Faith, she had heard the name but really she had not meet her, she did not like the idea that the girl was a wild child but what she was really supposed to do about it. And if Buffy said that she was a good person well it would have to be good enough. Maybe Faith was just a bit wild on the side and that didn’t make her evil. It was just hard to have so many different people around that you needed to trust even if you didn’t know them.


It was strange to be in Elena and Jeremy’s home when they were not there and well changing everything around. But she knew it was for the best. She knew that it was something that needed to do in order to keep everyone safe. She nodded at Buffy. “Yeah and beside it’s not like you are doing this to snoop into her life, it’s more or less because we don’t really have a choice.” The young witch laugh. “I have a feeling they might want to take a few of them down once everything is back to normal but really for now this will have to do.” She said before walking away from the living room. Bonnie went and took care of placing the crosses in the kitchen. It felt rather eerie to be doing this without her friends who actually lived in the house.

“thank you Buffy.” Bonnie said once they were back into the living room where Willow was. “for helping out with this and making sure everything goes smoothly I really appreciate it.” She said. while Bonnie knew she was powerful she was not stupid and she knew she would not have been able to do this on her own. She would have needed someone’s help and what better help than Willow and Buffy really? She turned to look at Willow. “you and me we are going to make an unbeatable team really.” Bonnie said with a grin before nodding. Was she ready? of course she was. They all had their part to play in this and well this was hers and she was going to do everything she could in order to make sure her friends were safe.

“okay this looks simple enough if we are not disturbed.” Bonnie said softly as she looked back at the door where Buffy had just disappeared. She was pretty sure that Buffy would be able to take care of that part and then herself and Willow could take care of the rest. “and this does last forever right? I mean at least until they invite vampires in again right?” Bonnie asked to make sure. She didn’t want to have to redo this every week.

She leaned against the porch, her mind racing as she remembered the last time she had worked on this spell with Willow. Not that she herself had really done anything other than nail crosses to the wall and make sure that no one could come in but she could still remember the glare on Angelus’ face when he realized that she had found a way to keep him out. She had always wondered why when he had all an all access pass to her house that he hadn’t just slit her throat or worse, same with her mother. Not that she wasn’t grateful but it was always something that she wondered.

Sorry Angel, changed the locks.

She remembered the look on her mother’s face when she confronted her about what Angelus said about them making love. Asking her if he was the first and Buffy telling her that he was the first, the only. She still wished that were true. Not the first part as that was true, but there was a large part of her that wished that Angel was still the only. Unfortunately he wasn’t and while she regretted Parker with a vengeance, she really couldn’t regret Riley as he had been someone she cared about…and Spike…well…he had been there for her when no one else could have been. Even had Angel been in town he couldn’t have given her that feeling that Spike was able to so she was grateful for their relationship even if it hadn’t ended well or lasted long.

She heard the women inside chanting and then a few moments later she heard Willow yell that she could leave. Wishing the two witches goodnight she made her way off of the porch and towards the center of town. Originally it had been her night to patrol Richmond but she and Faith had switched since she was already going to be in Mystic Falls tonight so she figured she would go ahead and take Mystic tonight and tomorrow. Sarah was on a date with some guy (she hadn’t gotten the details yet) and Satsu was on a date with some girl (again, no details, she was slacking) so it was up to her and Faith tonight.

Once in the first cemetery she rolled her eyes as she saw a vampire who looked like a Dracula wannabe. “Okay guys, we really need to talk about the fashion sense…you know…the one that you don’t have.” She quipped and threw herself into the fray…

Just another day at the office.

Willow hoped that Buffy would be ok, but she was right she had a job to do, plus there wasn’t much she could do here. She had to leave this to the witches, they were the ones that truly knew what they were doing here with this.

Willow smiled at the witch as she was ready to go, it was now or never. They were going to clean house and get rid of the vampires once and for all, while taking a trip down memory lane. Willow will always remember the first time she did this, after all it was one of the first spell Willow ever really mastered. “You and I are going to make a great team, no one will stand in our way. Watch how would here come Bonnie and Willow, everyone beware.” She said with a smile. She took another quick look at the book to make sure, she wanted all to go smooth.

Willow stood there with her hands together looking to Bonnie to do the same. “We have words that we have to say over and over. We do this and it should help keep them out. We just have to make sure we say it right and enough times to get it right, to answer your question it might not work or last long enough. We have to say it enough times to make sure this spell holds. it’s the only way to keep Elena safe.” She had the book near Bonnie in case she needed to re look at what they were doing. But she was sure they had this.

Willow took another look around making sure again everything was right before she began. “Ok repeat after me.” Willow started to the spell. “ Hicce verbis, consensus recissus est. hicce verbis, consensus recissus est. Hicce verbis, consensus recissus est. Hicce verbis, consensus recissus est. hicce verbis, consensus recissus est.” Willow called it out with the crosses placed and the candles lit. She could feel the sudden rush of wind that came through the house. She was hoping that them working there magic was working.

Bonnie nodded to Buffy as the girl left. And while she was just outside the door, Bonnie wondered if perhaps sometimes she felt left out when stuff like this happen. Not that she though it happen often since Willow had not really mentioned about witch in their circle of friends. But that was Bonnie always wanting to make sure people were alright, that they were not sad. And Buffy still had so many important things to do right? being a slayer clearly was not an easy job.

When Willow spoke again, Bonnie could not help but smile. It was true what she was saying but she said it in such a silly way. Bonnie was really going to enjoy having Willow as a friend. The girl was really nice and funny and an amazing witch. They really needed to hang out more often and not just when they had some magic to do because Bonnie felt like they could actually be pretty nice friends. “Yup nothing can stop us.” And it was true. Bonnie was a rather powerful witch but Willow was something else completely and having her by her side she knew she could learn so much and they could help each other out. Their powers together were going to be so big, it was kind of scary really when you thought about it. She knew some people went bad when they had so much power and she hoped it was not going to be like this for them. At least they had each other and would be able to help one other out to make sure they kept their feet on the ground.

Bonnie wanted to control her powers and not have them control her. She would not let this happen. She had heard of way too many witches who had turned bad because of this. She did not know yet that this was what had happen to Willow but if she was to find out, she would do anything she could to help her friend that was for sure. Bonnie nodded as she listen to her friend. She did not like the idea of not knowing how long this was going to last but she also knew she had no choice in the matter and that this would actually have to do. And if it stopped working well they would just have to do it again apparently. Whatever it took she would do, she would keep her friends safe.

Bonnie read everything that was in front of her and then looked up at Willow as the girl started to speak. She wanted to make sure she understood everything correctly before she started to speak again. It was important to her she could this right. And soon she was speaking at the same time as Willow, she was actually getting this pretty easy it was good and soon she felt the wind and got worried but didn’t stop saying the words. They needed to get this to work. She felt a sudden rush of energy coming over her and she was sure it meant it was working. She turned to look back at the door and then at Willow. “I think we got this…” she whispered as if she afraid to break the magic.

They both chanted the spell working it through the house, Willow could feel the wind pass through her body telling her it was working. It wasn't long that no vampire could make there way into this house, soon Elena wouldn't have to worry her brother and her would be safe once and for all. They each spoke the same words not stopping, Willow knew that once she felt the energy slow they were done. Willow had done this enough to the point she knew what it was suppose to feel like, which was sad really. But at the same time it meant that Willow had become more skilled at doing her magic.

Which was good seeing that in one point of her life she couldn't control anything, Willow had lost control in all aspects of her life. Not just real life but her magic as well, enough that she lost it going dark hurting the people she loved most. Her magic took over her so much she couldn't control what she was doing, using magic beyond her. She even almost ended the world she lost it so much, almost taking everyone she loved along with it. That was a part of Willow that she hopes to never see of be ever again. She will die before she ever lets herself become that again.


"I know we got this!" Willow said to Bonnie with a smile. Finally the spell was done and the house was safe, no vampire could go into the house with out a ivite. "Ok I think it is done, now Elena is safe and don't have to worry, but make sure she knows if she says they can come in we will have to do this again." Said Willow. "But now that you have seen me do it you should now how to do the spell as well. Isn't it fun learning new spells." It was so cool getting to learn new things with Bonnie, getting to teach each other new spells. This was something they needed to do more of. "We for sure need to teach each other new things for sure, are there any new magic you have been trying to learn. If so I would love to help.

This magic was so powerful but it was also the fact that she was doing this with Willow that made it even more powerful really. It was like their magic together was something she had never dealt with before. It was wonderful and scary at the same time. It was scary because of powerful it was. It kind of reminded her when she had tried to talk with her ancestors to help her with their own magic, that had been even more powerful but it was not something she wanted to have to go through again and maybe not that she had Willow around she would not have to deal with something like that again, she could have her new found friend to help her out.


Willow was clearly the most powerful witch Bonnie had ever meet, even more powerful than her grandmother had been. She knew that she would need to talk to her fried soon enough and try to understand where all that magic came from. She was curious and she wanted to make sure that willow was being careful. Most likely, Willow knew how dark things could get when you were not careful but she wanted to make sure that they could both perhaps look out for each other it was better to be safe than sorry really. But all of this would have to wait they needed to make sure they could get the spell to work before they could even think of doing something else. But soon she knew they had done it and that it had worked out perfectly.


“I can’t believe this I mean this was some strong magic.” Bonnie said with a smile as she walked to the living room so she could sit down for a moment. It was not her home but she had spent so much time around here it was almost as if it was her home. She had spent a lot of time here so it was almost as if it actually was her home. She just wanted to catch her breath and make sure she was okay before they left. Magic could easily get to someone’s head. “I love learning new spell and I mean there is not a lot of people around me who actually does magic so it’s really nice.” She told Bonnie. “Well there is one thing…my boyfriend can talk to ghost or well ghosts talk to him but he can’t control it. I want to help him be able to decide who can talk to him and when. I have tried before but it did not work out so well.” All she had managed to do was to get his ex around which had not been what she had wanted to do in the first place. In the end it had been okay but still it had not been what she had wanted to do.

She could tell that Bonnie was a bit taken by the magic that Willow had used, that's because it was so powerful to the point you couldn't help but feel it. Feel the magic move within your soul, almost feeling like it was trying to lift you up, it made you feel like you were free and could do whatever you wanted or desired. With Bonnie being a witch she knew that she really could feel it. Willow's magic has been that way ever since the power of the scythe, not that she wasn't powerful before but it was like after the Scythe her magic was truly blessed letting her do magic to its fullest with out letting it lose control (basically stops it from going dark.)

She walked over sitting next to Bonnie taking a brother for a moment. "I know that was pretty intense right. Feels good to do a spell like that don't it. I mean it makes you like you can do whatever you want to, fly even." She said with a smile. It felt good taking a load off she was pretty tired after a spell like that, she just hoped Elena wouldn't mind her making herself at home. "I know just what you mean learning and doing new spells are the best, but getting to do them with someone else makes it that much more fun." Said Willow.

She had hoped that maybe she could help and teach Bonnie something new, which was why Willow asked. But it seemed like she did saying that she needed help with her boyfriend. Willow couldn't help but smile thinking it was so sweet that she wanted to do that for him, wanting to help her love anyway she could. She also though that he sounded pretty interning seeing that he could talk to ghosts and all, it made her want to meet him that much more. "First of all I think its so sweet you want to help him, secondly I would love to help anyway that I could." Said Willow. "So he can talk to ghosts huh? That's pretty wild but cool at the same time, but how does he feel about seeing the Ghosts? Is it something he doesn't like?" Willow waited for her to tell, worried for this guy hoping he was OK. Things like that really can take a toll on a person.

This feeling, this strong magic was clearly something that Bonnie could get use to. It was strange really considering the fact that she knew that too much power could start and hurt someone but at the same time she knew that she could keep herself in check. She knew that she could make sure that she was safe. She knew that she would never let herself lose control. Bonnie had good friends around her. Friends that would make sure she was safe and would never go overboard. And she was sure she could talk to Willow about helping her becoming stronger in a safe way. Maybe it would take a bit of time but it was really better than nothing. And she wanted to be strong, she wanted to be able to use her magic for good things.



‘’I know I have rarely used magic this strong, makes me feel almost out of this world.’’ Bonnie whispered with a smile on her face. ‘’it does feel good, I mean there is a part of it that is because you know I did something real good for a friend and another part is because how strong the magic is.’’ She said trying to explain but she figured that Willow would not need a lot of explanation to understand this. ‘’but I`m sure you have use some pretty strong magic over the years, I mean I don’t think I have ever meet a witch as strong as you.’’ She told her friend honestly.


‘’yeah there isn’t much I would not do to help Jeremy. I mean we have had our ups and down over time.’’ There had been the moment where Jeremy and Anna had kind of started to see each other again, forcing the happy couple to breakup. Bonnie had been heartbroken and mad, but mostly heart broken because she knew how much she loved Jeremy and that he was the one she wanted to be with. But she was not about to compete with a ghost. Things had managed to eventually not only settle down but they had also found a way to get pass this and finally be happy and together again. ‘’I think he would like it more if he could control it you know?’’ Bonnie explained. ‘’We did try at some point but all I manage to do was bring the ghost of his ex girlfriend into play which was not someone he wanted to see at all you know. I did manage to send her to heaven or something like that but I never was able to make it so he would be able to control the flow of it all.’’ Bonnie stopped to take a breath. ‘’I really think he wants to keep this but he needs to be the one to control it. I`m guessing that if that does not work than I would need to find a way to simply shut the door inside of him and mae it so the ghosts can`t reach out to him anymore.’’ This was her plan B if plan A ended up not working.

"I know just what you mean with that feeling, it really is a rush." Said Willow. She blushed when Bonnie said that calling Willow the strongest witch she had ever met, it made her feel good hearing someone say they felt that way. But then again Willow felt that Bonnie could have the potential with in her, she could feel so much magic and straight coming off her to the point it was over walling. She knew that Bonnie had it in her to do great things with her magic, she really didn't know how truly great she really was. Willow knew that she would have to let her realize that. "I think that you have more power within you then you realize, I feel something off of you that is so great, something that has so much power. I maybe even seeing you becoming more powerful if not more then me." She told her with a smile.

It was great that Bonnie loved someone that much that she wanted to use magic to help, he really was a great guy for letting her do that. Most people couldn't handle a lot of magic being use, she remember how Tara was with Willow doing that. But then again she was using magic way more then she should have been. It was becoming more like a problem then anything, that's why Tara hated all the magic she was using. She understood completely why she would want him to control it and she didn't blame her. "I get you and I would be more then happy to help you in anyway that I can." Said the witch. She listened to what she had done, and for the most part it seemed like she had a lot of it down. Willow just needed to figure out what it was that she had not done with the spell. "Well I don't know what wasn't done but maybe I could meet Jeremy see if there is anything I could do. Its hard to explain and hard to teach one how to harness magic like that. But Give me a bit I will see what I can find in my books. I'm determined to teach you some how." She told her.

She could tell that there was something else going on here, almost like there was way more behind to why she wanted him to control this. "So did you hate him seeing his ex like that?" She asked the fellow witch.

Bonnie noticed the blush on her fiend’s face and smile. “I really do mean this. I’m not just saying this to be sucking up or something.” Bonnie had wanted Willow to really know how she felt. “I just hope that you are being careful. I mean I have seen what the power could do, it really can get to people.” Bonnie said softly. She knew she was much younger than the other witch, but still it didn’t mean that she did not care. Bonnie had a small smile. “thank you, it really means a lot to me that you are saying this.” Bonnie started. “when I first discovered my powers I had no idea how to use them, what to do about it you know. But now I know, I want to become stronger, I want to be able to do things I didn’t think I could do but I also want to be careful. I want to make sure I’m keeping my feet on the ground and my head straight.”


When it came to Jeremy, there was no anything that Bonnie would not do. The time they had spend apart had made her realised just how much she loved him and how much she needed him around. She had lost him once and she was not going to lose him again. She was going to do anything she could to make sure that she was not about to lose him. She didn’t care what she had to do, but she would help him in any way she could and if she could not help him, she would find someone who could help him. But she was not about to let the love of her life down. “thank you so much for wanting to help Willow I’m really at lost with all of this and I’m not sure where to go now.” She smiled at her friend. “sure we could meet with him and I could help you with research the best way I could?” Bonnie proposed. She was not going to let her friend do all the hard work on her own.


Licking her lips, Bonnie though for a moment. “I did. I mean I could never tell him this because I don’t want him to be hurt or think he has failed me in any way. But seeing Anna again was…it was like my heart was getting ripped out of me again. I know I can trust him and I know he would not have done anything to hurt me and he was not about to go back to being with her but still. It hurt so bad…” she said finally. She had never talked to anyone about this and it felt good to finally be able to let it out. To have someone to talk to about this.

Willow then felt bad realizing that there was so much more there, she was more worried about her wellbeing then her skills. Willow still couldn’t help but smile realizing how great of a friend she had here, she was so happy and blessed to have Bonne looking out for her. “Don’t worry Bonnie I’m being careful trust be there done that and let magic take over me I don’t want to go down that road again.” Willow said in a serous like tone. “I did to many wrongs and hurt to many people, some of them being ones I care about. So I will never let me self do that again, I have much more control of my magic now as well.”

Willow did let the magic get the best of her back then and let it take hold of her. She used to much power at once at one time with out really understating it, but now Willow has learned to channel that power more understand all of it. Thanks to Giles with helping her tame it she has full capability of power. Plus something from the scythe blessed Willow really opening up her true potential. “Well don’t worry you have me and I will help you learn your powers, you have someone now.” The witch said with a smile.

Willow will be happy to help anyway she could, she would teach and show her anything she needed to know in helping Jeremy. She though it was sweet the love that had for each other the way that they did, waiting so much to help him like this. It reminded Willow of the love that Tara and her had for each other so much. “Yeah I will help you in away way that I can with it, I would be happy to even meet Jeremy.” Said Willow.

Willow felt so bad for Bonnie that she felt that way, she wished so much that she could do something for her. She didn’t like her hurting and feeling this way, she knew that she needed to tell him how she felt. It was the only way that the hurt was going to go, plus it was the best thing for there relationship. “You know I would talk to him, its not good that you don’t tell him how you feel. I would talk to him Bonnie, why don’t you?” She asked.

Bonnie nodded. She had never knew that Willow had let the magic take over her. But she also knew that it was something that people could easily fall into. Not something people could really be blamed for. Hell she could have feel into the same path herself. She was not better than anyone, she knew that anyone could easily lose their mind over such a thing’s he didn’t want to be that person. Maybe it was why she made sure she always had people around her that new she was doing, that could make sure she didn’t lose her mind. That she kept on the right track. “I’m really sorry you had to go through this but thankfully you managed to find your way again. Magic can be rather over powering sometimes.”


You didn’t need to lose your way to know how easily it could happen. She could only imagine how Willow had felt after all of this. She had a good heart and knowing she had hurt so many people. People that she loved and cared about. “Thank you so much Willow.” Bonnie told her. “I’m really lucky to have found someone like you I mean it’s never easy finding someone who really understands. My friends really are doing their best but they are not witchy inclined you know. And while they do want to help me I don’t think they can understand the same way you can understand or help me.” She felt bad for saying these things but it was true. She loved her friends more than anything but really it was not the same. It was like Stefan who could help Caroline more because he had been there before, it was the same thing except that Bonnie was a witch.

“I’m sure he would be happy to meet with you.” Bonnie said. Jeremy was a rather laid back person and Bonnie figured that he would be happy to meet a friend of hers. Specially since Willow was going to be helping her a lot. And well she was going to do her best to help him as well. “I’m gonna ask him first but I’m pretty sure he will say yes.” Bonnie explained a smile on her lips.


Bonnie thought for a moment trying to find the best way to explain herself. “I don’t want him to feel as if he has failed me or something. Jeremy and I we have been through so much in the past before. And he has really hurt me.” She was not mad at Jeremy anymore but she also knew that he felt bad for it. “I don’t want him to feel worst than he has. He did his best to help me feel better to make up for everything that has happen between us. And I’m afraid that if he was to think he has hurt me the last time that Anna was around I just don’t know how he would deal with this. Really I just want to protect him…”

Bonnie was so sweet how much she cared for Willow, it really was nice how much she showed concern for the witch. She really had prove how great of a friend she was, Willow really was happy to have met her. Plus it was nice to meet someone else that Loved magic just as she did. Willow didn’t know a whole lot of witches, and all the once she had met most the time seem to be bad. Amy was not a friend Willow should have ever made, Rack was never really a friend. He was mostly someone that ruined her life. The only other Witch that Willow could truly say was great to her was Tara, someone that she misses everyday that passes.

She smiled at Bonnie feeling the same way that she did, she understood everything that she was saying. “Yeah I get just what you are saying, my friends don’t really understand me ether even though they try to anyway. But it not there fault the only real person to understand being a witch is another witch. So its no problem I’m here anytime you need a friend, just like I know you will for me.” She said with a smile.

“Jeremy sounds like a pretty cool person I know we will get along, so just talk to him about meeting up and we will. Let him know what we can help him with and make sure he is ok with it, some people are picky about who does magic on them you know.” Said Willow. She was sure he would be ok with it as well but Willow just wanted her to make sure, some people aren’t really that into other practicing magic.

Willow understood fully how she felt, she loved him and really just wanted to keep him safe the best she could. She just wanted to love him and not rehash the past, Willow has felt the same in the past with Tara. “Yeah I can understand that, you just want to keep him and his heart safe and not hurt. He really does have a great girlfriend, I just hope he knows that. “ She said giving her a smile. “Well just make sure if you ever need to talk to him about something you do, take it from someone who knows not great to hold things in.’

Willow then looked at the time and realized she needed to meet up with Buffy. “All right well I have to get going call me soon so we can meet up, then I can help you with Jeremy. Take care.” She said making her way out the door.
