- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -It was clear to her as soon as the weird chick stated that being born while Ruby was human explained more that she knew enough about her mother’s heritage. “Alright, you want a better story. Here it is.” She told her, smirking up at her mother, not caring if it pissed her off or not.
“I was a witch...just like dear old mom. I had practiced the craft since I was 15...I practiced for about two years before I went pretty much power crazy. I started using my witchcraft to destroy people...women, children, husbands, fathers, you name it and I killed it. I was hung for being declared a witch and was sent to hell, my soul was bound there. That's when my memories started to come back." She continued.
"I was adopted from birth, my birth mother, Ruby, having died shortly after I had been born. I never knew my mother, not really. I only found out after I was killed and sent to hell that my dear old mom had been charged with the same crimes I had been and either hung or burned at the stake, I really never did find that out. I knew tales of her, but never really knew her. I found out while in hell that Ruby had actually been manipulating me, using me as her own little puppet. It was her desires that I was following, though I'm sure she was following a higher order...or lower order...depending on the way you looked at it." She finished and smirked at Iris.
"Want any more details or is that enough for you?" She asked her, rolling her eyes for dramatic impact. She thought momentarily going on, giving details.
She could tell the girl about how she had tortured a father as he begged for the life of his children and his wife. About how she had literally beaten a werewolf to death because of what he was. How the werewolf begged for his life and she smirked as she sucked it out of him. She could tell her how she had used people for her own pleasure and then killed them out of sheer boredom. Sure, those were Ruby’s actions, at least some of them had been, but in the end, it had been her hands that had done the killing…so the actions rested heavily on her shoulders.
She snorted at what Ruby had stated, rolling her eyes. “Oh yes mommy, I forgive you. Can we live together and run through fields holding hands while bouncy music plays?” She asked, her voice dripping with sarcasm. “Yeah, mommy…” She stated, this time her voice was dripping with venom. “You got me killed for something that I didn’t even realize I was doing. So you can go take your lovely self back to hell for all I care. I don’t have to deal with anyone I don’t want too.” She told her, a smirk played on her face as her eyes hardened, the normal sky blue turning into almost a deep cerulean color.

---------------------------------------------------------------As Iris listened talking about and to her daughter she realized that she really did sound like a mother. “You are much alike.” Iris agreed. “As far as I can tell anyway. Your both strong woman where you don’t want to mess with.” Except maybe before full moon but not even then. Kenzie was a girl that got under your skin in a bad way and Iris was holding herself in to not say things that she would later regret. She would love to say something like: I want to see how tough you are on the next full moon. Iris held these feelings in. Telling her she was a wolf would be a bad idea. Telling her anything she could use against would be a bad idea. At this moment Kenzie didn’t seem care enough to think much of Iris and Iris did want to keep it that way. When Ruby talked about killing Kenzie to solve that problem and Iris was reminded again who she was talking to. “Wouldn’t do that.” Said Iris. “It probably wouldn’t solve anything. She would crawl out of hell again or she would come back as a poltergeist or something like that.” Iris wasn’t even sure poltergeist exists but with all the supernatural things that did exists, she thought very angry ghosts would floating around somewhere too. Not that she thought if you were demon you could turn into poltergeist. Although you couldn’t rule it out. The supernatural world could get very weird. The blond loved to shock her. She stood there telling about killing people and asking if Iris wanted to hear more. “I think that was enough, too much details is never good. I’m all for leaving some mystery.” Not that Kenzie cared how Iris thought about certain things, but Iris told her anyway. It was such a more cooler thing to say than: no, I don’t want to hear anything. Because that would be a pathetic thing to say. Iris had a feeling Kenzie just wanted to shock her and it did shock her, but she was determined not to show it. Instead of looking shocked about what she heard, she looked a little bored. It was flawless because she had a lot of practice. Inside she was panicking a little bit. Compared to these two iris was a girl scout. She only thought about revenge but she never did anything. She brought her hand to her mouth, she wanted to bite of on her nail she looked at the two demons and changed her mind. Iris didn’t want to get killed, instead of chewing on her nails, she grabbed another cigarette. And lit one up and when she inhaled she relaxed a little bit. If this all was a different daughter and mother Iris would told to just get over it, but this was something. If it would happen to Iris, if she was Kenzie. She wouldn’t get over it. Iris would want revenge and would want her mother to pay. Luckily for her she wasn’t Kenzie. “Too bad you two both get sarcasm or this would be a very happy family reunion.” Iris said after kenzies rant about how she forgave her mother and it was so passive aggresive sarcasm it should win a price for best use of sarcasm. "Hate is still a very powerful emotions i think it means someone still care. Indifference is worse, i think." She didn't know why she said that, she just felt like saying that. It was clear that Mackenzie hated her guts, she was still going on telling Iris the story of the whole life. Ruby wondered did Iris even really want to here all this shit? Ruby was getting sick having to hear it, it not like she hadn’t heard all this time and time again all ready. Ruby then looked at Mackenzie and said, “ Yeah you are so done talking, we get it all ready! You hate me and you hate your life! Ok get on with it”
Ruby then turned to Iris, “I’m sorry Iris I know you don’t want to hear all this bullshit from my bitch for a daughter. I have tried and tried to tell her I’m sorry but it doesn’t do anything. I guess we are going to hate each other forever! Well I know I’m a strong woman I don’t know if she is though, or do I care. ” Ruby looked over at Mackenzie giving her a pissed off look again, she could tell the more and more they went on the more and more pissed she was getting. At this point Ruby thought it was funny. Ruby turned back to Iris laughing,“ I bet you are right killing her wouldn’t do shit, I bet her ass would just come right back again too.”
Ruby then listed as Iris had told her about powerful emotions can meaning someone still cares, which could have been true. But that this point I didn’t make any difference or did make anything better. There was no way Mackenzie could ever care, even if Ruby was dying. Anyway Ruby wanted to change the subject and get back to what she had come her for, even thought deep down she was happy to find her. Ruby needed to know about Dean, maybe Mackenzie knew him? She did get around, “So Mackenzie do you happed to know a guy named Dean Winchester by any chance?” Ruby asked hoping. Word Count- 328 Tag- Mackenzie and Iris Outfit- Click to see Ruby's swimwear! - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -She snorted when the weird girl said that her and Ruby were much alike. It was something that she had denied all her life, she hated being like her mother. She was a good person damnit, or at least that had been what she had thought while she had been human. People used to say that she acted just like her mother and she had always cringed when they said it. When people said they looked just alike (because obviously her mother no longer inhabited her real body) she whined about wanting to dye her hair or wear different clothing. It was the usual teenage response but when your mother is a convicted witch who was killed for practicing her craft…you tend to not want to be anything remotely related to them.
She laughed a bit when Irish stated that they were strong women who no one wanted to mess with. Who was this girl kidding? Can you say suck up? She could tell that Iris didn’t care much about sucking up to her, but watching the girl drool over her mother was fairly pathetic. She almost wanted to ask if the two had a little side action going on…maybe in a hotel at night under the sheets but she kept from asking. Even she wasn’t that rude (usually). So she kept that particular question to herself, instead just giggling internally at the two…wondering what went on at night between the demon and the whatever the hell the girl who was seated next to her was. “Yes, because everyone can tell just by looking at us that we are strong.” She stated, mimicking flexing her muscles which were really non existent. Sure she was a demon so she was strong and fierce, but looking at her small frame you’d never know it.
She rolled her eyes at the way Iris tried to tell Ruby not to kill her. She knew her mother would kill her in a new York minute if it meant saving her own ass. That was just the way that she was. “Be careful. Ruby doesn’t care for anything or anyone but herself. If it comes between her dying or her using you as a human shield…be ready to be burned alive because she’ll save her own skin before she’ll even think about helping anyone else. Little tip, she cares for no one. If she’s hanging out with you and pretending she cares about you, its for her own benefit…no one else’s.”
She laughed a bit when Iris looked a little green around the edges as she told her story about killing, but she let it go. She didn’t want to watch anyone vomit today. She snickered when Ruby got pissed and started whining about her coming back from hell to torture her. “Yep, your right, I would. That’s exactly what I want to spend my day doing mommy dearest. I just sit around and think about what I want to do to make your life miserable. Jesus mother, get over yourself.”

---------------------------------------------------------------Iris suddenly felt a little warm and when she touched her skin, she knew why. Her shoulders were red. How was that possible? She felt like she just put sunscreen on. She immidiatly grabbed the sunscreen and put it on again while talking to Ruby talked about her daughter and she that were done with it. The subject came to killing Kenzie and that it probally wouldn't work “Yep i would think so too. But if you try to kill her and succeed, call me and we can celebrate.” She said, Iris wasn’t entirely serious about that last part, but she thought to other two would think she was. Iris was all talk at this moment and she had no idea if she could really celebrate someone’s death. It was very possible she would. “Why are you warning me? It’s not like you actually care. If anyone would kill me and you would find my body, you wouldn’t even blink. You’d walk right over me and probably think I looked familiar, or maybe not even that.“ Iris was trying to talk to Ruby and ignore Kenzie, but she was failing at that at this moment. The evil blond warning her for Ruby, it hit a nerve. Probably she did had a point. There was a good change she was just being used and weirdly enough she didn’t care if she was being used. She was aware she was with demons and not with unicorns. There were risk if you talked and make deal with demons, Iris wasn’t stupid. “Sorry, after all what you said it’s not like you’re a saint. But thanks for the warning.” Then she dropped a cigarette in the sand, putting sunscreen on and trying to smoke was not a good combo. But Iris saw the falling cigarette as a sign that she should stop talking about this. Talking about you're own death was no fun and it revealed how dark but naive she could be, so she should stop talking about it. She sighed as she was done with the sunscreen. Hopefully this time she would stay from her turning to a lobster. “Did you already do the spell thing? To try to find Dean that way?” Iris asked. Maybe that was a stupid question because if she would use a spell, she wouldn’t be here asking Mckenzie if she knew Dean. “You didn’t answers Ruby’s question? Do you know Dean?” Iris wasn't sure that Kenzie would tell them, but you know you could always ask. The more and more Ruby hung out with Iris the more and more she liked her, Ruby loved how ignorant she was being to Mackenzie with her. She could see as well how much of a spoiled rotten bitch her daughter was being to her, Ruby still doesn’t know how she has held back from ether hurting her or killing her. “Oh don’t worry if I kill her you will be the first one I call and there will be a celebration. Hell you can help me bury the body if you like! I might need help carrying her ass.” Ruby said a mean smirk on her face.
Ruby though it as funny that Mackenzie was trying to show that she cared, yeah right! It was more like she was trying to make people hate Ruby was more like it. Because sadly she was right Ruby really didn’t care for Iris much, She more cared about the fact she was going to help Ruby get and kill Dean. But like she knew that. Mackenzie just needed to keep her mouth shut, if Mackenzie needed someone help with something she would use them just the same way. With them it really was like mother like daughter, as much as Ruby didn’t want to admit it.
Iris had asked Ruby about the spell she was working on, weather she had done it yet. Ruby then said, “Not yet I haven’t gotten everything that I need yet, I’m heading over to a magic shop later today to get the rest. I will let you know when I do if you want to help me with it.” Ruby then listened to Iris as she was giving Mackenzie more shit about not answering the question that she had asked. Ruby thought it was funny how Iris was sticking up for her with all this.
Ruby really couldn’t believe that Mackenzie didn’t know Dean, half the time she opens her legs for who ever she can. “So Mackenzie do you know Dean Winchester? He is a hunter, he is young and good looking. He can be dangerous at times, your type. I’m sure you have fucked him before, do you know him?” Ruby asked being a bitch always. - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -She rolled her eyes at Iris’ statement about celebrating her death. She could easily tell the girl was bluffing…she didn’t have it in her to celebrate someone’s death. However either way, she really didn’t care. Ruby had caused her death once, why not let her kill her again?
“Mommy likes killing. She killed me once…maybe not with her own hands but it was her fault that her daughter was killed…so why not let her do it again?” She asked, her voice sounding scarily like it did when she was a human child. She knew people hated it when she talked like this because of how innocent and scared she sounded, so she made sure to do it to piss her mother off. “Mommy watched as they burned me…or at least that’s what I imagined. I cried out for mommy when they burned my body at the stake. I was 16 and the flames bit at me for murders that I had no recollection of committing. And yet, my mommy didn’t save me.” She stated in her young sounding voice before straightening up.
“Everyone dies, everyone gets screwed over somehow, mine just happened to be because of my mother…which is what turned me into who I am today. No need to get snippy.” She stated.
She shrugged her shoulders, not disagreeing with Iris’ statement about if someone killed her she’d step right over the body. She was a demon, what did she really expect? Ruby would do it too. Hell Ruby would probably congratulate the person on a good kill or some stupid bullshit like that. That was just the way that demons were. They didn’t have many feelings…though some did. She’d admit that she was more human than a lot of demons she had run into but in the end she was still just that, a demon. Hell made you the way that demons were and unfortunately…or fortunately depending on who you ask…that was the way things went…there were no changing them once they were done.
She smirked at the question if she knew Dean. “Hell yeah, I know Dean very well.” She stated with a wink. “I know him very intimately. He’s damn good in bed. Not that you would know” She cackled.
She rolled her eyes at the comment about needing help carrying her. “Yes, because my perfect bikini body would weigh you down mother.” She stated with a eye roll. “Last I checked, you were bigger than me. Only difference is I’m not a midget. I am about 4 inches taller than you and that’s without heals.” She stated with another roll of the eyes.
“So you’re looking to find Dean? Why is it so important to you?”

---------------------------------------------------------------Iris nodded when Ruby told her about finding the stuff to do the spell and if she talked about Iris helping. Iris didn’t say much about it. She thought Ruby would know she would help if she can and if she didn’t she could ask again. The thing was, she didn’t want to sound too eager all the time. It sounded like she had nothing better to do. And that was true of course, she had nothing better to do, but she should find some others thing to do too. She liked helping Ruby but it shouldn’t be the only thing she did it. Iris should think about some other things to do. She was wondering why she wanted to help Ruby so much. She stood up for her when Kenzie said something bad about her and she didn't really know for sure that Ruby would do the same for her. Maybe not. Why did Iris do it anyway? Because she thought Ruby was cute? She shook her head she didn't want to think about that. Iris made a face of disgust when Kenzie said she had sex with the hunter. She couldn’t help it, the idea of doing it with a hunter brought that reaction. Iris couldn’t even think about touching a hunter made her sick. But she never had met a hunter and in her head there were all ugly and old. Maybe they weren’t maybe they were attractive. Maybe there were some beautiful tough hunters out there. Still for her it wouldn’t be a good idea, because if a hunter would see her scar and probably guess what she was. Iris had decided that wasn't going to thinnk about things like this. Now hoping she was never going to meet a cute hunter who would see the scar. Although she tried to look at it, Iris never really knew what the scar looked like. Of course she had a idea what it was, but it was on her back and even with two mirrors it was heard to get a good view. From what Iris could see it was not a pretty scar, if there even was such a thing as a pretty scars, on the right side of the scar you could still see the teeth marks and on the right side it was all a big mess of scar tissue. Iris was glad it was on her back, so she didn’t have to see everyday reminding her of what happened. Hunters would see it for what I really was a mark of a werewolf. Luckily she wasn’t a bikini person so she didn’t miss wearing those and she wasn’t Kenzie and if she knew she someone it was a lot saver to just sleep with some human girls, it was not like she did that before. One night stands were kind of ideal at the moment no questions no, mess. It was what Iris needed at the moment. A little less green then the last time, she was listening to what Kenzie said about her burning at the stake and Ruby's part in it. It was like people who worked with dangerous animals. You can work with lions your whole life and nothing happens but one day you they just grab you and start chewing on your leg. You should never forget what you were dealing with and with demons it was the same thing. She would never forget what Ruby was, especially with what Kenzie told her. It was all for shock she knew it and her i'm not shocked at all face was getting better but not good enough. "Of course she slept with the hunter." It was not really a shock for her. She was lying next to Kenzie and she was like a hot spot for tourists. "Well maybe you don’t have do this spell to find him” Iris said to Ruby. If Kenzie still knew where dean was and wanted to tell Ruby where he was. Iris looked at Kenzie for a second. ”Or maybe you still should.” She said because she doubted Kenzie would tell him if she knew where Dean was. I think there both like to bake cookies and they want to trade recipes." She said when Kenzie asked what Ruby wanted, maybe she shouldn't say something, but sometimes she couldn't help it. Ruby was getting so sick of hearing all this, and it was like she was repeating herself over and over with all her bulshit. It was giving Ruby a sick feeling in her stomach making her sick just to hear. Ruby then told her “I didn’t kill you ok, there wasn’t really anything I could do! What did you want me to fucking do anyway! You and I both know that if it was me, you wouldn’t have been there to help me at all.” She knew Ruby was right, she would have just let her die and watched in excitement. So why should she give a shit about her ass anyway. “you know why are you so mad about what you are anyway? Don’t you fucking lie you get off on what you are and you know it! So why don’t you shut it! now!” Ruby said pissed.
Ruby then listened as she told them about that she knew Dean, and again mother like daughter she slept with a Winchester. If Ruby was sick to her stomach before she really was now, sleeping with Dean he was fucking annoying and a pest. But at least she didn’t sleep with Sam a part of ruby still cares for him very much, she cant help it there was just something about that boy. To bad he is dead after all and hates her with a passion. Ruby then said with a bitchy tone, “Well don’t worry I have been there and done that too, and let me tell you the other brother was way better. I rode that ass all night long!”
She then stared to go on about her how great she and her height was, like Ruby cares. She was just fine with how little and sexy she was, most guys go nuts on a short girl. “Well that nice I really don’t care, you maybe be taller but at lest I’m still prettier!” Ruby said with a laugh. Ruby then came back to earth to tell her why she needed to find Dean, “It just is trust me I need to find him, ok dear what is that you want if you tell me.” Ruby asked what to see what she would fucking want now.

- - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -She rolled her eyes when Iris tried to burn her with the comment about sleeping with the hunter named Dean Winchester. It was true, she liked sex. She wouldn’t deny it…because what would the point be if she did? Honestly why would she even attempt to deny what was clearly true? She didn’t lie…that was one thing she tended not to do. It was a waste of her time and energy to think of a lie…and besides…she was a demon…and usually the truth hurt more than the lies ever could. It was something that humans tended to misjudge about demons. People usually lied because they were trying to cover up something that hurt them…but demons…they told the truth…because the truth was usually a lot worse than the lie itself.
So why waste the energy on lies…the time on trying to come up with a lie? And why deny something that she clearly enjoyed. She was a demon, there were very few pleasurable things about demons but that was definitely one of them. She had a high sex drive and would use it to her advantage whenever she wanted and that was a lot. She knew if she had been a human girl she would have been labeled as a slut and even as a demon she still was…however there were a lot of differences between slutty girls and her.
She couldn’t get STDS…she couldn’t get pregnant…she was simply a demon who knew how to use her immortality to her own pleasure and to look out for no one else but herself.
“You really think trying to call me a slut is going to offend me? It’s pretty sad nowadays that guys like sluts more than the wholesome girls like you dear…so at least I’m getting some when if you’re getting any it’s coming from mommy dearest over there.” She stated with a sneer. It was true, her mother tended to be one of those people who liked girls and boys, which granted, she wouldn’t deny that so was she, but she doubted mommy’s little girl friend knew that…unless they really were boinking and if so more power to them.
She again rolled her eyes at the smart ass comment about baking cookies. “Wow…because that’s funny…hahahahahaha…not.” She stated with a sarcastic glare at the goofy looking girl.
“Mommy mommy mommy…you did kill me. Because you made me do all those bad things…remember? I started killing people because it was your voice in my head telling me too. I learned it all after being killed…don’t worry mommy…I never told anyone.” She stated, again in her baby sounding voice that sounded eerily like her child voice.
She smirked with a guy came back and handed her a smoothie with his number attached to it. “Thanks baby…call ya later.” She stated with a wink before watching the guy walk away. “Yeah, I’ll be getting in on that and his girlfriend later.” She stated with a laugh before her laugh was cut off and her eyes widened.
“Fuck.” She stated with a groan. “Look who it is.” She sighed out, not liking her demon in front of her. His name was Fritz and he was annoying as hell. “Leave…now.” She hissed out before jumping back as a small bolt hit her. “Uhhh…Not happening.” She stated and glared at him as he left her with a warning message of leaving Mystic Falls. She rolled her eyes at the cryptic message and watched as the demon walked away before watching him leave in an alley. “Wow…that was fun.” She stated with a sarcastic eye roll. “Damn demons…can’t seem to avoid them.”

---------------------------------------------------------------She listened to Ruby and Kenzie it was like Jerry Springer show on steroids. ‘No I didn’t kill you.’ ‘Yes you did.’ It were words she was never suspect to hear anywhere. Weird enough it was entertaining and sad at the same time. Sort of all the reality show she was watching in her motel room. “No, you’re not supposed to be offended.” Said Iris dry. She didn’t called her a slut, not literally anyway and she stood there while Kenzie ranting about not being a slut. “But you can be offended if you want to. It seems to be a hobby of you.” If she was someone that blushed, she would blush at the comment that about her and Ruby, but she wasn’t. she looked a little embarrassed for a couple of seconds and got over that pretty quickly. This was always a sensitive subject for her. Now she was the girl he never wanted to be, hard to get and impossible to keep. She was the girl with baggage now. It was true she hadn’t got any in a while, she wasn’t stupid if she would really really want some she could get some. She wasn’t demon, there were feelings involved, feelings of guild and regret and it made it all a little more complex. This started to feel a little like a therapy, Kenzie made her think about the hard things. A bit of a hard therapy that was true and maybe not all that healthy for her because she was feeling that she became angrier by the minute. "And if i did a shot every time you rolled your eyes or looked sarcastic, i wouldn't be drunk right now, i would be dead." She sighed. Trying to be less angry. "We already got it, youre mad and you don't care and you have a hot body."The strange thing was she looking for Ruby for a second when she was talking about the body but Iris lookek back at Kenzie quick enough. "I got it and i do not care." The plan to not pissing of demons wasn't going so well anymore. "It all got old thirty minutes ago." Iris turned around to look at what Kenzie looked at, when her eyes widened. Someone was walking towards them and from Kenzie expression she wasn’t happy to see him. Iris wasn’t entirely sure, but if she had to guess she would guess it was a demon. She kind of wished she was wrong, because she wasn’t all too happy about another demon near her. Three demons and one werewolf weren’t good odds. Iris wasn’t trying to think like but instinctively she couldn’t help it. She could feel her body tensing up and she forced herself to look down. Trying not to react and when the man walked away she felt very relived. She hadn’t notice it before but when there was a third demon she was holding her breath. Iris didn't know if this was a Iris-thing or a wolf-thing but she needed to relax. She didn't want this to escalate. - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - -She sighed as she sipped on her drink. She was officially bored and nothing in this water park was entertaining her any longer. She was definitely ready for some excitement and unfortunately she wasn’t going to find it here. Sure she had seen a few hot guys around that would make for some entertainment, and even a few girls who looked like they’d be even wilder…but she was officially for once not in the mood. Her mother and her little pet girlfriend had officially dampened her mood and she was just ready to get the hell away from this stupid town where her mother was currently residing.
She hated her mother, that had always been insanely obvious. She hated her with a burning passion that rivaled the hatred she had for Lucifer and all things in relation to hell. She had been a young naïve girl when she had been burned at the stake and then sent to hell. She hadn’t understand why she had done what she had done and then after finding out why, her hatred for all things except those that made her happy had grown exponentially. She wanted a way out…she needed a way out…and she would most definitely find one eventually…
There were days…many of them…that she wished for death. She hated that demons were immortal as she had nothing to look forward too. She had once been so naïve to think that even demons could die but she had learned her mistake quickly. She had tried everything when she had first popped out of hell. She had tried suicide in any possible way that you can imagine, and yet still it mattered none. She HATED being alive, she really did. She just wanted everything to stop, for there to be nothing. Not heaven, no hell, no nothing. She just wanted a black screen, her pages to stop turning, everything.
Of course as she had gotten older she realized that none of that would ever happen so she had made other ways to keep herself entertained…but still the desire to have it all over was there.
She looked at the two women sitting next to her. Her mother and her pet dog…and she sneered at them. She quickly placed on the clothing she had worn to the pool, grabbed up her towel and her bag before turning back to face them. “I’m out of here. This is ridiculous and I’m bored. See ya mommy….see ya mommy’s girlfriend.” She stated with a smirk and walked off, not giving the other two another thought.
Until the next time that is.
