When they kiss, Bonnie felt like the earth had stopped moving, like everything that was around them didn’t matter anymore, like everyone had left the room and they were left alone to share this moment. Love was something that was more powerful than most magic, it carried more power than anything she had ever felt before. It was different than anything else.
Bonnie was feeling slightly worried, she had been having this strange feeling following her at the start of the night and she wondered if perhaps something wrong was really going on, they had already lost Matt to some strange circumstance and she had been unable to use her magic to find it, which was something that had threw her off guard. Locating spell were usually quite easy so having this one not work on someone she was close too was rather painful. She hoped that she would be able to make it work soon. She hoped that Matt was safe. But this whole thing didn’t make sense. Even if Caroline had broken his heart again, Bonnie didn’t see Matt just picking up and leaving there had to be more to this story. Bonnie nodded when Jeremy told her he was texting Elena, she was still lost in her thoughts trying to see if perhaps there had been something they had missed in the disappearance of Matt.
Bonnie smiled. “Well glad to know we know where Elena is.” She told him. “Yeah I think Elena had always been cheering for us.” Bonnie had been scared when she had realised her feelings for Jeremy, he was Elena’s brother and Elena was her best friend. She didn’t think she would have been able to date him had it not been of Elena being okay with it. “Yes well Caroline has been dealing with a lot lately and well I don’t think her new boyfriend or whatever he is is into dances…” she pointed her. It was not that she didn’t like Dean, she didn’t know him but well Matt was her friend and he had been hurt with this whole thing so it did make things a lot more complicated than it should have been. “But yeah I find it’s strange that I have not seen her around…” she said softly. “Jer do you think that perhaps something is wrong…” she added shaking her head. “No forget it, I’m sure everything is fine.” She smiled again. “well I do like these things but not as much as Caroline I don’t really get into it as much as she does. I just like seeing you all dressed up.”

---------------------- [/color]  ----------------------[/color] He was glad to finally get a hold of Elena, he was really starting to worry. Plus he could tell that Bonnie was starting to worry as well, but with what had all gone on lately they couldn’t help but worry. Losing Matt is really what had set them off, who they still had not found yet. But they had no intentions of giving up on him anytime soon. Elena and Jeremy aren’t going to stop in till they find him, or at lest until they know he is safe.
Elena has always been rooting for Bonnie and Jeremy, maybe it was because of how good of friends they are. They have been since what seems like forever, which kind of surprised him. He was worried his sister was going to be mad when she first found out, but no she loved the idea more then anything. But that's Elena always being a good sister, wanting and doing whatever makes him happy. “Yeah Elena was really happy when she found out we were back together, she didn’t like us breaking up at all.” He told her. “Which is why I think we haven’t been able to find her, she wants having this time just you and me. Which I cant lie I have been having a really good time with you.” He said while taking Bonnie’s hand.
Jeremy had not really seen Caroline around ether, but he wasn’t to worry about her. He couldn’t lie he didn’t really care to see her right now. He wasn’t to happy about all that have gone on with Matt and her, seeing that Jeremy knew how much Matt care for her. He was almost positive that’s why he left in the first place. “I’m sure Caroline is fine, I’m sure she is somewhere around here making conversation.” He said while noticing her out of the corner of his eye.
He smiled back at Bonnie when she said she liked the way he was dressed, he guess he looked ok he wasn’t much for dressing up. But when he did he cleaned up well. “Well thanks for the complement, but I have to say you look great tonight.” He said smiling at her.

Bonnie wanted to find Matt, she was not going to force him to come back. She understood that he was not ready for it but at the same time she needed to make sure that he was okay, that he was safe but also that he knew that he still had people around him who cared for him. At the end of the day, if she managed to get this done, she would be happy. It would be even better if Matt was to come back but she would understand if he didn’t. as long as he knew that he was still loved by the people around him, she would be happy.
Having her best friend not agreeing with the relationship would have most likely been one of the worst thing she could have imagine. Because she didn’t think she would have been able to go through with it had it not been of Elena not agreeing with her dating her brother. Elena had been her best friend since forever, there was no way she would take the chance of simply ruining that even if it meant losing Jeremy. Thankfully she had not been force to take that kind of decision and it had all worked out fine in the end. “Elena really is a sweetheart.” Bonnie spoke softly. She hoped that her best friend was having a great night with Stephan, if there was one person who deserved to have a great night it was Elena. She had been through so much and kept being thrown into so many different things. “I like having you all to myself.” She said with a smile.
“I hope you are right.” she knew that Caroline had done some pretty awful stuff but she was still her best friend she could not hate her for what she had done. She was sure that Caroline had never done anything to hurt Matt intentionally and she wanted to believe that if the blonde girl could have done things differently she would have. And she knew that Caroline was good at hiding what she was feeling. If perhaps she was not feeling all that great she knew that her vampire friend would make sure to not let this show.
Bonnie took a sip from the punch, it was quite good and fruity. “Thank you.” She told him. “Did you want to show me some more of your moves?” she asked him pointing to the dance floor. “I’m really okay with anything as long as I get to do it with you.” She explained.

---------------------- [/color] ----------------------[/color] He smiled when Bonnie said she loved having him all to herself, he felt the same way. “I love having you all to myself to.” He said smiling. Just the two tonight at this ball really was like a magical date, they had needed this making up for all the time they had lost when they were broken up. There was so much time he needed to make up for, and she didn’t need to worry because he making sure of that. He plans on spending all the time in the world with her, he even plans on getting her lots of gifts for Christmas. But She didn’t have to worry about getting him anything, having her back was enough for him. It was the best gift he ever could have gotten.
He could tell Bonnie was really worried about Caroline, which she didn’t need to be Jeremy knew that she was safe. “Hey don’t worry about Caroline I know she is safe, look I saw her a few minutes over there on the steps talking with some guy. Told you I knew she was making conversation somewhere, she likes to talk sadly.” He said laughing a bit. “So see we don’t need to worry she is safe, everyone right now is safe So we can relax and have a good time.” He said smiling at her.
Bonnie had asked to see more of his moves out on the dance floor, which was great but he had other plans for her. “Yeah I do want to show you more moves but not out there. Follow me.” He then took her hand leading her outside of the dance, taking her somewhere he knew she was going to love. “Now close your eyes it a surprise, don’t open till I say.” He had lead her to the back of the dance, where there was a big beautiful gazebo all done up with Christmas lights. “Ok you can open them.” said Jeremy exicted to see what she would say. “I figured out here with be nice, you know just the two of us.”

She knew it was a bit selfish to want Jeremy only to herself for a while but they had been apart for too long and well she wanted to remake for the lost time. And beside she needed him close to her. But thankfully she didn’t have to fight with anyone to get his attention since all of their friends were apparently already busy with something else so in the end it worked out fine. Still she wouldn’t have mind seeing her friends for a short while as long as Jeremy stayed with her for the better part of her time. She needed to enjoy his company. She didn’t want to become one of those girls who couldn’t live without their boyfriend but it was different.
Bonnie smiled it was insane how easily he could read her. She nodded. “Yeah Caroline likes to talk and while I know she can easily take care of herself I can’t help but be worried about her…” she spoke in a soft tone. “I mean I know she has done some silly stuff and some stuff we don’t agree with. But she is still one of my best friend.” It was hard when your best friend had deeply hurt another one of your close friends. Bonnie nodded. “yeah you are right we should relax and simply have a good time.” Of course not all of their friends were safe since they had no idea where Matt was but she decided to not think about this right now. Beside it was not like there was anything she could do from here anyway.
With her hand in his, Bonnie followed him outside. Doing as she was told she closed her eyes and held on to his hand a bit harder. It was not that she didn’t trust hi or anything like that but still not being able to see where you were going even when you would trust the person leading you with your life, it was kind of nerve wrecking. She started to walk slower and stopped moving when he said she could open her eyes. She opened them slowly and was shocked by what she saw. This was beautiful. “Jeremy…this is, this is wonderful.” She told him unable to take her eyes off the gazebo. “did you make all of this?” she asked him finally turning around to look at him.

---------------------- [/color] ----------------------[/color] Jeremy had agreed with Bonnie, he didn’t love all that Caroline has done but she still is his friend. She still was a close and good friend to his sister, she just has her moments were she makes you want to scream. “Its ok for you to be worried, you are just doing what a good friend is suppose to do. Caroline is lucky to have someone like you, I just hope she realizes that.” He said smiling at her. Jeremy agreed it was hard to not be mad at one of your friends, he has been there and done that. He was so pissed for Matt not being here he just wanted to kill Caroline for it, but at the same time he couldn’t be mad at her. After all they don’t know the whole reason for him being gone.
He knew that Bonnie was just going to love this, getting to dance on the lit up gazebo just the two of them. He couldn’t wait to see what she thought. But not long after she had looked, he could tell with in seconds she loved it. “I hoped you would like it, now the two of us can dance and be alone.” You could still hear the music just enough that they could dance, but they didn’t have to worry about the big crowd anymore. this was his reason for not being able to stay mad at Caroline. She had talked to someone in the school allowing Jeremy to set this whole thing up, for just the two of them. “Yeah this was my idea, but Caroline talked to the school making sure I could set it up. Now you see my reason for not staying mad at her, she was really cool for letting me get this set up. I told her that this night just had to be perfect for my beautiful girlfriend." He said while talking her hand.
He begin to take Bonnie’s hand leading her up on to the gazebo, till they were standing in the very middle of it. “May I have this dance Again my lady?” He asked her.

Bonnie smiled softly. “Yes maybe but I’m also lucky to have a friend like Caroline.” She told him. Caroline was always there when it matters and at the end of the day, it was what real friends did for each other. They were there through and through no matter what. “I’m sure she does know like I know.” Caroline had always been something else, a force to be recond with and Bonnie knew that deep down she was a good girl who just happened to make some mistakes but that didn’t want to cause harm to the people she cared about and that included Matt. Bonnie was sure there was more than just that to the story but still she didn’t know what it was.
As they walked together, Bonnie felt the existment taking over her, it was one thing to not know what was waiting for youk it was another thing to not be able to see it coming. But she trusted Jeremy and she knew that he would not do anything to hurt her and that she would actually most likely be overwhelmed with the surprise he would have for her. And of course she was. She felt the butterflies in her stomach as she looked around. How could she have ever been so lucky. Not everyone got the chance of having someone like Jeremy with them. “You really are the best.” She told him before turning around to kiss his lips softly. “I could have never imagine a most perfect setting.” She told him being completely honest with him. “And I will have to tank Caroline for making this possible.” she added looking back at the setting in front of her eyes. “Thank you for this Jeremy. Really.”
“of course my good sir.” She told him with a giggle. This was wonderful. She took his hand into hers. “you are the most thoughtful boyfriend any girl could wish for.” She whispered as she rested her head on his shoulder.

---------------------- [/color] ----------------------[/color] Jeremy kissed Bonnie lips back softly, he couldn’t help but smile seeing how happy she was. He couldn’t wait to show her this he been planning to do this for awhile. He never really had gotten to do anything this big for her before they had broken up, so he couldn’t wait to this for her. Bonnie was a great girl who disserved every bit of this if not more, but Jeremy is going to do his best to show her how great she really is. “Well I’m glad you like it, I took a lot thinking with this. Worried if you were going to like it or not, I wanted this just to be perfect.” He said
He led Bonnie up onto the Gazebo for a dance, she still looked so beautiful it was hard for Jeremy not to smile at her. They begin to dance slowly while she rested her head on his shoulders, it was such a beautiful peaceful night. With the moon shining with twinkling stars, and the lights lit up on the gazebo it really had turned to a great night. One of the best dates he ever had taken her on or any girl for that matter. But that’s because Jeremy has never really had such a great girl like Bonnie before in his life. All the other had done nothing but break and mess with his heart, but she would never do something like that. Bonnie was to sweet at heart to do something like that.
Jeremy heard her whisper to him as she rested on his shoulder. What she said was so sweet he couldn’t help but smile, he also felt the butterflies come back to his stomach. “You are the best girl a guy could ever have, I love you Bonnie I really do.” He said while still holding her tightly. “How did I get so lucky to get a girl like you.”

“How could I never not like it?” she asked him. Any girl would want something as thoughtfull. With everything that was going on it was nice to just have one night where she didn’t have to worry. Where everything was perfect… “this is perfect Jeremy, really. But you didn’t to go through all the trouble for me…” she told him softly kind of feeling bad that he had took care of all of this for her. “But I really do love it” she added quickly. Not wanting him to believe that she didn’t like it or something.
As she walked with him, Bonnie still had a silly grin on her face. She couldn’t not help it this night was just magical. She didn’t even think she ever had a date this wonderful. Everything was perfect. She had trouble believe how perfect things were for her. She had the perfect guy, the one she could have wished for. She knew that he would take care of her no matter what. That she could count on him to keep her safe. He would never hurt her again and she knew that he had never meant to her hurt the first time around. She felt like the love she had for him was growing every day and in a way it was almost scary because she had no idea how to deal with so much love. But it was a good kind of scared.
I guess we are perfect for each other.” She really belived they were. She was unsure what she though about soul mates but she also knew that Jeremy was the only guy she wanted to be with. He was the one that could make her happy no matter what. Even when she felt like she was losing herself into the craziness that was their lives he was still there taking care of her. In a way he was the one thing that kept her grounded and sane. “I love you more than anything Jeremy.”

---------------------- [/color] ----------------------[/color] It wasn’t trouble at all he would go to the moon and back for her if he could, he loves her and would do anything to make her the happiest girl in the world. “Nothing is trouble for you babe, and I’m so happy you like it. I don’t know why I worry so much, I guess just because I want everything to be great and nothing to go wrong. Even though in our crazy life that isn’t always the case.” Said Jeremy. Living in mystic can really suck sometimes, really the only good thing about is that I have you.” He said giving her a smile. It was true though, other then his sister she was all he really truly cared for. But he was all right with that.
This night really was the best night he had in a long time. Coming her with the girl of his dreams on a date, and getting to show her something magical that she loved. There is no other night that could come close to this, well except for there next date. Which is going to be hard seeing that he is going to have to find away to top this one.
They continued to slow dance as He held her tight under the moon and stars enjoying the rest of the night, he loved this night so much he didn’t want it to end. He could stay out here forever with her in his arms if he could. He looked her deep in the eyes after he heard her say that she loved him, thinking about how much he felt the same for her. “I Love you to Bonnie..” He said while running his fingers through her hair, giving her one more sweet kiss before the night was through and he drove her home. Making it an ending to a great night.
