Maddie had her headache for some time now. She had decided to go for a walk, a nice calming walk on a chilly day. She wore her black firetrap biker jacket with her firetrap dark grey fringed scarf, a pair of ripped punkyfish jeans, under her jacket she wore a white London tank top. On her feet, she had on her brogue wedge grey shoes, her angel wing earrings and a her punkyfish bangles with her firetrap dagger wing and charm necklace watch. She had gotten a lot of these things when she was over seas on a trip with her cousins or with Gabriel. She hadn’t seen him in a while and wished he was around more. The last time she had seen him was when she was with Willow.

Maddie looked around and she continued to walk. She let out a sigh as she stopped. She looked out at the waterfalls that she ended up next to. She didn’t really know why she wanted to be here but she did. She looked around and she just sat down in a small opening in the forest. She looked up and saw the lowering sun setting over the tree tops and smiled. It was a beautiful scenery, something that she wished she could share with people she loves, the people she is friends with and never want to loose them.

Maddie pulled a sketch book out of her bag with a few pencils and started drawing. She liked the scenery around her and drawing it on the paper was something that she wanted to do. She let her arm and hands with the pencil glide across the paper. She stopped a moment and started flipping through, looking at the different scenes she had drawn, the visions of Buffy and her friends, the people she cares about and knows and loves. Maddie thought it was just all to weird to be a prophet and see things about other people but it was her job at the moment.

Dean was driving in his 1967 Chevy Impala as always, what can he say its his baby and daddy never leave his baby at home alone. There is just something about this car that calms Dean down, no matter how bad the day is going, it help keep a little part of him sane as sad as that sounds. There is just something about the way in engine roars that gets Dean going, or how fast he can make it go. But most of all Dean loves how freaking sweet she looks, especially when Dean is sitting in inside it. Yeah she always will be with him.

Anyway Dean and his Impala were on there way to find Maddie, Chuck had told Dean that she was a friend of Gabe’s and was a prophet like him. But Chuck had told Dean that from what he saw it seemed like she was going to be in a lot of trouble. And most of the time Chucks visions out comes are never good, so Dean knew that it might be best to check it out. Plus Dean though it might be interesting, he has never met any other prophet before other then Chuck. So Dean called Chuck and found out were she was going to be at now, Dean had no idea why the woods.

So Dean had made to the wood and found a safe place to park his baby, he made sure it was in a place that would be hard to spot from others. Dean did make sure to check his gun to see if it was loaded, he had to be ready for anything that could come his way. With his luck lately anything could happen.

Has he walked deeper into the woods for a while, in till all the sudden he had spotted someone. It had seemed as though she was dawning a picture of the woods, Dean at to find out if it was her. So he walked a bit closer hoping not to scare her, but he knew that it was probably going to happen anyway. So Dean just went for it and came right out and ask asked her. “Hello are you Maddie?”

Maddie continued to draw and she then stopped. She looked around and wondered how long she would sit here for. She knew that she shouldn’t be here alone but she knew that she needed something to do than sit around all day at her house. Getting out was always a good thing unless her father was back, then not so much. She hated when he came around. Usually that meant that they would have to move or be more cautious and Gabriel was always over protective and she wished that he could just killed him and be done with it but he always had an escape plan he always knew how to get away before he could do anything.

Maddie was snapped out of her thoughts when she heard some guy with a deep voice behind her asking if she was well… her. Maddie jumped around and was about to freak out and pull out the blade that Gabriel had given her but decided against it. He was about average height maybe six feet tall or an inch shorter than that. She had no idea who the young man was nor did she really care. She just knew that she had to get out of there. Here is where the paranoia came into play.

Maddie didn’t care anymore. She reached into her bag and she pulled out the blade, holding it in front of her. She looked small but with the fencing and martial arts training she has had, she could put up a very good fight. She looked at him, knowing that he could probably see the fear in her eyes. She wasn’t used to people coming out of no where like this.

Maddie gripped the blade tightly. “did he send you?! Stay away from me.” She said, referring to her father wondering if this man was a demon as well.

Dean could tell that he had freaked the girl out just by the way she was in her bag reaching for something. This was not at all the reaction that Dean had wanted from her, but Dean knew that he probably was going to scare the hell out of her. It something he does Sometimes he has that effect on woman, right now she was probably going to pull out a big gun on Dean or something. Just what Dean loves too see a gun pointed in his face, not exactly his idea of a good day.

But what she had pulled out Dean was not expecting at all, it was an Angel blade just like what Castile and Gabe uses. Dean knew that not just anyone can get one of those, so she must have taken it from Gabe. Dean stepped back a bit calmly, trying to show her that he was not going to harm her in anyway. “Hey Maddie I’m not here to hurt you, I’m here to help you. I’m actually a good friend of Gabe’s I mean me and him go way back, and by the looks of the blade I’m guess you got that from him and I right?” Asked Dean.

Dean wanted to know why she was so freaked out, he could all ready tell that something was wrong. “Maddie who are you talking about? Who are asking sent me? Is someone trying to hurt you Maddie because if so I’m trying to keep you safe, so please you can trust me.” Said Dean. Then Dean walked a bit closer to her slowly hoping she might trust him, she seemed like a nice sweet girl. Dean really wanted to get to know her, that is if she doesn’t kill him.

Maddie looked at the man in front of her. She held the blade up and ready to attack him when he started talking again. She started to lower it and she listened to what he was saying. He said he was a friend of Gabriel’s and that he was guessing she got the blade from him. She still gripped it tightly. She partially believed him. “who are you?” the young prophet demanded more than she asked him. She wasn’t going to take any chances.

Maddie looked at him when he seemed confused. He told her he could trust him and all this other stuff. She shook her head. She still partially believed him but her paranoia was still the better of her. “keep me safe? Sorry I have that covered thanks, and yeah someone is someone has been my whole life. But if you‘re a demon you would know that.” Maddie said to him before knowing who he was. She watched him get closer to her and she backed up a bit. She didn’t trust anyone but her cousins and well Gabriel.

Maddie continued to look at him, studying him. There was something different. She was able to read his facial expressions and finally recognized him. She had seem him working with the slayer Buffy, the one that she gets the visions about. Maddie pulled the sword to her side. She continued to stare at him with narrow eyes. It wasn’t an angry look on her face it was more of a studying look, watching his every move type of look. She really wasn’t used to people walking up behind her in the forest.

Maddie took in a deep breath and she let out a sigh. She walked over to her bag which was about four feet away from Dean. She pulled it over her shoulder and put the blade back into it. She then turned her attention to Dean once more.

“so did Gabriel send you then? Why?” She asked him curiously.

Dean could tell that she was ready to attack him as she has the blade in her hand, Dean had to get threw to her somehow that’s is if she would just listen to him. “Look my name is Dean Winchester I’m a friend of Gabriel, we go way back. It didn’t seem like Dean was getting threw to this girl, she seemed like one that didn’t trust people that easy. Dean could relate he was a lot like that too, he had been fucked over by so many people in the past it made him hard to trust as well. So Dean really couldn’t get mad for how she was being to him, he was just going to have to work harder in getting her to trust him some how. Like Dean’s job isn’t hard enough as is all ready. Dean then started to laugh when she said she though he was a demon. “Me a Demon! I don’t think so, I cant stand the sun of bitches myself. My goal is to take out as many of those ass hats that I can till the day I die, I fucking hate Demons.” said Dean.

Then it seemed as though she was looking at him funny, like she was seeing something. Dean then watched as she put her blade back into her bag, was she actually going to trust him now. He wondered what made her change her mind all the sudden. But Dean wasn’t going to bitch, it was better then her killing him. She had asked why Gabe had sent him. “Well actually he didn’t, my friend Chuck who is also a prophet told me that you were in danger. So I though I would come and help you out.” Said Dean.

Maddie looked at Dean and listened to every word he said. She knew that Gabriel was friends with the Winchesters, he told her so. She just didn’t know what they looked like. When Dean talked about Lucifer and how he wasn’t her to hurt her she shook her head. “you’re the reason why Gabriel kicked the bucket? I should kill you myself.” Maddie half laughed.

He started freaking out when she said she thought he was a demon. He said that he fucking hated them and that he wanted to kill them all himself. She knew that a demon could say that just to get on her good side, but he seemed to be telling the truth and she could see it in his eyes, or so she thinks she could. She knew she could also be tricked. It was as easy as one two three. that’s what she learned since she had been friends with the Trickster Archangel.

Maddie could tell he was a little weirded out that she was staring at him. He must know that she was looking to see if she could trust him, how easy it would be for her to read him. When he started talking about another prophet named Chuck, the name sounded very familiar to her. she then nodded. “fine, I believe you.” Maddie finished before throwing her bag back over her shoulder. “but I am always in danger so you being here is kind of a waste of your time. Trust me, that’s why I had Michael, if I ever had him, and now Gabriel.” Maddie said folding her arms across her chest looking at Dean with a serious face.

“so you’re Dean Winchester? I thought you would be taller…” Maddie said with a light shrug. It was true. With the way that Gabriel had described the Winchesters, she had always thought that they were both tall. Dean just seemed to be shorter than she pictured.

This girl for sure had an attitude but it was ok Dean liked it, Dean knew they were going to become good friends. When she starts liking him that is, if That ever happens. But she had heard of him which was good Dean guess, depending what she had heard. “Yeah I’m Dean I know I would be nervous to meet me too, and what is wrong with my height? I’m 6’1 isn’t that tall enough!” Said Dean.

Ruby’s game plan had been looking for a prophet, so far she had not found her but Ruby didn’t give it long before she would. Ruby is good at this sort of thing finding people that need to be taking care of, in other words killed people that need to be killed. Its what she did best taking care of a job that need to be. She just still couldn’t believe she was working with an Angel, and On top of that it was Raphael an Angel who so desperately wanted to get back at Gabriel. The good thing for Ruby was he hated Dean, so Ruby Knew he would have no problem helping Ruby kill him. So right now Ruby’s life depended finding this girl.

Ruby was driving in her car trying to find her, she was having trouble and couldn’t sense were she was. Ruby was starting to get pissed off, she had to find this girl if she wanted to get to Dean. Plus if Ruby didn’t bring her back she was going to become a dead demon, last thing she needed was to have a pissed off angel after her. Gabriel must have put something on this girl to protect her from being found, that had to be why Ruby couldn’t find her.

But then as Ruby was driving she had spotted a car near the woods, She drove over near the car and parked right next to it. But Then she realized who’s car it was! “Oh this is so great! Looky what we have here.” Ruby said laughing. It was Dean Winchesters car parked here right by the woods, Ruby knew she had to go and mess with him. Ruby got out of the car and was making her way down into the woods. She walked deeper and deeper into the woods, in till she had found Dean talking to some girl. Ruby had over heard the girl say I’m always in danger, Ruby knew that had to be the girl she was looking for.

Ruby then popped in front of the girl and Dean, hoping to scare then and said. “Always in danger huh, well you are about to be in some more dear. Oh and Hello Dean how are things? and Were is your brother Sam at?” Asked Ruby.

Maddie looked at him when he asked why she was always in danger. Did Gabriel not tell Dean who she is? Was he keeping everyone in the dark? Maddie let out a slight laugh and she looked up at him from the ground. “he hasn’t said anything about me to you has he?” Maddie looked at him confused. “wait and you said another prophet told you about me? What the hell is going on?” Maddie asked him curiously, now really confused.

Maddie tried to think. It wasn’t until Dean had asked why she was always in danger, she looked back at him. Yeah he wouldn’t know if Gabriel never talked about her. “Oh, well it’s a long story. My father had died in prison and then became a demon. Now he is out to kill me and since Michael had “abandoned” me and Gabriel sort of picked up the job, though he sucks at it…” Maddie smiled with a small laugh, intending on that to be a joke since Gabriel was just terrible all around.

“sorry I pictured you to be taller…” Maddie laughed, moving a little closer to him. sorry I am just a very paranoid person, I don’t meet people very well…” Maddie shrugged.

It had been a moment, and that moment later a young woman appeared with them. She was a bit taller than Maddie and she had dark hair. She spoke as if she knew Dean, which didn’t surprise Maddie at all. She looked at her curiously and she sort of backed away from both of them. She didn’t know how to feel about all of this. She was afraid now, and well panicking was a given. She stood there looking as calm as she possibly could.

She then had told Dean her story about her dad, from what it sounded like it seemed as though she had had a hard life like Dean. He knew then him and Maddie were going to get along, he could really relate to her some. “Oh man that’s sucks I’m really sorry to hear about you dad Maddie.” said Dean not really knowing what to say after that. All he knew was he wanted to do anything he could to help her out.

Then as Dean was standing there with Maddie talking about his height laughing it up, someone showed up that Dean did not want to see. It was Ruby the black eyed bitch standing right before them, what was she even doing here? This was not good for Dean or Maddie, and if this was who was after her Dean was going to fuck her up. “well well if it isn’t the bitch who fucked and fucked over my brother, how have you been you evil bitch? Life trying you well I hope?” Said Dean with a pissed off look on his face. “As for were my brother is, somewhere you cant rune is life bitch!”

Ruby stood before Dean with some girl, Ruby knew that it had to be the girl she was after. She fit all of the features of the girl she was looking, plus Ruby could sense it off of her. “well well you must be Maddie, I have been looking all over for you my dear. You are a pretty important prophet if I do say so, no wonder danger follows you. And of course you are here hanging with the one man I cant stand, Dean Winchester it seems if there is action going on he is there. Isn’t that right Dean.” Said Ruby.

Ruby thought it was funny how Dean still talks about her fucking his brother, regardless of whether she played Sam he still like and wanted it. Ruby isn’t dumb she knows Sam misses and still wants her, no matter how mad he is for what she did. The sex was great there was no changing that, and she would it again with him if she could. “Dean it just kills you that I fucked your brother don’t it, and for the record he wanted and liked it.” Said Ruby.

It kind of made Ruby happy knowing Dean was following Maddie, it just meant all that much easier in finding him when the time comes to kill him. Ruby couldn’t wait for the day when Dean Winchester blood was on her hands, just the though of it was making Ruby happy with a big smile on her face. Ruby though it was funny how the girl stayed close to Dean, she was for sure sacred. Which was good that’s how Ruby wanted her to be, makes the kidnapping all the more fun.

Maddie looked at Dean and he seemed to be telling the truth. That was fine. Maddie believed him. She looked at him and listened to him talk about Chuck. That didn’t mean anything to her. She didn’t know who that was and it didn’t matter right now. Maddie shook her head and she looked at him again. “it doesn’t matter. I don’t know who that is and it doesn’t matter. I believe you.” Maddie said with a light shrug. The young prophet just wanted to know what was going on.

Maddie smiled to him. She nodded and she then said “yeah I knew he got drunk with you because he was drunk texting me. I just didn’t know that he spoke of me. I know with every thing that is going on, he wouldn’t want anyone to know about me. He must really trust you.” Maddie looked at him and she smiled back to him.

Maddie shook her head. She laughed a little and she then said to him “ha ha, yeah no don’t be sorry. He is an ass and he deserved everything he got and now he deserves to die.” Maddie rolled her eyes.

Maddie looked at the demon that was in front of them and she listened to her and Dean talk about Dean’s brother. She really didn’t care what they were talking about, the fact that she was here and Gabriel wasn’t was really starting to get to her. She looked around a little bit and she then looked back to the demon who interrupted them.

Maddie looked at her and listened to her words. Maddie looked at Dean and she wondered what was going through her head. Maddie learned that that there was nothing to say to a demon, she would just stand there and glare. She then pulled her bag closer knowing that the blade was in there and it could kill her, though somehow she knew that her problem still wouldn’t be solved.

But you know it really don’t matter because I’m going to finish what I started the last time, if you think I’m going to let you live you are mistaken.” Dean said to Ruby.

She started to talk about her and Sam, didn’t like hearing any bit of this. The more he heard the more he wanted to stick her knife into her, cutting her like a thanksgiving turkey. It could be so easy right now and would be so sweet, but Dean really didn’t want to take a chance and moving away from Maddie. It would kill Dean if she got hurt, the poor girl was already sacred out of her mind. “You know Ruby the only reason my brother even though about sleeping with you, was because I was dead and the poor guy was alone. He needed to feel something from somewhere and you were just there, lets just say you were convenient and easy.” Dean said with a evil like smirk on his face.

Dean then turned and looked at Maddie to see how she was doing, Dean was going to let anything happen to her. “Maddie stay close to me ok, don’t worry I’m not going to let this crazy bitch do anything.” Dean said to Maddie.

Again Dean was trying to make up a reason to why Sam had slept with her, not even admitting the real reason to himself. “Whatever you say Dean, if that’s what you need to make yourself believe that it is fine. But we all know the reason why he slept with me was because I was good and you know it!” Said Ruby with an evil smirk. “it just kills you that your brother might have had feeling for a demon don’t it.”

Ruby then looked over at Maddie with a evil like smile and said, “I’m sorry to tell you this dear but Dean cant even keep you safe from what’s coming for you, you can try and stay close to Dean but it wont help.”
