her go, this was like heaven to Dean. Dean then looked her deep into her eyes and said “I never want this to end.”
Dean never should have said those six little words, because right when he did he had woke up in the Impala. “Oh shit!” Dean said wakening up realizing it was all a dream. Dean wanted to be with them more then anything so much he dream about them, and all it did was kill him deep inside. He guessed it was better then his past dreams in hell. Dean then started to wake up a bit more and get himself together, he needed to get back on the job at hand by meeting back up with Sam at the hotel.
But Right when Dean was just starting to wake up and get himself going, BAM! Dean was now some were else, Dean could see Elle, Gabriel, and what Raphael! What the hell was he even doing here? Dean knew right then if he was there, then things were not good at all. Dean looked at Raphael and said, “ Well look who it is, a Teenage Mutant Ninja Angel.” Dean knew something was up if they had sent for him, Dean then looked around at all his friends and said, “Is everything ok guys what is going on here, what does this Ass hat want!” Dean said giving Raphael a pissed off look.

With a giggle the cherub beamed in admiration for her big brother. Even if he said that she owed him nothing, Giselle still felt that she was in debt to him. Then at Gabriel's question she looked up at her big brother, and spoke. “Just an unlucky day I suppose,” she replied, “probably the worst possible place to have been. One minute I was reuniting a young child with his mother and the next I was verbally dueling Raphael.” At Raphael's words Giselle growled. “You won't lay a finger on Castiel!” Giselle retorted, she didn't really care what Raphael's reaction would be, if there was even just a little thing that she could do too act as a barrier between her big brother and Castiel, she would do so. She'd never actually say it, but she was so very glad that her Gabriel was here. However, the little verbal altercation between the archangels got Giselle's feathers ruffled.
Then came the punchline and Gabriel had snapped his fingers. Dean appeared looking confused, and soon pissed off. What. Now Giselle was confused. What was her brother planning by bring Dean Winchester here? Was he trying to deliver Castiel to Raphael? He had to have known that putting Dean in harm's way would be like a dinner bell, and Castiel would come running to the rescue, and in this situation, that was the last thing Giselle wanted. In all reality, Giselle wanted her best friend as far away from Raphael as possible right now. “Dean?” Giselle squeaked. She had no idea what was going through Gabriel's mind to have him bring Dean into this mess.
