--------------------------------It was around midday Kipp had began walking through the woods, it was a sunny day and the perfect temperature, the sky was a light blue and there wasn’t a cloud in site. By most standards it was quite the nice day, people were out and about at parks, walking their pets playing with their kids; having picnics with loved ones, it seemed like nobody was indoors, which caused a problem for Kipp. He hated these days; how the weather was so perfect; when the weather was this good he found it hard to hide.
Usually he would have just hung out in his cave, and while most people didn’t go near his home; Kipp could still hear the loud noise—yelling and screaming and the stupid laughing. It was enough to do his head in, he just knew that if he wasn’t going to be able to sit alone in his dark cave, without any interruptions then everywhere else around Richmond would be the same; except the woods. This was Kipp’s last hope and if the woods were crowded, well he didn’t like to think about that, Kipp was somebody who needed his quiet; it helped him to sulk as his sister would say, about how evil he was exactly he was a monster, and he was the worst.
Finding the clearing that the werewolf had designated as his own, Kipp dumped his backup to the soft earth before dropping down, and then from a sitting position he rolled onto his back. There was no helping the few birds that had decided to sing, Kipp had half a mind to throw a rock at them to scare them away; however he couldn’t bring himself to move from his back, a few birds though annoying as they were, still weren’t as bad as people yammering about all around him.

------------------ ------------------ Like always Annie had spend her nights hunting. She had managed to off a few more creatures of the night, though nothing too special. Most were really easy kills. Just and in and out kind of deal, took very little effort on Annie's part. Of course with that being said, Annie figure she'd better work herself hard, or she might get used to this easy life and get herself killed. That of course involved putting herself in some dumb situations so she really had to fight her way out. But hey. It was practice, and seeing as she had no one to help her fight, she had to find a way on her own. So she did. She acted helpless just long enough, until she was in deep enough that she'd have to put some effort into getting out.
Basically by the end of her night, she was tired, and needed to seek a place to sleep. Of course, it nearing the early morning, no place was really open, and she could not find anyone to help her rent a hotel room, so she did what she had to. She walked her happy but into the forest to find a place to sleep. It would be day time, so she was relatively safe. Though Annie still had a hard time sleeping just on the floor, nothing to hide her, so before she could settle in, she'd have to find a nice place to sleep. Ideally she'd like to find a nice cave. But that was dangerous. You never know who's sleeping there, or using it as a home. Best to keep away from caves, even if it's bright out. You just never know.
So she figured she might have to make a tree her home. Of course she could not find herself a nice wayward pine big enough to provide her shelter. So it was looking like, she'd have to climb. So annie walked as far into the forest as she dared to go, looking for a tree to call her own, one that could support her weight, and one she could climb. Annie was not the best climber, but she'd manage. After crossing a rather large clearing, she found a nice tree. It had a thick base, and nice big limbs she could nap on. There were very few trees around it, so no one could climb up that way. And the tree had enough leafs to provide a bit of cover, both from below and above. Last thing she'd need was a sun burn while sleeping.
Though that's what she was going to get anyway. Using some rope in her backpack, she manged to climb her way up high enough were she could not be reached. At least here she'd be left alone. No super natural creature would get her here, not during the day. And no human would think to look for her up in a tree. She felt good about her spot, and after securing herself to the tree with the rope she had, she found herself asleep in minutes, still the blood and dust from the nights batter stuck on her clothing and skin. She would need to find a place to wash before going back to the human world, before leaving this forest.
Annie had no idea how long she was asleep, but the dang birds chirping in her ear was starting to awaken her. Annie did not usually sleep for very long, maybe 2-3 four hour naps a day, if she can mange it. But she some how managed to sleep until midday. That was crazy enough on it's own. But she was feeling good, despite the annoying birds in her ear. She allowed her eyes to open, and there the bright sun was beating down on her. She could feel a burn starting to appear on her bare shoulders. She had on a simple take top that was far too big, though she wore a thick sports bra under her shirt. She wore tight camo shorts, that were too small for her, but it's all she had. And on her feet boots, they were also were not the right size, only they were too big, but she stuffed them with socks and stuff to help. On her back held an old camo backpack. It was like a small camping bag. Only it was old, really old, almost falling apart, held on by duck tape and a very poor sewing job. Inside that bag was a hunters dream. Everything a hunter would need. It never left her back, ever. In her hand, which was placed on her lap stood two very sharp blades. Knives.
Annie was the queen of knifes, it was what she did, she could wield a knife as if it were apart of her. And they kind of were. On her upper arms, and legs she held holsters, knife holders. Smaller knives were stuck in her boot for save keeping, and a few were strapped to her stomach. Normally if she had a hotel shed take all this off, or if she was public. But she was out in the woods, she was still dirty from the night before. So she did not bother taking off her hunting outfit. She really should have put it all away, it might give someone the wrong impression.
But Annie was young and she made mistakes. Stupid mistakes, but mistakes none the less. If it had been winter she would have been covered. Normally she wore a sweat shirt, but she had gotten hot, and took it off, keeping it in her back pack with her other toys. Annie removed the rope from around herself, and packed it away in her bag. She started to adjust the knife holsters, for sleeping on them in the tree, was well dumb, leaving some painful marks. But they would heal in a few minutes after the pressure was off. As much as she did not wish to remove her knifes from her body she knew she'd have to. Only when she looked to her feet, to start taking her weapons, she saw a boy in the filed but a few feet away. There he was on his back looking to the sky. Oh. well this would surly complicate things. If she was not quite, he'd hear her, and that would lead to some awakened questions.
She hoped he did not have a very good nose. She was far from clean. And she was covered in a black goo and some blood, though none of it belonged to her. But hey, it was a hunters job. It's what she did, when you fight evil, a little evil is bound to latch on.

--------------------------------The night had been perfect, he had fallen asleep in the evening the morning before; and slept on the ground all night. Kipp knew that he might have a few sore and aching joints, but that was to be expected after sleeping on the hard earth, besides it wasn’t like he wasn’t use to sleeping the way he had, because he was he lived in a cave, given the time his body had adapted to sleeping like he had, and now he had difficulty sleeping on a mattress; preferring hard earth or the stone of his cave. He was enjoying his time so much—not enjoying because now Kipp didn’t know how to feel the pleasant emotion, he knew that he didn’t want to head back to Richmond so soon, it could still be crowded which was just a bad idea.
Kipp justified continuing to stay in the woods, because out here all alone he couldn’t possibly hurt somebody. Besides his gave were barely anybody ventured near, the woods was a second place of solitude for him, and the only reason that he didn’t have a shack in the woods, well he knew that people rarely went up near the caves at the beach, so there was just less of a chance of people finding him; then if he lived in the woods even though that would be ironic—the animal that he was, and he was an animal; a wild savage animal who should be out down, so he didn’t hurt anyone else.
Attention shifting to one of the trees hanging above him, Kipp’s attention turned to the brunches as he heard noises up above. Probably the birds, invading my space again, he wonder to himself; wondering if he should throw a rock to scare them away, and he would soon if they didn’t stop rustling the branches; keeping him from his slumber. He had of course being a werewolf, and having the enhanced sense of smell; noticed the odor in the air, he had originally thought nothing of it, but now the birds were really starting to frustrate him. Standing to his feet, rock held firmly in his right hand, Kipp let it fly up and into the branches of the tree hoping to scare the birds off.

------------------ ------------------ So much for being quiet?! She had hardly moved. Just you know, pulled her back pack closer, and untied herself from the tree. That was the loudest part. When she took off the cord wrapped around her middle section, she kind of dropped one end, causing it to drop, hitting a few branches and leaves as it went down. Of course she pulled it up quickly, but not before the damage was done. Leaves now began to fall from the tree. Oops. As soon as she had her rope under control and packed away, she froze. Just waiting for things to settle a bit. Waiting for the tree to stop shedding it's leaves, waiting for the wind to stop blowing. Just waiting for the typical forest sounds to reaper before she jumped over to the next tree.
She had no idea who that boy was, but she did not want to find out. She did not want to wait for him to awaken and find her there. She was in no moon to have a nice talk about how young she was and what was that crap she was covered in, and what she was doing out alone at night.... and... god only knew the other questions people would ask of her. It was all the same. All where are you parents and a girl like you should be in school, or something or other. Whatever it was it was annoying and she just wanted to do her. She figured the woods was a good place to be left alone. Figures she'd be wrong, and someone would invade her space. But that was life. Always alone, and annoyed when people get to close. She let out a small sigh with that though. Welcome to her life.
But here was a twist she was not expecting. The boy stood up, Annie watching, curious. He was looking right at her. Well right where she was. He herd her?! Well of course he had, how could he have missed it. But could he see her? Really see her? There was no way. She was well hidden behind the leaves of her tree. But it was too late to react, he launched something in the air, and it was heading right for her. She only had time to jump. Without really thinking where she would go, besides down. She just jumped. Down she went.
It was a very far down, but she manged to slow her decent, by catching some branches on the way down, they of course broke under her weight, but it slowed her down. That's all she needed. When she landed a few yards away from the boy, to save herself some serious injury, she rolled, using that momentum until she could slow way down. When she came to a stop, she was crouched down on her feet, two small knifes held firmly in her hands, her head low, still tucked in as she rolled. But her eyes were looking right up at him. She slowly allowed herself to stand, the knifes held tight, waiting to be used.
"What the hell did you do that for!?" She asked, never removing eye contact. Still unsure of what his intention were, or why the hell he'd throw something at her. She took that more of an attack then anything. But she had to relax a little. She was clearly on the up. She not only just woke up, but she just jumped from a tree, she was smelly and nasty, and a rock was thrown at her. She was not in the best of moods. But she was gonna find out what his deal was. She might be a bitch but that did not mean it was okay to throw a rock at her. Dang.

----------------------- ----------------------- It was curious why such a young girl would be high up in a tree, and she did look awfully young, though she didn’t look as young like she should still be enjoying climbing trees like some child. Impressive balance Kipp thought, watching the girl dodge the airborne rock, and he continued watching as she tumbled from the tree, managing to catch branches to fall a little more safely. Watching her roll along the ground, to land without harm the girl could quite obviously handle herself, and deep down Kipp knew this, though this didn’t mean that he would like her and it certainly didn’t mean that, he would allow her to be anywhere near him.
“I thought you were a bird.” Kipp casually said with a shrug, keeps his tone in different hiding the fact that he felt bad for what he had just done. He hadn’t honestly thought that it could have been a person, however the girl was already annoyed at him, and Kipp would make sure to do all he good to get more of a rise out of her, it wouldn’t be that hard she in a way reminded him lot of Ruby and Lilly-Beth. "Can you blame me, little girls and birds are both annoying."
This girl looked a few years younger than Lilly-Beth, and as such Kipp was determined to do everything he could to get her to hate him, just like he should have done with the other two girls. She may seem like she had everything all together, and that she may very well be able to handle himself, but he was a monster plain and simple, a monster who shouldn’t even be around people, which was always Kipp’s go to excuse for spending so much of his time in the woods, and living in one of the caves at the beach.
“Well run along now little girl, didn’t your parents say never talk to strangers?” Kipp said in his dull tone, it would have sounded like he was more of an ass if it hadn’t been for his damn South African accent, he didn’t know why but the accent seemed to be popular among women, making things all the more difficult for him to get them to hate him.

------------------ ------------------ Annie looked almost shocked. Maybe a little amused. A bird...really? He must be mentally slow. No literally. If he had mistaken her for a bird, he was clearly a city boy, with the IQ of a three year old. She cut off a half laugh a half inhale. She was not sure what to do with this boy... this... child. Yes. He was much more a child then she ever had been. There was no way she could ever make such a mistake. A bird and a human, were not even close. She just could not understand how in the world he could think of her as a bird. Birds are totally incapable of making the same kind of sounds. Well at least the birds around here.
"Funny." She responded clearly not amused by his joke. Again trying to compare a human and a bird. Poor guy. She wondered what life must be like living with no brain. Must be... easy. Simple. Ah well he was the one missing out on most anything. Anyway. She was far from little. Well okay so she was short skinny, and just small. But she was no little girl. Shoot she could kick a big macho mans ass three times over before he realized what was going on. You add supernatural ability's to the man, and she's going to have a harder time, but she'd gonna get the job done, or die trying. The thing that made Annie so dangerous was she had nothing to life for. So she put herself in danger, she fought, she did things no hunter would do. Why? Because she had nothing to live for. Her survival instincts were strong, she had a will to survive, but not a will to live.
Again Annie just laughed at his lame excuse for a joke. "Ya know. I cant recall my parents ever saying something like that to me." Annie said with a half shrug. "They generally encouraged erratic and dangerous behavior. That's likely why they died." She ended, the knifes she held tightly in her hands slipped back up into her sleeve where they belonged. Once safely put away, she crossed her arms over her chest, such a mommy move. Normally she was not so forthcoming with information about her life. But she figured this might get a bit of a rise out of him. He clearly though of her as an ignorant little girl. Now she'd be an ignorant little orphan girl. That would only help her cause. He was dumb enough that she could probably steal everything he had on him without him noticing. Then again was stealing from the mentally handicapped morally wrong? It must be. Just like stealing from a child.
Again she was not amused by him. But she felt bad for his lack of brain cells. She almost wondered where his keeper had been. It was none of her business. But his handler likely got tired of seeing his face, and hearing that accent, that he or she left him here in the woods. He was probably too stupid to find his way out. Man.... was she being mean in her head today. Good thing she had a bit of a filter. At least she did not see him as any kind of threat.
((Man she is being really nasty in her head I kinda wanna smack her.))

----------------------- ----------------------- Honestly he didn’t care less if it had been a bird, or some bratty little girl, all children were brats after all; even he had been once. Kipp also had half a mind to run in the opposite direction from her, at least then she would be safer then what she currently was; standing near him, and if she knew who he was—what he was and what he has done, Kipp was certain that she wouldn’t want to be anywhere near him. This was why he was trying so hard, to get the girl to hate him to keep her safe, however there was another reason why he acted like a dick mostly, because if he got people to hate him, then it was easier for him to hate himself.
“You’re welcome,” Kipp said nonchalantly, he hadn’t meant anything by calling her a little girl and chances was that she wasn’t one. He was more so just referring to her innocence that he was not, he was evil and a savage beast who should be pit down, and a beast should be nowhere near a young girl, it just wasn’t right Kipp had no right to put her in danger like he was doing. He knew that there was a reason, why he should have stayed in his cave today, whenever he ventured out Kipp almost always, managed to end up in one of these terrible situations, and honestly it was selfish of him to put the girl in danger like this.
However it was the next thing that she said, that had Kipp both shocked and feeling terrible, with the talk of her parents being dead. He really felt for her, he had murdered his own and so, in way Kipp knew how she must have felt; she wouldn’t feel as worse as he did, but Kipp thought that he definitely knew how she must have felt. “I—I sorry,” Kipp said, not really knowing what to say to that, he had just felt terrible for how he was treating her; she was in a sense just like him.

------------------ ------------------ Annie did not generally hate anyone. They annoyed the heck out of her, and in tern if she could stand it, and if they were lucky, she'd try to turn it all into some big teachable moment. Annie was not evil, she did not want to hurt people, physically or emotionally, it just happened. Like Kipp, she pushed people away to keep them save from the things that hunted her as she hunts them. From the Angels that want her dead, from the demon that wants her as a vessel. She pushes just as much as he did, so she did not have to let herself get hurt. she had loved her parents and they got themselves killed over her. She was not going to allow any more deaths to be on her hands. So she pushed and pushed until people wrote her off as a simple street rat, a girl who would never amount to anything who'd never get off the streets.
And where she might not want to be off the streets, she has surly already amount to many things. She was one of the youngest hunters of her time, and she was dang good at it too. She was officiant on her own, and she did what needed to get done. She has saved a hundred of lives, killing vampires and shifters and skin walkers alike. She took care of the small things, ghosts even so people like Sam and Dean could take care of the big things. Then again, it also kept them away from her. I they were distracted with little side jobs, then they would surly run into each other and Annie can't let that happen. Not again.
If he thought he was putting her in danger, he was wrong. She had no idea what he was, but he had no idea who she was, or what she could do. She was trained to kill, and kill fast. She lived her whole life learning what to kill how to kill and how to live while doing it. A little werewolf like him would not frighten her off. Anyway he was human right now. She was safe, if he started to turn, she'd cut him down before he could hurt her, or anyone for that matter. But he was human, and she was human so there was no danger, not yet. She'd see the warning signs, she'd know what he was doing and she would get read. Most of her knives are already made of silver, or have silver in them. So that helps in more then one way.
"Why?" Annie asked looking a bit confused by the sudden change of events. What happened to the bantering? She just blinked a few times. Why would he be sorry for her parents death? He had nothing to do with them begin dead, so why did he say something about it? If he was the one who killed her parents, he would have been dead a long time ago. "It's not like you killed them." She answered. That much she was sure. It was likely an angel, maybe a demon. There was no proof. But it was one or the other. She at least knew that much. "Anyway it was a long time ago. I'm over it by now. So.... you don't gotta go all sappy on me now." Annie added with a half smile. She liked the bickering, she could handle angry people... but sad and depressed.... Annie was not very nurturing. She'd give you a pat on the back and then walk away. She had no idea how to handle this kind of emotion.

----------------------- ----------------------- Kipp may put across that he hated anybody and everybody, though he didn’t really; them hating him was best for everyone. It kept them safe, because he would be in no position to hurt them, and it also made it easier to hate what he was and what he has done; if people weren’t being nice to him. That’s why he was at the moment, liking the girl in front of him—she had attitude, he was sure they wouldn’t be getting along, he would make sure of that, because even with the attitude she had, she was still awfully young. It was all Kipp could do, to keep somebody so young from harm, and if he didn’t do all he could to get her to hate him, then she was guaranteed to get hurt—everybody did around him, it wasn’t a matter of if, it was a matter of when.
If Kipp had known Annie better, then he would know that she was more than capable of taking after herself, more so then he could take care of himself. Even from this short interaction that they have had thus far, she seemed more put together, despite looking a great deal younger, Annie definitely seemed a whole lot more sane then him as well, not that Kipp was insane. He was just depressed like nothing else, which could at times bring even the most cheerful people down, Annie, could be just as depressed though.
Now that Kipp knew that her parents had also been killed, he felt sorry for her, Annie looked to be at a similar age to him, when his parents had been killed. She was too young to know that feeling, let alone to be by herself though Kipp didn’t know if she was, he was only assuming she was on her own, otherwise she wouldn’t be out here now. Kipp pitied the girl; though not in a condescending way, Kipp pitied her for what she must surely be thinking, and also, Kipp admired her because even if she was just as depressed—she certainly wasn’t showing it.
Kipp hated this because now that he knew, what has happened to her, he didn’t think that he would be able to act like such a dick toward her. Deep down he knew that he shouldn’t care about that, because in the long term; it would be much better for Annie, although it would have been much better for her, if she hadn’t even met him—if he stayed back at his cave the previous night. But they both were a lot alike, and it was because of this—because of everything she has been through already, Kipp didn’t know what to do, because after all she should be shielded—as to not be hurt again.
“I could have.” It was a short and almost defeated sigh, when the girl obviously was a little shocked to his change in attitude. He was just as evil as most things in the night—if not more evil, and Kipp honestly thought that it could have just as easily been him; he had killed her parents, or rather in his mind it had already him been him. “I know what it’s like.” Kipp stated, with indifference to his voice, and it was a spoken a little coldly for it to be understanding, however a cold statement was as much understanding, and comfort somebody would get from him.
At the moment though, it was now obvious that Annie was a whole lot more put together, she wasn’t depressed like he thought she may have been; and actually, she was far from depressed. “Oh, don’t worry you won’t get shoulder to cry on from me.” Kipp spoke—or tried to speak, with as much boldness, although even he knew that at the moment; he was the one coming off second best.

------------------ ------------------ Annie raised a brow at his response. How cute. He though he killed her parents. Yeah right. She knew who killed her parents and it was not him. But it was funny to hear at the very least. So she could not help but giggle a little. "Cute." She stated in between her small giggle fit. There was a zero percent chance that he killed them. Two vs one, he would have been killed easy. Even if he was some supernatural creature, Annie was sure she could take him, easy. So with both her parents there, her parents whom complimented each other so well, it was freaky. Yeah. no. No common beast or person would kill her parents. It had to be someone powerful, someone you don't ever deal with. It had to be an angel. They had already threaten her parents a few times before. It was a no brainier. An angel was a different kind of beast, one no hunter could truly fight off. Not really. Not truly. There was so little known about them.
Unless he was an angel, he did not kill them. Had he been a supernatural creature, then of course he would have died if he ever came into contact with them. So no. It was cute he thought he killed them, maybe. But there was no chance. None. He was no angel, that much was clear. If he had been well she would have already been killed. The angels have it out for her. She's just good at hiding. Still. He was nothing but a depressed little puppy who really needed a trainer.
Okay... so now things were just getting weird.... very very weird. Too weird for Annie. He was really sad... like she was pretty sure if she took out a knife she'd have to struggle to keep it away from him, for he'd surly use it to off himself if he could. He did not seem like anything special, jut a nerd who failed his final exam, now his life was over kind of deal. And as much of a killer as Annie is, she'd never allow a human to hard himself. No matter what. So long as he was human, she'd keep him safe. That's what she signed up for. So he would not be hurting himself around her. Not unless he wanted to be tied up or restrained. She'd do what she had to do.
This was just weird...too weird. He was just. Well if he wanted to sit around and cry rather then live life. Fine. But Annie really did not want to stick around and wait for that to happen. She already had her escape all planned out. It would be easy, too easy to get away. Annie just blinked at him. "So I dunno what your problem is, but Lexapro much?" She added her arms hanging at her side, bored. He was no threat, at least not to her. Himself, yeah. Maybe. But not her. "I mean really. People die everyday. No big. I don't want your pity." She added her arms moving to cross over her chest. If he did not start getting all mean again she might have to run away. There are two people in this world that Annie hates with a passion. The super hyper and happy, the touchie kind of people who give hugs all the time, who always look on the bright side of things. And then the people who are looking for an out, who want nothing more then to die. If she could kill all those people, she'd be happy. Annie just does not know how to deal with super happy or super sad people. Which is kind of sad seeing as well she had to deal with a lot of sad people, people whom lost loved ones. But she manages to deal. Somehow. Still this was not a job. Not here. He was just.... depressing, and odd. Very odd.

----------------------- ----------------------- “Agh Stop making excuses for me!” Of course Kipp knew that he hadn’t actually murdered the girl’s parents, he hadn’t even met her until now, so how could he? She had just understandably misread his words, which was his fault really, when his depressing thoughts began to re-enter his mind, Kipp could perhaps be a little to blatant. What he had meant was, that whatever had caused the deaths’ of the girl’s parents, it was the same as if he had murdered them, because whoever—whatever and killed them was a monster, perhaps a different kind of monster, but that was something he shared with whatever it was, that had taken her parents from her. “I bet you wouldn’t be giggling, if you knew the kind of things I have done.” She was beginning to annoy her now, how arrogant she thought she was; did she not think that he was bad—evil and that he hasn’t done terrible things in the past.
Kipp didn’t go out of his way to seem depressing, and to bring other people down, he could just be far too blatant for his own good. He knew that he could be a little over the top on occasion, but then if he wasn’t how was he supposed to stress how bad he was, it was for everybody’s own good that he be as blatant as he possibly could, because then people would stay right away from him, and that meant that meant that he would never be able to hurt anyone else. Kipp may very well be the most depressive person in Richmond, though he wasn’t suicidal, he still had his sister that he had to watch over, but it was these people like the girl in front of him, they just frustrated him so much, with how they didn’t believe how bad—how evil he truly was.
“I know people die every day, that wasn’t what I was saying.” Kipp let out a defeated shy, as much as he hated to admit it, he knew that there would be no winning against the girl, although he would still do everything he could, to keep at least some distance away from her. “Just trust me when I say that, bad things generally happen when I’m around people."

------------------ ------------------ "Whoa... alright Lex take a pill." She said holding her hands up in an almost surrender. She called him Lex, which was short for Lexapro, a powerful anti-anxiety, and anti-depression pill used to treat a variety of disorders. A nickname he would always have from her. He surly needed something, the way he flip flopped, they way he walked around all sad like, just how he moved, what he said and how he said it. She could tell he hated life and just wanted it to end. Had Annie been a killer she might have taken pity on him and cut him down right then and there. But he was just a man, going through a hard time. She could not say it would get better, that would be false hope, but she'd send him on his way. She would not hurt him, not unless he made the first move. "No need to get all moody on me...." She added looking him up and down. She might have to hold his ass down to keep him from taking a rock and cutting his own heart out.... poor guy really did have a death wish.
Of course she had knives everywhere, so this action was hardly 'safe'. If anything it gave her more leverage to strike out. Still it was a simple gesture, one that usually made people feel more at ease for some reason... she never really understood why. This again just gave a person more power when striking. Guess no one was smart enough to hide knifes in their sleeve which they can access easy. For real, hiding a knife in your shoe was usually inconvenient. Every now and again it was super handy, so she always kept at least one tucked away down there, but in situations like this, the time it took to bend down and get it, would have you killed. You always needed a weapon in your hand at all times, or in a place your hand would always reach, like say your wrist. No wonder she always wears long sleeves to cover it all up. Not today of course. Today most every knife was visible. in it's holder.
She just shook her head at his comment. What a funny thing to say. It was ironic for she could say the exact same thing to him. The things she had done would make any persons skin crawl. But she lived it, she survived it. "There's nothing you can say or do that would frighten me." Annie said as more of a off hand comment. But it was very much true. She had danced with many monsters in her life time, and here she stood, just as powerful as ever. Shoot she was covered in black slime from her last kill. Something he did not seem to notice or care about. If he took more notice to her in general, he might understand that she as not just some kid, some little girl, but she herself was a killer. A monster to monsters. A monsters worst nightmare, a 'hero' to the human population but killer in the eyes of any kind of demon. It was really just perspective. To his wolf buddies he might be nothing but a dumb puppy, sitting around moping. But to the lives he has yet to kill, the lives he could have killed, well he was a bit of a hero. Again perspective. By hanging out in the forest alone with all this self pity he was really saving lives.... if he was in the city he would likely kill.
Any which way, until he showed her he was dangerous, he'd be just a sorry excuse for a monster. One not worthy of her time, or skill as a hunter. He was all talk as far as she was concerned. Just a dead beat dad, or some 9-5 guy with no life outside his job. Just going through the motions of life. Whatever he was, he was far from dangerous. He had hardly given her a growl. How was he being scary or dangerous by moping around the forest? If he wanted people to believe he was dangerous he needed to have that kill in his eyes, the one she almost always held, a fire that would never be put out, a life so fierce it caught even her off guard when she glanced at a mirror.
"And trust me when I say, you can't hurt me. Worst things the you have tried... and I'm still standing." She said letting her hands drop, in a bit of a show at the black goo she was covered it. She had killed something bigger and badder then he was. She still saw him as nothing but a human. But still, even as a wolf, she saw a Leviathan as the ultimate creature to catch and kill. That's just what she did, saving a young mans life in the process. Go her. Still. If she could fight a demon, a Leviathan, a shapeshiver, a werewolf, a vampire, and win every time so far. She can handle a man with a death wish.

----------------------- ----------------------- Kipp could appreciate an attitude, such as the young girl had, he was even thankful for her feisty stance, because she was just making it that much easier on him, to get her to hate him. “What the bloody hell are you talking about!?” Kipp’s Australian nature beginning to kick in, as he was totally lost and didn’t at all understand her statement, about the taking a pill, “I’m fine, if that’s what you’re asking.” He decided to change up his approach, with this teenager, perhaps if he was just rude to her outright that would get her to hate him; it might even get her to leave be if he was lucky enough, although Kipp hasn’t been lucky in a very long time. “Oh, that’s too cute if you think I’m being moody. You obviously don’t know me, because you, little girl, may be both infuriating and vexing, but I have yet to have gotten moody.”
Kipp didn’t really think much of the teenager standing in front of him; she was very small; it was almost cute the way she acted. As a result he had his guard down, which Kipp would normally never do, but at the moment he was having too much fun, and quite frankly, he wasn’t able to see the potential threat in the girl, he even had half a mind to pet the girl on her forehead and push on her way. He knew that he shouldn’t and he knew that he was underestimating the girl greatly, he couldn’t help that though, Kipp wasn’t even taking her seriously, almost to the point of shrugging her words off; hoping that, that would be the thing that got to her.
“Agh, Stop!” Kipp shouted, now beyond frustrated and just like that she had done, he himself had been trying to do to her, and he hated the fact that she was winning, Kipp couldn’t believe that he was being shown up, let alone by some little girl which probably explained the impulsiveness of his next actions, that weren’t entirely smart being alone in the woods with a teenager. Kipp lost it and though he would never intentionally get violent, especially with such a young girl he still wanted to scared her, he rushed forward, Kipp wanted to bring the girls back up against the tree; trapping her. He even went to grab around her throat and hissed, “Be very careful what you say,” he just hoped that she wouldn’t be able to see through his lie, he was evil of course but would never intentionally hurt the girl, he stepped back.
Kipp could clearly see the black slime the girl was covered in, and he knew that he shouldn’t write her off as just some little girl. He refused to believe that the world would be so nasty, that it would force such a young girl into a world of darkness, if he only believed in one thing, this would be it. “Who says I need to hurt you?” It was an honest question, because the girl was already hurt more, then even she realized.

------------------ ------------------ "What the bloody hell are you talking about?!" She mimed. Really... the statement was simple. She's been talking about taking some anti depressants, so when she said take a pill, she meant go get himself a nice little white padded room and take a nice pill that will help his mood swings and attitude. Really, she had nothing against him. She just felt sorry for him. He was the worst monster ever. Or he claimed to be a monster, she has yet to see any aggressive behavior, beside throwing a rock at her. But that was hardly aggressive, he thorough she was a bird or something. But really. He just needed to go find himself a doctor and get some pills in his system asap. Shoot it takes a few days for the dang thing to work, so he needed to double up the dose hopefully it might speed up the process a bit. "Your clearly not fine. You need some serious help my friend." She fired back. No he was far from fine. That was clear by everything he so much as said and did. Just standing there he looked all depressed and ready for it all to end. All he really had to do was attack her, and she'd end his sorry pathetic life. It was simple really.
Annie just laughed as he once again switched gears. She shook her head slowly. "Wow... just wow." She managed to say a smile on her face, as she tried to keep the giggles at bay. Really. He was trying to stand there and be all I'm fine, yet here he is all pissy once again. This kid needed some real help. If EVER Sam thought she needed help, she'd be sure to point him in this guys directions. Kipp was like a textbook case. Easy to solve, he just had to get off his ass and solve it. Go see a doctor get some pills take some pills, and stop feeling sorry for yourself. There done. Maybe then he could be a real person. But Annie was surly getting tired of his flip flopping and of him calling her a little girl. They went over that one. She was far from little, she might be physically small but she'd kick your ass three times over.
Oh. When he tried to reach for her forehead, she raised an arm, already a knife standing there in a defensive position. If he so much as tried to pat her on the head, she'd cut off his hand. She had no issues taking a limb or two. Leaving him to bleed out. That was fine. God forbid he attempted to touch her. Oh no. it would be on, and he would get himself hurt. The closer he got the further her knife would plunge itself into his skin. She already made it clear she was not to be touched. If he wanted to go for it and try to touch her, fine he'd lose a hand. Simple as that. Underestimate her as much as you want, but she'd gonna use that to her advantage and deliver a fetal blow.
Oh course he decided it was smart to go after her. As if he could not see her knives strapped to her body. She was expecting this at the very least. He was moody after all, and she knew that he would strike out against her at some point. So she simply used her little stance as an advantage. She ducked and weaved and moved out of his way. She would not allow his hand to move around her neck. If it somehow found it's place, he once again would get a nice gash to his arm, his neck, to whatever part of his she could reach. But if he was really going to go after her, he was going to get cut. And Annie was not playing. This was no game to her, she'd go for the fatal wounds. She was aiming to kill, to disable to hurt.
"Invalid question." She responded twirling one of her knives in her hand, in full view of him, letting him see the blade twinkling. Daring him to put a hand on her, asking for a fight. She was ready and able. She wnated it. Oh she wanted it badly. She'd enjoy putting him down. If he was not gonna go take some pills, he was better off dead before he hurt someone innocent. But if he started going after her, blood would be shed, and he would be the one bleeding. She was a short little thing, meant she was fast and hard to catch, not much surface area to catch that is. Anyway she woke up from a nap, so she was good and ready to go. At least i twas before her bath, so a little more blood would not hurt anyone. So bring it. She was ready whenever he was. If he so much as moved aggressively towards her, she'd strike back. The little knife she was twirling around her fingers was a throwing dagger. Specially designed for throwing. The knife in her other hand was much bigger, one for up close. Basically if he went for her, she'd throw a warning knife at him. If he continued she'd use the bigger one in her hand for when he got close enough to stab. It was really his call. If he wanted to die this night then he could attract, and that would be the end of his life. She had her weapons, he had nothing. She was bringing a gun to a knife fight so to speak. He it truly was hopeless. A prized fighter with weapons in her hand vs a moody werewolf in human form... no brainier. If he wanted a fight. She would give him a fight. If he wanted to walk away, she'd give him that solid and allow his freedom. But those were the only options for him. Fight her to the death or just walk away.

----------------------- ----------------------- “Oh, real mature but I guess it’s what I can expect talking to a little girl.” Kipp said in an apathetic and nasty tone, he was quickly losing patience with her, and he also couldn’t believe how stubborn she was being. Had she really began coping his every word, the girl couldn’t be younger then fifteen years, Kipp had thought that children usually grew out of that by that age. She was really starting to test his patience, he didn’t have any patience to begin with, Kipp knew that if he held his anger in much longer—he would probably pop a vein, and yet still she persisted to state that he obviously wasn’t fine.
“First of all, we certainly are not friends!” Kipp shouted, as he grew more agitated at the moments past, as he stated. “You say that I’m not fine, but you don’t even know what that is. I’ve just learnt that I shouldn’t be around people.” He could really say the same thing about her, they both were troubled just in different ways, but when you stripped everything back; they both were a lot alike. Anybody who wore as many knives on their person, such as she did, and who was so well trained were severely troubled, it was obvious that she didn’t have a normal life; this was what Kipp hated most of this entire situation. He knew that she was able to take care of herself, probably better then he could but he was still unwilling to believe that, it just wasn’t right, whatever life this young girl had—it was wrong, “and quite the attitude, because you’re not going to win!”
There was a part of him, and it did cause Kipp to worry because the feeling was strong. He wanted to test her, he wanted to see why it was that made her so confident; despite being so young, and though he was frustrated like she couldn’t believe, making him sloppy and act rash. Kipp would enjoy testing her a little too much, even if he was the one that got beat down, he welcomed anyone who was able to do that, some might say that he even enjoyed being beat; he despised himself so much.
Shocked that she had managed to weave away, and around him Kipp straightened standing there, smiling an apathetic smile. It was as he had thought, she hadn’t been lying when she told she was able to handle herself, although now it would be interesting to see, how the girl would fair against a calmed Kipp. When he was in control of his mind, this wasn’t something that happened a lot, what she was seeing now was how he usually was, the impulsive werewolf and reckless, easily taken from his game and once that happened, it was a whole lot easier to run him in circles.
Kipp walked over making his way to the nearest tree, crossing his arms over his chest. “That is where you are wrong, little girl.” Kipp knew that calling her a little girl was getting to her, he did not know how much but she obviously wasn’t too thrilled with his given name for her, and he would continue calling her a little girl, even if by now Kipp knew that was the furthest thing that she was. “The life that you lead, your already hurting.”
