[Ruby]

She could tell that she was pissing him off him by wanting to know all this, but she really didn't care the demon liked him and was starting to open up for once in her life. So she was going to ask him all the shit that she wanted to know, if he didn't like it that was to fucking bad. He could deal with it. Even though she really didn't want to piss him off and make him leave, she really did like him after all. "Look don't get mad OK! I'm sorry that I want to know so much about you. The truth is I really like you that is all, and you should feel so lucky I usually don't open up to anyone ether nor to I give a fuck." Ruby then stopped realizing she needed to calm down. "Sorry I didn't mean to lose it, I just wanted to know more about you with out you getting mad.

She did like his answer on it though, she didn't realize that he wanted it that way. Ruby had to admit it did sound fun, maybe she was being stupid pushing him to much. She realized now she needed to cool it, she was starting to get to many feelings to fast. She was acting to much like a human and needed to act like a demon, but that's what feeling do to a person which was why the demon didn't always let them in. But with Kipp she did, she just hoped and prays it was a good idea. "Ok I can live with that,I can't lie it does sound kind of fun." She told him. "Sorry if I ask to many questions, I'm not that good with talking to people that I like."

He had thrown the demon into the ocean like it was nothing, picking her up like she didn't weigh a thing. She kind of like how strong he was and seemed, it turned her on in more ways then one. "I guess this is fun to you huh?" She said to him looking at him with a cheesy smile on his face. "So now that we are out here you going to teach me to surf then?" She asked him with a smile. "I mean there had to be some reason you threw me out here.' She then got real close to him, close enough she knew he could feel her breath on him.

Sighing as they both stood in the ocean waist deep, Kipp knew that she shouldn’t be too hard on Ruby; it was his fault after all. He had been the one who should have kept more of a distance between them, he was bad—evil and no good and he shouldn’t have led Ruby on by spending time with her, he was a stupid fool. He knew better then to talk to people, and it would never happen again, Kipp would make sure of that, because of course Ruby would like him because after all; weren’t all woman attracted to the bad type of guy, it was completely irresponsible of Kipp to spend time around Ruby, he had a curse and it was just something that he had to live with. “Look I’m sorry about that, I shouldn’t have snapped but please this here. Nothing can ever happen between us; nothing more than friends, well all I mean is nothing involving emotions, if you’re after some kind of relationship I can’t do that again; relationships cause you to feel.” Kipp thought it best to come out and explain, he was all for having fun, which was what he and Ruby had and it was good, he just couldn’t handle any sort of emotion. “Nah it’s not you, it’s me. I know cliché huh.” Kipp looked down to his hidden feet, sheepishly saying as he said that he outburst hadn’t been her fault.

Sure he had meant his whole mysterious spiel, though for the most part he was only saying what he had said to keep Ruby from asking about him. He wasn’t being completely dishonest because he had never understood that tradition, it seemed like in this day and age people liked to get right to it, Kipp preferred the journey; he was a traveller, he is now and he was then Rylee had made certain of that. When it came to the only girl he had ever loved, there was no cheating when it came to them, no little shortcuts or questioning, well there was questioning but that had come later. Kipp has only been in the one relationship, but he enjoyed the case, and he was old school so chase Rylee he did, it was new and it was fresh—mysterious and he had been in a foreign land.

So yes he was speaking the truth about his whole keeping one another a mystery. “Well sure it does, your thoughts are your treasure—would you want somebody stealing your treasure.” You make me sick man; you’ve been hanging around her too much. “Shut up!” the werewolf shouted to himself, as he thought about how lame and tacky what he had just said was, not even realizing that he had shouted it out loud, in front of Ruby. “That hadn’t been towards you, sometimes I hear voices.” Kipp didn’t really say sorry, he didn’t even think that word was in his vocabulary, but the meaning was there; that’s all that mattered—right?

Rolling his eyes Kipp couldn’t contain his amusement, “I look like I’m having fun don’t, I guess that means that I am.” The werewolf told the demon, still with his cheesy grin. “But I gotta say; if it’s this easy to get you wet. I’m ashamed for both of us.” Kipp continued this time bursting out in a fit of mocking laughter, and it was truly mocking not just with the laughter, because he still needed to get Ruby to despise him, he was hoping that he comment would do just that.

“Come on then.” He told her swinging his board around in front as he patted it, inviting Ruby over. “First let’s just see if you can sit on it.” he didn’t know how much of a teacher he would be, but now he had done this to himself, and as he invited the demon over, Kipp cursed himself.

She understood completely why he felt that way, relationships did get in the way of things. So did emotions so Ruby completely understood what he meant by that, love was nothing but a dumb human need and so were feelings, only humans could feel demons did not. Not in less they wanted to anyway a part of Ruby maybe wanted to try and feel something for him. But Ruby was dumb for even thinking that could happen, he was right anyway. “No I didn’t want anything with emotions I mean what are we human?” She said with sarcasm. “No the most I want is some fun and I just wanted to get to know who I want to have fun with a little more. The question is are you ok with my idea of fun.” She said while raising an eye brow. “As for the out burst its all good I don’t care, trust me I’m sure you will hear and see worse out of me.”

He had a pretty good point on the whole treasuring thoughts, Ruby felt the same way about hers. But then again she had a lot of thoughts not everyone needed to know, not even Kipp, well not yet anyway. “No I guess you are right about that, I like the way you put that as well.” Said the demon. She then noticed him telling himself to shut up, saying he heard voices in his head. Which made the demon realize how fucked up he really was. But at the same time made her like him that much more. “Its all right voices can make you pissed him sure, I would be the same way. So what kind of things do they say to you anyway?” She asked him. Ruby was dying to know what they were telling him, but most of all the demon wondered why he had voices?

It did seem like he was having fun but then again so was Ruby for the first time in a long time. She couldn’t lie it felt good to smile and have fun, there was just something about Kipp that brought this out in her, and she liked it. “Yeah I think you are having fun so just go with it!” She said with smile. She then couldn’t help but giggle for his next commit, but most of shocked to what he had said. “I will tell you I can be hard to, but lets just say I like you.” She said while giving him a smile.

He then was ready to show Ruby the ropes, being his board around for her to sit on it. “Oh I can sit on it trust me.” Everything that was coming out of his month did not sound right at all, and Ruby was loving every moment of messing with his commits. She then got on the surf board trying to keep balance as best she could. “How I’m doing?” She asked him.

“Well, I know you’re not.” Kipp said making it sound like an insult with a small wink, however Ruby knew Kipp well enough now, to know that the statement hadn’t been a rip toward her, he was telling her how much being human—technically sucked. The werewolf couldn’t think of a worse fate then his, having the curse that he had forever having to walk the line alone, and he did like Ruby though he didn’t know what that meant—yet. “Just don’t tell my sis, we may be the same age but she’s the baby.” Kipp told Ruby flashing a wink and a cheesy grin, although his statement could be argued as his sister was much more put together then he was; Kipp, most days was only barely keeping himself together.

Most of the time the voices he heard, were self loathing voices, voices that told how evil he was and how he hurt anyone who got close enough for him to hurt. Kipp still knew though to never tell his sister this, or anyone for that matter, if he did then he would probably get thrown into a hospital for depression; his sister would make sure of that, and if that happened then he wouldn’t be able to shield her. “Oh, you know just the usual things. Voices telling me to kill all humans,” Kipp told Ruby casually shrugging her question off, trying to use humor as he always did with those sorts of questions, “while they also stop me from having a moment with anyone.”

Standing there with his wet suit half off, Kipp was enjoying himself—as much as he would allow, and so he would continue allowing himself, to have this little fun with Ruby. Knowing that once it ended he would be back at his cave, and then he would be able to brood; and some needed self loathing, is sister usually called what he did sulking though, but he would definitely need to scrub hard, to get rid of all the humanity he was beginning to feel. “Well that’s just no fun, I’m surprised. A girl like you, I would have thought loved making things hard for some guy.” Kipp said matter of factly, goading the dark haired demon.

“You’re doing fine, much better than I did when I first started.” Kipp stated as Ruby straddled his surf board, keeping his tone careless and innocent; though perhaps it was a little too innocent, he didn’t mind if she got on to his tone, though for the sake of it, he was about to have a whole lot more fun if she didn’t. “Say I hope you’re ready for that wave up ahead?” the werewolf asked as innocently as possible, nodding out toward the ocean where the so called wave did not exist.

She could tell that he was a sad like tortured soul, which was one of the reasons she liked him so much. Someone that was cold and empty in side just like Ruby. That's how she was inside just a demon in this shell nothing more, cold and inside of a dark vessel that was once whole is now broken. There is nothing living inside this anymore seeing that she took a Jane doe of a body, something that she did for Sam of course that didn't even matter anymore. He could give to shits about her, really Ruby could take anyone body that she wanted. But maybe it was good that she didn't have to listen to someone talking in here, a voice that she didn't want or care to hear. She had a enough sit he had to deal with as is. She smile at Kipp as he joked trying to make light of what was really side him, still trying to keep it from Ruby. But she was done digging and bugging him, for now anyway. He would sooner or later tell Ruby all that she wanted to know about him, even it if meant strapping him to a table.

She liked the whole voices in the head thing, it was kind of dark and morbid and she liked that. She didn't know if the answer he gave her about it was the full blown truth or not on it, but ether way she was going with it and liked his answer. "Nice it seems as though you have smart voices in your head. I may want to talk to them sometime." She said with a playful like smile. "But its OK if they stop you, I find it rather interesting. But tell me I must know what these voices think of me." She said with a sexy like smile. She knew he wouldn't tell her anything seeing that he was a shy not so flirty type, but it was still fun messing with him. She really liked messing with him it was fun and brought her amusement and joy.

He was right Ruby did like to make things hard most of the time, that's just who she was never making things go easy in less she needed them to. But right now she didn't mind seeing that she was having a blast with Kipp, there was just something about him that didn't make Ruby afraid to show the human side of her that she had bits of within her. "Well I can make this hard for you if you like, is that what you want a difficult student because I would be more then happy to do so for you." She told him.

She wondered how she was doing, even though no matter what she was going to play it off like she was cool. Act like she had this no matter what even if she didn't, but she didn't have to do that seeing that she did have it. She was doing just fine and didn't have any fear what so ever right now, she even loved the cold water on her skin. She smiled at complement saying that she was doing better then he did the first time around. "Well duh I told you I got this." The he told her to get ready, seeing a wave up ahead in the water. "OK so what I do paddled the other way then?" She asked him ready to go for it.

“Sure, who knows maybe their more willing to talk then I am, I do know that the voices speak harsher then I do; just a warning do with it what you will.” The voices that he heard could be nothing more than his own thoughts, but he didn’t think so, not with how they spoke to him it wasn’t possible, they really did have to be separate voices in his head, and as for the warning that he gave to Ruby. It wasn’t that he was being polite, because he was an ass and he knew it, it was just with how his voices inside his head spoke, because any harshness that radiated from him, was nothing compared to the voices within, the voices spoke words about people that even he wouldn’t say; directly to somebody at least. “Oh that’s easy, they don’t shut up. They just go on about how sexy you look in wet back clothes.” This was partly him thinking also, but even he had to call it when he saw some smoking hot girl, it wasn’t as if talking like this would lead to anything.

“What I would like is for the conversation to be less flirty, but something tells me you don’t have that in you.” Kipp said, taunting Ruby—challenging her and calling out on not being some badass, instead calling her a breakable cute cheerleader girl in his own way. Don’t get him wrong, Kipp liked this about Ruby he just wasn’t enjoying them flirting, not because he couldn’t but because he didn’t want to lead her anywhere that led one or both of them to emotions, so the flirtatiousness they had going on wasn’t the issue. “But sure go for it, make it hard for me.” Kipp told Ruby, finally answering her question properly, for the only reason that if she made things difficult for him, that it could make it easier for him to act coldly toward her, and hopefully then she would hate him just like she should.

Kipp scoffed at Ruby’s cocky statement, because she really did amuse him. “Oh yeah, funny how you’ve never mentioned you surfed you must be a natural... But it could always be beginners luck.” Kipp said further taunting the dark haired beauty trying to get a rise from her, and once she asked what she had to do about the wave, he could barely hold laughter back from escaping out through his lips, because if he had laughed then that would have ruined his somewhat dirty trick. “Too late it already here,” Kipp said with a panicked tone, as he pushing Ruby’s shoulder hopefully firmly enough for her to fall.

The more and more Ruby hangs with this guy the more she likes him, the voices in his head was great. It was obvious that he was not perfect at all, he had his owe little flaws that made him seem screwed up in his own little way. But Ruby like that he had things about him that made him seem that way, seeing that Ruby was a demon and all meant that she didn’t want a guy that was perfect. But she didn’t know if Kipp would ever see them as anything more, for now they were pretty much just having fun. Which the demon was ok with but…. For some reason with him she yearned for something much more. She then smiled as he flirted with her again. “God I love the way that your voices think, they have good taste.”

She could tell that this converstion was getting a bit wow for the both of them, she knew that she needed to calm down the flirtyness a bit. She was lucky that he was letting her at all seeing the kind of guy he was, one that don’t usually talk much and all. She was lucky he was opening up at all to her really. “Sorry I can chill it down a bit, and yeah sometimes it is hard for me. For some reason with you it really is.” She said giving him a smile. But she was gong to take him up on the offer and make this really hard for him. She didn’t even need to say the words to be flirting with him.

Ruby had never surfed before in her life, she was just one that always came natural at things. She couldn’t help it its just the way that Ruby is with things. “No this is beginners luck I told you if you showed me I would get this.” Then all the sudden a wave was coming from no were, and she could tell that he was loving pushing her to this. He pushed the board sending her to the wave. “I got this!” She called. Which at first she did starting to take the wave like it was nothing. That was in till it took her in pushing her under the water in to the waves. Ruby was gone from the surface leaving only the board that he could see. Ruby was spinning within the waves hoping Kipp would come to her rescue….

“Well this Sam guy is must be a loser for letting you go, because if I wasn’t cursed then I would be hitting on you relentlessly.” Kipp said.

These days he wasn’t at whole comfortable when it came to being social, Lilly-Beth had called him out on that, and really he was only bringing up a previous topic, about Ruby’s ex. He figured that with her feisty attitude, that she wouldn’t mind if they ripped a former lover however, Kipp was also speaking truthfully because he would have hit on her, this was assuming that he wouldn’t have been with his former girl. Ruby definitely had the looks to be envied over, and he just knew that the guys lining up to be with her would go for miles, while every pretty face in this town would be jealous.

“They must really like you; I never knew they could be this nice.” Kipp said as he winked toward Ruby, this time without sarcasm in his voice; though he still spoke with his bored drone.

The statement hadn’t been entirely accurate, even though it was partly true, that he was actually being nice to the girl standing waist deep with him. The only other person he knew that he could tolerate this well, was Lilly-Beth she and Ruby were a lot alike as was both girls humor, to an extent, he’s known Ruby for a shorter time so only time would tell, if the dark haired girl had the innuendo humor.

Kipp these days could just keep going back and forth with that sort of humor, mainly because he was actually trying to disgust people. When it came to the only two girls in his life, this seemed to be something that he wasn’t able to do; with Lilly-Beth he couldn’t, and when he was with Ruby, they seemed to be going down almost an identical path. What some people, or rather most people thought of Kipp, wasn’t that he didn’t like having fun. He was all for it, having fun just generally lead to commitments, and that was something that the werewolf was truly afraid of—terrified even, frightened that he would hurt somebody else, increasing his ever lengthening list that said how evil he was.

Taking a long sigh, not directed at Ruby or really it wasn’t directed toward anything in particular, he couldn’t blame her and for once he also wasn’t to blame. The conversation had been beginning to get intense, and it just kind of happened without either realizing what had been happening and he did like Ruby he would only be fooling himself if he said otherwise, he might as well suck it up and admit it; like he had done With Lilly-Beth.

“Nah it’s cool, but if we begin to get into deep issues, like about how worthless I am then feel free to smack me a few.” Kipp joked, just like he always tried to do when conversations began to turn heavy, a joke that he gathered Ruby would see straight through; one thing he had learnt from Lilly-Beth, was that he was the worst when it came to jokes and comebacks.

Kipp had meant what he said; when he told Ruby that she was doing much better than he had when he first started surfing. He even let a few snorts out—as much of a giggle that he would allow, when she began boasting. However he had a plan, because the wave that he had pointed out may be non-existent. Kipp was really just going to shove Ruby off, for nothing more than a few laughs at her expense, and depending on how surprised Ruby would be then she would still go under, just like with a real wave.

It was short and it happened fast, after Kipp warned her about the wave he shoved the white surf board, hard enough to send Ruby into the drink. Then as he was hoping would happen, the demon disappeared from sight; leaving only his surf board atop the water, the thing was however was that he didn’t feel bad about what he had just done, Kipp was too busy enjoying his little joke. Though he only laughed for a few short moments, before diving under the water and swimming through Ruby’s legs, when the two surfaced he would be giving Ruby a piggy back.

Ruby let out a big smile for his response, it actually was one of the nicest things that she had ever heard before in her life from anyone. He was right Sam was nuts, nuts for letting someone like Ruby go. Someone that could make him have the potential power that he had with in him, let him matter and feel power. Unlike being with Dean who made him a bitch and told him what to do, with Ruby Sam could do what he wanted to do when he wanted to. She let him have his own mind, something that Dean will never let him have.

Ruby was having the time of her life right now, something that she never though she could have in this would again. But how she was so glad that she was wrong. “Yeah they must really like me, but then again they would be dumb if they didn’t.” She said with a smile. They really were starting to become close and open up, which was what she wanted. She knew that Kipp wasn’t going to stay closed minded to her forever, she knew that she could get him to open up because it was what she wanted to happen. And it wasn’t that often that she don’t get who she wants.

She laughed when he told her to smack him, even though she wasn’t going to. Though it was tempting she wasn’t one to let go of the chance to cause pain to one. But she liked Kipp enough to the point she really didn’t want to do that, she actually didn’t want to give him pain she liked him so much. Which for Ruby was kind of scary, it told her she must really like him. But she could see that even though he didn’t want to admit it he really like her as well.

Ruby really though that she had this, she thought that she could take on this wave like no big deal. It wasn’t that often that she learned something new that she didn’t do well or get it, but she gets that she bit off more then she could chew this time. Shortly after riding the wave it took the demon along with it, pushing her underneath the water. She figured that it would be easy to make her way out of this so she wasn’t worried, but the waves were strong enough to the point that wasn’t going to happen. She was starting to get mad and annoyed that she couldn’t get out of this, more annoyed then anything seeing that she was a demon and couldn’t drowned.

So because she was annoyed and wanted to get out she was going to act all helpless needed Kipp to save her, making it a lot easier to get out of here. But it wasn’t long that kipp had pulled her out, bringing her piggy back to land. Laying her down on the sand she couldn’t help but smile looking into his eyes, wanting nothing more then to kiss him right now. “Wow you saved me.” She said while coughing up water. “I guess this means you are my hero now, I owe you. Question is what should I repay you with?”

“Yeah I’m sure you’d kick their asses if they thought otherwise; assuming they had asses to kick.” Kipp stated with a chuckle, he was beginning to like Ruby—even as much as enjoy her company, not something that he had been expecting to happen, because these days he didn’t make a whole lot of friends. He was the type of guy to have more enemies then anything, he had thought that Lilly-Beth was just the old one out, with her bitchiness but here he was getting along just as well with Ruby, and Kipp was quickly beginning to despise the decision to stay in Richmond. He had moved to get away from people, and granted moving to a small town may not have been the best idea, he knew that now; Kipp was now going to make sure that everybody else hated him, because two people being friendly with him was two too many.

Once it became clear that Ruby wasn’t going to hit him, Kipp was disappointed which was strange because nobody wanted to be hit however, most people also weren’t evil like he was. Kipp also had half a mind, to try and bring a more violent side out in Ruby, he was pretty confident that he would be able to, all it would take was for him to act like a bigger dick though, something told him that Ruby’s bitchiness wouldn’t mind.

Whoever said that Kipp wasn’t an ass though, they would be lying because he had been on the verge of bursting out into laughter, at his wave prank. Ruby seemed like a touch chick, so Kipp had no doubt she would be able to handle it, it was just too good for him to pass up and really, he was still hoping that she would turn around and start hating him; just like she should be, or at the very least hit him. He may be a depressive ass, but that didn’t mean he didn’t still flirt; Lilly-Beth had proved this, and Kipp supposed that flirting was harmless, just as long as he didn’t allow any of those god awful emotions in.

By all appearances as Ruby lay on the soft golden sand, looking up at him as he knelt down looking down at her, it was almost like something out of one of those terrible feel good chick flicks that he so ever did hate with a fiery passion. “I don’t if I am your hero, don’t I need a kiss.” Kipp didn’t ask it, and his tone was still as dull as ever, he was more just paying out the cliché moments, when he bent the rest of the way to lock lips with the demon. Huh, well I’ll be. Never thought I’d be kissing a demon, I must be evil. Kipp humoured himself as he kissed Ruby.

Ruby couldn’t believe that she was dumb enough to get herself tangled in the waves like that, she felt like a dumb ass that had spun out of control in a wave. She wasn’t one to get her going like that and need help, she hated looking helpless and dumb. But if she was going to in front of anyone she was glad it was with Kipp, she really did like him and hoped that he was going to get her out of this. She wanted him to safe her and do the whole night and shining armor thing, which shocked her because most the time she didn’t go for all that. But for some reason with him all that had changed, she had new feeling and things that were showing through her vassal she never had felt before.

After he had grabbed her from the fray she laid there looking into his eyes, wanting so much to kiss him right now. That’s all the demon could think about was his lips on hers but she was sacred he might bite them off if she went for it, which was the last thing the demon wanted. She liked Kipp a lot and losing him from her life was something she could not do. He was about the only real thing she had going for her. Well other then killing Sam and Dean but that wasn’t going very well at all, she still was trying to find them as they speak. But she wasn’t worried all in good time she would. After all she did get a text from Sam wanting to meet.

But he did something that she though he would never do locking lips, going in for the best kiss the demon had ever had. She just continued to kiss not waiting this to stop, sacred to make a move in fear he would stop. But she went for it slowly placing one had on his head running her fingers through his hair. Smelling how good his scent smelled, right now the demon was in pure heaven. When they let up from the kiss she was speechless looking him in the eyes with a soft like Smile. “Wow where you learn to kiss like that?” She asked him. “You are amazing kisser any girl ever told you that ?” She then went in for another hoping her would kiss back and would reject. Ruby had just learned she had it bad for werewolf’s.

The spend the rest of the night on the beach with one another, swimming and hanging out. When it became late Ruby left heading out telling Kipp that she would see him at the town BBQ it was there they would start mayhem.
