---------------------------- ---------------------------- Waking up was not a fun event for the youngest Winchester. Head pounding, body aching, essentially feeling as if he had been hit by a bus. His brain was fuzzy, as if he had been drugged. Trying to stretch was a feat in itself which was strange since he couldn't remember having been beat up earlier in the day. Actually, his memories were fuzzy all together. Looking over he noted with relief that his brother was in the bed opposite him, which at least let him know that clearly they hadn’t been kidnapped or anything of the sort. He didn’t however see the woman sleeping in the large chair on the other side of the bed.
Standing up gingerly he bit back a groan as he made his way into the bathroom. Slipping in he shut the door and then turned on the light, blinking as the light flooded into his sensitive eyes. He looked at himself in the mirror and his eyes widened. He looked, different. He couldn’t put his finger on it yet something was strange, and again, the fuzzy recollection of recent events wasn’t helping matters any. Quickly taking care of business he washed his hands before shutting out the light, feeling his way for the door handle and walking back into the main room.
Opening the small refrigerator he rolled his eyes at the two bottles of water, half an apple pie and a twelve pack of beer. Yeah, it was clear that Dean had been doing the shopping. He quickly grabbed one of the bottles of water and then quickly yet quietly shut the refrigerator door, not wanting the light to wake his brother up. He really wanted answers but he had grown up with Dean and he knew him well enough to know that if he was woken up for anything less than emergency he’d start yelling and Sam really wasn’t in the mood to hear it.
Walking back into the main room his eyes ran over the room yet one thing…well…one person…caught his attention. Stopping in his tracks he saw the small brunette curled up in a chair. His eyes widened as he took in the face that was currently sleeping not ten feet away from him. Sarah Blake. Walking over he crouched down on his knees, running his hand over her cheek to brush a stray lock of hair from in front of her eyes. Shaking his head he wasn’t sure what to make of this but he did know that he wasn’t going to let her continue to sleep curled up in a ball on the chair. Standing up he quickly set his water on the table before lifting the small woman in his arms as carefully as possible and moving her to his bed. He’d stay up the rest of the night before he’d let her sleep in a chair.
Now if only Dean or Sarah would wake up to tell him what the hell was going on.

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - -Dean stood there in the distance looking ahead, he was having trouble making out what was in front of him. So he slowly step forward and begin to walk closer, and as he did he could make out who is was in the distance. It was Sam just standing there all alone. “Sammy!” Dean called out to his brother. “Hey what you doing all the way over there man. Come closer” Dean ran closer to his brother trying to make it over to him. But It was strange because of how far he was actually running but how little he was making it there to Sam. It was like a never ending race to get there, like he was stuck in a loop. But He was closer now to the point he could see that it wasn’t just Sam standing there but someone else was there with him. It was Lucifer standing there with big smile on his face, holding what looked like a knife. “Sam!” Dean called out to him trying to warn him. But it was too late as he begin to watch him cut into his brother like Butter. But before he could make there at all, he had woken up just like that.
Dean jumped a bit as he woke from the nightmare, he hated having his worse fears hunt him all over again. Having to lose Sam from getting stabbed, and what was worse having Lucifer there doing it. It was two of the worst moments in Dean life all over again, he feared everyday of losing his brother again. To ether getting hurt, or having to go back to be hells bitch. Dean will give his soul again in a heartbeat before he lets anything hurt his brother.
Dean slowly moved up from his bed stretching trying to be quite, he wanted Sam to get as much rest as he could. He really did have a pretty rough night, not to mention having the shit beat out of him by Buffy. But as he woken up more he couldn’t help but notice that Sam was up, putting Sarah into his bed. Dean had big smile that came to his face, because he knew right then and then that his brother was ok. Sam’s soul was in fact intact and no longer broken, because only the sweet caring Sam Winchester would show his love like that.
Dean couldn’t help but move over near Sam grabbing him with out word. He held his brother hugging him tightly not wanting to let go, He was so happy to have his caring brother back and with his soul. “Hey man how are you feeling?” Dean asked while letting up from the hug. “What do you remember last?”

"Mommy?" Called John, her six year old son. They were playing hide and seek outside in the backyard at the moment. There was an archway leading to the garden in their backyard, laced with vines and white roses. She was hiding behind one of the pillars and had to force her laughter down. Peeking out from the corner she spotted John feverishly looking around for her, lifting up garbage can lids and checking what seemed to be impossible places. All of the sudden she felt hands around her waist and she screeched. "Sam!" she yelled with a few giggles as he hugged her to his body. At the noise John ran over to the both of them, and Sam extended his arm to hold the boy as well.
After leaning down to give her son a kiss on the forehead, she looked over her shoulder just in time to meet Sam's lips as well. "Where's Dean?" she asked, to which Sam arched an eyebrow and pointed over to a few hedges in the garden. Leaning down to John she whispered something into his ear, to which forced the boy to giggle. In a heartbeat he jumped up and started chasing towards the hedges. Tackling his littler brother Dean, they both fell into the grass. Sam and Sarah held hands as they watched their sons playing, and their dog Bandit came out to play as well, joining the boys in the yard.
All of the sudden she was floating...Floating in the middle of the sky, and then she was laid down upon a bed of clouds...
Or, a normal bed apparently. Slowly opening her eyes she rubbed at them with her hands before looking around to see Sam and Dean hugging. Her jacket was still hanging on the back of the chair she'd slept on and her boots were by the door. Other than that, she was completely clothed, though her clothes were now also completely wrinkled. Nonetheless she reached out with her arms and stretched quickly, and then smiled up to the brother. "Morning" she said, while in the midst of a yawn. After one last stretch she pulled herself into a sitting position and looked at the clock. "Or afternoon. Jeez, how long did we all sleep for?" she told them, nodding to the clock that stated it was nearly noon at the moment.
Scooting down to the end of the bed that was nearer to the Winchester's, she looked up to Sam. Quite literally looked up. In fact it sort of hurt to crane her neck quite like she was. Apparently he was a lot taller than she remembered. "How are you feeling? You look...good." A slight blush in her cheeks alerted them all to the fact that she hadn't meant to say it in that tone. It was a...well, high schooler type of tone. She wasn't sure what to call it but she surely hadn't meant to use it. Nonetheless she pulled her knees up onto the bed and sat cross legged. She was kind of thirsty, but too lazy to go get up and get something. She'd always said a lazy slayer was a....well, dead slayer. Hopefully not in her case though.

---------------------------- ---------------------------- He hadn’t noticed that Dean was watching him as he picked Sarah up and placed her into bed. He knew that when she woke up she could react one of two ways, either thankful or annoyed. God only knew with her. She had kept him on his toes in the few days that they had known one another all those years ago and he doubted that had changed about her. He couldn’t remember why she was here but he knew that his memories were there. It almost felt as if he had a hangover, he knew that something had happened but he really couldn’t figure out exactly what.
This told him that he probably didn’t want to know, though he was stubborn to a fault and would find out either way.
He didn't know Dean was even awake until he felt his arm being pulled so that he was spun around and then pulled into a tight hug by the shorter but older man. He and Dean didn't usually hug unless they had gone through something traumatic (and even then it was seldom) or unless one had come back from the dead (and yes he thought this without any ounce of weirdness factoring in since it had happened more than once). Giving his brother a firm yet skeptical hug back he released the older man and stepped back to look at him. "I'm feeling like I have a hangover yet I don't remember drinking." He told him honestly.
It was strange, he could remember walking around without a soul, and he could remember getting his soul back from Jess. Jess. He thought sadly. He felt his throat close up at the thought of his beautiful former girlfriend who had given her life for him in order to make him whole. He silently said a prayer for her that she was in heaven and happy. Catching sight of the brunette in his bed he remembered Jess’ words clearly. There’s someone else out there for you. Someone who will make sure that you are safe and loved. Maybe you’ll have a family one day…maybe you’ll grow old with her. Just know that I will be watching down on you. I’ll do whatever I can to protect you and her. I can see her Sam…she’s beautiful. Sending another small prayer of thanks to his first love he turned his attention back to his brother and answered his question. “I remember having no soul. I remember Jess giving it back. Then I can tell that there are memories after that but they’re hazy.” He answered but was unable to say anymore as he heard a motion from the bed behind him.
He turned at the same time as Dean and caught Sarah stretching. She didn't seem confused as to why she was there which the taller man was grateful for since he couldn't exactly remember what had brought here to their hotel. "I have no idea. What time did we go to bed?" He asked, not really asking either one of them, just asking the room in general. Being confused like this was not something he enjoyed. He felt a memory tugging through his mind but he ignored it for the time being, wanting to focus on the here and now and not memories of things that he may or may not want to know.
He wasn't sure why but as he saw Sarah look up at him he found it amusing. He never really thought about the fact that he was fairly tall even though Dean made jokes about it all the time, however seeing her looking up and up at him made him chuckle before he pulled up a chair from the small kitchen table and dragged it over so that he was sitting, hopefully making her a bit more comfortable. "I'm okay, though I'm a bit fuzzy on the details." He told her before reaching out and brushing a piece of hair that had fallen in front of her eyes. "And you look just as beautiful as ever." He answered truthfully before catching himself and straightening up. Looking around the room for something to occupy himself with he made his way quickly over to the kitchen, grabbing the second bottle of water and a beer. Throwing the beer to Dean he handed Sarah the other bottle of water. "Sorry we don't have anything else but someone has clearly been on a junk food and beer binge." He stated, making it known exactly who that someone was. "So, anyone want to tell me what's going on?" He asked after a couple moments of silence.

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - -He could tell that Sam couldn’t remember anything just by the way he was acting, it had Dean wondering what was it that he did remember from the last few months? Because Sam had not been acting like Sam in a long time, plus not being able to tell what is real from a dream didn’t help. He been acting more like lunatic, making choices that he never would have made, talking in away that he never would have spoken. Dean knew that it wasn’t his brother, but he can tell just in the few moments being around him this was Sam he could feel it. That familiar feeing of when they hang out with one another was back, and it felt great having his brother back after all this time.
He laughed when Sam said he though he had a hang over, because if that was the case he be up puking his guts out right about now. Sam isn’t one to hold his liquor very well, sadly for Dean he was good at it and its not something he can say he is very proud of. He was a little confused it seemed like Sam hadn’t remembered anything that had happened lately, it had Dean wondering if this was a good thing or a bad thing, A part of him didn’t want his brother to remember anything that he had done, he wanted it too be straight after when Jess gave the soul back to him and that’s it. But at the same time he couldn’t lie to his brother, they have learned the hard way that lies never get them anywhere , or very far for that matter. “So lets see here you remember Jess giving you your soul? and then what do you remember doing after that? Better yet do you remember anything that you might have said.” Dean asked curiously, refuting to all the thing that his brother never would have said about a certain someone.
It seemed that Sarah was starting to wake up, Dean really was happy that she stayed to help Sam. He knew that if anyone could waken the great guy that was inside of him it was her. Sarah was kind and sweet always thinking about other before herself, in away she reminded him of Jess. Which could have been another reason he liked her so much for Sam, plus he remembers how happy Sam was whenever they were on that case with her. He also remembers how much it killed him having to leave her, he just never spoke of it. But Dean he knew, he can always tell when something is eating at his brother. “Hey Sarah I’m sorry if we woke you.” Said Dean. “I hope you slept ok. Sorry I sort have passed out last night hence me taking the other bed.” Dean knew that Sam probably wanted to smack him for not giving her his bed, it wasn’t very noble of him. But with everything going on lately he couldn’t help it, he felt like he never got sleep at all anymore. But hopefully Sam was better, which meant a lot more sleep for the both of them.
Dean sat down on the bed taking a load off while Sarah and Sam were having there moment, he could tell that his brother really was happy. It been a long time that he had heard him sound this happy, he couldn’t help but be smiling right now as he sat there. Plus it was about time Sam got himself a good girl, and Sarah was that girl. It seemed as though he had learned well from the master himself (Aka Dean) about finding a good girl. He couldn’t help but lose is smile for a moment when Sam gave him hell about his shopping. “Hey you’re the one good at woman stuff and lately you haven’t been yourself, I did my best.” He said with a smile on his face. “Relax I’m just kidding, come on Sammy you know I suck at stuff like that. What can I say I would fall apart with out you, hell I pretty much have.” He then sat there as the room was silent thinking about how much it sacred him that he could have lost Sam, again.

A small shrug of her shoulders, she took a moment to ponder. Leaning to rest her elbow onto her knee she placed her head on top of her hand, simply looking at both of the boys. "Well you've been unconscious since about...eight last night. Dean? About midnight. Me? Hell, I don't know. Maybe five this morning? Couldn't sleep for the life of me." Last night she had indeed gone to bed last. There had been too much going on in her head for her to go to bed any sooner. Troubling thoughts had kept her awake and even though she'd finally gotten some rest, she could feel them quickly returning. A part of her felt like she could put a call in to her dad but she would do that later. As far as he knew, she'd been in Rome studying and appraising art, doing work for a small gallery. Now she'd have to make up some other kind of lie to explain why she was back in the States. Honestly, she didn't think she'd be in Virginia for too long.
A part of her knew she wouldn't leave until she knew Sam was alright...But once he was, she'd have to go back. Not only had she not yet finished her training as a slayer but she also knew things were different between her and Sam now. It'd been years ago that they'd met, and clearly, a lot of things had happened. He'd lost his soul somehow...she was a slayer too, which meant she had other duties. Sarah felt like it would be harder to leave him this time. Back when they'd met he'd been the one to leave and that had been hard enough for her. Now she would have to leave him, and she knew it'd be hard. But she'd pick up the pieces and move on just like she had all those years ago. She always did, no matter what happened.
"By the way, how did I end up in your bed? Not that I'm not grateful, just seems a little sketchy since I remember falling asleep in the chair." With a quick smirk to the younger Winchester, she couldn't help but look over to the chair she'd slept on. She distinctively remembered falling asleep in the chair, and knew for a fact that Sam had carried her to the bed. However she didn't care, and still felt the need to poke at him about it. Just as she had back then she was more than willing to screw with him now, if for nothing else than to watch him squirm.
The fact that he reached over to her and moved the bangs out of her eyes took her by surprise, but not more than his comment about her being beautiful did. Her smile simply glowed, as it had years ago. "You're not so bad yourself" she told him with a smirk. Taking the bottle of water from him, shrugged. "I'm not picky." Unscrewing the cap she downed about half of the bottle before looking back to the brothers. Apparently she'd been a lot thirstier than she'd first thought. It made sense though as she hadn't really drank anything since first getting off the plane, which had been hours ago.
"I slept fine. Slightly cramped - but fine. And whatever, Mr. Ungentleman Like." Again, she found herself giving the other brother shit. It was what she did. Someone had to keep these boys in line otherwise all hell would break loose. Although deep down she wasn't upset for Dean having taken the other bed. She hadn't been forced to stay here, she'd chosen to, though Buffy hadn't exactly wanted her to. However she knew that if she'd have left, she would have been up all night worrying about Sam anyways.
Rolling her eyes at Dean about Sam being a woman, she took one last drink of the water bottle before leaning back to place it on the nightstand next to Sam's bed. Crossing her legs once again she sat at the end of the bed and shook her head. "Don't ask me. I have no clue what's going on. I got off the plane from Rome, called Buffy, came here, and saw you tied to a chair. I'm pretty much as clueless as you are." With this she turned to the side and pretty much just stared at Dean. He seemed to be the only one who really knew the entire story. She wanted to know just as much as Sam did, and he better start talking soon. Otherwise she'd be forced to use her powers for evil...Alright maybe not because she wasn't that kind of person. Still, she'd always wanted to say that. Or think it, in this case.

---------------------------- ---------------------------- He furrowed his brows as he looked at his brother, trying to figure out what he was trying to ask. “I just told you Dean that I don’t remember anything after Jess giving me my soul back. I can tell that the memories are there only it feels as if they are underneath water or behind a cloud of smoke. I can see the outlines, tell that stuff has happened, but I just can’t remember them.” He told him, moving to rub his temple since as he tried to focus on them he could feel a headache growing steadily. He was going to need an aspirin, or ten, if he didn’t stop.
“Do I even want to know what I said?” He asked, though by the look on his older brother’s face he could tell that he probably didn’t want to. For some reason it seemed as if Dean was uneasy about him remembering, but really, how much worse could it have been than him walking around without a soul? He could clearly remember all the not so nice details of what he had done, not done, and how he had acted when he hadn’t had a soul. He cringed at the mere thought of some of the girls that he had slept with and made a mental reminder to never go off the deep end again, at least as much as he could help it.
When he heard that his brother had fallen asleep before Sarah and not given her the other bed he shot a glare at him. “Way to be a gentleman there Dean.” He told him with a roll of his eyes. His brother was a class act if he had ever seen one. Granted he knew that there was a gentleman to an extent down somewhere deep down inside his brother but he also knew that most of the time he let his inner child out and that led to ‘this is mine and you can’t have it’ syndrome that he had seen while growing up more times than he could count.
Hearing his older brother’s comment he shook his head. “I’m sure you were just fine without me. You just need to watch a cooking show or two to know what exactly is healthy and what isn’t.” He stated, not wanting to get into an emotional brother moment in front of a woman, especially one that he still had feelings for…and from the way his heart raced every time he shot a look at her apparently they were still fairly strong. “What the hell would you do if a demon infected corn syrup or something? You’d be completely lost.” He stated with a grin, trying to lighten the mood.
Groaning when he heard that he had been unconscious since last night he stood up and stretched, realizing exactly why his muscles felt so stiff. He had apparently slept for much longer than he had since...really...ever. Not realizing that he was giving both Dean and Sarah a shot of his abs as she stretched he sat back down, pulling his shirt back down without a thought. “I put you there. I woke up and saw that my moronic brother had left you to sleep in an uncomfortable chair and since I was awake I figured I’d give you a more comfortable alternative. You know one of you could have woken me up or pushed me off the bed or something. Hell if you would have pushed me off the bed I might not have noticed.” He stated honestly with a laugh, not really wanting to be the center of attention yet seemingly not being able to get away from it.
Hearing that Sarah had come here because of Buffy made him turn his head quickly to look at Dean. He had a fuzzy memory of Buffy from what seemed like recently yet he knew that that he had met her while soul-less as well. “Buffy is the…slayer right?” He asked, figuring that since Sarah already knew that they were hunters that Buffy’s secret was safe with her. “How do you know her? I mean she is from…uh…some state that I can’t really remember at the moment. Dude, do we have any aspirin?” He asked, finally succumbing to the pounding in his head. He really didn’t want to spend all day fuzzy on what the hell was going on.

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - -Sam didn’t remember a thing and in away Dean didn’t want him to, he was not himself in that time nor did he care about anything or anyone. And If Dean knows how Sam is he would hate remembering being that way to anyone. “Well man you might not want to remember then because you were doing and saying some pretty crazy things, I mean you said you hated a particular someone that you never in a million years would have said you hated.” He explained. He didn’t want to give the name with Sarah being around, he just hoped that maybe Sam would catch on to who he was talking about. Or he think he was talking about a family member, ether way he would know it wouldn’t be good. Dean could tell that Sam head was killing him, so like a good brother he walked into the kitchen getting the first aid they had, Talking out two Advil. He then walked back over to Sam handing them to him. “Here take these they will help some man with your head.”
“No you don’t want to know what you said, and you know what man it don’t matter now. What matters is you are better and Sarah and me are here for you.” Dean said while looking over at Sarah smiling at her. He really was happy that Sarah was there, she really was a bit part in helping Sam getting better. Dean couldn’t have done it with out her, plus he knows that Sam had to be happy as well. Maybe just maybe they would be getting together like they once wanted to, he hoped so anyway. He couldn’t help but laugh when Sarah asked how she ended up on the bed, Dean couldn’t help but have to crack a joke. “Yeah Sammy why don’t you tell us how she got on the bed anyway you dog?” Dean said smiling at him kidding around.
He did feel bad for his lazy ass taking the bed, he should have let Sarah taken it. But really he didn’t mean to fall sleep he just sort of did, actually Dean doesn’t even remember falling asleep, Which tells him he really needs to quit drinking beer before bed. “Ok I get it Sam I’m an Ass, I’m sorry again Sarah.” He said looking at her.
Sam was right he did need to learn to cook a bit, it would help whenever his brother isn’t around. Plus he wouldn’t have to eat so much fast food. “I know man I suck! But you know I watch those cooking shows and really I forget how to make the shit. Plus watching that stuff makes me want to eat even more.” Sam was right Dean would be lost, but even more lost if he didn’t have his bro. He was the only bit of family he had left and he didn’t want to lose him.
It was still shocking still to find out that Sarah was in fact a Slayer, he never would have taken her for the type. But it was really cool that she did work with Buffy, maybe it would mean that they would all be working together. After all Sam didn’t have to worry about her getting hurt if she worked with them, if anything she was stronger then they were. “So Sarah when and how did you become a Slayer, last we checked you were just a girl working with her dad?” he asked.

Although she was starting to feel slightly refreshed from the bottle of water, what she really needed was a shower. She hadn't showered since she'd left Rome which had been over a day ago. To most people it might not have been that big of a deal but Sarah really didn't like to get dirty. While she could and she would, it wasn't something that she enjoyed. Not to mention she still had airplane hair from sleeping in her seat all the way over to the States. She was looking rough, and she was surprised Sam had still called her beautiful. Sam wasn't shallow at all though from what she remembered so she supposed it wasn't all that weird. Still she was dying for a shower, but would wait until she returned to Buffy's. She didn't really fancy showering with the two Winchester boys in the next room.
Making a quiet 'hmmm' noise, Sarah tilted her head to Sam. "So let me get this straight...It's almost like you were roofied?" She asked, being completely serious and not noticing how completely ridiculous it probably sounded. It was a legitimate question...The way he was describing things as smoky and cloudy, almost seemed like he'd been drugged. Not she she knew what it was like to be drugged because she never had been, but still. She'd seen The Hangover more than once to know how it would feel like.
Rolling her eyes at the comment on Sammy being a dog, she reached over and not so lightly punched Dean in the shoulder. "Sam is an actual Gentleman, unlike yourself!" She exclaimed, nodding her head in way of thanks towards Sam. "I'm not the greatest cook either. I make some mean ramen noodles though" she said with a laugh. Maybe Sam would cook for her someday...No, she couldn't let herself think like that! Ugh.
Once the conversation had turned serious again she quirked an eyebrow at the mention of 'a particular person' that had yet to be named. She looked to Dean first and then to Sam, before looking down to her hands laying on top of her knees. Whomever they were talking about they clearly didn't want her to know, so she wasn't going to push. Curiosity killed the cat, after all.
Sarah nodded to Sam that Buffy was the slayer. When he asked how she knew Buffy she hesitated, and Dean let the cat out of the bag for her. Widening her eyes at Dean she made a mental note to punch him again later. Big mouth. Maybe she hadn't wanted him to know that just yet! Or maybe, she'd wanted to tell him herself. Yikes...Taking in a deep breath, she pulled her legs up to sit on top of her knees on the bed, almost child-like. She shrugged.
"Long story short? I was supposed to become a slayer a long time ago - but something happened where there were two at once and it messed up the line. So I got skipped over...Then Willow did a spell about a year ago, and made all the potentials slayers. And voila, here I am." Out of air she sucked in another breath before laughing. "That wasn't supposed to be that long of a story, I swear..." she said with a meek smile, looking over to Sam to see how he was going to react. It was still rather new to her that she was a slayer, so she figured they'd be kind of weirded out about it themselves. Oh well, life would go on...Didn't it always?

---------------------------- ---------------------------- He squinted at his brother in confusion. “Okay you’re going to have to give me a little bit more detail there Dean. I cannot read your mind. Thank god. It’d be a scary place.” He stated with a laugh, not really knowing what or who he was talking about but apparently it was something if Dean mentioned it. Also he was dead serious about thanking everything above (or below depending on who you asked really) that he couldn’t read his older brother’s mind. He knew his brother well enough to know that his mind usually contained three things, Sex, Food and Hunting. None of which he wanted to know Dean’s perspective on.
Hearing Sarah’s question he shrugged. “I guess that’s a good way to describe it. I can feel the memories but I can’t seem to grasp them. Maybe once I wake up a bit more and get used to being…uh…me again I’ll be able to get them.” He stated with another shrug of his large broad shoulders.
Taking the Advil from him he quickly threw them back in his throat, taking them without any water as per usual. Being a hunter had its draw backs and one of them was that food and water weren’t always guaranteed in a time of need hence the learning how to do basic things such as taking medicine without water. It had been a trick that John Winchester had taught both boys early on in life and it was something that he carried with him to this day, something that irked Jess to no end since she used to always swear that he was going to choke on a pill.
Smirking at Dean’s question he rolled his eyes. “I, unlike some others, actually care that a lady is comfortable. Hence me waking up, seeing her all scrunched in on the chair so I picked her up and put her there and sat my happy butt in the chair. Nothing dirty dean so get your mind out of the gutter. I swear you try and live perpetually in a pornographic movie.” He stated with a smirk, knowing damn well that his brother would choose porn out of anything else if he had his choice on what his life could be.
“Dean it’s a miracle you don’t weight a thousand pounds with how much you eat and the crap that you eat. Have you ever actually eaten a salad?” He asked his brother playfully, for some reason enjoying the lightheartedness that consumed the room at the moment. He knew that something had happened recently and while his memories were right there he couldn’t seem to concentrate on them at the moment. “I mean I know you like burgers and pie but dude you’re going to have a heart attack by the time you’re thirty five if you don’t watch it.” Turning to Sarah he laughed. “You sound like me. I am not a cook. I can make enough to get by since I don’t eat all that many different things but when it comes to trying to cook gourmet meals, well let’s just say eating take out might as well be the number one choice since it’ll still be what I eat regardless of if I try to cook or not.” He stated with a chuckle.
Turning back to Sarah he quirked an eyebrow. “Come on, give us the details Ms. Blake.” He told her playfully, his eyes alight with concern for her. He remembered how lost she had been when they first met because of her mother, though she was in an infinitely better place than he had been, so he was curious to know how she was dealing with becoming the slayer after everything else she had had to deal with. “How are you dealing with it? I know that the life of the slayer isn’t easy from what we’ve heard.” He stated softly, his eyes looking directly into hers.

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - -Sarah was right it was kind of like he was roofied in away but then again people are still kind of them, and it was clear with how Sam was being that was not him. “Don’t try to get back the memories Sam they weren’t you man, we just need to go forward and start over from here.” Dean didn’t want him to remember himself that way it wasn’t him. He never would have said the things that he did or acted that way, not in less a part of him was gone. Which it was he lost the one thing that make him Sam and that was his soul, Sam was the kindliest most sweet giving person that he as ever known. Its what separates Dean from his Brother, its not that he didn’t care its just he is more the fight now think later type of person. But not Sam he thinks about all the ends and outs before they even happen, worrying about others before himself. That how Dean knew that something was up with Sam, because he didn’t see that at all in Sam anymore.
But he was seeing all that now even the smart ass humor that he had missed and loved. “Shut up man my head is not that scary, actually the only thing that I have been thinking about lately is worrying about your ass! So if you want to read my mind that’s what I have been thinking about, worried I was never going to get you back.” He told him showing Sam his caring side. “I cant lie though I have been thinking about Sex a lot to, I cant remember the last time I had any. What stress does things you know.” He couldn’t help it that side came out anyway that Sam didn’t want to see.
Dean rubbed his arm after Sarah had smack up, the girl really could pack a punch. “Ow! Damn you can really pack a punch, I was just kidding around I know Sam is a gentleman. And again I’m sorry I passed out last night without thinking about Sarah, I didn’t mean to.” Said Dean then turning to Sam. “For you information if I was living in a pornographic movie I would be getting a lot more sex then I’m now, and I would be rich”
Sam was right it was a miracle Dean didn’t weight more then he did, but then again they are always on the run out working a case which is pretty good exercise. “Oh come on Sammy you know I could never lose this hot figure, and besides I might not even live to see thirty five for the heart attack. Not with the life we live, I’m bound to be killed by something else.” which wasn’t far from the truth with all the things that fight on a day to day basis. He laughed when Sarah said she made good ramen noodles, he might want to take her up on her offer later. He cant remember the last time he had some, well good ones anyway.
Dean wanted to know the same thing how this all happened, he never would have though that Sarah would be a Slayer. But then again he always had taken her for a strong girl. He agreed with Sam he wanted to know the same. “Yeah Sarah if you don’t mind me asking how is your dad talking this? I mean your dad is ok right?” He asked her.

---------------------------- ---------------------------- Waking up with a gasp he looked around, expecting to find Dean and Sarah, however all he found was Dean. He couldn’t figure out where Sarah had gone too. Standing up gingerly he went over to the bathroom, not finding her there, nor did he see her in the chair. He looked around cautiously, before coming to the conclusion that would make Sarah coming to Richmond Falls make much more sense than it had before. The entire thing had been a dream. Sarah being here, smiling at him in her own way, it had all been a dream, a way for his conscience to soften the blow of waking up.
After realizing this he realized how badly he was hurting. This was a good thing he assumed though at the same time he knew that this meant that it had all been a dream, something that still hurt a bit.
Slipping back into the bathroom he shut the door and then turned on the light, blinking as the light flooded into his sensitive eyes.
Shrugging he bent down and put his hand on Dean’s shoulder. “Dean, wake up.” He said softly, wanting to wake him up gently so he didn’t get a gun pointed at his face as Dean so often did when he was woken up suddenly.

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - -Dean sat down on the picnic blanket with Lisa, it was a nice day the sun was shining brightly, along with the birds chirping. It was the perfect day for a picnic lunch. He was sharing a Romanic one that Lisa had put together for them, along with finger sandwiches, fruit, chips and even champagne. It was so perfect just the two of them no one to bother them and no cares in the world. This where Dean wanted to be, here with Lisa the love of his life. Time could freeze in this moment for all he cared. He then clinked his glass toasting with her before taking a drink, after he did Dean sat it down to lean over and put his arm around her. He slowly went in to give her a passionate yet sweet kiss, they kissed for a few moments before letting up. Dean looked deep into her eyes. “I love you.” He said waiting to hear her say it as well. But right before she was about to Dean had woken up!
Dean could feel someone pulling at him, waking him from the dream he has almost every other night. But he didn’t care it was like his own personal heaven that he never wanted to leave, because he knew she was someone he was never getting back. Lisa was the girl that got away due to his crazy hunting life, he couldn’t blame her Dean would get out in a heartbeat if he could. But he knew this was something he had to do, so many people that he had to keep safe, a world that needed to be looked after. Which was where him and Sam came in.
He still felt someone sharking at him but finally he was coming out of it, waking up from the hang over he had. He drank himself the night before as he was waiting for Sam to wake up, worried if the Spell that Willow did even worked. Dean couldn’t lose hope though this was Sam after all, his friend, his brother, all he has left.
He slowly opened his eyes to find Sam up and awake. “Sammy!” he said sounding shocked. Dean couldn’t help but grab him without word. He held his brother hugging him tightly not wanting to let go, He was so happy to have his caring brother back and with his soul. “Hey man how are you feeling?” Dean asked while letting up from the hug. “What do you remember last?”

---------------------------- ---------------------------- He didn't know Dean was even awake until he felt his arm being pulled so that he was spun around and then pulled into a tight hug by the shorter but older man.
He remembered her telling him something right before he left and he briefly thought if it was true. Jess’ words clearly.
Then I can tell that there are memories after that but they’re hazy.” He answered honestly. He couldn’t really remember anything other than his dream about Sarah…maybe it was some sort of vision? Yeah, he doubted it since he hadn’t had any visions since yellow eyes had died. Even when he had been all hopped up on demon blood and using his damn psychic craziness to exercise demon he still hadn’t been having visions, so he doubted it.
Seemed as if it was just another dream that would never come true.
Turning his attention back to his brother he shrugged again. “I don’t really know what happened. I know my memories are there but I can’t seem to reach them. Want to fill me in?”

- - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - -He could tell that Sam was lost on all that had happened, which for him could have been a good thing with all the shit he had been saying. Talking about how he didn’t love or want Jess, or that he didn’t think about her anymore. Which that part could have been some what true, they are always busy to the point they don’t get time to think much. But Sam would never stop caring about Jess, he loved her way to much to ever stop. Her death was the whole reason he was even a hunter in the first place, avenging what happened to her use to be the only thing that mattered. “Sam man its good that you don’t remember what happened, you don’t want to. You were not yourself at all, saying things that you would never say” Dean explained.
Dean couldn’t believe what Sam was telling him, it seemed that he had not been himself for what seemed like a long time. After Jess gave him the soul that was it, he didn’t remember who he was then on. Which explained a lot of why he had been doing and saying those things, Dean knew that it wasn’t his brother, he knew Sam like a book in an out. “So after Jess helped you that was it, everything else is just a blur then?” asked Dean. He still couldn’t believe that this whole time it wasn’t even him, but it made sense though to why he been this way.
But Dean knew that as much as he didn’t want to tell Sam how he was, he wasn’t going to be able to keep it. Sam was going to want to know every little detail of what happened, that’s just how he was. “Well if you must know you were being a complete ass hole, sleeping with girls you wouldn’t sleep with, saying things you would say, doing things you wouldn’t do. I mean should I go on.” Said Dean. “I mean Sam you even said that you pretty much didn’t want anything to do with Jess, now tell me when would you ever say anything like that?”
He knew that he should fill his brother in on how he was even standing here. “As for helping you I had a friend of mine bring someone over that could help us. She is a pretty powerful witch that mended you soul back together, how are you feeling anyway?” He asked him
