This is Paige, Kipp's adorable twin sister. This is the only person who he cares for, and will do everything in his power to keep the big bad world away from her, and this means he will do ANYTHING, Kipp really acts the role of the big brother protector who's over protective with her, even though their the same age.
Paige unlike her brother is completely in control of her life, or so she thinks, Kipp annoys her a hell of a lot with his over protectiveness. She is sad because of what they've been through together, she just isn't broken and all broody like her twin brother. In fact Paige is a young girl who loves to party, and often has to do this behind her twin brothers back.
If Kipp finds a guy mingling with his sister, well, let's just say he can't be held responsible for his actions. Being the only person left in his life, Kipp will do anything he can to keep her from harms way, emotional and physical, if you hurt Paige in anyway, make her shed even one tear you're going to have to deal with Kipp sooner or later.
Okay so there are only two things that I would advise for Paige, the first being that she has a South African accent like he does, and that she was raised in Adelaide South Australia, being his twin and all. But you can decide how strong her South African accent is, or if she has a stronger Australian accent.
The second thing that I would advise is that you make her a black belt in karate, because they're entire family are black belts, even going way back, you could say that it's in her blood.
Now as for her species it's totally up to you, you can make her human, or some other species like a werewolf or vampire, or some other creature. But keep in mind that would literally destroy Kipp and take him over the edge, if he ever found out his sister had been bitten by a werewolf or vampire.
Her desired FC is Sasha Pieterse, but if you find a better well suited FC then feel free to ask. Sasha was the only person I could find that could look like his twin.
But a part from those two things Paige is completely up to you to decide what she is like, you can even name her something different, Paige was the only name I could think of at the time.
